On the full moon night, the Tala tree bloomed everywhere, and the scent of heaven seemed to be spreading everywhere. Friend Ananda, what kind of bhikkhu can illuminate the Gosinga forest?
"Here, friend Sariputta, a bhikkhu hears much, keeps what he has heard, and accumulates what he has heard. Those dharmas that are good in the beginning, good in the middle, and good in the end, with a complete meaning and meaning, which speak of the pure holy life, are well heard and well maintained by him, repeated loudly, are thought in mind, are taught by him. wise knowledge of observation; he preached the Dharma to the four assemblies with perfect and fluent writing, with the aim of eliminating all distractions. This bhikkhu, Sariputta, is able to illuminate the forest of Gosinga.
Upon hearing this, Venerable Sariputta said to Venerable Revata:
— Venerable Revata, Venerable Ananda answered according to his explanation. Here, we now ask the Venerable Revata: Friend Revata, how lovely is the Gosinga forest… (as above).
— Here, friend Sariputta, a bhikkhu delights in the life of seclusion, delights in the life of seclusion, cultivates the Dharma internally, remains still, does not interrupt meditation, accomplishes contemplation of conduct, constantly frequents the holy places. non-citizen place. Friend, Sariputta, it is like a person whose eyes are on the top of a fine building, contemplating a thousand detours around. In the same way, Friend Sariputta, a bhikkhu, with his pure, supernatural divine eye, contemplates a thousand worlds. Friend Sariputta, such a bhikkhu can brighten the forest of Gosinga.
Upon hearing this, Venerable Sariputta said to Venerable Maha Kassapa:
— Friend Kassapa, Venerable Anuruddha answered according to his explanation. Here, we now ask Venerable Kassapa: Friend Kassapa, how lovely is the Gosinga forest… (as above)… Friend Kassapa, what class of bhikkhus brightens the Gosinga forest?

— Here, Friend Sariputta, two bhikkhus are conversing on Abhidhamma. They asked each other questions, and when asked, they were able to answer each other without stopping because they could not, and the discussion of the Dharma continued. Friend Sariputta, is such a bhikkhu able to illuminate the forest of Gosinga?"
Then Venerable Mahamoggallana said to Venerable Sariputta:
— sage Sariputta, we have answered according to our explanation. Here, we now ask the Venerable Sariputta: Friend Sariputta, how lovely, the forest of Gosinga! On the full moon night, the Tala tree bloomed everywhere, and the scent of heaven seemed to be spreading everywhere. What kind of bhikkhu, friend Sariputta, is able to illuminate the forest of Gosinga?"
— Here, sage Moggallana, a bhikkhu can tame the mind, not a bhikkhu who cannot tame the mind. Any result he wants to stay in in the morning, he stays in that fruit in the morning; any result he wants to stay in at noon, he stays at that fruit at noon; whatever fruit he wants to stay in, in the afternoon, he abides in that fruit in the afternoon. Sage Moggallana, like a king or king's minister has a wardrobe full of clothes of different colors. Which pair of clothes the king wants to wear in the morning, the king wears them in the morning; which pair of clothes the king wants to wear at noon, the king wears that pair of clothes at noon; Which pair of clothes the king wants to wear in the afternoon, the king wears that pair in the afternoon.
