This person is due to his high mental strength, so he gets Tam-ma-ground. That's called Tam-ma-earth. This person thought: Now that we can't help but give up greed, hatred, delusion and evil mind, it is logical that we should get rid of not giving up greed, hatred, delusion and the evil mind and focus on the practice of abandoning greed - hatred - delusion and good mind. Because of this person's increased mental strength, he attained Tam-ma-ground. That's called Tam-ma-earth. This person has attained the Samadhi Mind, and then, because he wants to get rid of all the unwholesome evils that have arisen, he arouses desire. This person therefore has a heightened mind, so he has Tam-ma-ground. That's called Tam-ma-earth. That person has achieved Tam-ma-ground, and then he wants to end all the evil and unwholesome things that have arisen, so he has a craving for it... Why are these four things called divine succubus? That means there is a magical transformation. There has been, will be, and there is a metamorphosis. It is being able to turn one into many, or many into one, or hide or show. It is the mind that sees these variations. For example, the body can slip through without any hindrance at all through very thick and hard things such as brick walls, cliffs, etc., or soar into the air, or burrow deep into the black earth, or appear and disappear spontaneously and without hesitation. Sometimes in water, or in hard substances like rocks, or in the middle of space. Sometimes it makes the water flow in reverse or change the current. Sometimes he crawled into the ground and sat cross-legged, sometimes he jumped up into the air and flew like a bird and returned without any hindrance. Even the sun, the moon, and the sun and moon are so big, so majestic, so glorious, that it is not difficult to reach out and touch them like a toy. Even the Brahma world is free to change, it's amazing and unpredictable... All of this is called divine power, that is, because of these changes, we strive diligently and diligently to practice without interruption. until the effective purpose is achieved, it can be transformed or depends on the magic of that transformation…, so it is called fullness. There are also these four special samadhis, also called gods, and also called fulfilment. Because of its wonderful and unpredictable use, it serves as a refuge for so many noble merits. also called succulent. Because of its wonderful and unpredictable use, it serves as a refuge for so many noble merits. also called succulent. Chapter 9: Remembrance , Part 1
At that time, Duc Bac old Pham lived in the lonely garden, The Da forest, belonging to the city of That-la-phie.
At that time, the World-Honored One told the Bhikkhus: I will briefly tell you how to practice the four dharmas of mindfulness (body, feeling, mind, and dharmas). That is, it's like having a Bicho to the inside of your body that you observe, observe and learn with all kinds of diligence, right knowledge, right thinking, right memory (right need, right knowledge, right mindfulness) and completely eliminating all things. greed and worry in life. And with regard to the outside of the body, this person also observes and investigates with all right effort, right understanding, mindfulness, and abandoning covetousness in the world. This person then observes, observes, and learns that both the inside and the outside of the body have all the right needs, right knowledge, mindfulness and abandonment of covetousness and worries in the world.
With regard to the inside and outside of the three things of Feeling - Dharma - Mind, it is the same widely. And as in the present practice of the four dharmas of mindfulness, it should be known in the past or in the future as well.
1. What is the observation post to find out inside of your body with all the right things, know the right, remember to think right and get rid of all greed and worry in life?
Inside the body, that is, our own body while it is alive, is continuously working, now exists but has not been lost.
As for the inside of the body, observe and learn... That means there is a Biso taste in the body, from head to toe, depending on each place, each organ and part, that observes and contemplates all. everything is filthy, nothing is clean. As in the body, it includes: Hair, hair, teeth, nails, flesh, tendons, blood vessels, bone marrow, femur (long), kidney, heart, lungs, liver, bile, intestines, stomach, liquid fat, brain brain, mucous membranes, blood pus, belly fat, tears, sweat, snot, saliva, two raw and cooked organs, urine feces. While thinking about such filthy things..., for the Dharma, one will try to recognize carefully selected, extreme selection, understand, understand all, understand close. Understanding, discerning, intelligent, wise, Bhikkhu-sacred. That is observing and observing in the body, also called the body of mindfulness.
This observer is good at generating diligence, diligence with strength, extreme enthusiasm that is hard to stop, keeps on trying. And in this diligence is more nimble, nimble..., so it's called full need.
This observer, who is good at judicious selection of dhammas up to the Vajrasattva, often gives rise to special insights and becomes more and more highly lucid, supreme, utterly complete! That is called full righteous knowledge.
