THE THREE DOORS OF DISCOVERY.

Many Mahayana Sutras (Mahayana Sutras) / Developmental Buddhist sutras teach the three methods of meditation to attain liberation, namely the three doors of liberation. Without exception, the Bodhisattva Quan-self-in has taught the three methods of meditation to reach liberation as remedies for clinging to prejudice, attachment, anger, and delusion to achieve Buddhahood (Buddhahood). The three doors are:

                  - No subjects  (Srt. Sunyata, Av. Emptiness)
                  - Formless subjects  (Srt. Animittata, Av. Sign-less-ness)
                  - Non- subject / Voluntary subjects  (Srt. Apranihitata, Av. Wish-less-ness / Aim-less-ness)

I.- No subject  or  contemplation of emptiness  (Meditation on Emptiness) is the first door of liberation. No Generic Method".

The Heart Sutra says: All phenomena / dhammas have the form of emptiness because all phenomena have no self nature. All phenomena are selfless, because phenomena arise due to causes and conditions, and by the combination of many other factors. Are not It is not meant here that there are not: phenomena, events are still present in the universal universe. For example: a rose is made up of many petals, and if one part is separated, then we no longer have a rose. So a rose is due to a combination of many petals, a rose has no entity, a rose is just pretense, false. The rose has no nature, but the rose still exists, which is undeniable. Tanha, therefore we will no longer grasp, no longer cling to them. When facing adversity, encountering sufferings, we must keep our mind naturally, because adversities, suffering have no nature, we will overcome the sufferings through meditation on emptiness, they I let go, No longer grasping delusions, our body and mind are completely at peace to face adversity and overcome, we conquer and we no longer have any fear. dual treatment, contemplating all phenomena, all things are equal, anxiety, fear of adversity will be overcome, and conquered. Thanks to meditation on emptiness, and Always living with  " eight-elegant wisdom ", we can let go of delusions, let go of self-grasping, and observe the dharma.

II.- Formless subject  or  Meditation on formless  (Meditation on sign-less-ness): is the second door of liberation.

                     "Immortality, immortality; uncertain, impure "

Signal (sign) is the manifestation of a form, a form (form) of a thing, a phenomenon. The concept of formless is the negation of the nature of causes and effects. ). To extend that is the contemplation of the negation of the nature of whatever cause, of whatever effect has caused adversity, causes suffering, causes fear, and goes beyond negating even the void. silence, tranquility and peace too. for its nature is formless. Again, the rose is still present in the ordinary world. By extension, all phenomena are the same, phenomena are combined by cause and condition, so phenomena have no certain appearance / formless.

We perceive things, phenomena based on their signs and shapes, but sometimes our perception has errors due to illusion because they are formless. For example: when we look up at the sky once we see a picture of a dog (the Chinese call a " crane " picture / a picture of a dog made of clouds), then briefly we see the picture. The " crane " disappears, but the clouds are still clouds even though you no longer see the picture of the dog, the clouds may turn into rain but clouds do not completely disappear. From the meditation on formlessness, we can apply to many events, to many phenomena in everyday life. Suppose we have a loved one, a spouse, a lover, a friend, a parent ... is gone then we have to think “the person's " form " has moved or transformed into another form. We will see the formless in adversity, in misery, all is false, false; life and death are also false, both false. Reflect on ourselves: the body, thoughts, and feelings we have right now all change, but by no means they are completely lost. Thanks to meditation on formlessness, we do not attach to any extreme, we overcame dualistic treatment, encounter adversity or favorable circumstances, we are all naturally at ease in our hearts. Having good circumstances does not make us more passionate or greedy; Adversity does not make us angry, these obstacles are overcome, all are overcome.

III- Non-subject  or  meditate on non-work / meditate on volition  (Meditation on Wish-less-ness): is the third door of liberation. "The real increase, the decrease ".

Nothingness  is not creating, not doing anything; also called  Vo Nguyen  (wishlessness) is not seeking, not desire anything. The contemplation of non-aspiration / non-work / non-aspiration is the contemplation of results, wishes are not self-contained, that is, do not wish, do not desire, do not create anything, anything. Meditating on non-volition / non-action / non-aspiration helps us to be free from clinging to something in the past, in the present, in the future. Thanks to contemplation on non-volition / non-work / impermanence, we will be calm and peaceful before the changes in life, we will live according to the present situation, living freely, without creating. work any more. We feel happiness in the present moment, we do not wish for anything in the future.

All phenomena, events are  emptiness , are  formless,  so there is no longer clinging, no longer clinging to anything, so they are  non-destructive / involuntary / unsatisfactory ; not creating, does not mean not doing anything but doing things for non-self-interest, as the Bodhisattvas do works for the benefit of beings, their bodies and minds are in a state of nothingness; When the attainment is invaluable,  the practitioner no longer sees the object to possess: all conditioned phenomena are No, are formless, the non-nirvana dharma is also No, are formless. Therefore , do not seek Nirvana anywhere far, because Nirvana is in my mind, in this existential moment.

In a nutshell, through the above passage of the Heart Sutra, the Bodhisattva Quan-self-in has taught us to open the three doors of liberation, and go through them to attain liberation. When contemplating deeply the 3 doors of liberation, we will no longer be afraid, worry about being lost or losing; lost, remained; win, lose; common…

“The path of cultivation or sanctification in any religion must go through 4 stages: (1)  text  (understanding), (2)  thinking  (Thinking, deep learning) to (3)  contemplation  (emanating wisdom), then (4)  realizing  (practicing according to enlightenment); but if you have not understood "text;" Only the number of texts and lack of text quality, how can there be an effective " thinking " to " reflect " and " verify "?"? The book The Praise of the Heart Sutra by Nguyen Vinh Thuong, a Professor / Editor-in-Chief specializing in Western and Eastern philosophy - especially Buddhism - satisfies the need to fully understand That understanding helps Buddhists to understand more easily what they recite. Understanding what you say is very essential to engage in religious activities with  all your heart, soul and mind  END=NAM MO AMITABHA BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN PRAYED AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.13/10/2020.
