Knowing suffering, experiencing suffering, do not think it is suffering.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.

As a Buddhist practitioner, if you want to get rid of suffering and get rid of suffering, you must constantly practice, overcome the same obstacles of your body and mind to overcome all suffering.

Buddhism talks a lot about suffering. According to Buddhism, human life is a process of suffering many sufferings such as the suffering of birth, the suffering of old age, the suffering of sickness, the suffering of death. In addition, there are other sufferings such as unsatisfactory prayers, meeting resentment, the five aggregates of burning, all combined into eight suffering (Bat suffering). Leaving suffering and cessing suffering is the ultimate goal of Buddhism, but before leaving suffering and suffering, the most important thing is that we must know and recognize suffering.

Buddhism analyzes suffering to help us understand the main causes of suffering. But, if we only understand suffering in words, understand suffering through the description of others, even if we have memorized all the suffering that we have not really experienced, we still cannot experience all suffering. misery. Therefore, the unreasonable knowledge of suffering in Buddhism is just a description of suffering. That is not enough strength for us to deal with suffering, because when we encounter unexpected unexpected situations, we still have greed, anger, and delusion; When I meet my favorite things, I am still greedy, I want to absorb it all for me. In any case, people are just running around the mentality of suffering such as greed, anger, ignorance, arrogance, doubts, but about the nature of misery it is still impossible to know. Okay, this will hinder our ability to escape suffering.

Everything we need to go through on our own leaves a deep impression on our hearts. Many people who learn about Buddhism immediately know that life is a sea of suffering and from there they have focused on cultivating Buddha. Most of the rest of the people need to go through suffering by themselves like an accident, through a serious illness, through painful separation to understand that life is a sea of suffering. For example, the only lucky person who survived a plane crash or the person who was most deadly ill, but was saved, knows what suffering is. When they go through that suffering, they will have a completely different attitude to life. The reason for that is because they have "missed", so they will greatly appreciate this life. So, even if life is more miserable, they can still tolerate it, they will no longer be as anxious about life as other ordinary people.

In addition, those whose loved one dies suddenly will notice the fragility of life, from which they appreciate their affection for everyone around them. In order to recognize their feelings for the unlucky people who left, they will have a different attitude to charity, devote their efforts to society or donate property to charitable places. Through experiencing suffering themselves, they will very strongly feel the impermanence of life; through experiencing those extreme sufferings, later on, they will no longer be "intimidated" in suffering, and no longer suffer.

From the above points, we see that the Bodhisattvas certainly cultivate out of their sufferings and sentient beings because they are the ones engaged in life, suffering all the suffering that sentient beings have ever suffered when engaged you no longer see suffering, but only happy to have saved sentient beings.

Moreover, they go into suffering to save suffering people, as Jizō Bodhisattva once said: If we don't go to hell, who goes to hell to save sentient beings? Indeed, how great it is for those who engage in life! From the above examples, we see that if we want to know suffering, to experience suffering, we know that suffering itself has never existed in life, seeing suffering is no longer suffering.

However, only Bodhisattvas and people through life can fully understand this. As a Buddhist practitioner, if you want to get rid of suffering and get rid of suffering, you must constantly practice, overcome the same obstacles of body and mind to overcome all suffering. END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.24/10/2020.