This observer is full of thoughts of remembrance, remembrance, special remembrance, remembrance of past things, without forgetting, confusion, error, etc., of the nature of not forgetting, and of clear mind. long-term memory, so called full mindfulness.
Greed, that is, for the sensual realms there are all kinds of greed, greed, and then grasping, storing, clinging, loving, infatuated, infatuated with extreme desire. Always wish for inner bondage, passion gathers how much suffering, all kinds of greed, the birth of greed ..., collectively known as greed.
When contact receives feelings of sadness, anxiety arises, feelings that are not natural, but are affected by anxiety. Commonly known as anxiety.
This observer, when he practices this visualization, should be good at eradicating the two kinds of greed and craving in life, omniscient, far away from and far from extremes, subduing and subduing extremes, completely eradicating them. clean, so it is called getting rid of all greed and worries in life.
Again, there is a Biso with his own body that clearly observes different fields of thought. This means that in this body, there are only things like earth, water, fire, wind, emptiness, and consciousness. When contemplating on the signs of such fields, selection arises..., up to the Vajrasattva. That's called observing and observing the inside of the body, also called Mindfulness of the Body, staying in all the right things, right knowledge, mindfulness, and putting away all worries in life..., all as said before.
Again, there is a Biso with regard to his body (internal body) that contemplates and observes that there are many kinds of troubles and mistakes. That is, in this body there are all kinds of diseases, which are boils, scabs, and painful wounds of poison arrows. It is impermanent, suffering, empty, not-self (not-self), it is always in constant motion, weary, weary, thin, etc. It is a dharma that loses and decays extremely quickly without stopping, it is always perishable. decay is not permanent, cannot be trusted, it is a dharma that is always changing and decaying… When thinking about the afflictions of the body like that, for the dharma should arise the choice to accept…, until Bhikkhu-pariana. That is called observing the inner body, also called the Body of Mindfulness, staying fully with right effort, right understanding, and mindfulness, and putting aside all worries in the world, just like I said before.
What is abiding, observing, observing and understanding outside the body, with all the right needs, right knowledge, mindfulness, and eliminating all greed and worry in the world?
In addition to the body, that is, the body is continuing to live in the present, what has not been gained but has been lost and all the forms of other sentient beings, we are outside, observing, observing and learning. That is, there is a Master Biso with respect to other people's inner bodies, from head to toe depending on where they think, observe and learn about things that are full of dirt and uncleanness. This means that in this body there are only hair, hair, teeth, nails... Broadly speaking until defecation and urinating..., when thinking of such filthy things, a careful selection arises until the Bhikkhu. -ba-sanna. That is the observation of the outside of the body. Also called Mindfulness of Body, abiding fully with right effort, right understanding, mindfulness, and putting aside all kinds of greed and worry in the world, just like I said before.
Again, there is the Biso, who has an observant mind to learn about different areas for other people's bodies. That is, in our body there is only earth, water, fire, wind, emptiness and consciousness. When thinking contemplates the state of such fields, there arises a selection of dhammas..., all the way up to Bhikkhu-pariana. That is to observe and observe the external body, also known as the Body of Mindfulness, to abide in all things of right effort, right knowledge, and righteous mindfulness, and to abandon greed and worry in the world, as previously said.
There is also the Biso, who thinks, observes, and learns about the sufferings and faults of others inside the body... That means the other body is like diseases, boils, scabies, sores, etc. change and decay... When thinking critically about the afflictions of the body, there arises a careful selection of dharmas up to the Vi-bashyana. That is observing and observing the external body (other people's body). Also called Mindfulness of the Body, abiding in all the right things, right knowledge, mindfulness, and eliminating greed and worry in the world, just like I said before.
What is it about inside and outside the body that observes and investigates with all the right needs, right knowledge, mindfulness and eliminates all greed and worries in life?
Inside the body (internal body), that is, our body is still alive and continues to operate.
Outside the body (external body), it is also the body that is currently alive, continuing to operate or not yet having died, and all the forms of other sentient beings, combining two things that are called inside and outside. Dear.
