STRATEGY DISCLAIMER GEOGRAPHY. FOREWORD During the forty-five years of preaching the dharma for profit, the Buddha used innumerable means, and all sorts of conditions, and examples, to present the dharmas. In it, there are methods and means called "Unknown meaning" to help us form a common wisdom, to understand all the good and bad, good and bad, to transform the body and mind and the outside. Besides, the Buddha also used metaphorical form, to specify the true realm as called "Lieu Nghia" to help us form a holy wisdom; ie re-living with their original self-awareness. The Ksitigarbha Sutra is a sutra that takes the name of a great bodhisattva as a metaphor and at the same time is the dharma that is named. Teaching or presenting the Ksitigarbha method through semantics, to help us recognize the deity in our mind and come back to live with. Means are many, depending on the case that changes and uses; and the truth that the Buddha wants to teach is only one (1). So what is the means used in this discourse called "Keritigarbha Bodhisattva's original vow"? As an example, it is the dharma but also the mind. But the mind here is the Tathagata mind in each of us (the deity); rather than the mind of ignorance and hopelessness, with full of greed, hatred, infection, birth and death, illusory. The Buddha gives a story where the main character is Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, which contains many hidden meanings, aiming at the truths of life, which listeners or readers need to contemplate deeply in reality. , realized the hidden meaning of the scriptures. Must find out what "It is in the foreign language" means that the mind is outside the word; the truth of life. Otherwise, if we keep chasing words and semantics, to accumulate memory, without contemplating spiritual practice, it is like searching for the taste of painted cakes. We ourselves cannot get rid of the deeply ingrained wrong grasping (2) of the stream of energy latent at samsāra (stream of consciousness). It is difficult to grasp the hidden meaning of the scriptures, and it is difficult to break free from the current of delusion, in this human life full of self-individuation, and it is also difficult to achieve liberation and enlightenment. That is the expectation that I want to convey in every practitioner, when realizing the true meaning of this sutra. Note: *The purple text is the main text of the sutra. (1).Really the most unconventional French. Means of being multi-door (True General does not have a dharma, but the means of entering the path are based on the mind of sentient beings that are simulated to lead). (2).The roots are deeply rooted, difficult to uproot. FINDING THE FOREWORD OF THE Sutta --- First of all, let's try to understand the preface of the text (and also say the main idea of the whole text) professing the bodhisattva Ksitigarbha; to understand the metaphorical means of this discourse. Having understood the hidden meaning of the scriptures, we can realize the true meaning that the Buddha wanted to teach, to help us break all the delusions and attachments of karma in our minds, and live again with our own inherent deity. me. The Ksitigarbha Sutras in particular, and the sutras of the Mahayana (development) system in general, all point directly to the Buddha's knowledge that is available to us in order to help us break free from the grip of the stream of birth and death (samsara) in eternity. number of lifetimes. From knowledge of sentient beings to knowledge of Buddha by the art of "Useless conduct". This is an art that transcends all arts of the perception of sentient beings. It is the source of civilization that transcends all consciousness-based civilization. It is a non-verbal discourse that goes about endlessly. The reflective stillness of the mind, which is independent of time, and not limited by space; because it is inherently beyond all pairs of equivalent categories of duality. Now we turn to find out the hidden meaning of the whole text, in order to get back our knowledge of the Buddha, which the Buddha wanted to teach. TRANSLATION OF FOREWORD ˜☼™ Bowing to the cardinal of great salvation and joy (1). Earth is solid (persistent), deep (later), vast (extensive), and all-encompassing (implicit). From the southern world appear many fragrant clouds, fragrant rain, flower clouds, flower rain, treasure clouds, precious rain of countless numbers, bringing good things and beauty everywhere. Gods and men asked the Buddha, What is the predestined cause that there are these good things? The Buddha said: Because there is Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha. The Tathagatas in the three times all praised and respected Ksitigarbha bodhisattva. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is the place where Bodhisattvas in the ten directions all turn to and take refuge. Thanks to many previous lives, I have sown good conditions, so now I can praise and praise Your true merit. Yes, he is the seed of peace (benevolence), the reservoir of good (good accumulation), the vow to save sentient beings (the oath to save sentient beings), the diamond staff in his hand (the treasure). smashed to open the gates of hell, is a shining jewel in the palm of your hand illuminating the three thousand wide worlds. Yes, he is the King of Hell sitting on the court, the mirror of karma placed in front of the stage, He is the clearest witness to the merits of sentient beings in Jambudvipa, the salvation that covers all space (great compassion), the vow of infinite depth and breadth (the great vow), the great saint. boundless amount (great saint), is the absolute joy (great word), he is a great bodhisattva as thick as the earth and covers all (Kingitigarbha bodhisattva mahasattva); is the venerable inbuilt root in your mind (the deity). ˜¯™ DISCLAIMER OF THE PREFACE (also stating the true meaning of the entire sutra) ---- As the text of the preface describes: "Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha is the master of suffering and great joy, the snake firm, deep, wide, and all-encompassing" (dialect: Kien, Hau, Quang, and Hidden). The sutras refer to the Tathagata mind that everyone has. If we can live with our Buddha mind, then suffering will end, and absolute joy will be opened, should be an example for the southern country where fragrant clouds, fragrant rain, flower clouds, flower rain, precious clouds, precious rain are countless, bringing good things everywhere. The south is only for Nam Jambudvipa, the Saha realm in which we live. The world we live in but fragrant clouds, fragrant rain..etc…is only for the pure heart. The pure heart is symbolized for the south, because the south is not as bright as the dawn of the east shining directly into the house, not hot like the sunset of the west, not dark and cold and gloomy. wages like the north; It is the direction with medium and cool light, bringing peace to the body and mind. The south is likened to a pure heart, which is the first middle path of the righteous path (the number one true meaning). The magic of pure mind is described by the things "scented clouds, fragrant rain, flower clouds, flower rain"; ie make the heart become good, fragrant, peaceful with a mind that is not entangled like a leisurely cloud in the sky. Such good results can only be found in those whose true heart has manifested, for which the scriptures say, "The Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha has come". The mind is the Buddha, the mind is the Dharma, and the mind is also the Sangha, but the Sangha here exemplifies the bodhisattva Ksitigarbha; ie Sangha of pure heart and perfect harmony. Because the true mind is the clear essence, covering all space, covering time and having absolute harmony. The absolute purity and harmony of the true mind will be accomplished by the Buddhas themselves, and by the bodhisattvas of the ten directions. Therefore, the Buddhas of the three times all praise and revere that mind. As for the bodhisattvas of the ten directions, they return to take refuge in their dense, large, and full-filled minds, to have the day of enlightenment (the ten directions of bodhisattvas plus refuge). And one must be a person who has planted good roots for many lifetimes, so now it is easy to bring the mind out of all attachments, to realize the true heart, to live fully with great compassion, great compassion, great joy, and great equanimity. me. Therefore, the scriptures describe: "He is the seed of peace (kindness), the reservoir of good (good accumulation), the vajra stick in the practitioner's hand to use to dispel the mind full of confusion. , sin, suffering (keeper of the center of the staff to open the door of hell), is a priceless pearl that shines in every soul and shines everywhere, is King Yama sitting on the court of trial, a mirror karma placed in front of the radio, is the clearest witness to the merits of sentient beings in the Southern Jambudvipa (wisdom)." The text does not describe the bodhisattva Ksitigarbha as a person of great compassion; but he is the salvation and great joy (great compassion) in every soul. Because compassion means saving suffering, but from being happy; ie self-nature to neutralize the roots of suffering in his body and mind, so that his body and mind can have great joy (great word). To do so, it is required that the practitioner must make a great vow to never get tired of losing heart (great vow) in dissolving the mind of despair, so that the mind has a chance to realize the all-encompassing natural nature (great saint). That is the respectable root of every soul (the deity), the great bodhisattva that covers all (King Tsitigarbha bodhisattva mahasattva). Because mistakes are also born from the mind, enlightenment is not outside of the mind. Mind is the master painter who paints heaven, and mind is also the master of hell. The mind is obscured by the three karmic actions of greed, hatred, and delusion, so it is difficult to recognize the truth, and it is difficult to know what is good, evil, good, and bad. pain or happiness. Therefore, if we want to be liberated and enlightened, we must return to protect our pure, clear, solid, deep and vast mind. The pure and clear mind is the cardinal who illuminates the way of the mind full of sin. Sutras take the example ground for the mind (mind ground); because the soil is hard, deep, and all-inclusive. Whatever is poured into the ground, the earth contains everything, and whatever seed is dropped on the ground, it is nourished and raised by the earth. The sutra takes the ground for the Tathagata's mind. But the Tathagata's Mind is invisible, formless, luminous, and pervasive in the ten directions, indestructible, so it is said to be solid. The Tathagata's mind is like a deep sea without a bottom, so whoever wants to go into his inner self is not the same, so it is said to be thick. All dharmas are not outside the mind, the mind encompasses all time, throughout the whole space, so it is said that the boss contains all and is not far away. Understanding like this will give rise to many doubts, make the mountains and water end, dry up the mind of despair, and attain unsurpassed enlightenment. A great doubt (great doubt) of the meditator, makes "self-cleansing" (pure mind). Therefore, the path to truth is the work of Taoism; not the path of Philosophy with its simulated concepts, or borrowed knowledge from others, through semantics. Recognizing the true heart as the root (deity) of enlightenment, the Patriarchs set aside the gnawing of scriptures through simulated text, with fragments of easily deceptive degrees; but devote all the time to reliving with our existing true mind, or meditation. To meditate or meditate means to return to study the teacher of your pure and clear heart. Learn how? Have asked how to lose the investment in dynamic thinking already. Therefore, it is difficult to describe meditation (1)! Because Zen is not a religion, a doctrine, a subjective philosophical