WHO IS HAPPY OR PAIN?

Sustainable development is the motto of humanity, everyone wishes to be sustainable for generations to come. We develop economically, but we must keep the environment from being polluted. We know how to construct and regenerate natural resources and also pass on valuable experiences to our children and grandchildren to truly be sustainable. Sentient beings always expect the continuity to seek and maintain happiness. Whether beautiful or ugly, young or old, lay or monk, this or that species wants to find the source of peace, happiness. We do all kinds of things like going to school, going to work, attending ethical conferences, educating, or finding loved ones all to seek happiness. However, due to human greed, we have happiness but we do not know how to appreciate it, but we worry about looking for outside too much.

Birth is the manifestation of the next life and everyday people mistakenly think they are, alive, existing or existing. If there is birth, there must be cessation, when conditions begin to disintegrate or cease to coherence, ordinary people mistakenly think that they do not exist, or do not exist. Human life is a continuity, so there is neither birth nor loss. A thing as small as a dust and as large as the earth goes through a period of decay or birth-old-disease-death, sentient beings go through life and death with no end. There are times when we are born as human beings with mixed joys and sorrows, sometimes we enjoy full blessings, and sometimes we suffer in a multitude of suffering. Let us see that the origin of samsara is out of ignorance. How much craving, anger, and ignorance create injustice, or result in perfect gratitude. Death is a matter of course in life, it only comes sooner or later; But when it happened, we were still shocked and scared because we didn't know where we were going. Everyone must die, let alone money, wealth, fame or love. Birth and death are indispensable laws that not only apply to humans, but also apply to all things from unintentional things to conscious beings. Death is a sacred event, the same mystery as when we were born. Through death, all species are born and endlessly continue.

We often say sickness is suffering, so does our stomachache suffer? Body suffering or just stomach suffering? Wherever we hurt, we only feel miserable there. Yet for a long time, I have been misunderstanding, thinking that if I hurt my hand, my whole body hurts, so I complained and moaned, "It hurts!"; But actually we hurt or just hurt the hand? The pain in the hand only hurts a little right now, but the other parts don't hurt. We often have anabolic problem, so when our hands hurt, we think we are in pain, so we groan and groan. The body of the four elements is me, when it stops breathing, we must also disintegrate, right? But these four elements are not exhausted, so we still exist, if no one continues the rebirth. When we are sick, we have to know how to look back to see how painful the four elements torture us. We must always have the courage to realize that pain is a part of the body that hurts, but we do not hurt, if we think so, it will ease the pain. We can use it like that, while suffering pain is no longer suffering. On the contrary, if we feel pain as ourselves, the suffering will pull the rope, now headaches, stomach aches tomorrow, back aches, always seeing illness is suffering.

If life and death go the three paths in hell, hungry ghosts, and animals are in endless suffering. The Buddha teaches that if you want to go on the three paths above, you must at least preserve the 5 precepts, practice 10 good things and do blessings, giving alms. If in the present, anyone does not have such materials, they are afraid that the human body is difficult to get and the Buddha Dharma is even more difficult. Because of self-love, samsara is not the same, but we have to know how to choose a good path anyway. If you can eliminate the love of self, the cycle of birth and death in the next life will no longer exist. Aggregates are our thoughts, thinking, like before going to the market, we plan to buy mushrooms, buy meat, buy fruit or buy vegetables ... we calculate first and then go to the market to buy. When we buy it, we have to plan to process it into something delicious, so from early morning until evening, we stop thinking and then calculate again. So thinking, counting one after another is like my every step, it's not real. Thinking, thinking about it when it meets conditions, it emits, all conditions are lost. Thus, the form of aggregate arises and passes away like flowing water, so it is not real.

The aggregate of consciousness is the distinction, such as when we distinguish beauty from beauty, black and white, high and low, right and wrong ... The aggregate of consciousness distinguishes itself or does it have to be conditioned by conditions? Seeing sharp eyes immediately distinguishes beauty from bad, ear-nose-tongue-body-mind is also like that, so consciousness does not exist by itself, but it is only exposed to it, so it is not real. It is clear that the perception-consciousness (nama) is citta, so it is not real. The identity of the body caused by the four substances of earth-water-wind-fire is not true. Cultivators have to re-enlighten themselves, not just read and understand the Buddha's teaching completely. If we see the body of the Five Aggregates to be real, then we will be confused. If we see the body of the Five Aggregates, there is awareness. Delirium is due to our realization and thanks to our contemplation, we will gradually recuperate our attachment of body mind as self.

We need to realize the form of body, mind and situation, to understand that everything is caused by the effects of conditions and conditions for all phenomena, things are coincidental. To get rid of love and attachment is to cut off the chain of 12 conditions and conditions to realize the path of dependent origination. The twelve conditions are a chain that continuously passes from one stage to the next over many lifetimes. Because there is ignorance, there is action in past lives, so conditions arise the consciousness of this life. The karmic consciousness, according to karmic conditions, generates nama, rupa and kāma arises; Consciousness, nama and rupa, contact and feeling are all the karmic retribution (the karmic retribution of the cause of good or evil created from the previous life) of the karmas.

When sentient beings suffer that retribution, due to the treatment between the body and the scene, the likes and dislikes are born, which is love. Because there is love-hate that attaching to the body and the scene and then attachment is real, not knowing the body and mind and the realm are both dependent and delusional, that is, attachment. Due to attachments, all things that are illusory turn into reality. The body also has, the scene also has, the sense of discrimination also has, we also have, people also have, and from then on, there is cause of karma and retribution. There has been karma and there has been a retribution, when the end of this body the karma will lead to another body in the future, that is birth, if there is birth, there must be old-death.

As we all know, ego makes sentient beings confused, craving to grasp all kinds of things. First, because of ego, who cares about this body, we love and affection. Second, because of ego, who touches this body, we hate, hate. Third, because of self-love, samsara, samsara continues, when losing one body, then looking for another body has no end. We always see this body is deceiving, if not true, everything that comes to us will not make us suffer; Old age does not suffer, sickness does not suffer, death is not miserable. Therefore, a person who knows cultivation is to free himself of suffering and has the opportunity to save sentient beings. If we are still suffering, how can we save others suffering? We often contemplate from human to all creatures due to the harmony of conditions and conditions, so it has no fixed entity, so we see that body, mind and circumstances are not supposed to live naturally. We enlighten ourselves to see clearly, so we do not fall in attachment but be deluded, attached to them. When it is morning, we will only give many others to step by step break those attachments. Therefore, when it comes to Meditation, we sit back to enlighten ourselves, see clearly whether we are real or false, clearly seeing ourselves as pure or impure ...

In summary, the twelve conditions and conditions are the practice of Dependent Origination, which mainly contemplates all things up to samsara which arise from conditions. The cause and condition of association is called "birth", and the cause and condition to disintegrate is called "death". Before the birth of the Buddha, there were also many enlightened practitioners who have come out of samsara, which is the Enlightened ones. The Pratyekabuddhas often contemplate all things, whether body, mind or situation, things are conditioned by harmony, so there are false entities, not fixed entities. The One who contemplates this observation should realize the dhammas are selfless, the body is also selfless, until all phenomena of things are non-self. Thanks to such constant observation, each practitioner gradually recovers the attachment of self-consciousness, seeing clearly the cause of attachment.