With regard to the inside and outside of the body, observing, observing, and searching, it is as if there is a Biso who unites both his body and other people's bodies into an equal group and then from head to toe, depending on each organ and part, think about it. Observe and find out that everything is dirty. This means that this body only has all kinds of hair, hair, teeth, nails... Broadly speaking until defecation, when contemplating and understanding such filthy generals, then for the dharmas that are carefully selected and perceived, up to the bhikkhus. -ba-sanna. It is tracking, observing, looking inside and outside the body. Also called Mindfulness of the Body, abiding fully in the right efforts, right knowledge, mindfulness, and putting aside greed and worry in the world, as previously said.
Again there is a Bishou who unites both his own body and that of others into a group and then ponders, observes, and searches for other areas of error. That is, this body consists only of things such as earth, water, fire, wind, emptiness, and consciousness. When thinking of such fields, one immediately initiates carefully selected dharmas…, up to the Vajrasattva. This is the observation, observation and investigation inside and outside the body, also called the Body of Mindfulness, abiding fully with right efforts, right knowledge, mindfulness, and putting aside greed and worry in the world, just as before. speak.
Again there is a Bisso who unites his own body and that of others into a group and then ponders and contemplates all kinds of afflictions and faults. This means that this body is like a disease, a variety of ulcers, scabies, etc. Broadly speaking, it is legal to change and decay. When thinking to learn about the tribulation of the body like that, then immediately start the selection... Broadly speaking up to Bhikkhu-pariana. It is the observation, observing and looking inside and outside the body, also known as the Body of Mindfulness, abiding fully with the things of right effort, right knowledge, mindfulness, and eliminating greed and worry in the world, as mentioned before. .
2. What is for the life inside that stays on the track, observes, and looks, with all the right things, right knowledge, mindfulness and eliminates the greed and sorrow in life?
Inner feeling is our emotional perception that is currently continuing or has been without loss.
For this inner life that observers look for. For example, there is a Biso with respect to this feeling, observing, looking for the signs of feeling fruit (that emotion). Like when we receive a happy feeling, we know that we are having a good feeling. When we have painful emotions, we know that we are having painful emotions. When we have feelings of neither happiness nor suffering, we know that we are having feelings of neither happiness nor suffering. When we have a happy feeling, we know that the body is having a happy feeling; when we are suffering, we know it is suffering; when we are not happy, we know that we are not suffering or we are not happy. When the mind has a happy feeling, then we know that the mind is having a happy feeling.
When we receive an emotion that has a pleasant taste, we know it is a pleasant feeling; when an emotion has a taste of suffering, we know it is true that an emotion has a taste of suffering; when we are not happy, we know that it is neither painful nor happy.
When we receive an emotion without a pleasant taste, we know it is true that an emotion does not have a pleasant taste; when an emotion does not have a painful taste, we know it is true that an emotion does not have a painful taste; when there is no pain or pleasure, we know it is not suffering. fun.
When we receive passion based on happy feelings, then we know that it is true to be passionate based on happy feelings. When suffering, know it is suffering. When there is neither suffering nor joy, then you know that there is neither suffering nor happiness.
When we receive a happy feeling of renunciation, we know that it is a happy feeling of renunciation; when we have a painful feeling of renunciation, we know it as a painful feeling of renunciation; when we are neither suffering nor happy, we know that we are neither suffering nor happy. .
When contemplating on the signs of emotions arises for the dhamma, the mode of selection, up to the Vajrasattva. It is the observation and understanding of the inner feelings, also called the Life and Mindfulness. When this observation is accomplished, he is currently doing, depending on what he does…, until he understands what he is doing…, so it is called a pillar.
This observer, who often arouses diligence and diligence…, even to the point of being very nimble and agile…, should be called full of right effort.
This observer, or arises for the selected dharma..., to the complete, to the extreme, should be called full of right knowledge.
This observer remembers and thinks fully, thinks according to..., until he has the quality of a clear mind to remember for a long time, so it is called full mindfulness.
As for the sex scenes, all things are greedy..., up to the greedy species, where greed is born. Collectively called greed.
The contact with the feeling of anxiety, the onset of sadness, the feeling that is not normal naturally but is affected by sadness, etc., are collectively known as melancholy.
This observer, when practicing this visualization, should be good at eliminating greed and craving for the two things of life..., until completely eradicated, so it's called getting rid of greed and anxiety in life. .
There is also the Pumpkin, with regard to the inner emotions, when thinking and observing, there are many problems and errors, that is, these emotions are completely like diseases, sores and sores. … Broadly speaking until it is the law of displacing damage. When contemplating the calamities of such emotions, choices arise..., all the way up to the Vajrasattva. That's called emotional tracking. It is also called Life and Mindfulness, fully dwelling on the things of right effort, right understanding, mindfulness, and eliminating greed and worry in the world, all as mentioned before.
