The Subtracting "I Do Thought". From birth, human beings have existed "individuals" or "me". Therefore, it is very important to distinguish "the real individual or self" and "the individual or thought-based self". “Individual or self is fact” refers to what is one's own existence, asserting oneself to be present in this world. It is the cause and reason for the existence of every human being. Everyone has their own ego, no one is the same from which to form very different personalities even though we live in the same society. And "personality or self-thought" refers to the individual, the self is made up of illusory people. Thesaurus defines "egoism/the selfness" as a person's self-perception of one's own dignity, worth, or worth, especially to distinguish oneself from the outside world and other individuals. In philosophy,"I" is considered to be the conscious self, a category that reflects the uniqueness of a person's spiritual center, which contains in it the characteristics that distinguish me from other individuals. The above two definitions of "me" refer to the "thought self" and not the "actual self". Krishnamurti, the famous sage of the 20th century, considered the ego to be an evil thing. The "I" he refers to here is the "thinking individual". According to him, through the word 'I', we see that it is a collection of ideas, memories, experiences to draw conclusions, desires, intentions with names or no names, efforts to consciously or unconsciously, long-standing traditions accumulated from races, groups, or societies as a whole. The self is projected outwardly into action or internally projected,In the spirit of forming the so-called virtues, religious beliefs... In the ego there is always competition, desire, and desire. The ego is an evil entity because it is divisive, self-contained, longing, always projecting all kinds of desires. Also according to Krishnamurti, the ego is not only an evil thing, a destructive force, but it is also a wise, cunning, deceitful person. The ego, because it always wants to be protected, to be safe inside, seems to sincerely seek a teacher, a guru, a guide, a God. Even the ego can disguise itself as a moralist, philanthropist, missionary, saint... Storytelling, hearing that the Buddha was preaching the Dharma, Bahiya, a Brahmin ascetic, came from afar. far away thanks to the Buddha's instruction. And he taught: “Bahiya, related to the senses such as the eye, there is only seeing. Relating to organs such as the atrium, only hearing. Regarding the truth, there is only the saying. Concerning the mind-base, there is only the thought. Bahiya doesn't have you in it. If you weren't in it, there wouldn't be any suffering." During his life of practicing religion, the Buddha said: "What the Tathagata taught in 45 years of practicing the Way, can be summed up in one sentence: there is no such thing as a self to cling to." According to Buddhist philosophy, the "me" or the "thinking individual" is the biggest source of human suffering. There is an ego that people think. That is, the ego is just a fictitious fantasy, which needs to be dissolved to become the "no-self" reality. When giving the principle of not-self, the Buddha did not tell us to get rid of this body and mind, but just wanted us not to cling to it, not to believe that it is permanent so as not to cling to greed, hatred, and delusion. The Buddha taught that it is because of clinging to the self that we float and sink in the sea of samsara and afflictions.Just remove the self-grasping, ie understand no-self, extinguish the ego, then the affliction has no ground to stand. When ignorance is eliminated, it is Nirvana, there is no need to search for Nirvana far away. Krishnamurti also holds that the "thinking individual" is not real. He even asserted: “The content of our consciousness, the content of every human being, whether they live in Asia, Europe, India, America or Russia, is the common foundation of all humanity. Because wherever a person lives, he suffers, not only physically but also internally. He is anxious, depressed, afraid, confused, not feeling safe anywhere. So our consciousness is in common with all humanity.” The above descriptions show that there are two types of "individuals". One is the "actual individual" who is the person he or she exists in this life,That is, an individual is like no other and we must respect and promote the unique characteristics of the "real individual". Second, there is an ego that people think. That is, "individual due to delusion" is just a fictitious fantasy, which needs to be dissolved to become the truth "no-self" as the Buddhist philosophy has pointed out.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL GOLDEN MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.16/7/2022.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.
