2). ESTABLISHMENT & REGULATION:

 

     At that time, Dai Hue Bodhisattva told the Buddha that:

Capital has no mentality (2).

Body life (3) establishment,

The mortal mind cannot know.

Foolish is not wise,

Negative opinion.

     At that time, Thế Tôn wanted to display this great cause and told Đại Huệ:

- There are four non-existent things that have prejudice; how is four?

1. Non-friendly  generals  set up.

2. Non-  biased  bias.

3. Non-  humanism  .

4. Non-organic  nature  is established.

     It is called four things to establish.

     And saying PHUNH DINH means: In the other establishment that has no possessions, because of observing mistakes that arise negative mind, that is called General Kien Lap Dinh Dinh.

- Again, Dai Hue ! What is the right to the head? That is: Self-generals (4) of the world entering (5) non-existent capital that develops attachments, for this and that, called Phi Huu General Kien Lap General. Non-organic general set up this general, is the error of false hope from the beginning of time, because of all kinds of air, knowledge that arises.

- Dai Hue! PHI HUU HUDDHISM  is the warm opinion, precepts, enter, self, love, sentient beings, life expectancy, nurture the good base (who does), the lady (who receives), etc ... so called Phi Huu Kien Establishes General.

- PHI HUU HAN ESTABLISHMENT IS  when the initial consciousness is not from human life, before it was not born, later it was like an illusion, but there was no human being. As visual consciousness due to illusion, no, light and dark, but consciousness arises and then immediately passes away, it is called Non-Huu Nhan Kien Lap General.

- Dai Hue! JUDDHISM  OF PRINCIPAL KNOWLEDGE is the nature of the three impermanent dhammas: Voidness, Nirvana and cessation (6) (attained by wisdom to cessation), which has no self-nature, like rabbit horn, left yes and no, that is called Phi Huu Tanh Kien Lap General.

- Establishment and negation are due to the illusions of the sublime, not cleverly contemplating the present quality of mind (7), not the view of Thanh Hien; Great Bodhisattva should study diligently, leaving the two types of negative views and negative views.

EXPLAIN:

1. See clearly (s: pratyaksam).

4.  Practitioners of the Fa-rectification are realized, manifesting being full of all time space, this reality is called Show quality, the use is called Show  quality .

     This means that the prejudice and negation which have no mind arouses delusions and then discern and infer external scenes ( concentration ), the basis of the body that receives the righteousness (the body of life ), the non-wisdom can not know, but to establish ( establish ) accept true or accept truth ( negative ) are all wrong. The Buddha displayed this meaning and said: 

 

1. ESTABLISHMENT:  

     There are four things that are not Yes ( non-existent ) but established:

3. ESTABLISHMENTS:

4. PHI HUU TAN ISISING THE PRIME MINISTER:

     There is no character that establishes the form, there is no true character of something, things are treated by nature, just false pretenses.  The ( Nature ) nature of the three impermanent dhammas, namely, emptiness , nirvana, and cessation ( cessation of defilement ), by wisdom, attains the cessation of dharma, which has no nature, like the fur of a tortoise's horn. and without being present, this is called " Phi Huu Tanh Kien Lap General" .

 

2. GOVERNMENT:

 

     Negative is to refuse, not to accept, which is in the established places ( Establishment ) which have no place ( no possession ), because of observing mistakes that arise the mind of No ( negative ), called General Kien Establishment of Negation. Establishment and rejection ( Establishment and Negation ) are due to the delusion of a noble, who is not skillful in observing the measure, the unconditional awareness that has perceived the object (quality self- consciousness ), not the view of the Holy Hien. ; Bodhisattvas should leave the two kinds of evil views that accept true Yes ( establishment ) and accept the truth ( negative ) and diligently study.

 

     Again, the Buddha advised the Bodhisattvas to be good at knowing the form of world phenomena ( mind ), to be skillful in knowing the ceaseless arising of thoughts ( mind ), to know well the comparison ( consciousness ); must be smart to know the general, reputation, differentiation, righteous thoughts and as  (the five dharma of nature ) and two kinds of the legal personality of No-Self, for the stability of sentient beings, should proceed to the end. As a particle like the idea appears all kinds of forms, it is due to conditions that differentiate thoughts arise. Mass in all of the Tathagata Assembly, listening to the Buddha's sermon like a dream, like light, like a moon in the water.