conception of the stream of consciousness, or a science with complex mechanical systems. Meditation is just a temporary noun used to refer to a permanent, unchanging, timeless state of mind - no. It is beyond all pairs of categories of contradictions, conflicts, and reasoning of subjective rationality. We can reach this state by experiencing our own mind's testimony, not through brain reasoning. The word Zen (or pure land) is also just an imitation to refer to the elusive state of mind. This state of mind has no form, no name, no sign of thought. Therefore, let us listen again to our mind as it is, but forget all the words and phrases, stop all research and learning by deluded consciousness. Just like the finger pointing to the moon, the words of the scriptures are temporarily used to refer to the unchanging truth, which is neither born nor destroyed in the mind, so immediately forget it after experiencing reality. Never let the scriptures or dogma fool you, or become a prison for your absolute freedom of mind. Meditation is very difficult, it requires us to have a high degree of self-awareness, to be diligent in the use of exercises, not to let the mind climb to another situation. Thanks to that, it is enough to have the power of "useless conduct" to destroy the deep tunnel of ignorance and overcome the hundred-meter pole (2). True meditation means one who has attained the realization of the calm, free, and unchanging state of mind which the term is called kensho. That enlightenment will illuminate, guide us in all our actions. It is the enlightenment that we directly realize that the true mind has never been born and died, free and at absolute rest; that is the starting point of meditation (the end does not leave the means). Only when we realize enlightenment and directly recognize that state of mind, can we understand meditation. Every act of our creation, no matter how subtle and clever, is just a consideration, a groping, a calculation of consciousness, so it is inevitable that clumsiness, confusion and lead to suffering. Every time we realize the great freedom of mind, then our life is full of meaning and our every move is always illuminated. A new perspective on the universe and human life is opened. At that time, the world is no longer a sea of suffering, but a beautiful shimmering painting, a wonderful symphony. We will no longer look at life with wild eyes, but with eyes that are equal and full of true love. And every time the door of meditation opens wide, the teacher retreats. At this time, the meditator takes his own steps on the path of liberation, without anyone else interfering. However, there are still struggles, but even if we have to fight, we are still enlightened by our inner awareness and are never misled by the force of "useless conduct". Every time we enter meditation, we become a new person, with a new perspective, living in harmony with the universe. Enlightenment is not necessarily the work of a guru, but sometimes it just requires the sound of a stream, a breeze, a fallen leaf, a broken branch, or a pebble hitting a tree trunk, etc. Lessons learned from the surrounding life can also make us awaken to enlightenment (Patiple Enlightenment). The meditator then, like a person in a deep sleep, suddenly awakens from his sleep, and immediately emerges from a long dream of innumerable kalpas. The meditator has realized enlightenment and the mind realizes the truth, re-perceiving the absolute freedom of the soul, which is unchanging and timeless - no. The universe is me, I am the universe. A complete transformation has occurred, bringing the mind to one with the truth (first truth). Thus, before embarking on this wonderful journey, the meditator already has a map and a guide in hand across the true meaning of the scriptures. The meditator has realized the route and the destination. The experienced meditator is that he has excavated his own soul with too many means (dhamma) and is now too tired of those means. The practitioner has received back the cardinal of the heart full of confusion and sin (u minh cardinal). And now awake to cross; but no longer foolish to stay to build a nest on the bridge of life and death. Now the meditator has nothing left to do or say, not even a single word. The living being involves being with great insight into reality. Truth exists in every soul, like the breath of space, like the sky filled with magical stars and moons. The meditator has realized the mind at the primordial (primordial pure state of mind), but is no longer deceived by the illusions of self-expression. That is the return and the deity; That is, Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha in his mind. Therefore, spiritual practice is not about finding a secluded place to pass the day and month; but it is to enter into a silent battle, no less dramatic and fierce, to crush the long-lasting storms of the manna itself with the sword of wisdom and wisdom, so that the light of the heart can shine forth. mat, in order to bring absolute peace to himself, and to spread it to all beings. Towards no-self is a super art, a source of civilization that transcends all consciousness-based civilizations, a non-verbal presentation that goes back to eternity. So in order to be free from all suffering, we must first stop all thinking, worrying, and searching for our own mind. Thanks to the cessation of the mind, helps the mind to neutralize all the seeds of birth and death, and the mind is calm, lucid, and perfectly peaceful. The reflective stillness of the self-mind is independent of time, not limited by space; since it is inherently beyond all pairs of categories of duality, it is no longer dependent on the stream of consciousness. By dissolving the deluded mind, the unsurpassed wisdom is revealed, so the original mind is pure and bright. The wisdom or wisdom that shines from the pure original mind, Therefore, the sutras say that Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is a bright pearl illuminating the three thousand vast worlds. It is also an example for our bright intellect to illuminate our dark ignorance. So what is ignorance? Ignorance or gloom is a dark, secret place, so there is no light of wisdom to shine in (for example, hell = iron fence). Darkness or hell refers to the extreme ignorance of sentient beings. Ignorance or the dark mind ground leads to the consequences of constant suffering, so it leads to an uninterrupted hell. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is the one who brings light into darkness; or in other words, using wisdom to neutralize the dark ground of sentient beings, so called the cardinal. Therefore, the cardinal is the enlightened mind in every soul, the pure mind that everyone has (naturally pure mind). The deity is the inherent awareness in the mind, so it is called the duty (the root), respect is the respect. The deity is the Buddha-nature worthy of reverence in the minds of sentient beings. Thus, the bodhisattva Ksitigarbha described in this sutra is a visualized symbol, a metaphor for the being of sentient beings. Our true self or our "self-identity" is our true heart. True mind is invisible and formless, covering the entire dharma world (3), nothing can destroy it, so the scriptures say: "Solid, deep, and all-encompassing". True mind or being is infinity, beginningless and ending, never going to present, so it's called Tathagata. Ksitigarbha or Tathagata's mind organ of sentient beings is the most respectable thing. The enlightened mind is the king of Jam sitting on the court of judgment, because no one can clearly see their sins with their own clear mind. The pure and clear mind is an example of a mirror projecting karma (karma for money), shine on your karma exactly as it is. The pure and clear mind is the judge sitting at the bottom of his heart, the fairest witness of the heart full of guilt. That's why, the sutras say: "For the sake of living beings in the southern Jambudvipa, master and demonstrate all merit." Because sin is born from the mind, merit is not outside the mind. Tam is a master painter who paints heaven, which is also a place full of suffering and sin. Having such understanding, we celebrate the merits of our pure, clear mind with wonderful uses: "Compassion, rejoicing, love, tolerance, above bow, below glass, harmony, peace of mind, humility, serenity, purity of mind and liberation” (4). Otherwise, it is customary to praise "reputation, profit, and love" with tricks: "The upper army lowers the pedal, makes the country fat, embezzles and hooks, relies on the world to depend on power, cunning scheme; high drain conceited, deceitful deceit; but has no integrity, no compassion, no compassion." Therefore, those who study the path of liberation without turning back to rely on the mind, enlighten the mind, protect the center of gravity, make the mind pure, pure, and lucid; But if he keeps letting go of the stream of delusions, he will be immersed in the sea of birth and death and forever immersed in the long chain of sorrow, lamentation, suffering, grief, and despair. The Buddha said: "Trying on clouds and drinking orange juice is also your fault. Digging deep and entering hell is also on you, no one else." That's why, "If you practice cultivation, you find that your heart is not happy, your face is not calm, your face is fresh and peaceful. Gestures are not gentle, considerate and careful. Words that are not gentle, gentle, open and tolerant, are contrary to the path of liberation, not to say that they have entered the wrong way at any time. If you practice, but still let your soul be restless, your mind wobbly, your heart full of pollution, jealousy, anger, and hatred. Day and night fantasizing about lust, that is the symptom of the evil way." Our mind is like the earth, because from the ground all the seeds grow. Our different thoughts (seeds) come from the earth of the mind. Purity, clarity, peace and joy are also not outside the mind. There are sentient beings who are immersed in the sea of affairs and love, so they are always attracted to fame, gain, loss, praise and blame, honor and shame, cheers, rocks, etc. The mind stream of birth and death goes into eternal cold kalpas. There are sentient beings who are on the animal path towards liberation and enlightenment, such as the sravakas, pratyekabuddhas and bodhisattvas. But there are also people who take advantage of the place of meditation to do evil business, only to suffer as a result of falling into three evil paths: hell, hungry ghosts, and animals to have to endure many lives wearing horns to repay debts. rice, or fall into the boiling cauldron of the fire, suffering, hunger, thirst, coldness. The Buddha taught: "The three realms are not outside the mind, the ten thousand dharmas are not outside of consciousness" (5). From ordinary people to sages, there is no exception to the polluted mind, or to the pure and clear mind. Remove all the polluted mind, the pure and clear mind shows up; Therefore, the sutras say: "Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha has come". This sutra takes the image of Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha to represent the mind. But the mind here is the pure mind, the natural clarity should be called the deity; rather than the illusory mind dynamics of birth and destruction. To understand this mind, we should examine each chapter of the scriptures in turn. Please practitioners will tri. Notes: (1). No set of documents, special teaching, directing the human mind, seeing nature to become a Buddha. Words of the Dalai Lama. (2). The head of a hundred yards pole, or the head of the mind. (3).Thu with the three sacrifices, horizontal turn the cross. (4).Compassionate, compassionate, compassionate, tolerant, tolerant, tolerant, peaceful, humble, peaceful, pure of heart, liberated. (5).Three worlds only mind, ten thousand law only consciousness. STRATEGY DISCUSSION OF GENERAL SUTRAS OF THE BOOK OF THE 1st edition of the Compendium of the 1st edition BUDDHA APPEARS THE SUPERMARKET IN THE KINGDOM GOD @&? 