We briefly mention the Four Noble Truths: The Buddha said what we are wearing passion as money, power or lust. we may think these are happy feelings but their nature will lead to suffering because when we are addicted to those objects we will always look for it, pressing it and feeling it. uncomfortable, uncomfortable, and once we possess it, we are afraid of it being lost, etc.

So talented ,  powerful  . all the things that  nature  it if you stick to it, I'm  passionate about  it, then we will have to fall into the  state of  suffering, suffering  so  a  true  presence on  the world  this. But the Buddha  said  the essence  of  life  is not suffering, suffering is caused by greed, hatred and ignorance of  us , so  we  have greed, hatred and delusion. When  we  have this five aggregates and  we  are a  human being

then the   instinct  of  us  containing material available of greed, hatred and ignorance and because of greed, hatred and delusion took his master so it makes  us  become suffering.

The purpose of meditation is to look deeply into something, to see its roots. Any action we take, if we look into it, we will be able to identify the seeds of that action. That seed may be from our ancestors. Whatever action we take, our ancestors are doing it with us. So dad, grandpa and great-grandfather are doing it with you, mom, grandmother and great-grandma are doing with you. Our ancestors are there in every cell in our bodies. There are seeds planted throughout your life, but there are seeds that were planted before you manifested in this form.

Sometimes we act without purpose, but still act. "Qi" has drawn us, it drives us to do things that are not conscious. Sometimes we do something without knowing we are doing it. Even when we don't want to do something, we still do it. Sometimes we say, "I don't want to do it, but it's stronger than me, it pushes me." It is a seed, a set of qi, which probably came from many generations in the past.

We have inherited a lot. With mindfulness, we become aware of the volume of qi that has been transmitted. We must see that our parents and grandparents are very weak like us. We can be aware without judging our negative habits that come from ancestral roots. We can smile at our mistakes, with our temperament, with our consciousness, we have a choice, we can act differently. We can end this cycle of suffering now.

Perhaps in the past when we saw ourselves doing unintentional things, something was inherited and we blamed ourselves. We see ourselves as a separate self, alone, full of mistakes. But with consciousness, we can begin to transform and let go of these volumes.

With mindfulness practice, we recognize that a habitual action has taken place. This is the first awareness that mindfulness brings. Then we have the interest, interest, mindfulness and concentration that will help us to see and reflect the roots of our actions. That action was inspired by something that happened yesterday, or perhaps it was three hundred years ago and has its roots in its ancestors. Once we become aware of our ancestors, we can decide not to repeat that action. If we are aware of the qi in us and can become more intentional in our thoughts, words, and actions. At that time, we can transform not only ourselves but also our ancestors, who planted the seeds. We are practicing for all our ancestors and descendants,

When we can smile at a provocation that annoys us, we can be aware of our ability, understand it, and continue to do it this way. If we can do that, it means our grandparents also smile at what's annoying in them. If one keeps quiet and smiles with frustration, the whole world will have a better chance for peace. The key is to be aware of what we act. Mindfulness will help us understand where our actions come from.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.30/6/2020.
