The name of this Sutta is  the Sixth Patriarch Dharma,  the proper name is  "The Sixth Dharma Patriarchs".  "Sutra" is the common name for the Sutras. Buddhist scriptures often use seven types to distinguish: ie Single Person, Single French, Single, French, Human, France, and France. As  the Buddha Sutra Amitabha Sutta  is the Single Form, because the Buddha and  Amitabha Buddha are human, and a cultivator, a Buddha. The main person is Buddha, Buddha is the person, so the Chinese who write the word Buddha have the human side. Single Dharma set up such as  the Prajna  Sutta , the Sutta of Nirvana.  Nirvana is the law, Nirvana means immortality. Don Du makes such statements as  the Buddhist Sermon on Pham Vong, If you strictly observe the precepts, you can produce clarity, like the treasure of the Great Realm of Brahma. If breaking the world, knowing the law of law, there is a place of smuggling, property of smuggling all goes to the three evil paths: hell, hungry ghosts, animals, that place does not have any mistress. For example, the Dharma Law is set up like  the Lotus Sutra, the Magic Dhamma is the Dharma and the  Lotus Sutra is an example. Nhan Du makes the same story as  the Tathagata Lion King,  Tathagata is the person, Lion is the example, Buddha preaches like the red lion. The Dharma set up the scriptures like  Manjushri Sutta.  The Enlightenment Full of Laws such as  the Great Enlightenment of the Buddha Adornment of the Buddha,  Great Enlightenment of the Dharma, the Buddha of the People, the Adornment of the Flowers, for example.

But the Book  of the Dharma Patriarchs of Dafa  is the Chinese Sutta, not the Indian Sutta, so in addition to the seven types set out, there is another one called the Land of the Topic. The Sixth Patriarch is human, Dharma is the Dharma, Dan is the land, so this sutta is the Dharma Realm of origin, cannot be taught according to the above seven types of propositions.

The Luc Luc throne is not easy to inherit and take responsibility. Why? Because so many people want to kill Him. Even his disciple, Chi Triet, sought to kill Him. So the Great Master, after he obtained the dharma, took refuge for sixteen years in the hunters' group. Even after the establishment of the Dharma Forum at the Southern Flower Temple, there were still public heathen who wanted to kill him. So the Great Master ran up the mountain hidden in the rock to meditate, the rock that the Great Master was a refugee to this day is still found in Nam Hoa Tu.

Where does the Great Patriarch from where have the title Luc Luc? This starts from His Bodhidharma. Bodhi means Giac, Dat Ma means Dharma. Bodhidharma is the twenty-eighth Patriarch in India, but why is he not in India who is a Patriarch but goes to China to do? Because in the past Buddha had a long life: By the time of the Twenty-Eighth Patriarch's life, Mahayana Buddhism would spread to China. Because of such conditions, Bodhidharma Bodhisattva took a boat to China to evangelize. But at that time the Buddha Dharma in China, it seemed that it did not seem to exist, because it was just doing outside work such as chanting, studying the scriptures, teaching sūtras, etc., not even worshiping. At the same time, scholars regard Buddhism as a kind of education for research and discussion.

The teachings that Buddhism says must follow and follow. But in the Southern and Northern dynasties of China at that time, there were no righteous people to practice meditation, for fear of hardship. This is the same in America now. Sit a little leg pain then stretched his legs, tilted, swayed, massage for a while. People are people anyway! Also afraid of suffering, fear of extreme!

Before the Patriarch Dat Ma arrived in China, he sent two disciples, Daàdà and Da Xa, to China to transmit the dharma of enlightenment, namely Zen Buddhism. Whoever doubted that the two monks came to China to encounter a heart of disobedience, all monks at that time did not respect them. After that, they went to Lu Son to meet with Master Hue Vien; Hue Vien specializes in teaching the concept of reciting Buddha's name. Venerable Hue Vien asked:

–You are Indian monks, what are the two dharma disciplines and why are there no-one attending?

The Buddha Da and Da Xa only spoke very little Chinese, so he reached out and said:

-Look! Is my hand grasping and unfolding quickly?

-Very fast.

–The subject and affliction are just as quick.