1. The Buddha showed miracles: "I heard that: At one time the Buddha was in the palace of Heaven Dao Loi, because of his mother, he spoke the Dharma". At the beginning of the text, we see that the Buddha did not speak this sutra in the world for ordinary people to hear; but went to Dao Loi heaven to preach the Dharma to the Buddha's mother, who gave birth to Thien. In particular, in this assembly there are also the presence of Buddhas, great bodhisattvas, Heavens, dragons, demons and gods in the Saha realm and other lands in the ten directions also went to Dao Loi heaven to attend the Dharma assembly. Thus, the scriptures clearly state that, in order to hear this Ksitigarbha Dharma, one must practice ten good deeds or more (which the sutras are for the heavens). Who can practice the ten good deeds? Those who are predestined to the Buddhadharma; whether it's heaven, dragon, demon, or god. Therefore, the gods, dragons, ghosts and gods in the ten directions who want to hear this Earth Store Dharma must also go to the Dao Loi heaven, which means they must practice ten good things; In other words, make your mind pure. But ordinary people with hearts full of lust, full of stubborn hatred, delusion (strength) cannot hear, understand and practice this Ksitigarbha Dharma. The Buddha went to heaven to teach his mother about Earth Store Dharma to show his filial piety towards his mother; Because parents are the two who give birth to raise us to become human. But in all filial piety as well as spiritual things, the most important thing is to make parents understand the true Dharma, know how to practice friendly behavior, and then move towards liberation and enlightenment called great filial piety. The example of Bodhisattva Muc Kien Lien repaying his mother's filial piety by relying on the Buddha and the Sangha after three months of seclusion, and then invited home to transform his mother, Mrs. called great filial piety Muc Kien Lien. As for ordinary people, depending on their ability to support their parents materially as well as spiritually; in general, no more than the following five things: 1. Nurturing: The two born people have endured many hardships to give us life, the source of life and the fullness of life. Mothers suffer from a heavy pregnancy until they give birth and raise their children to grow up. The father is one sun and two dew, busy up and down on thousands of roads, earning every piece of rice, taking care of his children. The upbringing of parents is as vast as heaven and earth, as vast as the ocean, and as abundant as an inexhaustible source. Therefore, it is the duty of being a child to know how to be filial and nurturing towards the two people born. But filial piety here has an implied meaning, like when you were a child, you had to obediently study hard, obey your parents, do small jobs according to your strength, so that your parents would be less tired. When growing up, the shoulder strength of youth will take the place of parents to shoulder the heavy work. When their parents are old, their children depend on their economic circumstances (depending on their circumstances) to take care of their parents every bite of food and drink. clothes, blankets, bedding depending on the hot and cold weather of four seasons, run the doctor to take care of medicine and take care of them while their parents are sick or ill. When parents pass away, they take care of the funeral, filial piety, worship and memorial, to remember the biochemical roots in human life. 2. Respectful: Parents are the ones who have endured many hardships to give us life, the source of life and the mysterious reason for living. That kindness is so great, it's hard to get anything in return. Therefore, as a child, you must always respect your parents. Don't show disrespect, make your parents suffer. 3. Peaceful: Parents are the first people in life to give us a reason to live. The one who suffered and worked hard to teach me to walk step by step, then when I babbled, I learned to speak. When your children grow up, they will take care of their books and clothes and then take them to school for them to study. I hope they become human and won't lose to them. so that in my life's path there is less suffering. The whole chain of parents has given me many good things, I hope you know harmony in life together. Consciousness "I fell, I lifted, my hands cut my intestines", so we have to live in harmony between brothers and sisters as if our hands and feet are the same body. A harmonious life between children is a great joy for the two parents. 4. Hieu is living a full personality: Living in this life, no one is without grandparents and parents. Countless generations of ancestors of the two lineages inside and outside have given us the body, the source of life and the mysterious reason for living. Therefore, protecting one's life for good is knowing how to cherish the treasures that ancestors and parents have passed on, so that when they grow up, they can pass it on to future generations. Self-destruction of the body with alcohol, drugs, drugs and poisons is a sin of filial piety towards the parents; as well as for future generations. This life body was born from the father's essence, the mother's blood during nine months of pregnancy, and the parent's upbringing throughout the length of childhood. The two births did not manage toil and hardship, rushing back and forth on thousands of roads to create a source of life for us to grow up. So while growing up, we have to create a source of life to feed ourselves with our hands, brains and hearts (right life). Know how to divide the source of life to balance life, by dividing the source of life into four parts: The first part is for daily living. The second part is to accumulate capital to gradually increase the source of life. The third part is to take care of aging parents, and worship ancestors to show "The tree has roots, water has a source, eats fruit thanks to the person who planted the tree". The fourth part is to express the feelings between people and people "recurring enemies, "Neighbors go back and forth to satisfy life" such as funerals, weddings, or lights out at night. Or give to charity, help the lonely, unhappy in the middle of life, or suffer from natural disasters. Consciousness of life comes from the source of life, so you must protect your own life source and the life source of others. Intentionally stealing each other's life resources in any form is a loss of personality, loss of morality, making parents suffer as a result of being unfilial. In life, everyone wants to have a happy life. But happiness is not something that is bestowed on anyone; but from grasping the meaning of life for oneself and for others. The reason for living is first of all founded on good karma. Therefore, always cultivate a good mind, good speech and good action. Thanks to the three wholesome kammas (mind, mouth, and body), one can avoid harm to oneself and others. A life that knows how to give up evil to do good, to give up evil to do good, to give up anger and delusion to live in harmony, will gradually limit the conflicts arising from within and make life more peaceful. All persecution comes from unrighteous greed, greed beyond reach, from selfishness and fear, creating unwholesome actions that make the outside world insecure. So, if you haven't really let go of the selfishness of your mind, beware, "Wherever there is money, fame, and position, there will be disputes, and people will easily lose humanity”. Thanks to understanding the reason for a good life for each other, the husband and wife are faithful and loyal, friends become friends, brothers and sisters are like hands and feet, so they are aware of their broken hands, and their kinship is like water. from the same source, so the sense of protection should not dry up the line. Neighborhood is mutual affection while extinguishing the fire in the dark, so don't break the fence, the neighboring country is friendly, so it won't encroach on the land if it causes war, making the good people miserable. Because of the awareness of living together, it is necessary to use beautiful words (loving words) to come to life, to make the inside and outside of the house calm, and the human love is in harmony. Avoid saying harsh, rude, obscene, sarcastic, divisive, hateful, or discordant words. Intellectual consciousness is the torch that lights the way to truth, goodness and beauty, so always keep the calm and clear mind. Practice looking at life with contemplative eyes, to see clearly all the causes leading to suffering (the truth) to transform and prevent. Do not use intoxicating and toxic substances such as drugs, carcinogenic chemicals, tobacco, alcohol, gambling, which lose the calmness and purity of the soul and harm health. disturb the peaceful life of the community. 5. Filial piety: When the child grows up, the parents wish for the child to become a successful family and have a happy and peaceful life. Therefore, it is very necessary to know how to find a good reason to live for each other. Be aware that each family member is a decisive factor in creating a happy and peaceful life. Therefore, finding harmony to live for each other is a factor to create happiness in a shared life. Any idea that does not agree is not obstinate; any word that is not pleasing to the ear is not uttered; Any action that is not favorable and does not have good results is not done. To make it warm inside and out, to make parents happy in the late afternoon, that is to be filial and psychological. In addition to being psychologically favorable, he also knows how to advise his parents to do good and avoid evil. know how to practice friendly behavior to gradually bring the mind out of all suffering, beyond samsara of birth and death. Therefore, among the five filial things, filial piety is the most important. And only filial piety can be called great filial piety, like the example of Duc Kien Lien saving his mother. The Buddha taught: "Those who repay the favor by nurturing and offering their parents with wealth, material things, and money are never enough to repay their parents. But, bhikkhus, anyone who has no faith in his parents should encourage and guide them to abide in the good precepts. For parents who are not greedy, encourage and guide them to stay in giving. For parents who follow evil wisdom, it is advisable to guide them to abide in wisdom. To do so, bhikkhus, is to do enough and to repay the favor of one's parents" (1). Because only filial piety will create conditions for parents to come out of samsara; So the new Buddha went to the Dao Loi heaven to preach the Dharma to his mother. So what is the Dharma of the Earth Store? As described in the preface: “Earth is solid, deep, wide, and all-encompassing.” What is thick, wide, unfathomable, and all-encompassing? It is the mind and nothing else. The Buddha taught: "One mind has all the ten dharma realms: hell, hungry ghosts, animals, asuras, humans, gods, shravakas, dependent enlightenment, bodhisattvas, and Buddhas" (2). But the mind here is called Earth Store, which is the heart of the Tathagata, or the true mind that everyone has. The true mind is invisible and formless, variable throughout time, covering all space, so nothing can be destroyed, so the scriptures call it "permanence". All the Buddhas and bodhisattvas in the ten directions have returned to take refuge in their existing true hearts, so the sutras say that they all come to the meeting. With this same idea, In the Amitabha Sutra, it is described as: "With all good people, they all return to the same place" (3). Returning to the same place of the Enlightened Ones is to return to your true heart (remembering one's mind). Therefore, the Buddhas together praised Shakyamuni Buddha, saying: "He is in the world with the five defilements (4) and manifests inconceivably vast and