Thirdly, mankind has a predestined condition to cultivate Pham Hanh, that is, there are enough favorable conditions to practice the Noble Eightfold Path or the Path-Dinh-Tue path of the Buddhas, to have the will to practice to make himself pure, liberated, reached Nirvana.
In other words, mankind has faith, energy, mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom that is relatively strong and predestined to be enlightened and encouraged by the Buddha Dharma to encourage perfection to enlightenment. This is a lucky opportunity for those who are born as human beings, that is to have enough favorable conditions to learn and practice the Buddha's teachings for the purpose of liberating samsara. This is also the reason why the Buddha taught that it is difficult to change as a person, it is difficult to listen to the magic in order to remind people to know how to make the most of the favorable conditions of being their people to practice the promotion of enlightenment. . Because otherwise the chance of being human is no different from the unfortunate fate of other deluded beings.

Enough to be diligent,
For those who want benefits,

Back to time to pass!
Who let time pass,
Melancholy in hell,
Here who abandons,

Who ignorance covered,

Must endure for a long time,
Save in samsara.
Who was born as a human being,
In the time of the dharma teaching,
The past, the present, the future,

Who has walked the path,
As Tathagata preached,
Those who tame,
taught by the Dharma-level eyes ,

Live often mindfully,

Cut off all free,
Not following the ghost world,
They lived in the world,

The Enlightened One keeps reminding people of the meaning and importance of recognizing the path of escape from samsaric suffering declared by the Tathagata. The path has been opened by the Buddhas for a long time, but not all beings are aware. There are unfortunate beings being born into the unfortunate realms such as hell, eagle being or hungry ghosts, completely not listening to the Dharma. even the realms of the gods have a comfortable life and have little chance of knowing the way to escape from suffering and rebirth. Why? Because these beings have no predestined relationship with the Dharma, they have not prepared enough conditions to hear and understand the benefits of the Buddha's teachings.
The Dhammapada confirms:
Few among mankind,
Reach the other shore (Nirvana),
And the rest,
Downwards run this shore (samsara) [9] .
Do not listen to the magic, then do not reach Nirvana, there is no chance of escaping suffering of samsara. Being born in life without hearing the magic is a great disadvantage for man, because magic is the only means to help man transform the fate of suffering and escape the bondage of samsara. . Losing the opportunity to listen to the dharma, the chance to become a person is wasted.
Clearly, thanks to knowledge and will, humanity has undergone significant periods of evolution and development in history, especially in terms of building material and civilized life; however, the ability to transform mental suffering does not occur, because human progress does not go hand in hand with inner transformation. Therefore, despite inheriting a life of adequate material comfort, mankind is not free from sorrow, compassion, suffering, anguish and brain due to the mind not being cultivated and transformed. Buddha called the existence that has no chance of transforming the mind like that is in vain, not timely, unlucky, because it is just the passing of samsara, the running of karma, not awakening, does not give rise to enlightenment, does not lead to calm, victory, enlightenment, Nirvana. Only the existence associated with recognizing the path of transforming the mind out of delusion of suffering is considered beneficial, timely and fortunate, because it marks an important turning point of sentient beings in the process. arousing consciousness towards enlightenment. According to the Buddha, the basic condition for such an opportunity to transform such fortunes is that people need to know how to cultivate trust in the Three Jewels, to be close to the enlightened ones in order to have the opportunity to hear them. magic, learn magic and practice magic. In other words, if people do not listen to the dharma, they do not see the way to escape suffering of samsara, they will follow a life of following the deluded habit of inviting suffering [10] , called non-Holy Bridge (Anariyapariyesàna) , meaning being born again looking for the birth; get old yourself looking for the old; get yourself sick again, looking for the ill; die on its own to seek death; melancholy seeks his own sadness; being polluted by oneself, seeking the polluted thing [11] .

In general, being born as a human being is a lucky and convenient opportunity for people to transform the fate of agony and suffering. Mankind has accumulated many useful insights and experiences related to the history of human evolution, thereby improving many difficult aspects of life and moving forward to build prosperous civilized societies. Prosperity. Human effort in this respect is respectable, but it is not enough for the human world to transform the fate of suffering. Mankind still needs another metabolic resource to face the challenges that arise and exist in human life.
Buddha came to the human world with the noble mission of speaking up suffering and cessation of suffering in order to awaken people to the wisdom of living out of suffering. The enlightened life of the Buddhas is not exclusive to any sentient being but it is suitable for development in the environmental conditions of the human world. All the Buddhas have entered the Holy Spirit in the human world and use the human realm as the center of the cause of the sermon of birth. It is a great fortune for the human world, the other sentient beings are not fortunate to be enlightened by the Buddha Dharma like the human world. Therefore, whatever the condition, being born as a human being is a lucky opportunity for humans to transform the fate of suffering.
Must know how to best use this opportunity of one thousand years to escape the suffering of samsara, or at least realize there is a path that makes you no longer suffer from birth, old age, sickness, death, grief, compassion, suffering, pros, the brain is ahead, worthy of our exposure to learn and move forward.
The Dhammapada says, "Whoever lives a hundred years, doesn't see immortal law, is better than living one day, sees immortal law" [14] . Seeing immortality means seeing the path of escape from samsaric suffering, initiating trust and serenity walking on it, even if only one day is still more beneficial than a life of people.