What about outer life? Is observing, observing, fully understanding all the right things, right knowledge, mindfulness and getting rid of greed and worry in life?
Outer feeling, which is our emotions that are currently active or not yet lost, and the feelings of all other sentient beings (of others).
For the outside that track observers look for. That is, it is like having a Bicho to the external feelings of others, but thinking, observing, looking for signs. When you have (receive) a happy feeling, you know it's a happy feeling; when you have a painful feeling, you know it's a painful emotion. When there is a feeling of neither pain nor happiness, then you know it's true that the emotion is neither painful nor happy. I know it's true that there is neither suffering nor joy. When contemplating and understanding the signs of external emotions like that, there arises the way of selection..., all the way up to the Vajrasattva. It's called observational observation of external emotions. It is also called Life and Mindfulness, which abides fully in the things of right effort, right knowledge, mindfulness, and eliminates greed and worry in the world, just as it was said.
There was another Bisso who observed and looked for external emotions and found that it had many mistakes and accidents. That is, the emotions that are like diseases, sores, scabies… Broadly speaking, until it's changed, it's destructive. When contemplating the calamities of the emotions, choices arise…, up to the Vajrasattva. That is called observing, observing, understanding external sensations, also called Life and Mindfulness, remaining fully on the things of right effort, right understanding, mindfulness, and getting rid of greed and worry in the world, as before. speak.
What is it about inner and outer emotions that follow and investigate with all the right needs, right knowledge, mindfulness and abandonment of greed and sorrow in the world?
Internal feelings, that is, our emotions are still active, or have been but have not been lost.
External emotions, that is, our emotions are still active, or have not yet been lost, and the emotions of other sentient beings (of others). Combining the two is said to be inner and outer emotions.
For the inner and outer emotions that observers look for. That is, there is a Bicho who gathers both his own emotions and that of others into a group and then ponders, observes, and examines the state of his own emotions and that of others. When you have a happy feeling, you know that you have a happy feeling; when you have a bad feeling, you know that you have a painful feeling. When you have feelings of neither pain nor happiness, you know that you have feelings of neither pain nor happiness… is the feeling of suffering, the emotion of neither suffering nor joy, then you know it is true that there is neither suffering nor joy about renunciation.
When thinking about the signs of such emotions, there are very carefully selected ways..., all the way up to the Vajrayana. It is the observation of internal and external emotions. Also called Life and Mindfulness, abiding fully with the things of right effort, right knowledge, mindfulness, and eliminating greed and worry in the world, as previously said.
Again there is the Bicho, who gathers both his own and others' emotions into a group, and then thinking observes looking for the faults of emotions, that is, these emotions as sick things, all kinds of boils, scabies... Broadly speaking, until it is the law of change and decay. When thinking about the scourge of emotions, there are choices…, all the way up to the Vajrayana. It is the observation, looking into the inner and outer sensations, also called the feeling of mindfulness, staying fully on the things of right effort, right knowledge, mindfulness, and getting rid of the greed and worries in the world. , as stated before.
3. What is for the mind that observes, observes, and fully abides by the main things, right knowledge, mindfulness and giving up the greed and worries in life?
Inner mind is our mind that is continuing to work, or has gained without losing.
For this introspection, but observing and investigating, that is, like having a Biso for the inner mind, who observes and contemplates thinking about the signs of the inner mind. If there is greed in the mind, then it is true that the mind has greed. If you have abandoned greed in your mind, you will know that it is true that you have given up greed in your heart. If there is anger in the heart, then know it as it really is in the heart to let go of anger. If there is delusion within and abandons delusion, it is the same.
And if inwardly there is gathering, we know that there is gathering; if there is dispersion, we know that there is dispersion; if there is immersion, we know that there is sinking; if there is encouragement, we know that there is encouragement. If the mind is small, one knows it is small; if it is open, it knows it has an open heart; if it is moved, it knows it is moving; if it is not moved, it knows it is not moving; if it is not clean, it knows it is not clean; when it is clean, it knows it. If you are not liberated, you will know that you are not liberated, if you are liberated, you know that you are samadhi, if you do not practice, you know that you are not practicing, when you practice, you know that you are practicing. If you know the signs of the inner mind like that, then there are ways to choose carefully…, all the way up to the Vajrasattva. It is introspective observation. Also called abiding Mindfulness, in order to achieve this visualization, one is currently doing and following it forever...,
This observer often generates diligence and diligence... until he is alert and quick to carry, so it is called full-fledged righteous need.