inconceivable wisdom, to subdue him. sentient beings are strong, let them know clearly the dharma of suffering and dhamma of joy.” To subdue strong sentient beings is to subdue the delusions of arising and passing away hidden in our samsāra (flow of consciousness) energy. For everything that has a concrete form can be easily thrown away; but the deluded thoughts in the mind, it is the potential power, so it is difficult to let go of infinity; Therefore, the scriptures say: "sentient beings are strong and difficult to overcome". So therefore, must let go of the false mind with the wisdom that is not entangled with both sides, so the sutra says: "showing inconceivable great wisdom, supernatural powers", also called unsurpassed wisdom, also called prajna, wisdom. Buddha or awareness. Therefore, the Buddha taught: "I am a Buddha who has already become, and sentient beings are Buddhas will become, because each sentient being has Buddha nature." The different mental signs (false thoughts) have been, are and will be taught by the Buddha. The Buddhas are already, the Bodhisattvas are, and the gods, dragons, ghosts, and gods will gradually be taught by the Tathagata's mind (Keombola), if they know how to turn back and take refuge (common refuge). The teaching of the true mind by overcoming hopelessness is an art of "useless conduct", so the Buddha graciously handed over to Mr. Kassapa: "The original dharma is not the dharma, the dharma is not the dharma, and the dharma is present when give no dharma Every dharma where every dharma.” (5) Because every intention to seek truth with a subjective consciousness is like a blind man lost in the jungle, it is difficult to find the way back home. The bundles of prejudices that we carry, it creates forces that weigh down the soul and divide reality. While, the truth of all things is the living essence that is inclusive, always operating in a shimmering and mysterious way. If we examine our mind according to the pattern of a memory that has been dead forever, we inadvertently turn our backs on our faces, ignoring reality with its origins. While, we just need to empty everything, then our mind is liberated, circulated and free of impurities. We see ourselves again as we really are, exactly as it is, without any preconceived notions, no discriminating consciousness interfering. Using all means to follow the mind, identifying the mind, guiding the mind, and taming the mind are just the ways of controlling the mind and establishing the mind of the Two Vehicles by the censor and the censored. Meanwhile, the censor and the censored are just the mind. However, "Mind cannot be grasped from outside, from within or in between. Mind is directional, non-conceptual, has no medical facility, has no place of refuge. The Buddhas did not see the mind in the past, in the present. now or in the future” (Buddhist words). What the Buddhas cannot see, how can they be contemplative? If there is contemplation, it is merely contemplation of the arising and passing away of mental objects. A sword cannot cut itself. A finger cannot touch it by itself. The mind cannot be contemplative. Meanwhile, everything accumulated from immeasurable kalpas up to now, it is only the borrowed products of the predecessors; what the ancients called "Saint's vomit". Forget about all thoughts, which in turn create chaos, lead us back to confusion. Forgetting both what is being said and forgetting what is forgotten, the door of truth immediately opens. The methods are established by the stream of consciousness, only creating more confusion by the artist's own mind and mind and still being trapped in a thousand-year-old thought basket, like ants crawling around the mouth of a cup, looking for a way but never finding a way. can get out. Searching for the mind or contemplating the mind is like trying to avoid the shadow and standing in the sun. Didn't know it was just "Heads grow more heads, snow sprinkles more dew". Understanding the truth is not limited by language with knowledge borrowed from the past, then placed for the present, or projected into the future. Real seeing and knowing is beyond the range of the two sides (dualistic). Non-action is a path without a name. When the root of the mind has no ground to rely on, the cycle of samsara enters the place of no birth. When the sun rises, the dark night recedes. Wisdom flares up every time the deluded mind ceases to exist. That is the return to rely on the awareness inherent in the mind. Therefore, the Buddhas extolled the liberation of enlightenment in the mind; and bodhisattvas return to take refuge in their true heart, so they say, "Bodhisattvas of the ten directions go home together." And ordinary people praise the fruits of lust, with a focus on fame, gain, and love, and then expand their greed without end; So life is a battlefield with no end date. So if you want to get rid of suffering, you have to get rid of karma, that is, remove the false mind, make the mind no longer entangled in the two sides, so the scriptures let the clouds flow freely in the sky. "At that time, the Tathagata smiled and released hundreds of thousands of millions of billions of clouds of great brilliance, such as: A round cloud full of great light (great perfection of light and clouds), a cloud that relieves suffering and brings joy and great radiance. (Great Compassionate Light Minh Van), a great bright cloud of wisdom (Great Wisdom Quang Minh Van)..vv….”. The big bright cloud represents the light of the shining true mind, or prajna wisdom. Because of the light of the true mind, it is not controlled by consciousness, not attached to all sounds and forms, like clouds in the sky. In the Lotus Sutra, the Buddha uses the image of the sun in the middle of space to lure wisdom into no place (like the sun and the sky). Enlightenment wisdom, or Buddha wisdom, is the wisdom that shines all over, so it covers time and space (great perfection of light and clouds). That wisdom, "From the nature which is far away from appearance and name, far away from the general of speech, away from the general of hope and predestination, ultimately equal, unchanging, indestructible, just one-pointed, so called true." (6). Wisdom free of attachment to form should symbolize the release of great bright clouds of the Buddha; It also means that from within the awareness emanates unfathomable miracles such as: "compassion, wisdom, prajna, samadhi, auspicious, meritorious virtue, merit, refuge, praise". Kindness is happiness and compassion is suffering, but here it is to save suffering and give great joy; ie to bring the mind out of samsara so that the mind is no longer entangled in all suffering. Because of bringing the mind out of the stream of samsāra (samsara) by returning to the base and relying on the true mind (Kingtai Store), the light of the true mind radiates completely (great wisdom light cloud). That light makes the mind concentrated (great samadhi of light and cloud), make the mind absolutely peaceful (great auspicious light clouds), make the mind achieve good and virtuous virtues, and make the mind unstained (great merits and virtues light clouds) and make the mind unstained. Returning to the base and relying on the Tathagata's treasury has no end (great refuge in the light of the clouds), so praising the luminous mind that is neither born nor destroyed, nor has it ended (great praise of the luminous luminous cloud). The worldly wisdom is due to the broadcast of the cerebral cortex, due to the consciousness of each false mind, so it is synonymous with karma, creating less joy but more suffering. Knowledge is formed by the entangled mind, creating a long chain of birth and death in the samsāra lineage for countless kalpas to the present. “The Buddha released like this, unable to speak of such great bright clouds, and then uttered wonderful sounds such as: The sound of generosity, the sound of saving the precepts, the sound of patience saving, etc. . v…”. Thanks to the light of the true mind, the mind no longer builds up words and phrases (the mind is not based); and outside sounds no longer cause the mind to waver. The sound of "giving alms" means the mind of detachment is not capable; also called the constant pure dharmata, ie hearing only by hearing, seeing only by seeing..etc.. By starting up the mind set before the main object is the object of the birth of the consciousness, not the reality itself; but reality is "like market". The mind no longer dances and dances, so the sutras are called "precepts". Degree means free from all constraints. With the same true meaning, the patriarch Hui Neng also taught: "A peaceful mind is not a burden to maintain precepts, and a righteous life is not used to practice meditation". Peace of mind is the world, is concentration, is wisdom, is liberation, is liberates all knowledge, etc. Thanks to the ultimate renunciation, so different thoughts no longer dominate the mind. The different mental signs that the scriptures describe are: evil thoughts, deep schemes (for example dragons, demons, gods), to good thoughts (heaven), the realms of wrong meditation should be If the mind falls into bliss (Heaven of Four Heavenly Kings, Heaven of Dao Loi, etc.), falls into a state of insignificance, depression, and stagnation (Heaven of non-perception, non-perception-land) and must also let go, the mind will be vast and unstoppable. the new one exists. And every time the mind is completely relinquished (the ability to die), objective objects cannot dominate the practitioner's mind. Therefore, the scriptures describe: "In the world of Saha (for the heart) and other worlds (for the object), there are immeasurable billions of heavens (good), dragons (deviation), and so on. demons (evil, wicked, stingy, selfish, greedy...), gods (anger, hot-tempered, ferocious) also came to the meeting in Dao Loi heaven". The meditator aims for liberation by letting go of all his own good and bad thoughts and those of others (Sarah, the world, and the land), as well as the wrong meditations that make the mind cling to the mind. things that are pure and peaceful (for example, for the heavens of the sex world and the form world), or clinging to the deep no sign (for the non-perception heaven) and stagnant (for the non-non-perception heaven); that brings all the hope back to one place (necessarily the gods, the dragons, the demons and the gods, and the future assembly). Letting go of polycentricity is inevitable. The above passage describes in general all the good and bad thoughts of sentient beings in the six paths, including the consequences of meditation where the mind still has an object to cling to, even clinging to emptiness should fall into "the base of boundless space, base of boundless consciousness, base of no possession, base of non-perception, non-conceptual origin". This passage the Buddha describes each type of consciousness (only for its own effect= S:Vijnana, P:Vinnana). The first is to describe the destructive power of the germ of anger in the mind (as an example for the gods). The greater the power, the deeper the destructive anger, but the scriptures are for the god of the sea, the god of rivers, and the god of canals. There are also lofty animosities that seem impossible to put down, but the scriptures are for the tree god, the mountain god (the stubbornness is getting bigger and bigger every day). There are also strong hatreds, seemingly indelible, that the scriptures are for the earth god. There are also endless hatreds flowing in the soul, seemingly unable to stop, but the scriptures are for the river god. There are also angers still in the germ, which the scriptures are for the god of rice. There are also anger and hatred due to disputes between two sides such as right and left, gain and loss, victory and defeat, honor and humiliation, right and wrong, good and bad, this ideology, that ideology, this religion, that religion, this country, that country are opposed to each other, but the scriptures