An engineer Hue Vien immediately enlightened, knew that Bodhi and negativity are not different. Bodhi news negativity, negativity ie Bodhi! Hui Vien Vien after enlightenment, reverently nourished both Buddha Da and Da Xa. But not long ago these two high-ranking Indian Sangha were reborn on the same day. The tombs of the two of them are still in Lu Son.

Master Dat Ma saw that the Mahayana identity in China was ripe, and not afraid of hardship and remote roads, bringing Mahayana Buddhism to China. But at that time, because of the unintelligent language, the Chinese called Him "Malachi." Children who saw His face and long beard all ran away in panic. It is thought that he came to arrest children so he did not allow children to approach him.

Then the Patriarch Dat Ma came to Nanjing to listen to the Dharma Master Than Quang preaching the Sutta, seeing the vengeance: "The gods spread flowers and offerings, under the golden lotus soil appeared." This realm is the only one who has attained the Five Eyes of Lucifer. After the Sutta was finished, it was up to the visiting part, asking for the dharma, Master Dat Ma asked:

-Magician! What are you doing here?

Than Quang answered:

–I am here teaching the Sutta.

–What do you teach Kinh?

–I preach the Sutta, bringing people to death.

–How can we attain birth and death? Sutra that he preached is black and white paper, what do you use that can help willow people to die?

Shen asked if there was no way to answer that, so embarrassed and angry. Although the Dharma Master Than Quang preached the sutras, he was scattered with offerings of flowers, but still has such a temper. So I say contemporary Dharma does not seem to exist. The sorcerer Than Quang angrily took the Buddha's prayer string made of iron and said:

–You dare cancel the method!

Saying so immediately use string to hit Dat Ma in the face. Master Dat Ma knew martial arts, but did not expect Than Quang to be so dangerous, said he did not immediately move his martial arts, resulting in two broken teeth. It is said that if a Saint's teeth were broken and spit, then that place would be drought for three years. Dam Ma thought: "Three years without rain, starving to death so many people. I came to China to want sentient beings, not to harm sentient beings," so he swallowed two teeth into his stomach, not saying one. the word immediately left.

Because he was a monk, he was also a Patriarch, so he was able to endure such things. On the way, he met Anh Vu bird locked in a cage. Chim Anh Vũ was even smarter than Than Quang because he knew Bodhidharma was a Patriarch, saying to him:

- Come back, go back to the West, please teach us how to get out of the cage.

Dat Ma has not come to China and has met the tri-phan, now Anh Vu is his knowledge. Hearing the bird visiting his teacher like that, Dat Ma was very happy to teach him a secret: "Want to get rid of the cage, legs straightened, eyes closed, this is a magic device, help me escape the cage."

Mr. Vu, after understanding the method of escaping the cage, said: "Now I understand, thank you for teaching." Vu saw the owner return from far away, waiting for the owner to approach him, he immediately used that method. Every day the owner returned to play with his beloved bird to spend his melancholy late, now seeing his beloved brother Vu lying motionless in the cage very worried, he opened the cage to take Anh Vu to the palm of his hand: "Oh! The bird's body is still hot." Because the fake bird died, the hot air remained. The owner just opened his hand and Anh Vu flew away! The cage design works well.

We are still in a cage today, we should not think that we are free. Want to eat, eat, want to drink, drink, do not preserve rules for freedom. This is so delirious because of the wrong understanding of freedom. Righteous freedom is samsaric freedom, if you want to fly up to the sky then go to the sky, you want to burrow to the ground, then burrow; to have such guarantees is called true freedom.

Lecturing about "Lu Qingjing," I used to preach poorly, but dare to preach. There are also great teachers but did not dare to preach. I did not teach well but tried to teach, later good teachers should follow that instruction to continue. Later you open your mind, you can preach better than me. Good lectures are learned from bad lectures.

The magician Shen Guang broke the Venerable Master's teeth with black face, but saw that the Venerable India had no reaction, so he claimed that he won. But not long after that the impermanent demon who came to the Sorcerer said:

--Mage, his life is over today. King Yama La sent me to invite him to go.

- Do I have to die, too? I preached the heavenly flower offerings, the land appeared a golden lotus but could not end the cycle of birth and death, then this world can anyone stop the round of birth and death?

