Chapter Four: Eight Pieces - Part II.

(VI) The Old Testament (Sn 158)
  1. This life short,
For hundreds of years, then die,
    If anyone live more,
    Then also die of old.
  2. The sorrow of fall,
    All attachment impermanent,
    Drum is not this life,
    Seeing this live without home.
  3. Because he thinks that
    this is mine, that
    he is dead,
    destructive.
    Know, the wise,
Do not call, do not turn to,
    This is my self,
    This is mine.
  4. As things appear,
    In dreaming sleep,
    Man when woke up, Can
    not see anything.
    So in this life,
he is loved, he loves, he
    will die,
    no one can see.
  5. These types of people are
    seen and heard,
    so they are called names,
    names or other names.
    To the dead,
    only to be called,
    Because only the name,
    Will remain.
  6. Attract ours,
    They do not give up,
    Sorrows and lament,
    Together with greed.
    So the hermit,
    After leaving the claw,
    lived a life,
    Seeing the security.
  7. To the monks
    living alone,
    living in the mind, To
    pursue happiness, To
    say good life, To
    harmonize with him,
    And not self,
    In his existence.
  8. A hermit,
    no medicine no one,
    do not love, do
    not hate.
    So in the charcoal,
    In the grease stick
    As water on the leaves,
    Do not sticky wet stick.
  9. Like a drop of water,
    Do not sticky lotus flower,
    Like water on lotus flowers,
    Sticky wet sticky.
    To hear things,
    To be felt,
    Also the recluse
    No sticky wet stick.
  10. So cleansing,
    Without thinking,
    What is seen is heard,
    Feeling thought.
    He wants to be pure,
    There is no other,
    He does not crave,
    There is no glass.
(VII) The Tissamethyya Sutta (Sn 160)
  1. Tissa Metteyya, the
    Prophet said:
    The Blasphemer
, the harm of man, the
    passion of lewdness,

    will learn his words, the
    teaching of teleology .
  2. The Blessed One says the following:
    Metteyya,
    Who is immersed in lewdness,
    Forgetting the teaching,
Falling into the path of evil, That
    life is not holy.
  3. Who was before he lived alone,
    Now fell into lewdness,
    As the car was tilted,
He was in the world He was
    called ordinary,
    Was called paralysis.
  4. The good word comes from before,
    The person gets hurt,
    Seeing that, learn, Get
    rid of lust.
  5. Driving through reflection,
    Aging as the poor,
    Listening to others,
    Like the disappointed.
  6. Being accused by others,
    It makes swords,
    Become a big player
    Hold on to expectations.

    An inhabited live alone,
    If fallen into lust,
    Sorrow as fools.

    hermit before him,
    Consistently living alone,
    Not practicing lewdness.

    This sacred holy,

    Oil near Nirvana.

    Step beyond the bush,
    To be in the world,
    Being lusted
    jealous and craving.
(VIII) Sutra (Sn 161)
  1. Here the pure,
    They lecture so,
They say in the other French,
    There is no purity,
    They say the place just,
    Here is the bar,
    They broadly reside,
    In fact.
  2. Those who want to argue,
    When they join the congregation,
    they attack each other,
    they call each other stupid,
    They go to others,
    And start to argue,
    They want to be praised,
    They call them skilful.
  3. Amorous love debate,
In the middle of the congregation,
    desire to be praised,
    they fear failure,
    when beaten fail,
    they become even trembling,
    hidden, they are angry,
    Ke find fault others.
  4. When the criminals,
    Criticize the questions,
    Debate the debate,
    Go to failure,
    The whisperer,
    Cry and sorrow,
    They moan,
    It defeats me.
  5. Among the monks,
    Debates arisen,
    In these debates,
    There are defeats defeated.
    Do
    not enjoy the debate
    Oil is praised,
    no benefit whatsoever.
  6. In this debate,
    It is praised,
    After saying,
    Between the congregation.
    So it laughs,
    It proudly proud,
    Achieve that goal,
    As mind speaks.
  7. What makes it so high,
It's the earth that's damaging it,
    Yet it still says,
    The noble tribute,
    When it comes to that,
    Do not argue,
    The skillful says, The
    bar is not so.
  8. Like a hero,
    Feed the king,
    Scream seeking,
    A heroic
    hero, Avoid the hero,
Where there is Where there is
    no,
    The struggle is like that.
  9. Those who accept the opinion,
    Debate about the opinion, The
    preaching that:
    Only here is the truth,
    Please tell them, Do
    not argue here,
    He added that
    here is not rival.
  10. The fight is over,
    Those who live like this,
    There is no collision,
    Between this another ant,
    This is Pasùra!
What do you get with them,
    With the non-attachment,
    What is the supreme?
  11. Then come,
    Think carefully,
    With the mind of reflection,
    On the types of knowledge,
    Be in harmony,
    With the cleansed,
    You can not not
    With that step forward.

The Blessed One:
  1. The Blessed One replied,
    For
    me I do not say,
    I say this,
    After scrutinizing
    Clinging in Dhamma,
    In all knowledge,
    I have no attachment,
    I see the storage,
    Pratice inwardly.
Màgandiya:
  1. Mágandiya says:
    The decisive theory,
    he said hermit,
No holds on any theory. Of
    this meaning,

    but not the same
    , not the tradition,
not the mind, not the world, the
    abandonment of all,
    no clinging, nothing
    good,
    no desire to live.
Màgandiya:
  1. Magadha says:
    If not from knowledge,
    From tradition, from the mind,
    Not from the precepts,
    Pure is taken.
    People say so,
    Nor no prejudice,

    With someone in life.
  5. He lived faraway,
    All things in life, the
    Dragon statue does not accept,
    And do not mention them.

    born in water,
    not water and mud,
    sticky and wet.
    Such as hermit,
    Say calm, do not greed,
