The Three Jewels are  like  the sphere of  activity  of  the sun . Their compassion  is  indifferent  and never exhausted. Take  refuge  from the  bottom of  your heart . This is my  passionate advice  .

TAM BAO  is Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. In  Sanskrit , the  Three Jewels  are called  ratna , the jewels bring joy. Areas of  activity  of  the sun  is a permitted  metaphor  to indicate something  perfect , overwhelming and never exhausted, it dispels the darkness and  illuminates  an  impartial  on all. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha have complete and perfect qualities , and  possess  all the abilities to dispel  suffering  and bestow  blessings  on  sentient beings .

Buddha  means the one who is  fully  enlightened . In other words, a Buddha  is fully  awakened  from the sleep of  delusion . He was  free from  both gross and subtle obscurations, and  discovered  two   intrinsic wisdom awareness  . Buddhahood  is  nature  is  set  in a  natural , not blended, not  dependent  on the  conditions of  the other. A Buddha with   perfect wisdom , has  completely accomplished the nature  of   compassion , and have all the  power  to  manifest  all   outstanding activities . There are many Buddhas in  the past ,  present , and future. In fact , there are many Buddhas like  countless  dust particles . Basically,  the term  Buddha  refers to  anyone who has a  fully  enlightened mind  and  refers to  those who are  free from  all  suffering  and its  causes  . When we point out  Shakyamuni Buddha  as a Buddha, he is a model of this. A Buddha has four form , all  manifestations  from the Dharmakaya  :

1.   incarnations  (Nirmanakaya)  is a Buddha  manifests  in  the form  physics . A  Reincarnation  can  manifest  anywhere as something that is  lifeless  or  inanimate  - like a  human , an animal, or even a bridge,  if needed  . For example, we see in the stories, his Asanga ( Asanga ) is  Buddha  Maitreya  has  manifested  as a dog of maggots covered to create the  conditions  through which Asanga can have the opportunity to see Him. In in fact , the  manifestations  of a Buddha cannot be measured, because they are infinite.

2.  Sambhogakaya  (Sambhogakaya)  is an  expression  of  manifest  fully and perfection of the qualities of excellence, infinite  Buddha , called themselves the pleasure-glorious and resplendent. All Buddhas  appear  and  manifest  in the   infinite Buddha realms in  this form  . They did not  gather  there, nor were they smaller. The Sambhogakaya  is inconceivable and transcends   mediocre thought or measurement. Nevertheless , the  great bodhisattvas  are those who have  accomplished  the  realizations Senior people can understand   this form . Sambhogakaya  has   infinite language , it is  harmonious , melodious and  suitable  for  the consciousness  of all  sentient beings . The Nirmanakaya  and  Sambhogakaya  manifest  to  benefit  all  sentient beings  through  pure ,  pervasive compassion  .

3.  Dharma body  (Dharmakaya)  is the  perfection  own  me,  completely  get rid of  all the  confusion  and  suffering . France Body  infinite and transcends all  boundaries . We cannot see it with our physical eyes   or touch it with our hands. Yet  it is the  fundamental  of all the qualities  a great , infinite-intellectual  immense , infinite,  awareness  pristine, and  compassion . It is  the basis  for the  manifestation  of  peace,  harmony , and  virtue , even in  a  relative state . Every different  form  or body of a Buddha  manifests  from the  dharmakaya.

4.  The  Self-Nature  (Svabhavikakaya)  is  the inseparable nature  of the other  three  forms. In other words,  the  empty nature of the body is the  Dharmakaya . Since then,  manifest  relentless of all  the form  is  reincarnation , and the two can not be separated by this body is  Sambhogakaya . Incarnations  and  Sambhogakaya  together called  rupakaya  ( Form Body ). Form Body  and  Law Body  are inseparable and are  included  in Bao Than . For example,  the  wisdom mind of  Shakyamuni Buddha  is the  Dharmakaya , his speech is  Sambhogakaya , His body is  Sambhogakaya , and  His inseparable nature  is  Sambhogakaya .

Dharma  means the method to protect the mind from klesha ( mental afflictions ). These teachings have related to truth, absolute and relative, first of all Buddha Shakyamuni introduce the Four Truths Noble:

• Truth of  Suffering
• The Source of  Suffering
• Truth  Ends  Suffering
• Truth  The Way  To  Achieve The End

These four things  consist of  two truths - the first, the second and the fourth are  included  under  the relative truth , and the third is  the  absolute truth . The relative truth  is a bridge for  ordinary beings  to use  to  enter the absolute truth . The relative truth is  also called the "Truth of the  Path ," meaning it is a  method  for purifying the gross and subtle obscurations. The way to discover  all the perfect qualities of  the Buddha ,  including     heart of  compassion  and  wisdom  intrinsic. The road  is how  to value  the ultimate  for any  negativity  in  the mind does not  exclude certain things. Absolute truth   is not  aware  , which means it cannot be  explained  by the mind of  disturbing emotions . Non-  duality  cannot be  perceived  by dualistic mind. Our busy mind can not define  the meaning supreme ,  however  self-  nature  they can not be separated-no  relative truth  , there is no  absolute truth  .

