T realize the burning in  and T stasis mindfulness.

Made In The Mindfulness .VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.

All worldly phenomena are nama, constantly changing. They exist only in every moment it is difficult to recognize. The ultimate reality is absolute truth, only by objective perception can the nature of reality be known. In the world of phenomena there is nothing called permanent and immutable that changes continuously, something that seems to stand still but the fact that the material atoms in it are moving close to the speed of light .

The reality of each nama rupa is always in the present state in which they are living or present. The reality is that which is, such thing, such thing, no quality, no attribute. Mindfulness makes the mind present, living with the present, and becoming completely present. Unwavering distraction makes greed, hatred, delusion, ignorance, suspicion, evil thoughts and all other akusala cittas arising, making the mind tired and insecure.

Bliss does not come with knowledge, by arguing or expressing opinions, bliss is manipulated through practice. Realizing the ultimate reality is Nirvana realization. It is impossible to ask a god or god to give it to him, himself must practice and realize himself. But in fact there is nothing enlightened at all, only complete residence in the present only. Mindfulness is a basic step of practicing and practicing the four foundations of mindfulness to lead the practitioner in the right direction.

All four ways of the four foundations of mindfulness are based on the concept of "Mindfulness knows no words" and "Mindfulness knows Such." Before practicing the four foundations of mindfulness, one must experience the two basic types of mindfulness mentioned above. Through the practice of the four foundations of mindfulness, the practitioner will achieve inner harmony, body-mind harmony, promote spiritual wisdom, attain right mindfulness, and realize Nirvana from within the objective awareness of self. This objective perception is "Tathā Mind".

This is the result of a state of mind completely pure: no speech, no range, no four. The mind is from much attachment to less attachment and ultimately no more attachment. That is no longer the practice of gas / piracy or, fetters, free hypnosis. Through a state of pure mind, he immediately overcome all sorrow. Thus, he can adjust or cure the disease of body and mind. This is a harmonious body-mind state; Experience called "eradicate suffering, pros." The deeper result was that he began to develop spiritual wisdom, and realized "Nirvana".

We learn more of the four foundations of mindfulness in order to supplement our Buddhist knowledge, and also to realize the path to inner purification, end of sorrow, eradication of suffering, attainment of right understanding, enlightenment of Nirvana, Buddha has established many devices. In particular, the four foundations of mindfulness are considered to be a synthesis between the mundane and base. The custom is to use awakening intellect to contemplate Body, Life, Mind and Dharma . The base is to realize such states of body, feeling, mind and dharma, and then dwell in such states on body, feeling, mind, and dharma . By this abiding one will experience many levels of transformation of body, mind and mind. Specifically, we will experience joy, joy, contempt, and tranquility.

Purification of mind for sentient beings: means making all beings' minds pure. Beings on the basis of capital are not pure. It always has the potential of four groups: 1) smuggling or practicing air, 2) fetters, 3) hypnosis, and 4) karma. All four groups are agents that create very strong attachment capacity in the mind and mind of sentient beings. The disturbing emotions and sufferings of sentient beings are inherent in these attachments. It is these 4 energies that make living beings never experience lasting peace, true happiness in different living environments. Beings live like ephemera: always jump into the  stain ng fire material benefits and mental benefits  to satisfy the senses . Since then beings are difficult to avoid disputes, struggles, scrambles, kill each other. Bliss, happiness is less but afflictions, suffering is more. Tears, hatred, blood, and fire never cease in the daily life of all sentient beings.

By the unique method of "reciting the mindfulness", if applied correctly, it will help sentient beings purify their minds. That is, people have a new awareness of worldly phenomena, the value of spiritual activities, and the way of their daily activities according to the teachings of Buddha through the four methods of contemplation: Body, Life, and Mind. France. Beings will no longer hold onto their own prejudices, prejudices, subjective biases about the Body, the Life, the Mind, and the Dharma ( internal body ) and those of the ( outer body ). Sentient beings' minds will become serene, peaceful, harmonious, compassionate, and have wisdom for their own Body, Life, Mind, Dharma and People. Then sentient beings will transcend sorrow.