give the god of the day. , the god of the night. There are also anger and hatred due to clinging to docility, atheism, nihilism, which the scriptures represent the god of emptiness. There are also anger and hatred due to blind beliefs that lead to clinging to one god (Heaven Brahma), the destiny of heaven, and God, whose scriptures represent the gods of heaven. There are also anger and hatred due to the instinctive struggle for material things, which the scriptures give the god to eat and drink. There are also angers caused by high tribute, conceit, arrogance, and contempt for others, but the scriptures are for the gods of plants. It is impossible to mention all the factors that cause anger to arise, and then generate destructive minds. The destruction caused by the combined anger of mankind is infinitely great and happens endlessly, so it is called an uninterrupted hell. If humanity knows how to awaken, in order to nurture compassion and protect survival, it must also bring the mind back to a pure place, which the scriptures call a gathering, that is, depending on the thick and wide true heart. and contain enough of his own (Keozong). The three poisons of greed, hatred, and delusion of the consciousness stream are the engines that create all wars with no end date, if humanity does not save itself. At this point, the text describes the evil thoughts, or actions of themselves and others (the great demon kings in the Saha realm and other lands). Due to ignorance (ignorance), evil visions are born, forming extreme religious or ideological beliefs, turning into insidious actions that cause suffering for themselves and others, that the scriptures show that the demon king has an evil vision (evil demon king), the blood-sucking demon king (the demon king's blood protein), the demon king sucks the semen (the demon king's protein), the devil king eats the pregnancy and sucks the eggs ( the demon king's ovum protein), the demon king creates diseases (like putting melamine in milk...), the demon king collects toxins, etc. Many times out of compassion, but the action falls into evil, so it is also said to be cunning, like "killing a cat to save ten thousand mice" for example. Influenced by Confucian thought, Nguyen Du also wrote: "Hurting one person, saving thousands of people, know what to respect, know what is right." Therefore, let Ho Ton Hien kill Tu Hai. Harming a person is also a crime of murder, which is also a cruel act, so the scriptures call it the benevolent demon king (from the demon king's heart), the beneficial demon king (the demon king's welfare), the demon king loves and respects him (great love and respect for the demon king) etc. A cute mind but not cute actions, is also lured to the devil. This is the difference between the teachings of the Buddha and the teachings of other religions, other cultures. The Buddha shows that his mind and conduct are both good; so the beginning is good, the middle is good, and the end is good. In contrast, other religions that kill others do not carry the same label as themselves, sometimes being canonized (Holy War). The Buddha taught: to gather all evil thoughts back to the pure mind, so it is called a gathering. At this point, the Buddha told the king of the Dharma, the bodhisattva Manjushri, that: "You observe the Buddhas, bodhisattvas and gods, dragons, demons, and gods in this world and in other worlds, in this land. and other lands, now come to meet in Dao Loi heaven, Do you know how much it is?" Manjushri Bodhisattva is a symbol of basic knowledge (basic knowledge), so it is also called the king of the law (dharma king), also called the teacher of the Buddhas in the three times. Because if you want to become a Buddha, you must also return to your original mind, so it is called the basic knowledge. Basic wisdom or awareness is beyond the two sides (extreme), so there is no distinction between the number of Buddhas in this land and another, that is, one's pure mind and others are no longer treated and compared. . Therefore, the bodhisattva Manjushri said: "Venerable One! If you use your divine power to calculate the number of thousands of kalpas, you won't be able to know how many." As for the bodhisattvas, they are walking towards enlightenment step by step, but it is impossible to know how many bodhisattvas are in this and other lands. Because Bodhisattva means Enlightened Being (Bodhisattva), ie is letting go of things that are conscious in his mind, so he no longer has any knowledge. As for the heavens, dragons, demons, and gods, there are countless good and evil thoughts. Who knows how much is the difference in false thoughts in their own minds and in the minds of others? Even my own delusions in this life, I can't count how many. The Buddha himself, he also could not know the number, so he said: "As I use the eyes of the Buddha's wisdom to see how many are still uncountable. These saints and mortals belong to Bodhisattva Earth Store (Tathāgata's heart) from many eons, long ago, or have been saved, or are being converted, or have not been. Either has achieved, or is achieving, or has not yet been accomplished.” The delusions of oneself and of others from immeasurable kalpas up to now are countless. The Buddhas are those who have attained enlightenment, Bodhisattvas are walking towards enlightenment step by step. As for ordinary people, they have not yet accomplished, because there has never been a moment to return to live with the Tathagata with their own mind. The main gathering is to bring the mind back to one place (meaning the mind in one place), that is, to return to the center of the large, thick and sufficient center of gravity. From good thoughts (heaven), to deep scheming (dragon), thoughts of greed, cunning, wickedness, miserliness, deceitful deception, high tribute, conceit, temper, anger, delusion, etc. … (devils, gods), even the state of meditation is wrong, dead water should fall into no sign, no stagnation (non-perception, non-perception), also bring them back to the true mind. And when the false mind no longer has a place to stay, the new true mind will appear, so the sutras say "when all sentient beings are saved, they will realize bodhi". Understanding this, the bodhisattva Manjushri said: "World-Honored One, from a long, long time ago, I have cultivated good roots, so I have attained wisdom without hindrance. Now listening to the Buddha's teaching, is to believe and receive immediately. As for the shravakas, or the gods, the dragons, the eight orders, and the sentient beings in the next life, although listening to the sincere words of the Tathagata, doubt will arise. Even if you bow and say yes, you cannot avoid blasphemy. May the World-Honored One expound on the human ground of the great Bodhisattva Earth Store, what practices and vows did he make to achieve such inconceivable things?" From the Thanh Van line down, because they still use the dharma of the Two Vehicles, hearing the description of the true mind and birth of doubt is inevitable. Therefore, Manjushri asked the Buddha to elaborate on the vows of Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha. Buddha said, take everything from plants to minerals in the three thousand wide worlds (how many trees, groves... rocks, mountains, dust); for every thing is a river Ganges, then every grain of sand on the Ganges River makes a country, and then in a country every tiny speck of dust makes a kalpa. Calculating the number of such lives from the time when Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha attained the tenth stage (the tenth ground = Buddhahood) until now is thousands of times longer than the number of lives in the example above. Why so? Because Earth Store is an example for Tathagata's mind, or Buddha nature; and Buddha nature is beginningless and ending (infinite life) so it transcends quantity. Therefore, the Buddha told the bodhisattva Manjushri that the majesty of the vows of the Bodhisattva Earth Store was inconceivable, that is, the true heart was excellent. The Buddha said, "In the future, there will be good men and women who will hear the name of this bodhisattva (i.e. the text of the self-nature), or praise it (praise the self-nature), or admire it (contemplate the self-nature). …then you will be born in the Dao Loi (purely good) heaven, you will no longer fall into the evil path”. Making the mind pure, it will be free from the three evil realms is inevitable. The Buddha gave two stories for metaphor: 1. Jizhong was the son of a great rich family (the elder son) born in life, and met the Buddha, the Lion, Phan Tan Tan Tu Tuc Van Hanh. The patriarch then asked him what he wanted to practice to get this good sign. The Lion Buddha taught: "In order to realize this beautiful body, it is necessary to go through a long time to free all beings who are suffering." Beings are suffering here is an allusion to evil mental formations created by self-centered thinking, so they are controlled by the five skandhas, forming a long chain of birth and death, with sorrow, pain and grief. Therefore, when the Elder heard this, he immediately made a vow: "From now until the end of the next life, I can't tell all my kalpas, I will commit the sins of the six paths for the sake of sentient beings, but broadly speaking of many means to liberate all, only then will I myself attain Buddhahood." Sentient beings are guilty of suffering in the six main paths, which are the six roots of attachment to the six worlds, so they fall into hell, hungry ghosts, animals, asuras, humans, and gods. Therefore, the practice of liberation is to make the mind no longer attached, ie not controlled by the mind. And only when overcoming the mind-stream of self-grasping, clinging to the dharma (to liberate everything), will the awareness manifest, so the sutras say that "oneself will realize the Buddha Way". The elder meets the Buddha, the Lion King, means to return to his own inherent nature (Buddha), and must diligently and vigorously practice all the good deeds (the lion strives to be full of good deeds). good luck). In the Vajra Prajnaparamita chapter, the Buddha also taught: "Do not give rise to false thoughts about myself, do not arouse thoughts about others, Do not give rise to false thoughts about many factors of dependent origination (assuming that they are born, children write sentient beings), do not give rise to false thoughts about feelings, but practice all good dharmas, that is, attain unsurpassed perfect enlightenment.” (7). 