I. The cycle of the flowering tree At that time the Buddha said to the bhikkhus: 1. "If the leaves of the Tru Do tree [1] in Thirty-three Thien Thien turn yellow, [2] at that time the gods in Thirty-Three Thien Thien are happy and joyful, thinking that the leaves of the Tru Do tree will soon fall. 2. “Then the leaves in Tam Thirteen Thien Thien fell. At that time, the gods in Thirty-Three Thien Thien were happy and excited that the leaves of the Tru Do tree would soon grow back. 3. "Then, the leaves of the tree in Thirty-three have grown again, at that time the gods of the Three-Thousand-Three Thien Thien were happy and excited that the Tru Do tree would soon form a network. [3] 4. “Then the tree of Tru Do in Thirty-three Thien Thien has networked. At that time, the gods of Thirty-Three Thien Thien were happy and excited that the Tru Do tree would soon bloom like a bird's beak. [4] 5. “Then the Tru Do tree in Thirty-three Thien Thien blossomed like a bird's beak. “At that time, the gods of the Thirty-Three Heavens thought that the Tree of Abundance would soon bloom like a bowl. [5] [ 422b ] 6. "Then the Tree of Abundance in Thirty- Three Thien Thien blossomed like a bowl. At that time, the gods in Thirty-Three Thien Thien were happy that the Tru Do tree would soon bloom fully. 7. “When the Tree of Abundance blooms in full bloom, it radiates light, color, and fragrance for a hundred do-weeks. [6] ; At that time in the summer of April, the Thirty-Three Gods enjoyed the five heavenly pleasures. It is the Thirty-Three Thien Thien gathered under the Tru Do tree to enjoy the joy. II. The process of the Holy Disciple's cultivation 1. “In that sense, so is the Noble Disciple. When thinking about ordination, at that time the noble disciple is like a yellowed leaf, just like the leaf of the Tru Do tree in the Thirty-Three-Three Heavens. 2. “Again, when the noble disciple shaved off his hair and beard, put on the kashāya, with faith, abandoned his family, lived without family, studied the Way; at that time the noble disciple is called a fallen leaf, just like the leaves of a tree of refuge in the Thirty-Three Heavens fall. 3. "Again, when the Holy Disciple is divorced from sexual desire, from the law of evil, there are four, [7] ; there is joy and happiness arising from separation, [8] ; achievements and stay [9] ; First meditation; at that time the noble disciple is called to be born again like a leaf in the Thirty-Three Thien Thien is born again. 4. "Again, when the Holy Disciple's game and four have ended, internal static, one-pointedness is not found, there is joy and happiness due to birth, [10] ; achieve and abide in the Second Jhana. At that time the Noble Disciple is called net-born like a tree of refuge in the Thirty-Three Thousand Heavens. 5. "Again, when the Holy Disciple leaves the pleasure of sex, rests and discharges to the bridge [11] ; with right mindfulness, body feeling happy; what the saint said [12] ; is peaceful stay with discharge, and mindfulness, [13] ; achievement of abiding in the Three Meditations. At that time the Noble Disciple is called to bloom like a bird's beak, just as the Tree of Abundance in the Thirty-three Heavens bloomed like a bird's beak. 6. "Again, when the holy disciple destroys happiness, destroys suffering; the previous joy and sorrow have also disappeared, neither suffering nor pleasure, discharge and pure mindfulness [14] ; achievement of the four meditations. The Noble Disciple at that time is said to bloom like a bowl, just as the Tree of Abundance in the Thirty-Three Heavens blooms like a bowl. 7. "Again, when the holy disciple of the contraband has been eradicated, the mind is liberated, the wisdom is liberated, right in this present life that self-knowledge, self-awareness, self-certification, achievement abiding; he knows as it really is that 'Birth is over, the holy life is established, what needs to be done is done, there is no more rebirth.' [15] ; at that time the noble disciple is called a full-blooming flower, just as the tree of Abundance in the Thirty-Three Heavens blooms roundly. It was a bhikkhu who had gone to Arahantship , who was asked and praised by the Thirty-Thirteenth Thousand Peoples gathered in the main hall of Thien Phap , saying: 'That noble disciple, living in that hamlet [ 422c ], has shave off hair and beard, put on the kashāya, have faith, leave home, live without family, study the Way, all the taints are gone, the mind is liberated, the wisdom is liberated, right in this present life self-knowledge and self-knowledge. Enlightenment, self-realization, attainment of abiding, knowing as it really is, birth has ended, the holy life has been established, what needs to be done has been done, there is no more rebirth'. It is the gathering of the Arahants, like the Thirty-Three Gods, gathered together under the Tree of Abundance."