When there is a new awareness, that is, we have realized the true nature of the world phenomenon, our minds become pure, we live well enough, we are constantly dwelling in mindfulness, in truth, and in so on. Body, Life, Mind, and Dharma. Through these spiritual practices, we will overcome sadness and sadness in the mind (brain). From there comes, we eliminate the suffering of the body, and worry of sadness of mind. This part, Buddha called: "Eliminate suffering, pros."

Achieving the Chief Justice: Chief Justice (sammā ñāṇa:  right knowledge) is the knowledge of truth (jānāti yathābhūtaṃ) about the object. It is the opposite of deviant position (micchā ñāṇa). It is synonymous with right view (sammādiṭṭhi). Both the right mind and the right view are rooted in wisdom. It is not attached to the  object (Pakati:  nature) and the general  (Nimitta:  signs, mark, outward appearance) of the object.

In Buddhist psychology, the object always has 2 nature and general. That is the general / general nature and the general / individual nature. Nature is a permanent, unchanging being of phenomena. Chess is the outward, often changing distinction of phenomenon; Visible to the naked eye.

Tanh / general is: impermanence, suffering, non-self, no, legal nature, like Tanh ...

Tanh is: hot, cold, cool, wet, dry, gentle, evil, know ...

It is not the position of one of the three groups of thought minds, discriminatory consciousness, and distorted intellect. It has no "I" subject in it. Development Buddhism ranks this chief position because of the "true self" or "pure self" assuming that function. Zen Buddhism classify this position by awareness. "Achievement of right understanding" is the result of the application of the method of contemplation of body, feeling, mind, and dharma.

This mindfulness is based on the factor of enlightenment. That is the intellect is no longer distorted, no longer subjective. This position sees as real, knows as the real. It is classified by Buddha as "unborn." Zen Buddhism called Tanh awareness, Duy Thuc cardboard called "Bach pure consciousness." It is the basic basis of liberation or the realization of Nibbāna. Using meditation practice without having experienced "right mindfulness" is like having a clean mind. Our mind is always attached. Awareness is never present.

Enlightenment in Nibbana ”= to realize Nibbana = nibbānassa sacchikiriyāya. Nirvana = Nibbāna; Skt: Nirvāna (popular meaning): the going out of a lamp or fire. 2. the dying out of fuel in the heart (hadaya) of the threefold of rga, dosa, and moha. 3. the dying out of āsava, kilesa, fetters, depending on freedom leads to liberation, no more rebirth.

In this Sutta, the Buddha teaches the Buddha's renunciant disciple on how to do the Quan. It consists of four main points:  enthusiastic practice, awareness, mindfulness, and object (Body, Life, Mind and Dharma) .

  • The foundation of the restaurant in the four foundations of mindfulness: satisampajañña
  • Content of the bar: you know it; do not hold general generals, do not hold separate generals on 4 subjects are Body, Life, Mind, and Dharma. Consistent people do not use intellect to reason, do not use consciousness to compare, distinguish, not use the mind to think about those 4 objects. What does an object look like? Body is body, feeling is life, mind is mind, dharma is dharma. Only recognize headings in the present; There is no need to find out which category the subject is: body, feeling, mind or dharma.
  • To understand the Satipa Niệm kinhhāna Sutta it is essential that we grasp the meaning of the word "reciting." It is the basic basis for seeing on four things: body, feeling, mind, dharma, through the Quan method. Here, in the Sutta, the word "Sati" means " knowing without fixed content." In this case, the word "Sati" was translated into Vietnamese as "mindfulness." This word "righteous" does not mean "true," or "true;" opposite of "wrong" or "evil." It means  awareness without any fixed content in it .  It is the state of  knowing  of a person who has undergone a long period of practice, which leads to a calm, completely objective, or  empty mind: consciousness, mind, and intellect are not working, only the work of awareness. This is the state of  mind objectively  (cittatatha): to not stick with landscape scenes not impact the mind through the senses: seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and touching that person. Sutra called this state "equanimity." In Buddhist psychology, this concept is called "discharge of intellectual property" (Saṅkhārūpekkhā ñāṇa). With this position, he always knows, exactly (willow tri) (parijānāti: to know accurately) the surroundings in such a state of truth. That mind is never involved with the scene.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.29/6/2020.