-Yes! It was the Venerable Master with the black face that he broke those two teeth. Pluto not only could not control His destiny, but every day he had to turn to Him to pay homage.

–Sister brother! Can you wait for me a moment? Please speak to Pluto for an hour, please give me a little while so that I can study the Venerable Master's path of life and death.

–If he was so sincere, this would not be impossible to deal with flexibly.

Than Quang heard very happy, could not keep up with slippers, barefoot chasing the Founder Master Dat Ma. On the way, he met the bird Anh Vu who was helped by him from the cage. Mr. Vũ told Thần Quang how the Dalai Lama helped him. Than Quang followed behind O Sensei's back, but he didn't pay attention. Than Quang followed until the Mount Hung Nhi in Lac Duong (Thieu Lam Pagoda, Tung Son, Ha Nam). The Patriarch Dat Ma was there in the sitting meditation position, He sat for nine years, and God Quang also knelt for nine years. A while ago, when I was preaching to this koan, there was an eleven-year-old who listened to it very excitedly, and asked: "Shen Guang knelt for nine years, so would you eat?" I replied, "How can I live after nine years of eating? At the same time, when the Patriarch Dat Ma ate rice, Than Quang also ate rice, when Dat Ma meditated, God Quang knelt, but not in the book. write this down.

During the nine-year period of the Dalai Lama there were many people who took refuge and prostrated to him as teachers.

Than Quang also knelt for nine years. One day heavy snow, snow covered the hips. Dat Ma said:

- Blood so big, what did you kneel for?

–Bach Patriarch, I want to kill the life and death. In the past, when I taught the Sutta, I cannot kill the life and death stage.

–What do you see?

--Bach To, it was snowing.

–What color is the blood?

–Bach Patriarch, the snow is white.

–You wait until it is snowing red, then I will teach you the will of the life-and-death process. If it does not snow red, you should not expect me to teach you. You are such a cruel monk, using a string of reciting the Buddha's iron chant to break two of my teeth, I will not take revenge on you and I am also very compassionate, how can I teach you the dharma?

Dat Ma raised such a difficult problem to test Than Quang, but Than Quang solved it. Than Quang saw on the wall that there was a holy sword of a religious person, when he used to reserve at breaking, bring a sword to cut off his head, not to violate the world. Than Quang immediately took down the sword and severed his arm, the blood falling to the ground turned the snow into red snow. Than Quang immediately grabbed a handful of red snow and offered it to him and said:

–Bed Patriarch, he saw, this is really red snow.

This was inherently expected, just because he wanted to test the true nature of Than Quang, but Dat Ma raised the issue of this challenge. So he was very happy to say,

- I have no vain intention to come to China, encountering you who is sincere in praying for spiritual practice like that, even leaving your own arm to pray for dharma, truly having a heart.

After that, Mr. Dat Ma brought the method of mind-initiation, directing human mind, and knowledge of Buddha nature to pass to Quang. After His Holiness finished preaching the dharma discourse, Spirit Quang immediately generated the mind of discernment saying:

- I cut off my arm, it was very painful, my mind was also very aching, so please take care of me.

- Bring your mind out here, I can help you peace of mind!

Than Quang went to look for his mind, Northeastern Northwest, in heaven and on earth, searching forever without seeing his mind. Than Quang said:

–I can't find it.

–I have peace of mind for you.

Than Quang immediately suddenly got enlightened. So Than Quang said:

 

Everything is the best way, the best way in China?

Than Quang ignorance prevented Dat Ma.

Hân paints money so fast,

Just pray for that point of Diem La.

Everything is legal, so where is it? Than Quang did not know the meaning of the word  "fit,"  so chased after Dat Ma, at Mount Hung Nhi kneeling for nine years, praying to the Founder Master to show how to kill the life and death and escape from Pluto.

Than Quang, after being transmitted by the Founder Master Dat Ma, immediately changed his name to Hue Kha, which is full wisdom and good fullness. Master Hue Kha asked the Patriarch Dat Ma:

–Bach Patriarch, in India Do you have any disciples who attain the dharma? In India, when transmitting dharma, will you give ca, y, or bowls to your disciples as evidence?

