In the Eightfold Path, righteous effort is an important part. There is also a famous saying: 'Stand up and never stop until your goal is reached'.




    In fact, life teaches us many things, but the most important thing is never stop working, stop trying. Working with genuine effort and goal you will joyfully achieve what you want. Colin Power said beautifully: 'A dream cannot come true by magic. It must sweat with perseverance and effort '. 

    Our efforts may not be as fruitful at times but it will never be in vain. As long as it is done with all your heart, even if there is a temporary failure, you will find in it something similar to satisfaction, satisfaction. It's not easy to start over after a failure, but if you don't do anything you won't achieve anything. Make specific plans for yourself and implement them. Work non-stop with your goals, but keep in mind that… even if you fail, life is not over. There are many paths to the destination. The important thing is never to despair when confronted with failure. Take a deep breath, and acknowledge that something is wrong with the path you just passed and start the journey again on a different path. If we try and still fail, there may be some more lessons we need to learn more. Try to be positive. Also, don't forget to help others when they need you. This is the best way to find peace of mind and realize your dreams.

    So is the spiritual life. Many people complained that, in the Buddha's time, people did not see too much fruitfulness. And now why didn't I hear about anyone's results We just complain and complain without looking back on our practice. Gao Feng Yao made a three-year vow not to lie down, Rape Sun fake a life with his back without reference, Milarepa meditated on his buttocks, etc. How much time do I spend during the day practicing? We have to admit that we spend most of our time in outward activities but very little time in inner cultivation. The Buddha's words are not false, having the right practice and cultivation method is evidence. The point is whether we practice or just talk. Having perseverance or finding it difficult to immediately give up. 

    The saints in the old days practiced according to the Buddha's teaching and attained the fruitfulness, nowadays we can also witness fruitfulness if we practice "very hard" like them. With practice, there will certainly be results. Nothing can be achieved without diligence and perseverance. The last words of the Buddha before entering Nirvana were: "Hey disciples, life is very short, make endless effort".

    We need to work harder to achieve our spiritual goals. Then we will find that our efforts will pay off. And the enlightenment story is not just a fairy tale. As if we have not been enlightened in the present life, our effort is not wasted, at least we have spiritual experiences, not just chewing the "cane" of the words. .