We  study  the Dhamma  and  practice the  relative truth in  order to  experience  and  realize  the  absolute truth ,  enlightenment . Everything we  study  and  practice  is related to the  two truths : from  the beginning  when we start reading the alphabet and learning to count, and then when we  realize the  ten  virtues  and begin to avoid the ten non-  virtues . Then we  tried  each  step  and  overcome the  Five  Paths . Four path  first ( path  accumulation,  road  preparation,  road  insight  deep, and  the path  of meditation ) have  related  to  relative truth . Absolute truth   ( the uneducated path  or  the path  of  perfection ) is  realized  when one  attains Buddhahood .  

I  followed  in  the path  of this with the support of the three  practice :  Shila  (gender),  samadhi  ( meditation  equalizing, regulations), and  praj ñ a  ( awareness  scrutinizes  discrimination , intellectual property). When we build a house, we need  materials  to build columns, walls, and ceilings. By  combining  these  conditions  , one can build a beautiful house. Similarly  , to build an enlightened house  , these three  practices  are  materials rudimentary and essential. If one of these three things is  forgotten , the enlightened castle   cannot be  built . So all  meditators  France must  carefully  each part of the three  practice  and the same. Love them in your heart.

Sangha  (Sangha)  refers to the  community of  people dedicated to the  study  and  practice  of Dharma . There are many ways classified  Sangha : The Shravaka ( Thanh Van ), Pratyekabuddha (Buddha  Single Awareness ), and the  bodhisattvas , those who have  accomplished  the different stages such as the  way  different or ten bhumi ( cross address ). All of them have had different qualities,  depending  on their  achievements  in  the  spiritual path . Sangha the  practitioner  lay  hold  of the world  and have  faith  unshakable place of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Sangha  monks and nuns are  practitioners  hold the  precepts  ordained  and committed  life  into the  study  and  practice of  the Dhamma . The  sangha  is the great example of the  practitioners  success , are those who  follow  in the footsteps of  the Buddha . They are objects of  reverence , devotion, and desire. Sir entirely  consecrated to the purification of  delusion  in the mind, the  thoughts  negative  and dedication to  maintain  the attitude  of enlightenment . We can  the Sangha  are those who have  to enter  the Path  Tuesday and above, those who have  accomplished  the  understanding  critic  profound. Especially  as we  refuge in the Sangha  group  includes  those who have  achievements  advanced in the  realization  of two  types of position  Property and has  escaped  mortal. Thus,  three refuge in  this-Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha-are  precious  and are the source of all  benefits  in  the world .

An Italian-like jewel has these qualities: 

• It is very difficult to find in  the world
• has  a  pure nature
• be able to  meet  the  wishes  of  the people  in the  vicinity
• is the peerless ornament   of a  nation
• is  the wealth  super Vietnam  in all kinds  of wealth
• has  a  never  changing nature

Similarly  , Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha  possess  qualities  similar to  those of an idea-like jewel:

• they are rare in  samsara
• completely  purify all obscurations rough and subtle
• there is every possibility of bringing about  relative  and  absolute peace   and all qualities of excellence
• are the transcendent adornments   of  the world , can create  absolute harmony 
• the  most outstanding of  sentient beings
• never flinch in  employment  benefit  beings  through the  wisdom ,  compassion , and  activities .

On  the basis  of the four foundations, understand that these three things — Buddha, Dharma and Sangha — are places  of refuge  (refuge) that are never exhausted and compassionate. So from the  bottom of  your heart , take  refuge in these  three things. Especially  as,  Buddha  has  compassion  numerous  conditions  for all  sentient beings . The compassion  and  wisdom  of  the Buddha  to all  sentient beings  without exception. In the Buddha's mind   there is no  discrimination  , even between  man  and  inhuman beings . He  nurtured  loving  kindness  indiscriminately . The  blessings  of  the Buddha are  not bigger for  the  senior guru , and less impaired for  ordinary beings  , even for small insects. We may hear that a  guru  has a vision of  the Buddha , so we may think that  the Buddha is  closer to this teacher and farther away from us. This is not true. We should  feel completely confident  that  the Buddha  is  indistinguishable   and never run out. The sun  shines  indefinitely  on high mountains and in narrow valleys. The sun  can be  reflected  in thousands of ponds without exception. Similarly  , the  households  of the  Three Jewels  come to all  sentient beings  equally.

If one  makes  an  effort , Buddha 's support   is always there. The Buddha  's   non-  discriminatory nature  is  true  for all  sentient beings . This  explaining  why  teaching  is not just for monks and nuns, but can be  practiced  by any  beings normally  do. The Dharma  teaches us how to  be free  from   universal suffering . Buddha  Always be present wherever there is opportunity to help. When we are in a hot climate and touch a cold breeze, we can  feel  that this is  Buddha  's strong  blessing . When it is cold and we  feel  an exposure to  the  warm sunlight , it is also the  inexhaustible blessing activity  of  the Buddha . The  blessings  of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha  appear  with our desire to  be free  from  suffering  and  refuge  . Both are  necessary  for perfect results  . 

