Four great gifts that Buddhists need to remember .VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.

The four great gifts that the Buddha taught, each of us must remember and always repay. That really is a Buddha, that is worthy of being a human.

Grateful media is not only a beauty of the national culture, but her grandparents always reminded: If you eat fruits, remember who planted trees, remember the source when you drink water. But in the Sangha Sutra, the Buddha said that "In this world, there are two kinds of people who are hard to see, those who are grateful and those who pay back." Four great gifts, also known as the grace of parents, the grace of the Three Jewels, the grace of teachers and the grace of the Fatherland, are what the Enlightened One has advised us to remember and repay in order to be worthy of morality. be human.

In the Sangha Sutra, the Buddha said that "In this world, there are two kinds of people who are hard to see, namely the grateful and the one who returns the favor".

Thank you parents

Parents' gratitude is the first gratitude taught by the Buddha, which shows that: Buddhism is filial piety, filial piety is the Buddha's virtue. Parents are the ones who have been instrumental in shaping, nurturing, teaching and protecting us all this life:

" Children, big is still the mother.

Going through my life, my mother's womb still follows me "

The merit of parents is unmatched: nine months of preserving the fetus, reproducing dangerously, forgetting to eat and sleep when their children are sick, giving way to their children dry, giving them a sweet pulp, bathing and nurturing teach, build husband and wife, remember, love and protect forever. Only those who are parents can fully understand how spiritual parents' merit is.

So in the Sutta of the Sangha, Amitabha teaches: "Hey, monks! There are two people that the teachers cannot fully repay, the father and mother. If someone on the left shoulder carries his father, his right shoulder carries his mother, travels a thousand miles away, provides all kinds of food, clothes, blankets and medicine, even the parents have pee, defecate on the shoulder, too. Parents have not yet been repaid ”.

Thank you, teacher

Parents have merit to nurture, ancestors have merit teaching us to be human. There is a saying "Most self-tutor, semi-self-monk." The knowledge we have, whether more or less, thanks to the merits of teaching teachers and teachers. It is a day of gratitude to teachers who have merit teaching and shaping us. you can call to congratulate it, although it is a small act, it has a big meaning.

Thank you, Tam Bao

One of the four great graces we must not forget is the Three Jewels. The three jewels are Buddha Bao, Dharma Bao, and Sangha.

Thank you Buddha

He manifested the world for the purpose of enlightening sentient beings and helping sentient beings the way out of suffering. He sacrificed his noble throne to enter the deep forest for five years of exploration, six years of asceticism in the dangerous jungle, 49 days of meditation and 49 years of non-stop teachings.

A noble king is willing to give up all the golden palace, beautiful wife and beautiful children, accept the virtuous life, walk barefoot, sleep outdoors, eat rice of the dan kneeling only with noble purposes: The Dharma goes further and helps sentient beings to escape from tigers, enlightening Buddhism full of compassion and wisdom.

Today, we understand the Buddhist teachings, know the way to eliminate suffering, arrive at peace and get rid of defilements thanks to the noble virtue of the noble Buddha.

"Great thanks to Bhagavat.

Bring this little work

Mercifully teach

Do our benefit

Spread countless lives

Who can pay it off.

Hands and feet provided

First respectfully

All of them made offerings

Both cannot pay.

Or use the Buddha team head

Both shoulders carry

In life constant sa

Dedication but respectfully,

Bring back delicious food

Clothes of immeasurable treasure

And things lying

Along with medicinal herbs

Burdock-headed wood

And treasures

To build a temple tower

Medicine treasure on the ground

Like the above

Bring it to Buddha

Experience the fate of constant sa

It doesn't pay off either. ”

Thanks DHARMA-TREASURE.

Dhamma is the Buddha's teaching, is the absolute truth that helps us to have the right direction on the path to study. As the thin blessings born after the Buddha, if we do not have the Dharma Bao, we will certainly not receive the exact teachings of the Buddha taught to this day.

Thank you, THE THIRD MEMBER OF THE TRIRATNA.

Bowing to the great teacher

Replace Ton spread the color news

Depending on the volatility of the globe

Be a pedagogy leading sentient beings

The Sangha are the monastics who practice in the Buddha's path, replace the Buddha to lead and spread the religion, and preserve Buddhism forever today. Without the Sangha, we would not know the way of practice, the scriptures would have no translator, the Buddha's teachings no one would teach us. Therefore, the Sangha is a valuable spiritual support that we must cherish and be grateful for.

Thank you, Fatherland

Each of us has a Fatherland, a homeland, a country born and raised. To live in peace, without war, without poverty, we must be grateful to heroes and martyrs, who have merit in preserving and defending the homeland, for they sacrificed family happiness and youth. , sacrificing part of our body and sacrificing our lives in exchange for peace for us to enjoy.

Therefore, we must forever remember this great gratitude and live fully, must know how to tribute to life and preserve the country. This is a way of gratitude to those who have fallen for the peace of the nation, for which we are greatly indebted to them! END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.24/11/2020.