2. Brahmin female save her mother: First of all, the introduction of the Buddha in the past countless lifetimes can not be thought of as the Buddha's Buddha, Hoa Dinh Self at Vuong Tathagata, ie the introduction to the original enlightenment. The original enlightenment has no beginning and no end, so the sutras say "inconceivable". Buddha nature is not polluted, so it is called "enlightenment flower". Because it is not dominated by delusion, it is called "concentration in king Tathagata" (8). That Buddha lived up to four hundred thousand billion kalpas, ie alluding to leaving the hopeless attachment (separation of the four owls) and ending the words and phrases in the mind (excellent trinity); That is the life span of the Buddhas (9), ie Buddha nature is beginningless and endless. The second is to introduce a virtuous Brahmin girl, who has many lives filled with deep blessings, so everyone respects and is always protected by the gods. Blessings deep and thick is to give up all evil, and practice all kinds of good deeds. The body does not kill but also frees living beings, does not steal but also offers alms, does not commit adultery but also helps people to keep their conduct. The mouth must not lie, but must speak the truth, do not speak with two-way tongues, but must help the peacemaker, do not speak evil, but speak peace, do not speak eloquently, but speak truthfully. The mind is not lustful, not angry, and does not give rise to wrong views. The Buddha took ten good deeds to show the gods, so the scriptures say that the gods protect them day and night. Practicing ten good karmas is to protect yourself well. On the contrary, Not having right view but also superstitious wrong view, did not return to his base and relied on the Three Jewels, but believed in pagan religions. Not knowing the cause and effect of good and evil, good or bad, entrusting it to hope is hopeless. If you don't recognize the Buddha nature in your own mind, but always create many bad karmas, you will inevitably end up in an uninterrupted hell, that is, always live in darkness (ignorance) of suffering. Therefore, the more Ignorance, the more suffering, so the scriptures call it "the soul that falls into hell without interruption". So, if you want to bring your mind out of all suffering, you must first practice the precepts - concentration - wisdom that the Buddhas have taught, the scriptures and examples for incense and flower offerings (five parts of incense offerings). Fragrance of the world, incense of concentration, incense of wisdom, incense of liberation, incense of liberation from all views and established tri; That is the offering of our true mind or Buddha-nature. Contemplating the Buddha Enlightenment Flower Dhyana King Tathagata or contemplating self-nature, making the mind no longer entangled, so called Flower Enlightenment. Because the mind is not attached to the two sides, the mind is calm and free (concentration in the king). True mind is often static, so it's called Tathagata. That's why, Buddha Giac Hoa taught: "You hurry back home, sit upright and recite my name, then you will know the place of your mother's birth". Returning home is "Returning to self-nature" or reciting self-nature as mentioned above, making the mind concentrated again (Concentration at King Tathagata). Thanks to the clear and peaceful mind, we can clearly see where the actions of the deluded mind are dispersed, and because of what actions they are dispersed there (the mother's birthplace). Reciting the name of Giac Hoa Dinh at King Tathagata for a day and a night (awakening all day and night), he immediately found himself standing on the other shore, ie beyond the sea of karma. Enlightenment mind (Enlightenment Flower) is the pure mind, so it is not in the place where the mind is born and destroyed; that's why the Buddha taught to return home. Now, looking back at the sea of karma, I see that the water of desire day and night burns the heart (sea water boils), creating evil karma (many beasts) flying on the surface of the waves (on the sea surface). ) chase each other. Those mental signs of birth and death (boys and girls) are countless, sinking at first in the sea of consciousness and being dominated by evil karma, to form various kinds of suffering (which are wild animals, The Devil has many hands, many feet, many heads, many eyes, etc.). The holy woman relies on her strength to recite the Buddha's name (reciting self-nature), so she is not influenced by those evil karmas (not afraid). The Demon King is the lord of demons, but has the name of being non-poisonous, because once the mind has returned to awareness, it is no longer poisonous. But only insidious thoughts can clearly see the evil actions that lead to suffering (hell) in the mind of ignorance (deviation), so the demon king replied to the holy woman: "This is the stage The first sea is west of Tiet Vi mountain. The west is the direction of the setting sun, for example the dark night or the darkness of ignorance. Because ignorance is so dense, not a little light of wisdom can penetrate, so the big mountain is surrounded by iron (great iron). Therefore, the Buddha taught: "Silence is the root of all sins, wisdom is the root of all good deeds". The holy woman asked the demon king, "I heard there is hell in Tievi mountain, is it true?", that is, I heard in my ignorance mind giving rise to a lot of suffering, is it true? The non-poisonous demon king replied, "There is a hell." Right, The more ignorance, the more suffering, so the Buddha said: "There is nothing like sadness, there is nothing better than being sad, shooting arrows to harm people is nothing like stupidity. Nothing can be done to eliminate these two sufferings. Only by studying widely and understanding much can it be eradicated. Blind people gain eyes by learning, and dark people gain insight through learning. To study is like giving eyes to the blind. So let go of ignorance, let go of pride, and enjoy wealth. It is called the gathering of virtues, which is called the gathering of virtues." The saint asked, "Then how do I get into that hell?" Poisonless replied: "If it is not due to divine power, it must be due to karma to enter". The majesty is the power of means by the aspiration of the Saints. And sentient beings are due to karma, so they should take it upon themselves. Called because of the emotional touch, then no one can replace suffering for anyone. So while you are still healthy, you must rely on the Dharma to practice; Don't wait until you're about to die to ask someone else to pray for you to be reborn, you can never, because the Buddha's law of cause and effect says so. The saint asked, "Why is the water in this sea boiling like that, and there are sinners and wild animals?" Poisonless replied, "The sinners in this sea are the evil creators of Jambudvipa." As mentioned above, Jambudvipa is the heart. If you let the sea of bad karma run rampant, your mind will always be hot like boiling water (boiling sea water), always suffer terrible pain like being bitten by a wild animal, etc., is inevitable. The heart that creates bad karma feels suffering, so the sutras say to wade through this sea. Again, "There is a sea ten thousand yojanas east of this sea, there is more suffering in this sea than in the sea above.” Ten is representative of the ten basic delusions in the mind, but in the Vajrayana Sutra, the Buddha exemplifies ten types of sentient beings. These are birth by egg, birth by fetus, birth in a humid place, birth by metabolism, species with matter, species that are not material (god of wealth, land), species with perception (independence, freedom) , species of utopia (God, destiny of heaven), species of non-perception (meditation falling into emptiness), species of non-Utopia (meditation falling into stagnation). In short, from concrete concepts to abstract ideas, that is, the ten basic types of delusions create countless other false karmas, blocking the light of the true heart (which the scriptures for the east) , should create how much suffering; That is, the more ignorance, the more suffering. Therefore, there is no suffering like the suffering of the soul. The ocean of karma is created by body, mouth and mind, so the result is making our body and mind miserable. Therefore, in those three seas of karma (mind, mouth, body), the karma of the mind that dominates all should form eighteen distinct precepts (six senses + six senses + six consciousnesses). Therefore, The scriptures say that "about the great hell, there are eighteen places, then there are five hundred places, and the suffering is immeasurable." The eighteen precepts are also not out of place beyond the delusion of attachment to the five aggregates of life. Each receiving aggregate causes a hundred dharmas, to become five hundred entanglements of self-mind. Where is hell? Hell is in the three seas of karma of mind, mouth, and body. A person who always harbors evil thoughts, always speaks evil words, and always acts evil, he is in hell for a long time (non-intermittent). The motive for creating the sea of karma is greed, hatred, delusion, pride, doubt, personal view, prejudice, Precepts and precepts are forbidden in every soul. From greed, hatred, and delusion, make the mind to create evil psychological acts, then use the mouth to speak evil words, and control the body to act unjustly. Crude, rude, obscene, sarcastic, divisive, hateful, disunity. Despotic acts, authoritarian dictatorships, monotheistic religions, monotheism, atheism, creating wars, and endless hatred, all stem from unrighteous greed. In daily life, if we are not taught by the Buddha, that is, do not bring the mind out of all attachments, we will always wade through those three seas of karma (mind, mouth, and body) to create hell. the world of hatred, ambition and war, and then form a long chain of sorrow and sorrow (hell without interruption). And after death, the bardo body also carries those karmas as a driving force to continue to be reborn in the respective realms (hell, hungry ghosts, animals, asuras...) and not give it to anyone. Okay. Only one thing is that if you want to be born on a good path, you have to know how to take refuge in the Three Jewels, believe in cause and effect, live righteously, and create many blessings. Saintess and Non-poison are symbols of basic knowledge and later acquired wisdom, or symbols of Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha and Bodhisattva Tai Thu (10). Whenever the mind is brought to the base of knowledge, the delusion immediately disappears and the mind becomes pure, so it is not influenced by bad external circumstances. Therefore, Poisonless said: "The criminal Duyet De Loi has been born in heaven for three days now. It is said that thanks to the daughter of a filial person, for her mother's sake, she prepares gifts, cultivates blessings, makes offerings to pagodas and towers, and worships the Duc Giac Hoa Dinh Tu At Vuong Tathagata. Not only the bodhisattva's mother escaped from hell, but also innocent sinners were reborn." Because of bringing the mind (mind) out of the entanglement of both sides, the mind is pure and wholesome (wonderful contemplation of wisdom); since then the seeing is only by seeing, the hearing is only by hearing, the smell is only by the smell, the taste is only by the taste, the touch is only by the touch, so it is called the intellectual property; manna consciousness no longer clings to the seed, so it becomes intellectual equality (equal nature); and Consciousness A again transforms into full wisdom (great landscape) covering the entire dharma world, and the scriptures for both mother and sinner (transforming consciousness into wisdom) are reborn. The mind no longer wanders about the story of the three times (past, present and future), so the scriptures say: "The guilty woman Duyet De Loi has been born in heaven for three days now". Because of returning to enter with the basic knowledge available, Therefore, the saint made a vow: "I vow that from now on, until the future life, I will devise many ways to make sentient beings who have committed the sin of suffering be liberated." Returning to life with basic knowledge or getting out of the mind stream of birth and death will end all suffering, ie water awareness returns to original awareness, so it is called "Neither Water Origin". Because of preserving the wealth of liberation and enlightenment, it is called Tai Thu, which is also the mind of the Tathagata, or Earth Store. In short, the meaning of this passage only teaches: If you want to be full of all good deeds, you must save all sentient beings who are suffering. The beings suffering here are the evil karma of mind, mouth, and body. Bringing the mind out of suffering by self-realization should be called Enlightenment, by meditation, it should be called Self-Concentration. Therefore, Duc Giac Hoa Dinh is self-sufficient King Tathagata vows that: "I vow that from now on, until the future life, if sentient beings are guilty of suffering, I will devise many methods to make them liberated." Liberated by self-awareness of the original mind, by the natural meditation of the mind ground, the opening text of the text reads: "Knowledge of the natural purity of the mind ground", ie reviving with your available deity, for example Ksitigarbha. Otherwise, the stream of consciousness will be motivated by greed, hatred, delusion, and the mind will forever rush in the direction of birth