–No, in India we propagate the Dharma without bringing the medicine bowl as a medical object, because the Indians' mind is very straightforward, practicing enlightenment and saying enlightenment, just having someone who attains enlightenment is enough . If not yet sealed, they will not say: I have attained enlightenment, I have witnessed Arhat, or I have been a Bodhisattva. Chinese people are not like that. In China, people who have Mahayana nature are also many, but the people who speak the language are not few, austerities have not achieved the career but boast already; if not, he has said that he has proven fruit, so he needs to use sa vajra to prove it. So now we give him sa ca bowl, he should take care of it.

Patriarch Dat Ma went to China, having been poisoned six times, because at the time of the Northern Wei Dynasty, there were two wizards who wanted to harm him, one was Bodhi Luu Chi, and one was Mr. Quang Thong. They were very jealous of Him, made some vegetarian dishes, including extremely powerful poisons, and offered them to Him. He knew it was poisonous in food but still ate normally. After eating, he asked someone to bring back a tray. He vomited a couple of snakes. It turned out the poison had turned into a snake. Bodhi Lưu Chi sees poison cannot kill Him, does not understand because of what cause. So, the second time, the dosage of poison was doubled. Dat Ma also used life, finished eating sitting on a large rock, spraying the poison, the power of the poison broke the rock. After that, four more poisonous poisons were unable to harm him.

One day, Patriarch Dat Ma told Venerable Hue Kha that:

- I came to China, so that sentient beings have a Mahayana nature. Now the dharma has passed, we have had an heir, now the President has come.

After the Patriarch Dat Ma passed away, the disciples used a casket to wrap his body and bury it. But at that time, Bac Wei had an envoy named Tong Van, in Thong Lanh area, on his way to meet Master Dat Ma. O Sensei, holding sandals, told Tong Van:

–The Kingdom of your country is dead today, you should hurry back.

Tong Yun asked:

- Master, where are you going?

–I return to India.

- Master, who did you teach the Dharma to?

- Thirty years later in China.

Tong Yun then returned to Bắc Wei to bring this story to everyone, but no one believed it. That's why everyone took the tomb of Patriarch Dat Ma to see, in the coffin only slippers, nothing else. So where did Master Dat Ma go? Everyone also did not know, afraid that today he came to America without knowing it, because he could be so universal, so no one could recognize him. When he came to China, he said he was one hundred and fifty years old, but by the time he left was still one hundred and fifty years old, history had no way to verify it.

As the Patriarch Dat Ma was about to die, he said:

- I went to China to teach the Dharma to three people, Master Hue Kha got the marrow, the Zen Master Dao got the bones, the Tao Te monk (the Bhikkhuni ni Total Tri) got the meat.

The Taoist monks and nuns memorize the  Lotus Sutra,  after passing away from their mouth, they bloom into a blue lotus flower. Because the Patriarch Patriarch took His body to divide among others, so in America you cannot find him.

Second Patriarch Hue Kha, surnamed Than Quang, was born in the Northern Qi period. At the time of his birth, his parents saw Kim Giap Than Nhan, the guardian of Vi Da Bodhisattva, exaggerating the aura of protection to this newly born Patriarch, so his name was called Than Quang. His nature is intelligent, the memory is very tough, so people are praised:  The lower part of the order, atrial hearing.  Not only can he see ten lines of words, but a common person can see one line, then He can see ten lines, so quickly; one hundred people talked at the same time. He all heard very clearly, his sensitivity was very sensitive.

But this Patriarch was very short-tempered, he did not like to talk immediately to fight people. Forty years ago, at the time of preaching the sermon, I also brought iron strings to help people. Therefore, when he met the Patriarch Dat Ma, he beat him with a string, resulting in a kneeling of nine years, having to cut off one of his arms. You think if you don't have such a temper, you can cut off your arm on your own, without feeling pain, and wait until the moment when you are right to attain it to feel pain. This is because he is very short-tempered; if he is not hot-tempered, cutting off his arm doesn't hurt. Pain is affliction.

