10. Mindfulness Origin
(Satipatthana sutta)
This is how I hear.
One World Time in Kuru (Kammassadhamma) is the city of Kuru. Then the bhikkhu called the rate-monks:
- Monks.
- Monks.
The rate-parade to meet the Sun:
- Lord Buddha.
- Lord Buddha.
The monks are as follows:
- This monks, this is the only path to the net for beings, beyond the melancholy, eradicate suffering, achieve the right mind, realize Nirvana. That is the Four Recollections.
- This monks, this is the only path to the net for beings, beyond the melancholy, eradicate suffering, achieve the right mind, realize Nirvana. That is the Four Recollections.
how is four? Here, monks live in body contemplation, fervent mindfulness, mindfulness, mindfulness in order to tame in life; living on the feeling, enthusiasm, awareness, mindfulness to manage the life;live mind on the heart, zeal, awareness, mindfulness to control in life; live on the French, heart, mindfulness, mindfulness to control control in life.
(Body shop)
And these monks, what is monks living contemplating on the body? Here, monks go to the forest, go to the stump, go to the empty house, and sit in the lotus position, straight back and stay mindful in front of. Awakened, he breathes in; Awake, he breathes out. Breathing long, he is insight: "I breathe in long"; or breathe out long, he is insight: "I breathe out long"; or breathing short, he is knowledgeable: "I breathe in short"; He exhales, "I breathe out short." "I will breathe," he practiced; "Feeling full, I will breathe out," he rehearsed; "Whole body, I will breathe," he practiced; "Whole body, I will breathe out," he practiced. O bhikkhus, as a cameraman or pupil craftsman turns skillful on long turn, wisdom: "I turn long" Or turn around, wisdom: "I turn short." Likewise, bhikkhus, bhikkhu breathlessly, wisdom: "I breathe in a long time"; or exhale, wisdom: "I breathe out long"; or breathless, wisdom: "I breathe in short"; Short breathing, wisdom: "I breathe out short." "I will breathe," he practiced;"Feeling full, I will breathe out," he rehearsed; "Whole body, I will breathe," he practiced; "Whole body, I will breathe out," he practiced.
Thus, he is living on the body itself or living on the external body; Or living on the body, external body; or he is living on the nature of arising on the body; living on the body to kill on the body; Or living on the Tanh on the body. "There is a body here," he resides mindfulness in this way, with hope toward the mind, mindfulness. And he does not take refuge, not accept anything in life. Monks, such as monks, live on the body.
Again, this monks, rate-wise, wisdom: "I go", or stand, wisdom: "I stand," or sit, insight: "I sit", lying or wisdom: "I lie". The body is used like, he knows that trich like that.
He lives on the body itself. or he lives on the external body; Or he is living on the body itself, external body; or he is living on the nature of arising on the body; he or she live on the mindlessness of the body; or he is living on the tanh on the body. "There is a body here," he resides mindfulness in this way, with hope toward the mind, mindfulness. And he lived unassuming, not attached to anything in life. Monks, such as monks, live on the body.
Again, the rate-rate-rate, when stepping back, know what he is doing; When looking back, know what you are doing; When stretching, when stretching, knowing what you are doing; When wearing a Sanghati, carrying a bowl, carrying a yogurt, knowing what he was doing; Eating, drinking, chewing, tasting, knowing what you are doing; When defecating, urinating, knowing what you are doing; when walking, standing, sitting, sleeping, awake, speaking, silent, knowing what you are doing.
Thus, he lived contemplation on the body; living on the external body; Or living on the body itself, external body. Or he is living on the nature of arising on the body; living on the body to kill on the body; Or living on the Tanh on the body. "There is a body here," he resides mindfulness in this way, with hope toward the mind, mindfulness. And he lived unassuming, not attached to anything in life.Monks, such as monks, live on the body.
Again, these monks, monks, observe the body, below from the feet up, up to the hair, covered with skin and filled with impurities. In this body: "This is the hair, hair, nails, teeth, skin, meat, tendons, bones, kidneys, marrow, heart, liver, diaphragm, spleen, lungs, intestines, intestinal membranes, abdomen, talk of blood, sweat, fat, tears, tallow, saliva, mucus, water in joints, urine. The bhikkhus, like a bag, two drumhead filled with seeds such as rice, rice, green beans, beans, sesame, ground rice. One who has eyes, pours out the seeds and observes: "This is the grain, this is the grain, this is the green beans, this is the big beans, this is the sesame seeds, this is the ground grain." Likewise, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu contemplating this body below from the foot upwards to the hair, Surrounded by skin and filled with impure objects. In this body: "This is hair, hair, nails, teeth, skin, meat, tendons, bone, pulp, kidney, heart, liver, diaphragm, spleen, lung, intestine, intestinal, abdominal, sputum, blood, sweat, fat, tears, fat, saliva, mucus, water in the joints, urine.
Thus, he lived contemplation on the body; Or living on the external body, or living on the body, external body.
Again, these monks, monks, contemplate this body in terms of the positions of the precepts and the arrangement of the precepts: "In this body there is the land, the sea, the fire and the great." The bhikkhus, like a skilful butcher, or a disciple of a gaurd kill a cow, sitting cut each body at the intersection. Likewise, these monks, monks, observe this body in terms of the position of the precepts and the arrangement of the precepts: "In this body there is the land, the sea, the fire, and the great."
Thus, he lived contemplation on the body; living on the external body; Or living on the body, external body. Or he is living on the nature of arising on the body; living on the body to kill on the body; Or living on the Tanh on the body. "There is a body here," he resides mindfulness in this way, with hope toward the mind, mindfulness. And he lived unassuming, not attached to anything in life. Monks, such as monks, live on the body.
