8. The 
Lesson (Sallekha sutta)


This is how I hear.

Hey, Cunda, this event occurs when there is a bhikkhu-jhāna, the unwholesome cup, the testimony and the first Meditation, a blissful state of divine descent, with fourfold reach. He may think, "I live with diminished grace." Cunda, these are not called reductions in the precepts of the saint. They are called the present place of residence in the precepts of the saint.

(Ascension)
Cunda, such as the ungodly, all are down, but the good, all the upper direction. Also, this Cunda:
(1) Humans do not harm, they tend to harm people, humans give up killing, tend to those who kill. 
(2) Humans give up the gift, the goddess who gives it to her.

(44) Human beings are not infected with secularism, do not resist opinions, easy to discharge, tend towards secularized people, try to accept ant, difficult to discharge.
(Liberation)
Hey Cunda, a man who falls into a mud himself can pull up a muddy man, that can not happen. Hey Cunda, man himself does not fall into the mud, can pull up a person fell into the mud, the situation can happen. Cunda, who is not self-heeded, untrained, not fully liberated, can himself recover, train and fully liberate others, that can not happen. A person who is well-dressed, trained, fully liberated, can self-heal, train, completely liberate others, this situation can happen. Also, this Cunda:
(1) For the harmless, do no harm lead to complete liberation; For human beings killed, abandoned killings lead to complete liberation. 
(2) For a man to give nothing, to give up everything that leads to complete deliverance.
(3-43) For non-virtuous people, living beings ...; for people to lie, to give up lying ...; for double-edged speech, double-edged speech; for evil people, renunciation of evil ...; to say frivolous, to say frivolous;For human beings have lust, not greed ...; For people have the heart, not the heart ...; for human beings have wrong views, right view ...; for people who have wrong thinking, thinking ...; For people who have wrong speech, speech ...; For human beings with bad karma, karma ...; for people who are evil, network ...; For people who are diligent, primary effort ...; For people have evil thoughts, mindfulness ...; For people with evil, right concentration ...; for human beings have evil, intellectual ...; for human beings there are evil liberation, the main liberation ...; For the man who is under hypopigmatism, does not suffer from depression; for people who are hard-working, not arrogant ...; for people doubt, not suspicious ...; for human wrath, not indignant ...; For human resentment, no resentment ...; For human beings spoiled, not spoiled ...; for human brain damage, not brain damage ...; to jealous people, not jealousy ...; For people to be greedy, not greedy ...; for the deceitful, untruthful man ...; for man when stalk, not when stalk ...; for stubborn people, not stubborn ....; For human beings to disassociate, not to release ...; For people difficult to say, easy to say ...; for evil people, good people ...; for human beings, not liberated ...; for human unbelief, faith ...; for people not shame, shame ...; for fearless people, afraid ...; For people to hear less, hear more ...; to the sluggish, industrious man; for human memory, peace of mind ...; For human intellectual property, intellectual achievement ...
(44) For the mundane, intolerant of prejudice, untrammeled, without secularism, unconstitutional, easy to discharge, leading to complete liberation.

Hey Cunda, so I have taught the method of reduction, taught the method of initiation, taught the antidote method, taught the method of guidance, taught the method of complete liberation.
Hey, Cunda, what the Teacher has to do, for the happiness, for the compassion of the disciples, these things I did, for the love for them. Hey, Cunda, these are the stumps, these are pure houses. Hey, CJ, meditate, do not have the liberty, do not regret it later. That is my teaching to you.