At the age of forty, Hui Kha met with Bodhi Patriarch Bodhidharma, and after fleeing the Dharma, fled for forty years, because at the time, Bodhi Luu Chi and Lawyer Quang Thong, specialized in making it difficult for the disciples of the Patriarch. Master Dat Ma, even met he wanted to kill. Bodhidharma was poisoned by two of them, much less his disciple! Master Hue Kha listened to the teacher's instructions so he hid and evaded those who caused difficulties. Until the Great Master Hui Kha eighty years old, he began to propagate the Buddha Dharma, educating sentient beings. Until you meet the Three Patriarchs, after enduring the Dharma, telling the Three Sisters to carefully protect and keep the bowl of evidence as evidence, and need to hide to avoid problems and persecution.

The Great Master Hui Kha at that time pretended to be crazy, but when he met predestined beings, He immediately universalized their education. Although he pretended to be crazy, because of his affinity with sentient beings, so many people trusted him. Although he was pretending to be crazy, but Bo Bodhisattva's group still harbored jealousy, and went to the governor to falsify Great Master Hue Kha, saying that he was a monster that fascinated the people and worshiped the people. The contemporary emperor, even though he believed badly, only ordered the government to arrest Hue Kha for interrogation:

–You are a person or a monster?

Hui Shishang answered:

–I'm a monster.

The interrogator, who had just heard him say that, immediately knew that he was unjust, should ask again:

–You should be clear, are you a monster?

–I am truly a monster.

Because the rule of law did not allow demons to fascinate the world, so they had to summon the Emperor and take Him to cut them down. Oh, does this world have truth? He was the second Patriarch whose governor said he was a goblin.

Master Hue Kha shed tears, telling them:

- We have to live this newspaper!

Second Patriarch was very short-tempered, and he was not afraid of anything. If he was afraid of death, he would not claim to be a monster. He felt pity because Buddha Dharma when he was still alive, was not widely understood. He said that the Buddha Dharma, until the time of the Four Patriarchs, would fall into a famous general, have a general name, immediately accept a general name. After crying, he immediately said to the executioner:

–You kill me again!

The executioner slashed his head, but strangely, no blood flowed out, only the milky white water. Do you think this is somewhat myth? You can believe it, but you cannot believe it. You believe, I can use very simple reasons to explain. This is when the practitioner reaches the positive body, all the blood in the body becomes white. You say you don't believe, of course you didn't. If you believe, you have also become the second Master.

The executive officer saw the situation like that so he told the Emperor:

- That person is a youkai, I killed him but I didn't see any blood, just flowed like milky white water, but the face at death is like living, this proves he's really a monster .

But the Emperor knew that he had mistakenly killed a saint, because in India the twenty-fourth Patriarch was the Venerable Lion, when he was beheaded he did not bleed but only ran white milk. This proves that the pure human being is negative, because without smuggling, there is no ignorance, so the negative has turned into positive.

Someone asked:

- Master, just now you said, Great Master Hue Kha is very hot, how can there be no ignorance?

Need to know clearly, the temperament of Great Master Hue Kha is the temperament of Dai Rings, Dai Dung, Dai Tri, Dai Hue, completely unlike the heat like bombs of you and me. You need to hear clearly, each person's temper is not the same. The heat of wisdom is that it can be tolerated with periodic causality, without doing the opposite of morality.

The Emperor, after knowing that Great Master Hue Kha was a bodhisattva bodily, came to his penance: "There is a Bodhisattva in our country, and I do not know how to protect him, I will kill him." Then ordered the great martial arts master to take refuge in Nhi To Hue Kha. Although he died, he was still able to acquire a number of such disciples.

Sui, Tam To Increase, no one knows the identity of his name. When he met the Second Patriarch, his whole body was scabies like lepers. Nhi To asked:

–Where are you from? What to do here?

–I came to take refuge in the Venerable Master to learn Buddhism.

- He is not sick like that, how can he learn Buddhism?

Tam To was very intelligent, even smarter than Nhi To, then replied:

- I am a sick person, and you are a Venerable, but there is nothing wrong with your mind and me.

Second To hear that this person is not ordinary, immediately said:

- Needless to say, I already knew.

After saying, he taught the Dharma to Tam To and taught Tam To to hide to avoid the murder of the Bo Bodhidharma Party:

–Do not let people know I have taught you.

