Then going to Venerable Sariputta, after arriving, bowed in my name, bowed down to Venerable Sariputta's feet, and said thus: "Venerable sir, the laity of Solitude is sick, suffering, Loneliness, bowing to the feet of Venerable Sariputta, and saying as follows: 'It would be well, venerable sir, if Venerable Sariputta out of compassion, go to the abode of the laity of Solitude.' "--Yes, venerable sir. He obeyed the lay layman Alone, went to the Blessed One and, having bowed down to the Blessed One's feet, sat down to one side. Sitting down to one side, he said to the Blessed One: -- Venerable Sir, the layman Alone is sick, suffering, seriously ill. Alone, bowing down to the Blessed One's feet, he then went to the venerable Sariputta, and after paying homage to the venerable Sariputta, Then he sat down to one side, and sat down to one side, he said to the venerable Sariputta: -- Venerable Sir, the laity Alone is sick, suffering, seriously ill. Venerable Sariputta and said as follows: "It would be good, venerable sir, if Venerable Sariputta, out of compassion, would go to the place of the laity of Solitude." The venerable Sariputta silently accepted. Then the venerable Sariputta put on robes. , holding the bowl, with Venerable Ananda as attendants, went to the place of residence of the laity, Alone, and after arriving, sat down on the prepared seat. After sitting, Venerable Sariputta said to the laity Level of Solitude: -- Hey layman, I hope you can be patient; I hope you can endure. I hope that suffering is reduced, there is no increase, the reduction is obvious, no increase. -- Venerable Sariputta, I cannot be patient, I cannot bear it. My suffering increases, there is no reduction. And the increase was pronounced, there was no reduction. Venerable Sariputta, like an athlete beheading (another person) with a sharp sword; Likewise, venerable Sariputta, terrible winds are blowing in my head. Venerable Sariputta, I cannot be patient, I cannot endure. My suffering increases, there is no reduction. Venerable Sariputta, like an athlete who takes a hard leather belt around his head and tightens it; Also, Venerable Sariputta, I feel a terrible headache. Venerable Sariputta, I cannot be patient, I cannot endure. My suffering increases, there is no reduction. Venerable Sariputta, like a skilled butcher or a butcher's disciple cuts across the belly with a sharp beef knife; Likewise, venerable Sariputta, a terrible wind cut through my stomach. Venerable Sariputta, I cannot be patient, I cannot endure. My suffering increases, there is no reduction. Venerable Sariputta, for example two strong men, after holding the hand of a weaker person, grill him, burn him on a pit of burning coals; Likewise, venerable Sariputta, a terrible heat arose in my body. Venerable Sariputta, I can't be patient, I can't stand it. My suffering increases, there is no reduction. --Therefore, layperson, learn thus: "I will not cling to the eye, and I will not have consciousness as per the eye." This layman, learn thus. Therefore, layperson, learn thus: "I will not cling to the ear, and I will not have consciousness clinging to the ear." O householder, learn thus. So... don't cling to the nose, and I won't have the consciousness y-go ​​on the nose... let's study like that. So... don't cling to the tongue, and I won't have consciousness y just stick to the tongue... study like that. So... don't cling to the body, and I won't have consciousness based on the body... study like that. Therefore ... do not cling to the mind, and I will not have consciousness based on the mind ... let's study like that. So... don't cling to form, and I won't have consciousness based on form... learn like that. So... don't cling to the bar, and I won't have the consciousness y-go ​​on the bar... let's study like that. So... don't cling to incense, and I won't have consciousness on incense... let's study like that. So... don't accept the taste, and I won't have the consciousness based on the taste... let's study like that. So... don't cling to contact, and I won't have consciousness y just stick with contact... learn like that. Therefore ... do not cling to the method, and I will not have consciousness based on the law ... study like that. So... don't cling to eye-consciousness, and I won't have eye-consciousness just rely on eye-consciousness... study like that. So... don't cling to the ear-consciousness, and I won't have the y-in-the-ear-consciousness... let's learn like that. So... don't cling to the ratio, and I won't have the consciousness based on the ratio... study like that. Therefore ... do not accept the truth, and I won't have consciousness just on real consciousness... let's study like that. So... don't cling to the body-consciousness, and