and death with: gain and loss, victory and defeat, right and wrong, honor and shame, etc., so that the mind must be right. go into a cold life only (cold hell). Thus, hell is not outside of the mind, and heaven is not outside of the mind. The mind is the master painter who creates a long chain of birth and death, but also the place of nirvana. Due to the operation of the endless stream of consciousness, samsara continues; death here and there, when male, when female, when father, when mother..etc... -Dead network: Life is heat, breath and consciousness. Another theory is that longevity, due to heat and consciousness as the body, takes the loss of life as a general. From small to large, from large to old, from old to dead, that is the general of the network. Defilement and evil ants make the body sick and the mind sick, so the life span is understood. Geography is only for the vast purity of the mind. Therefore, if you want to return to live with your own pure and clear mind, you must gather all the clones (ie delusions) to one place (collection), or in other words, "Remember the mind in one place". First of all, the evil thoughts that create unspeakable sufferings (hells) in many world systems all return to the Dao Loi heaven, that is, making bad thoughts become pure again. Then, through the divine power of the Tathagata, the self-nature of self-liberation, he made those delusions (clone bodies) unite with those who had been liberated from the karmic path in the ten directions. Where karma is in the ten directions is the ten basic delusions in the mind (1). Dependent karma is caused by consciousness, so it wanders in the six paths of birth and death from countless lives up to now, never stopping; So suffering is endless. Now, by relying on the divine power of the Tathagata, or self-nature, can we escape from the place of karma (samsara). In other words, if you get rid of the false mind of birth and death, the Buddha's mind will manifest, so you should say "take incense and flowers to make offerings to the Buddha"; making offerings to the Buddha is renunciation without any capacity. The bad thoughts have to let go, the good (good) thoughts must also let go (for example for the scent of flowers), the Buddha nature will appear. Also, only for returning to the mind of the Tathagata, it should be said: "Thanks to the teaching of the Earth Store, one can abide in the path of unsurpassed enlightenment, without turning back." Returning to the true heart that is wide, thick, and full of self-nature by self-satisfaction, in order to bring the mind out of birth and death in the six realms of samsara, So the sutras say: "Those beings, from eons far away, have wandered around in the cycle of birth and death in the six paths, enduring sufferings that never cease. Now, thanks to the great compassion and deep vows of Ksitigarbha, all of them have attained enlightenment.” Great compassion and deep vows as explained in the preface. In the Amitabha Sutra, the Buddha also taught: "Return to the same place with the superior good people", that is: To return to the ultimate good place with the saints is to relive with one's own nature of Amitabha. . A peace that is no longer capable, so it is called ecstasy. That is "Self-nature Amitabha, Pure Land only mind", so it is called "Lien Dai self-destruction", ie leaving the false mind of birth and death. Therefore, it is never possible to find a state of bliss outside the true heart; if there is, it's just a demon disguised to let sentient beings eat cakes painted in heaven (heavenly kingdom). 2. The Tathagata entrusts Jizhong to the work of saving sentient beings: As mentioned above, Jizhong is the symbol of the Tathagata's mind. Therefore, the work of transforming sentient beings' mind is the true mind, or self-nature of the practitioner; So the Buddha entrusted Earth Store. No one can enter into his own mind and save sentient beings his mind, other than his own awareness. But deluded mind is very difficult to let go, without a skillful practice art to deceive the stream of consciousness. Therefore, the Buddha said: "In the evil world, teach such strong-willed beings, make them subdued and turn away from evil; But out of ten, one or two of the sentient beings are accustomed to the evil nature." Resilience is stubborn, stiff neck, symbolizing the hopeless mind that is difficult to let go. So therefore, The essence of spiritual practice is nothing more than returning to live with one's normal mind (subdued spirituality), that is, not making the mind into anything, and turning away from evil to right (discharge from wrongdoing). Evil is the mind that deviates from the outside, but the main thing is to resurrect with its own inherent deity (Earth Store). The path to liberation and enlightenment is the path of right mind. Because the mind is right, it can tame the mind that is deviating from the outside. But the work of dispelling the false mind cannot be given up overnight, if it is not a person of superior intelligence. Therefore, the Buddha was able to set up many methods of teaching to lead slowly, only thirty-seven products to aid the way, etc. But in the end, "Not a single dharma can be said". (2) The Sutra is divided into four basic classes: 1.Graduation: This class is due to the practice of many previous lives, so now it has a bright root, The mind is bright, so when he heard the Buddha talk about the Earth Store Dharma, he immediately believed in it and resurrected with his deity immediately; like Manjushri Bodhisattva, for example. 2. The second is the mind class that has not been opened: But now thanks to meeting good knowledge and advice, so I have a new mind to do good and avoid evil, maintain the five precepts, practice ten good karmas, or practice thirty. seven products to aid the way, in order to achieve good results. This is the class who knows the good direction, likes to practice blessings, to make offerings, to give alms, to release lives, to build temples, to cast bells, to create statues; establish the ashram, and then gradually approach the new dharma towards cultivating wisdom. 3. The third class is the slow, shady, and difficult to recognize good dharma: For this class, it must be persistent in their education, so it requires a long time to help them realize out the good dharma, then leave the evil to the right. This is a very religious object, so they like to beg for prayer, like to send their wishes to saints, or to unreal mystical objects. 4.The fourth class is the heavy karmic class: This class is very greedy and angry, high tribute, conceited, head stiff neck (stubborn stubborn); do not respect the monastic, do not respect saints, do not believe in cause and effect, do not create merit and virtue, are difficult to teach and teach. For those who don't believe, don't respect, don't need to hear what's right or right, and fall into docility, it's difficult to teach them. Therefore, sometimes they have to let themselves experience suffering by self-sustaining behavior, maybe they will be directed to good (A good prison, a good heart), only to know how to listen to the salary again. his mind. For “As long as their foreheads are not tanned and wrinkled, The heel has not stepped on the thorns of the world of love, full of love, the cup of rice has not been soaked with sweat and tears with many bitter flavors, has never swallowed tears of sorrow in the heart of despair, has never eaten. complete the hot iron, drink boiling copper water with a bag of choking anger, bait the fame and smell of the world has not yet craved; then it is difficult for a good-willed mind to arise". It is true that the habit of deep karma should be born in the previous year, creating a strong mind, so it is difficult to relive with our pure pure heart. Therefore, the Buddha had to use many incarnations (3), which the scriptures describe as "appearing in the body of a boy, a girl, a sky, a dragon, a demon, a god, a forest, a mountain, a river, a pond, a stream, a stream, a river or a stream." …to benefit everyone and then free them.” The Buddhas present many means for long-term teaching, not overnight. or a life that proves to be the way to fruition or rebirth. The different mental signs, creating a different world system, so suffering is also manifold. Therefore, the Buddha taught that we must use many incarnations to teach sentient beings according to the means. That is the meaning that the Buddha entrusts to Ksitigarbha: "to save all sentient beings in this saha world until the time of the birth of Maitreya Buddha, they will be completely liberated from suffering". Entrusting to Ksitigarbha is to entrust the Tathagata's mind to teach, that is, to convert consciousness into wisdom (Di Lac example for consciousness), so the scriptures for Maitreya Buddha were born. Because apart from his true heart (Kingitigarbha), no one can replace him to transform his negative karma. So the true mind is the master of the dark world, the source of the liberation from suffering, and what is worthy of respect and worth in us. And only the true mind can transform the different mental appearances; So the Buddha taught: "I split my body into many bodies to save other sentient beings like that". For the average class, only people of the same age (boys, girls) can tell them. Or the upper class, the rich class, the intellectual class must be told by kings and mandarins (kings, great ministers). For the ethical-oriented class, who like the words of the holy sages, they must be the sages (heavenly emperors), the lay people (the nobles), the bhikkhus, the bhikkhunis, the men and the women; or people of the same class, in the same situation, they just heard. Or if there are people who like to read and meditate, they must be taught by Thanh Van, Pratyekabuddhas, Bodhisattvas or Buddhas to listen to them. When the ring comes, the gods, dragons, demons, and gods can also help each other to awaken. Even, not only learning from the above subjects, but also can learn in the place of heaven and earth, trees, rivers, mountains, canals, natural ponds and streams, but awakening (Patiple Enlightenment), ie the clone of education. Lessons about impermanence, not-self are also drawn from the life around us. And those who have not awakened, must follow their karma to receive the retribution. One thing is, everyone has Buddha nature, so everyone becomes a Buddha, only quickly or slowly. Therefore, the Buddha taught: “I am the Buddha who has become, sentient beings are the Buddha will become; because every sentient being has the Buddha-nature." Therefore, although that being is falling in the three evil paths (hell, hungry ghosts, animals) have to endure much suffering; But at some point, knowing that in the beginning, he was resurrected with his existing true heart, (which was taught by the sutras for Ksitigarbha), he was also completely free from suffering and was liberated. That is the Buddha's gracious wish to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva or true heart; and Maitreya Bodhisattva prophesies for sentient beings, ie transforming consciousness into wisdom. Therefore, the scriptures say: "At that time the incarnations of Ksitigarbha in the worlds came together to form one image (for example, one-pointedness)... it was precisely because of the inconceivable divine power of the Blessed One (i.e. awareness)". Gathering together an image, or clones throughout the dharma world, is an example for the wonderful use of the self-nature (4), which is often static. Thanks to "reducing the mind in one place", making the hopeless mind disappear, the scriptures say that we return to rely on the Three Jewels (of the self-mind), so we are completely free from birth and death, to the happy realm of nirvana. Ksitigarbha said: "If you do good deeds in the Buddhadharma, even with a single hair, a drop of water, a grain of sand, or a small speck of dust, you will gradually get rid of them and bring them great benefit." , that