We know that  samsara  is  misleading  and  suffering  and we want to  get rid  of  that state , but we don't know what to do. Therefore, we need a guide who can give us a  perfect method  , can show us  the way  to  completely get rid of  all  delusion . In this regard, we turn to the  refuge of Buddha , Dharma, and Sangha. Here are the  benefits  of taking  refuge : 

* We  become  a  Buddhist  and have every opportunity to  study  and  practice the   noble Dharma .

*  Refuge  becomes  the basis for receiving all other vows and  enlightens  the path  of liberation .

*  Refuge  purifying and dispelling all obscurations does not exclude anything, just like water that cleanses  impurities .

* The harm from people and  non-humans  becomes helpless.

*  Refuge is  not only  intellectual ; rather,  the refuge  encompasses  the entire  people  of us.

* Buddha is the body of purifying all obscurations, Dharma is  the method  for purifying obscurations, Sangha is the group of people in which we  practice Dharma . So when we  take refuge in the Three Jewels  and  practice the Dharma , the obscurations cannot  work , like the darkness fading as  the sun  rises.

* I  accomplish  everything I want. For example, one can  attain  the  perfection  of  the  intrinsic, pure nature of  wisdom . It can  manifest  the  peace ,  happiness ,  fame , and  wealth  without  effort  and  ultimately  achieve  Buddhahood . Meanwhile, we will be  reborn  in the  realms of heaven  and man.

* By taking  refuge , all qualities of  wisdom  and  compassion  will  grow  indefinitely.

* By taking  refuge in the Three Jewels , one quickly  attains  Buddhahood . The  study  and  practice of  the Dharma , step by  step , purifying all obscurations does not exclude anything and  ultimately  leads to  the  ultimate goal .

* When we  practice  a  true  and  sincere , we will not be  reborn  in the lower realms.

The  following story illustrates  this issue  :

Norbu is a god full  capacity , a  leader  of the gods. He played in the garden of   the Thirty-third Heaven , where many sons and daughters of other gods surrounded him. An aroma  pleasing  radiating  from his body and his ornaments are always fresh. Other people can not  tolerate  well the  separation from  him. They were so  absorbed  in  pleasure  that one hundred years had  passed  in a brief moment.

Unfortunately  , bad signs have begun to  appear  on Norbu's body. His flowers and ornaments have faded, and a  foul odor  emerges  from his body. He became  dissatisfied  with  his position  . The sons and daughters of the gods  realized  this and  abandoned  him. Norbu  contemplated  and wondered, "What is happening to me?" Because the gods had discriminatory clairvoyance  , he  realized  the situation and  discovered  that all the  virtues  and  good karma  that he had  established  in The past  has been ruined and exhausted. Busy with  pleasures , he did not accumulate   new  merit in  his life . He then  searched for the  place where he would be  reborn  after dying  and  realized  that he would be conceived as a pig in a giant puddle of mud. To  prevent  this fate caused him  suffering  can not  tolerate  well.

Norbu went to Indra ( Indra ), king of the gods, and obtain  protection  to  escape  the  rebirth  terrible. But heaven Indra said: "I cannot afford to help you. You should go to  Buddha  for help. " In an instant, Norbu  appeared  before  the Buddha  and pleaded  sincerely  and  desperately . When  prostrating , he  begged  to be  protected  to avoid being  reborn  in the lower realms. The Buddha  advised: "Take  refuge in Buddha , Dharma, and Sangha," and bestowed upon  him the vows  of refuge  and  instructions  in  meditation . Norbu was  most interested  to practice  a  sincere . Immediately  after death , Norbu was  reborn  as king of the realm of Brahma ( Brahma ).

Indra ( Indra ) wondered whether the son of the gods  reborn  somewhere, so he asked  the Buddha . Buddha  told him to  search  in the Brahma realm   because Norbu was born to be a king there. When Indra saw this to be true, he  marveled  at  the  extraordinary power  of taking  refuge , and he chanted this  compliment  :

Who  take refuge in the Buddha , Dharma and Tang-
although  intended to  be  reborn  in a lower realm,
instead, he was born in a  heavenly  else
because he had  taken refuge  when here in  heaven .

How noble, how  extraordinary  , the  power  and the  blessing  of the refuge!

Moreover, if we  take refuge in the Three Jewels  and  follow  the path , our  future  lives will be of  benefit :

* I will be  facing  the Buddha adorn the main and auxiliary signals, or meet the  guru  diamond  greatness.

* In  continuity  of  life , we will never  rid ourselves  listening to  the Dhamma .

* I will  join  the Sangha assembly  .

Relax for a moment and take a deep breath. In the  space  before  you,  visualize  the Buddha ,  the embodiment  of  wisdom  and  compassion ; Dharma,   perfect teaching ; and Sangha, the great  Bodhisattvas  and  Arhat  . Please  arises  devotion and longing great  escape from  samsara . Take   a  heartfelt refuge  and recite this  prayer  twenty-one times or more:
