Fragrance of the moral.

At that time, one afternoon Ananda (An Nan) meditated, approached where the Buddha sat and said, "Lord Buddha, there are three physical fragrance that can only fly to the wind, can not fly backwards. What is that? The roots of the tree, the aroma of the wood and the aroma of flowers. Lord Buddha, that is the three physical fragrance that can fly with the wind, can not fly in the opposite direction. But the Buddha, there is a body where the fragrance can fly against the wind, or is there a physical smell that can fly, just flew to the wind? 
- Hey Ananda, there is a body that smells like the wind, there is a body that fragrance has just flew to the wind. 
- Bach, the body, which fragrance has just flown up against the wind?
Hey Ananda, if in a village or in a city, there is another man or woman, taking refuge in the Buddha, taking refuge in the Dharma, taking refuge in the Sangha. If the other person avoids killing, acts of theft, acts of adultery, false words and drunken moments. If he or she lives in a virtuous life, if he or she lives according to righteousness, living with pure heart, if he is generous, if he lives openly, if he finds pleasure in the Offering respectful people, in every place in the world, all the monks, all brahmanas, praises him.

If in a village or in a city, there is another person, male or female, taking refuge in the Buddha, taking refuge in the Dharma, taking refuge in the Sangha ... if he seeks delight in the offerings of respectable deeds, Like this, this Ananda, is the body whose fragrance has just flown against the wind. 
The Buddha said to the verse: 
"The fragrance of flowers can not fly against the wind, so is the incense, the fragrance of tagar and jasmine also. But the scent of the Germans flying against the wind, the scent of the germ of people flying everywhere. (Dhammapada, v. 54)