So the Three Patriarchs of Sangha learned the way of the Second Patriarch, pretending to be crazy, silently going to places to educate sentient beings. At that time, the North Chu Vu De destroyed Buddha Dharma, so He lived in the mountains for more than ten years. On the mountain, there was a lot of wandering langurs, but when he arrived here the animals were all gone.

After transmitting the Dharma to the four Noble Truths, the Third Patriarch set up Thien Tang Trai (sometimes offering a thousand monks to make offerings to him). Perfect man, he said to the masses:

–You think that sitting cross-legged is the best method, now I show you a special way of dying. My samsara is very free, unrestricted by time.

Saying so, left hand holding branches, legs raised like that, but calmly passed away. When he passed away, was how old he was, who he was from and where he was, no one knew.

Some people listen to it in awe thinking:

- The first Patriarch Bodhidharma was poisoned to death, the second Patriarch was killed, and the third Patriarch grabbed branches and trees. I really didn't dare to be the Founder, so dangerous!

You don't want to do it, and you can't do it, because you are afraid of dying. To be the Patriarch means not to be afraid of death, to see that death and birth are the same, so it is said, "Disturbing means Bodhi, birth and death Nirvana. Walking around the world, educating beings. " That can only be the Founder. You are so scared, you have fear, even if you are a disciple of O Sensei, it is not possible. O Sensei is not afraid of suffering, not afraid of accidents, not afraid of being born, not afraid of dying. You are not afraid of death to be able to be the Founder. Now if anyone is not afraid of death, I will immediately call him the Founder.

Tu To Dao Tin, when he was a child, he followed the Tam Sang Tang ordination to study, and sat for sixty years without lying down, his eyes often closed, using public means of justice, not Him sleeping. When He opened his eyes, ordinary people were startled like earthquakes. Why so? No one knows. But that is His mighty virtue.

In the Trinh Quan dynasty in the seventeenth year (AD 644), Thai Tong sent envoys to invite him to the imperial palace to make offerings, to worship him as a teacher. If the Magi of this generation, the Emperor did not invite, he also sought to meet the Emperor, depending on him, let alone this occasion of worshiping the bow? But the four founders refused, choosing words:

- My age has grown, so I can't go. Old age weak health, so can not go to the City.

The emissary returned and said to the Emperor,

- You return to speak to the four founders, no matter how old you are, I still invite you to the palace to make offerings.

The messenger went to the four founders, and said unto him,

- The Venerable said that no matter how old he was, he would use the palanquin to bring him into the palace to make offerings.

In the past there were no airplanes, unlike now the traffic is very convenient. Tu To answered:

- No way, I am too old, if you insist that I go, then cut off my head and take it away. Never mind my mind will not go anyway.

The messenger had no way, only to return to bring such an incident to the emperor:

- That Venerable was very strange, nor did he know the situation. He said that even beheading him, he did not come to meet His Majesty.

- Okay, go and bring his head.

The king used a box, which contained a sharp sword and handed it to the angel and said:

--Coming this sword, cutting off his head, bring it here.

But when he was about to depart, the Emperor said to the angel:

- No matter what, you cannot hurt the Venerable Master.

The envoy, understanding the Emperor's deep intention, immediately returned to the Four Patriarch's seat and said:

–The Venerable Master! Finally did he go or not? If not, this sword will be used to chop off His head, bringing His head to the king.

Master Dao Tin said:

-Very good! My head can meet the king, it is my honor, invite Him to cut my head off again!

The angel took the sword as if beheading Tu To's head. But seeing the four founders hold out their heads without fear, cut the sword down and put it back in the box. The Master Dao Tin closed his eyes and waited for the angel to behead, but waited for a long time but did not see any movement. Then he angrily shouted:

–Why don't you cut my head off?

The situation now is no different from the case of the Second Patriarch. The angel said:

- The King sent me to say so, but not to harm Him.

Master Dao Tin finished listening and laughed and said:

–So you know, there are people in the world who aren't afraid to die!

