Here, householders, there are murderers, cruel, bloody, with a mind dedicated to killing and wounding, with no compassion for sentient beings. This person takes what is not given, anything that belongs to another person, either in the village or in the mountains that is not given to him, he steals that property. He lives an evil life with regard to sensual pleasures, having intercourse with women of all kinds, protected by his mother, his father's protection, his mother's protection, his brother's protection, his sister's protection, his relatives' protection, married, protected by the punishment of sticks, to women adorned with garlands.