This observer often has ways of choosing to complete, to the extreme, so called full right knowledge.
This observer thinks and remembers fully, thinks according to..., until he has the quality of clear mind, remembers for a long time, so it is called full mindfulness.
As for the sexual realms, all greed is greedy..., up to the type of greed, whatever gives rise to greed is collectively called greed.
Contacts with feelings of sadness give rise to sadness, there are unnatural emotions that are influenced by anxiety, etc., collectively known as sadness.
This observer, when he practices that visualization, is good at ending and knowing the two things of life's greed and craving... until he has to completely eradicate it. That's why it's called getting rid of greed and worries in life.
Again there is a Bishou in the minds who think and observe that there are many calamities and errors. This means that this mind is like the sick things, all kinds of boils, scabs, etc. Broadly speaking, it is the transformation and destruction of it. When thinking about the calamities of the mind like that, there are choices… all the way up to the Vajrasattva. It is introspective observation. Also called Mindful Mind, dwells fully on the things of right effort, right knowledge, mindfulness, and puts aside greed and worry in the world, as previously said.
What is it about outside the mind that observes and learns with the full range of right needs, right knowledge, mindfulness and abandoning greed and worries in the world.
Outside of the mind, that is, our own mind is continuing to work, or has not gained but has lost, and all the minds of sentient beings (of others).
With regard to the outside of the mind, but observing and understanding, it is like having a Bicho to other people who observe, think, and look for signs of the outer mind. If the outer mind (or other people's mind) has greed, then it is true that the outer mind is greedy... Broadly speaking, until the outer mind is liberated, then it is true that the outer mind is liberated.
When thinking about looking into the outward signs of mind like this, carefully selected ways arise…, all the way up to the Vajrasattva. It is observing, observing and understanding the outer mind, also called the Mind of Mindfulness, remaining fully with the right needs, right knowledge, mindfulness, and eliminating greed and worry in the world, just as I said before.
Again there is a Bisso with respect to the outside of the mind (other people's mind) who observes and contemplates on the evils and faults. This means that this mind is like the sick things, all kinds of boils, scabs, etc. Broadly speaking, it is the transformation and destruction of it. When contemplating and examining the calamities of the mind like that, there are choices…, all the way up to the Bhikkhu-pariana. It is observing, observing, understanding the mind outside and inside. It is also called the Mind of Mind, abiding in all things, with right effort, right understanding, right mindfulness, and eliminating greed and worry in the world, as mentioned before.
What is it, both externally and internally, that observe and investigate with all the right needs, right knowledge, mindfulness, and abandoning the greed and worries of the world?
The inner mind, that is, our own mind, it is currently continuing to work, or has gained but not lost.
The outer mind, that is, our own mind that is currently continuing to operate but has not yet gained it, has lost it, and the minds of other sentient beings and other people, combining the two, are collectively called the outer and inner mind. .
With regard to the outer and inner citta, but observing and observing, it is like having a occult who unites both his own and others' minds into a group and then observes, contemplates and examines the signs of his own mind and other people. If the mind has greed, then know it is true that the mind has greed... Broadly speaking, until the mind is liberated, it is known that there is liberation. When contemplating and looking at the signs of the mind, then there are carefully selected ways... all the way up to the Vajrasattva. That is observing, observing, looking for the inner and outer mind, also known as the Mindful Mind, abiding fully with right efforts, right knowledge, mindfulness, and putting aside covetousness and worries in the world, as before. speak.
Again there was a Bichō who combined both his own and the minds of others into a group, and then thinking and observing, he found that there were many mistakes and disasters. That means that the mind is like the sick things, the sores, the scabs... Broadly speaking, it is the transformation of rottenness. When considering that the mind is such a disaster and error, then there are choices…, all the way up to the Vajrasattva. It is watching, observing, understanding the mind internally and externally. Also called Mindful Remaining Mind, fully dwelling on the things of right effort, right knowledge, mindfulness and eliminating greed and worry in the world, as previously said.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL GOLDEN MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.24/10/2021.