The four founders of Sima, renunciants of Buddhism, are a family of famous people at that time. From a small renunciation to study, in the world seventy-two years, sixty years without back projection, has achieved the realm of inconceivable realms. Once he was on a religious mountain, a mob of thieves surrounded the city for more than a hundred days, the food in the city and the drinking water were all completely dry. The Master saw the situation like that, and came to the city to teach all the army and people to chant  "Ma Ha Bat Nha Ba La Mat Da."  Reciting soon, the enemy withdrew and retreated, the water well dried up naturally overflowing with fresh water, this is a sensing realm.

A monk replied, "Hue means bringing wisdom to give beings, Energy means to do Buddha."

The great teacher, when he was born to his mother, did not drink milk. At night, he had nectar pouring nectar for him.

–Why is it called Hui Neng?

- "Hue" is the use of Buddha Dharma to enlighten sentient beings, "Power" is to spread Dharma.

After saying so, go away, don't know where to go. Hui Neng was born, did not drink breastmilk but grew up. According to legend, every night there was a god who came to drink nectar.

 

When he was twenty-four years old, he heard the Sutta from the Sutta. He visited the Five Great Patriarchs and prayed for his seal.

One day, Hui Nang was selling firewood, listening to a guest chanting the  Sutta, and when he  heard the phrase "Falcon, headless, wondrous being born", he immediately became enlightened. Currently many people have heard the  Sutta , but no one is enlightened. I hope in the West, someone who hears the words "love to be headless and wonder of a child" can understand the meaning and immediately become enlightened.

After enlightenment, the Great Master did not go everywhere saying, "Look! I was enlightened." He was not like some people today, only understanding a little superficial knowledge about Buddhism, went everywhere bragging about his enlightenment. Even though the ancients were enlightened, they did not dare to recklessly say that they were enlightened. If you are enlightened, you need to find a good eye-wise disciple (clear eye) to prove it. That is the reason that Luc To went to Hoang Mai to pray for the Five Great Seals.

From ancient times to the present, enlightened people never dare to affirm themselves, unlike the people now, not enlightened to say enlightenment, breaking great expectations. Need to know the enlightenment and not yet misleading a heaven and another, how can the puppet legs be indistinguishable, taking the real replacement, the fish mixed in the grain of the continent, close your eyes and talk?

Nowadays, there are some unconscious young people, after smoking drugs, LSD, intoxication, losing their minds. At that time, Maou enchanted the world, pretending to be good knowledge and proving to them that:

-Use then, you've reached the realm  is not , but you can not be in vain, the need to return to my place, I have premises, which houses, has resorts, comfortable amenities!

When these people heard, they worshiped the demon king as a teacher, in fact those evil people, who did not know if they were real or fake, so there was a saying: "teachers and students are confused, the blind lead the blind" .

So we need to use sutras to prove it. The sutras absolutely do not say that the fool is in vain building a room. Although the rocket can now fly to the moon, it is impossible to set up buildings in the air. How can such a childish argument be made?

We are very busy now, waking up to the morning four o'clock in the morning. We on this surface are busy building houses, but we can't build in vain. Why so? Because we are on the ground, houses need to be built on the ground as well. We forget this body, and create the body of Kim Cang, which is like our home, and one day it will be damaged. From now on until early evening, we are busy burning and practicing, until finally we can practice and reach the indestructible body of Kim Cang. After achieving the indestructible body of Kim Cang, it is possible for the mind to go into nothingness, up to heaven, below can go to the ground or to Long Palace. Without a passport or itinerary you can get to your destination, astronauts everywhere, but first you need to cultivate the indestructible body to reach this level.

 

The Five Patriarch looked at the Great Master, realized that he had the right merit, so he blessed him and taught him to succeed the Patriarch. At that time, the life of Duong Cao Tong, the year of the dragon in Long Soc, the year of the Rooster.

He passed away to the South for sixteen years.

If you are not sincere in spiritual practice, everything will be fine. Once the mind austerities, the miasma from the four directions leading to the eight directions, and all unimaginable phenomena can arise.

During the sixteen years living with the hunter group, Luc To was at peace. This is a wise refuge - no name, no benefit, no harm to people, but the true use of spiritual practice.