I won't have the body-consciousness y just depend on the body-consciousness... study like that. So... don't cling to consciousness, and I won't have consciousness based on consciousness... learn like that. So... don't cling to eye-contact, and I won't have consciousness based on eye-contact... learn like that. So ... do not cling to life due to the ear consciousness arises, and I will not have the medical consciousness based on the life arising from the ear consciousness ... please study like that. So ... do not cling to life due to the arising of the ratio, and I will not have the consciousness based on the life of the arising of the ratio ... please study like that. So... don't cling to consciousness, and I won't have consciousness based on the precepts of consciousness... study like that. So ... do not cling to boundless space, and I will not have consciousness based on boundless space ... let's study like that. Therefore ... do not cling to the base of boundless consciousness, and I will not have consciousness based on the base of boundless consciousness ... learn like that. Therefore ... do not cling to the origin of no property, and I will not have consciousness based on the base of no property ... please study like that. So ... do not cling to non-idea non-idea, and I won't have consciousness based on non-perception-non-idea origin ... please study like that. So... don't cling to the world here, and I won't have the consciousness to stay in the world here... study like that. Therefore... not clinging to the other world, and I won't have to wake up to another world... let's study like that. So... don't cling to what is seen, heard, felt, perceived, hoped for, or killed with the mind, and I will not have consciousness based on the dharmas (above). "Learn thus, lay follower. Hearing this, the laity of Solitude weeps and sheds tears. Then the venerable Ananda said to the laity of Loneliness: -- Hey layman, you are struggling. live, or sink (death)? - Venerable Ananda, I am not struggling to live, I am sinking into death, even though the Guru I have served for a long time and even the monks, cultivate I have never heard of such a time when teaching the Dharma. -- Then venerable Sariputta, preach like this to lay people dressed in white. Dear Venerable Sariputta, there are good men born with not much defilement, if they do not listen to the Dharma, they will fall into the world; but they can know the Dharma. Then the Venerable Sariputta and the Venerable Ananda, after teaching the laity to Solitude with the discourse, got up from their seats and left. Then, after the venerable Sariputta and the Venerable passed away, after the breakup of the body, after death, they were reborn in the Tusita realm. Then, when the night was near, when the whole scene of Jetavana was illuminated with excellent color, he went to the Blessed One, after having bowed down to him, stood to one side. Standing to one side, the Son of Solitude spoke to the Blessed One the following verse: Jetavana Forest, This blessing is beautiful, Blessed by the gods, the Sangha, Who frequents and dwells, To whom the Dharma King dwells, Bless me. Karma, wisdom (1) and the right dharma (2) Precepts, the supreme life (3) It is through the above dharmas, It makes living beings pure (4) Not due to caste, Not due to wealth, So the The sage See clearly his purpose, Think righteous thoughts, Be pure here. Like Sariputta, In terms of wisdom, morality, and tranquility, Whatever bhikkhu, Having reached the other shore, Let's attain the supreme In the above-mentioned dharmas, so says the Son of Solitude. The Master agreed. Then the Son of Solitude thought: "The Master agrees with me." Then, after paying homage to the Blessed One, his right body turned towards him and disappeared in place. Then the Blessed One, when that night was over, called to the monks: -- This evening, a son of God, when the night was near, illuminating the whole of Jetavana with sublime beauty, came to me. , after coming to pay homage to Me, then stood to one side. Stand aside, The Son of God spoke to me in the following verse: Jetavana Forest, Good and blessed, (...) Achieve supreme In the above-mentioned dharmas Having said this, bhikkhus, the heavenly son pondered. thought: "The Master agrees with me". After prostrating his right body towards Me, he disappeared on the spot. When he heard this, the venerable Ananda said to the Blessed One: -- Venerable Sir, is he the Son of Solitude? White World Honored One, the lay follower of Solitude has unwavering faith in Venerable Sariputta. -- Good, good, Ananda! What can be achieved by contemplation has been attained, Ananda, it is Solitude who is that Son of God, no one else. Thus the Blessed One preached.