Again, monks, monks as if a body was thrown out in the graveyard one day, two days, three days, the body swelled up, blue-black again, rotten rot. Believers of the body as follows: "This body is like nature, so is nature, not beyond that nature."
Thus he lives on the body itself; living on the external body; Or living on the body, external body.
Again, monks, monks see a body thrown out in the graveyard, eaten by crows, eaten by hawks, or eaten by vermin, or by dogs eat or be eaten by predators, or eaten by insects. Believers of the body as follows: "This body of nature is so, in essence, not to go beyond that nature."
Thus he lives on the body itself; living on the external body; Or living on the body, external body.
Monks, again, rate as if a body was thrown out in the graveyard, with the skeleton also linked together, but also flesh and blood, but also the tendons tied ... With the skeletons are linked together, no longer meat, but also blood, but also the tendons tied ... with the skeletons are no longer meat, blood, but also the tendons tied back, only The bones are not stick together, scattered here and there. Here is the hand bone, here is the foot bone, here is the bone of the tube, here is the bones of the thigh, here is the buttocks, here is the backbone, here is the head bone. Believers of the body as follows: "This body is like nature, so is nature, not beyond that nature."
Thus, he lived contemplation on the body; living on the external body; Or living on the body, external body. Or he is living on the nature of arising on the body; he or she live on the mindlessness of the body; or he is living on the tanh on the body. "There is a body here," he lives in mindfulness, with hope toward the mind, mindfulness. And he lived unassuming, not attached to anything in the world.Monks, such as monks, live on the body.
Again, bhikkhus, bhikkhu see a body thrown out in the graveyard, only the shell white shell ... only a pile of bones longer than three years ... only bone rot becomes powder. Believers of the body as follows: "This body is like nature, so is nature, not beyond that nature."
Thus he lives on the body itself; living on the external body; Or living on the body, external body. Or he is living on the nature of arising on the body; living on the body to kill on the body; Or living on the Tanh on the body. "There is a body here," he lives in mindfulness, with hope toward the mind, mindfulness. And he lived unassuming, not attached to anything in life. Monks, such as monks, live on the body.
(Experience)
Monks, how are monks living on life expectancy? Monks, here monks when feeling pleasure, wisdom: "I feel happy"; When feeling suffering, wisdom: "I feel miserable"; When feelings of unhappiness arise, wisdom: "I feel unhappy without any pleasure." Or the sense of pleasure in material, wisdom: "I feel material life pleasure"; Or when the feeling of pleasure is not material, intellectual: "I feel non-material feeling pleasure." Or when the feeling of suffering is material, intellectual: "I feel material suffering"; or when the feeling of suffering is not material, intellectual: "I feel suffering is not material.Or when the feeling of unhappiness of material life, wisdom: "I feel unhappiness of material life";
Thus, he lived life on the longevity; living on life expectancy; Or life on the longevity, life. Or he is living on the nature of arising on the feeling, or living on the mind of the kill on the life; Or living on the wrong side of life on the feelings. "Yes," he dwells in this mindfulness, with hope in mindfulness. And he lived unassuming, not attached to anything in life. Bhikkhus, so-bhikkhu live life on the feelings.
(Mind)
O monks, how is the rate-monk mind on the mind? Here, rate monks, with the mind is greed, intellectual tri: "mind is greed"; Or with mind not to ignore, intellectual tri: "Mind not greed". Thus he is living mind on the inside; living mind on the outside; Or living mind on the mind, outside.Or live on the nature of arising on the mind; living on the mind to kill the mind; or living on the mind abiding consciousness. "There is a mind here," he lives to live mindfulness in such a way, with hope towards the mind, mindfulness. And he lived unassuming, not attached to anything in life. O bhikkhus, so is rate-monks on the mind center.

And with this birth is not born, he is so intellectual; And with the thought of being born now, he is so ignorant; and with the thought has been eliminated, the future is not born again, he is so intellectual. And with the renunciation was born now, he is so intellectual; And with the renunciation was eliminated, the future is not born again, he is so intellectual. Introverted mind, intellectual tri: "Inner I have suspected"; I have no doubt, intellectual tri: "Inner I have no doubt." And with this birth is not born, he is so intellectual; And with the thought of being born now, he is so ignorant; and with the thought has been eliminated, the future is not born again, he is so intellectual. And with the thought of being born now, he is so ignorant; and with the thought has been eliminated, the future is not born again, he is so intellectual. And with the thought of being born now, he is so ignorant; and with the thought has been eliminated, the future is not born again, he is so intellectual.
Thus he lives on the French law enforcement; or living the law on foreign affairs; Or life on the law enforcement, foreign law. Or he is living on the nature of arising on the French; or live on the mind to kill on the French; Or living on the wrong side of being on the French. The rate-awareness, the eye and the knowledge of the three colors, due to this two conditions, fetal birth, he is so intellectual; And with this fetter not born, he is so intellectual; And with the fetter that was born now, he is so knowledgeable; And with the fetter already eradicated, the future is not born again, he is so insightful.
Wisdom-wisdom and knowledge of the tri-language knowledge of knowledge and knowledge of the wisdom ... the knowledge of the tongue ... and intellectual property ... the knowledge and knowledge of knowledge and wisdom tri mind and knowledge of the French; Due to this two dharmas, fetters arise, he is so intellectual; And with this fetter not born, he is so intellectual; And with the fetter that was born now, he is so knowledgeable; And with the fetter already eradicated, the future is not born again, he is so insightful.