There are superstitious  people  (love that believes). As some parents saw their child seriously ill, he thought, "My child may die from illness, so he should be taken to the temple for renunciation." Because of superstition, parents brought their children to the temple. The "superstitious" people also have hope. There are people who are " superstitious " (believe in delusion), that is, they believe in the wrong views and wrong views, according to the inaccurate ideas that change according to the truth, as people often say: "mesmerizing in enchantment." Some people are " mesmerized but not convinced ," (both bewitched and unbelievable), in their delusion they don't believe in anything. But some people " believe without love ," these people use the mind of studying Buddhism,

Whether these renunciants can genuinely use the practice or not, are not very sure, or may have one or two percent of the true Dharma studies. But, if you are determined to be enlightened, to be born, then after renunciation you can diligently try your best to practice.

There are a few people out of the world, ie out of the three worlds: sex world, gender identity, gender identity. After coming out of the three realms, there will be no attachment to lust, rupa, or rupa, because they have no attachment, seeing the three realms as a flower spotted in the middle of nowhere, so it goes beyond the bondage of the three realms. , out of the three realms. There are some people who are impatient, if you are a monk, you cannot attain enlightenment, so you must eliminate defilements.

The Sixth Patriarch is a special example, unlike the aforementioned reasons, because He has reached the realm of freedom, renunciation or renunciation nor is there anything wrong. As a lay person, he practiced the Bodhisattva path, unlike other ordinary lay people.

The indestructible body of Professor Tri Duoc is still preserved in Nguyet Hoa Pagoda, five miles from Nam Hoa Temple. The manager in the temple was ordained, not entertaining guests, so if you want to go to visit, you have to prepare food and drink. When I was at Nam Hoa Pagoda, I used to visit Nguyet Hoa Pagoda, seeing that the body of Dai Tri Tri Duoc was kept completely, completely, without any damage.

At that time Lawyer Thong Ung in Kinh Chau knew that the Patriarch was the dharma master transmitting Buddha mind, and led his disciples to the Dharma Master. When the Master came to Cao Khe, seeing the small lecture hall, could not tolerate such a large number of people, he intended to expand the lecture hall. He visited landlord Tran A Tien said:

- The owner can offer the monk a piece of land with this instrument?

 

Tran A Tien said, "How big is the Venerable Master's seat?"

The Great Master took the concrete plaque to show Tran A Tien, Asia Tien said: Okay. The Great Master then took out the ordained instrument to release it, covering all four scenes of Cao Khe.

The master gave his instrument to Tran A Tien to see. He said:

–If you only need a piece of land the size of an instrument, then I am willing to make an offering.

But when the Great Master spread out the instrument, not only throughout the Nam Hoa Pagoda but also more than ten acres of land were covered. At that time the four heavenly kings embodied, sitting in the four directions, so a new realm of such magic appeared.

The master replied, "You can display a big picture, but not a small image. If you are a dragon, you can transform; small becomes big, big becomes small."

The body of the Dragon was very large, so only seeing its body could not see its head, hovering in the water, causing waves to roar, waves rising ten meters, twenty yards, or even thirty feet high. It is positive and self-proclaimed, self-professed. They were all afraid to say:

–If you really have magical power, can you transform from nothing to non-transform, you can arbitrarily transform, from a big body to a small body, from a small body to a big body , there are no obstacles.

 

The dragon suddenly fell down, took a small second to appear, jumped off the pond surface.

The opening of the bowl, said the challenge: "Surely you dare not squeeze in the bowl of the old monk?"

Dragon eagerly jumped in front of him, Great Master took the vessel of the bowl, the dragon struggled all the way. The Great Master brings the alms bowl to the temple, gives the sermon to the dragon.

Lu To used words to make the dragon small, immediately no longer see the dragon, but in an instant a small dragon hovering and dancing appeared in the water. Lu To said:

- You have now turned into a small body, but you do not dare to jump into my bowl!

The Great Patriarch held a bowl of dragon, returned to the dharma road, and taught the dragon to a sermon. Dragon heard the law of rebirth, escaping the body, leaving remains longer than seven inches long, the head of the horns and legs are full, handed down at the temple. The master went to fill this pond with rocks and soil. Besides the great palace, there is still an iron tower built on that pond.
