Elephant god curious mother.

One, when King Brahmadatta reigned in Benares, Bodhisattva was born in the Himalayas (Himalaya). The beautiful white elephant is beautiful, He is the leading god of eighty thousand elephants surrounded Him; His mother was blind. He often gives the elephants wild fruits to bring to their mother. However, they do not give any baby elephants what they eat. When He inquired and learned about it, He said: "I want to leave the herd to feed my mother." So on a good night, the other elephants did not know, he took his mother to go to Mount Candora; There he put his mother in a cave under the hill, near a lake and caring for her mother thoughtfully.

At that time, a woodman in Balaclava lost his way, could not find a way out, so began to mourn loudly. Listening to this noise, Bodhisatta thought silently, "There is a man in distress, when I am here, he is in disrepute is not reasonable." So he approached him, but he ran away in horror. Seeing that, elephant god told him: "Hey man, you do not need to fear me. Do not run away, but why do you go around and weep? "-" Lord, I've lost my way seven days. "

The elephant said, "Do not be afraid, for I will send you to the highway of the people." He then told him to sit on his back and take him out of the forest and return.

But this evil man decided to tell the king. So he marked the trees, the hills, and headed for Balaclava. At that time the king's statue died. The king commanded by a drummer: "If anyone see where the elephant is worthy of the royal, then report it!" Then the man asked for the king's opinion and said, "I have seen a beautiful elephant, a magnificent elephant, worthy of the Lord's supremacy. Let me ask directions, but please take the governess with me and catch the elephant. " The king agreed, for a woodman to go with him and a large entourage.

He accompanied him to see the Bodhisattva eating in the lake. When the bodhisattva saw the woodman, he thought: "This threat is certainly not from anyone but the guy. But we are very strong, we can beat up a thousand elephants, in rage, we are able to destroy the elephant army of a kingdom. However, if we are attracted to charisma, our merits will be harmed. So, today I will not get angry, even if I was hit by a sword. " With this decision, he stood motionless, head down.

The woodsman walked down the lotus pond, and when he saw the beauty of the ivory tip, he said, "Son, come here!" Then he took hold of the horn just like a silver rope. He took the elephant to Balaa City within seven days.

When the Bodhisatta's mother did not return, she thought she must have been pessimistic about the king's arrest. She cried: "Now the trees are growing, but my son has gone away." And she soaked two shelf:

Although the elephant must go far, 
herbs are still growing good, 
Lua, grass, peach and white flowers, 
dark green flowers remain hidden

Statue to the high places of high 
thanks to the noble. 
Make the king of gold, King 
Dung Dung defeated enemy armor.

Then the elephant trainer, while still on the road, sent a note to the king. The king ordered the decoration of the city beautiful. The elephant instructor led the Bodhisattva into the cradle, which was adorned with all kinds of tassels and wreaths, and surrounded the elephant with a colorful curtain, and then presented to the king. The king brought the dishes delicately and told the Bodhisattva. But he did not eat anything: "Without my mother, I do not want to eat anything," he said. The king had begged him to eat, just soaked the third:

Eat a piece of this elephant, 
Do not fade with skinny. 
Serve the king so much work 
that elephants take charge of one tomorrow

Hearing the Bodhisattva soaked fourth shelf:

No, beside the mountains of 
Chili, the miserable, the dark eyes, the 
base of the forest, the foot stomped, 
because there is no god, her son.

The king took the fifth note to ask the meaning of his words:

On the other side of Mount Chili-la-la, 
Who is miserable, eyes dark, 
where the base of the tree, feet stomping down 
Because there is no god, her son?

God answered the sixth floor:

My mother by the side of Mount Chili, 
wretched, blind, truly mercy, at 
the bottom of the tree stomping down 
.

When he heard this, the king gave him liberty, and sat down seventh:

The elephants take care of their body, 
Should be free, to love, 
To let elephants go to mother, 
And reunite the whole family.

The eighth and ninth shelves of the Buddha are from the way of his victory:

After the detention, escape, 
Freedom, elephant all the wire. 
Cut off the advice to the king, the 
elephant back to the wilderness.

The lake is here, the eyes are in the air, 
The elephant is still in place , The 
suction hose and back to 
Waving all the body.

But Bodhisattva's mother thought it was raining, so she tasted the tenth to repel the rain:

Someone brings rain is not real time, 
God is so cruel, heaven! 
For now, young children go away, 
old children often serve me.

Then the eleventh eleventh time to reassure his mother:

"Why are you lying there, getting up? 
My mother has returned! 
Catholics, Mr. Thong Tue, 
Young children peace, is restored.

And the mother responded to the king through the last stanza:

The Great Wall of existence The Great 
Bridge King brought his glorious country. 
His freedom paid him, 
With his mother, round children love!

The king was very happy because of the virtue of the Bodhisattva so the king built a town not far from the lake and often to serve Bodhisattva and his mother. Later, when his mother died and the Bodhisattva celebrated his maternal funeral, he went far to a monastery called Karankaka. Here, five hundred wise men came to stay, and the king also offered the same as before. The king re-engineered a stone statue of the Bodhisattva and expressed his devotion to worship idolatry. There the people throughout the Thien Truc realm gradually gathered together every year to celebrate the festival called elephant festival ....