is, you must know how to return to your self-nature to be free from birth and death, suffering. With this same idea, Patriarch Hui Neng said: "Buddhist Dharma is the law of no two", and if above two, it is the next variable. In the Avatamsaka Sutra, the Buddha also taught: "If you lose the mind of enlightenment, even if you do a good deed, it's just a kamma"(5). Therefore, in order to teach sentient beings to be effective, the practitioner must know how to rely on the teacher of the dark heart (enlightenment) to save all sentient beings in the self-mind, then the new awareness will manifest. Therefore, the scriptures say: "Establishment of the Earth Store from many eons long ago often makes great vows, to save all sentient beings (discharge all false thoughts), and then to realize Bodhi fruition" (new true mind is revealed). . In the preface to the Surangama Sutra, Ananda also made a vow: "If there is one living being (hopefully) who has not yet become a Buddha, in the end, nirvana will never manifest" (6). So is the retribution different, and how is it different?". As the previous paragraph said, Jambudvipa is the Saha realm in which we live. The world we live in that creates different karma is the heart, because karma is born from the mind. Due to the difference in karma, the world systems are also different, including the results of the Thanh Van and Pratyekabuddhas are also different (1). Only when one realizes Buddhahood will there be no difference. Therefore, Ksitigarbha replied: "In a thousand and ten thousand worlds as far as the land, or where there is hell, or where there is no hell, or where there are women, or where there are no women, or where there is the Buddhadharma, or where there is no Buddhadharma, the same difference is made between the Thanh Van and Bich Chi Buddhas; It's not just the retribution in hell that's different." First of all, we have to determine the definition of the word "Hell" which is a transliteration of the Sanskrit word Naraka (na Lac ca), or Niraya (nirra da = ne le) which means unhappy (unpleasant), boring (lovable), all kinds of suffering (suffering instruments), all kinds of weapons to execute sinners (suffering). In the Nikāya Canon, the Buddha taught: "Hell is a place of unsatisfactoriness". The unsatisfactory place is right in our hearts. There is a competition between winning and losing, competing with losing and winning, competing with honor and humiliation, competing with each other for fame and fortune. That's called hell. So, when in our mind there are unhappy things, hateful things, all kinds of heart-wrenching sufferings, enough unpleasant things like torture punishments, we are in hell. Who sent me to hell? Yourself, and no one else; because hell is created by our own mind, so we say "where there is hell". In addition, living with benevolent causes, respecting the right, know that you know people in a life of interdependence, know how to respect the upper and lower (upper and lower), know how to respect the sages, always live in harmony with others. That is "where there is no hell". Secondly, if you live with mindfulness and alertness, knowing "with rational attention and without rational attention", your mind will be oriented towards goodness, your mind will become pliable, you will control your mouth and always speak loving-kindness (loving speech), and actions that do not harm others. Mind birth and death for women (where there are women), but birth and death in the direction of good should avoid suffering for themselves and others. Where there is no woman, that is, not in the place where the mind is born and dies, ie, comes back to live with its pure mind (Establishment), so the mind of birth and death goes to death; Also called "the place where the Buddha's teachings are". Or where there is no Buddhadharma, that is, by practicing wrong meditations that cause the mind to cling to purity, Clinging to the non-signed contemplation should fall into the "no-thought-self-concept" of manna, or fall into the dead water of non-stagnation, gradually fall into non-perception, or non-non-perception. Those who practice meditation or practice purity must realize this, so as not to get lost in ghost palaces. Consciousness clinging to the dynamics creates a stream of birth and death, not as harmful as consciousness clinging to the net, clinging to the contemplation of no sign, for a long time, it will fall into depression without stagnation; and awareness is not in the place of motion and purity, ie leaving the two sides (non-dual). Therefore, towards liberation, it is necessary to turn consciousness into wisdom, ie, "if money is not established before things, only the new nature will manifest". Therefore, the dharmas of the Two Vehicles only have the effect of establishing a mind, by gathering "multiple thoughts about one-pointedness", but not "one-pointedness". Or the meditator relies on the Four Noble Truths (2), or rely on contemplation of twelve causes and conditions (3) to transform bad karmas, gradually dissolving the seeds of birth and death. Since the practitioner is on the dharma of the Two Vehicles, the transformational consequences of the mind are also different. Therefore, there are new fruits: Tu Da Hoan, Tu Da Ham, A Na Ham, A Arhat or Duyen Giac (Buddha Bich Chi); It's not just the karma of suffering (hell) that is different. Only when they reach the fruit of the Wonderful Enlightenment (Buddha) will the difference come to an end. 2. Geographical summary said: The title of the crime report in the heart (Nam Diem Buddha) has many other errors. Because the mind creates many different seeds of suffering such as seeds of greed, hatred, delusion, conceit, doubt, etc.... So the form of suffering is also different, ie there are many kinds of hells. The retribution in hell is an example for the soul (country) to be completely black (lack of wisdom), so there is no conscience left, commit the five crimes: such as killing parents, injuring the Buddha, disparaging the Three Jewels, not respecting the truth (the scriptures), defiling the Sangha, and committing adultery in temples. Or use their power to encroach on temples, rob old land, or destroy pagodas, not allowing a reasonable place to practice. Pretending to be a monk or a layman to sabotage the Dharma, abusing permanent possessions for personal enjoyment, breaking the precepts, destroying the chastity of the monastic, deceiving people in white robes trading gods and selling saints, not believing in cause and effect, trying to misrepresent the true Dharma (breaking views), or writing articles that distort the Buddha's teachings, criticizing the Sangha to make the masses lose faith in the Three Jewels, creating many evil should fall into suffering (hell). Or generate the mind to steal the Sangha's possessions such as: demanding management of the box of blessings, Stealing rice, food, drink, clothes from the Sangha, etc. Because of such a dark heart, he is driven by greed, hatred and delusion day and night, forming a long chain of continuous suffering, so it is called the infinite hell. cockroaches. If the unwholesome cause continues, the consequences of suffering are also endless. Because of such evil deeds, the mind is always restless, anxious, angry, and angry, like burning oil, unable to sit still. The sins caused have consequences in three realms: sex - form - formless, ie the appearance of greed, hatred, and delusion. The cause is evil, so the consequences are also bad, creating a psychological line of suffering, and when dying, the bardo body also takes it with it, but cannot be handed over to anyone. Ma Da asked Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha: "What is an uninterrupted hell?". Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva told the Holy Mother: "All hells are in Mount Tiewei, and sinners are executed continuously, so it is called uninterrupted." Tie Vi is a mountain with a thick iron fence, not a bit of light can penetrate. The Buddha used the image of an iron mountain to deceive the mind of ignorance, so that no understanding could enter. Hell is formed in the Tie Vi mountain, which means that all forms of suffering arise from ignorance. Therefore, the more ignorance, the more suffering. The reason sentient beings create karma is due to an initial ignorant thought (reviving one thought of ignorance), and then the interaction between the six senses + six senses + six consciousnesses into eighteen distinct precepts. Therefore, Ksitigarbha replied: "There are eighteen places in the great hell." That is, because of the eighteen precepts, the roots of suffering are formed. Eighteen precepts are also not apart from the mind grasping for the five aggregates that form (4).The five life aggregates are also not outside the mind of self-grasping and law enforcement. Because suffering is psychological, the fire of greed, hatred, Because it burns continuously without interruption and occupies the whole soul, so the sutras say that "fire burns all the way from top to bottom, from bottom to top, so it is called uninterrupted". Every time a false thought of suffering arises, the eight consciousness kings also arise, to form an endless prison wall (a... thousand, constant), forming the seeds of suffering to tear the soul, the symbolic sutras are iron snakes, iron dogs, etc…. In hell there are also wide prison beds, and a person who confesses his sins finds himself lying on the bed. Thousands of people confess their sins, and thousands of people also find themselves lying on the bed, but no one touches anyone. The prison bed here belongs to the psychology, so it occupies the whole soul (the whole bed is full) so no one touches anyone; and all are created by evil karma like that. Suffering is manifold, but typically includes the following: There are sufferings such as guts and livers, angry soul. There are painful things like stabbing at me, aching day and night. There are painful things like biting into the eye, setting fire to fireflies, becoming blind. There are sufferings such as a snake bite in the head, a long nail being nailed to the body, causing all thoughts to be lost and the whole body unable to move. There are sufferings such as being blocked, choking, unable to speak, unable to express one's views or opinions, trampled speech, like being ploughed on the tongue. the prison pulls the ox's blade). There are sufferings that make sinners feel like boiling copper is poured into their mouths, making their souls hot, like red iron wires wrapped around them, making them burn their skin, and continue all day and night without interruption, so call no cockroaches. If there is no light of wisdom to shine in, then this mental form of suffering ceases, again give birth to another psychological form of suffering, so it is called non-intermittent. Sin is created by the mind, so it covers the whole soul, but the scriptures say that "the whole prison is full". Such different sufferings (forks, sticks, snakes, pans of boiling oil, etc.), creating the world of hell system are also infinite. Regardless of whether it is a boy or a girl, a sage or a superior, an old or a young man, a noble or a coward, or a god, a dragon, a demon, or a god, whenever he commits a crime, he will feel it according to his karma; unless the karma dissipates, it should be called non-interruption. The psychological behavior of suffering is infinity, so it is not enough to say it in a lifetime. So if you want to get rid of the hell of suffering, get rid of birth and death, you have to stop creating karma (5); but have to go back to living with one's own pure deity (Kizō). And every time I live with the original awareness, the A consciousness changes into a large and full scene (great landscape) covering the entire dharma world, the previous five consciousnesses turned into intellectual property (into intellectual property) ie hearing only by hearing, seeing only by seeing, smelling just by smelling….only; do not generate attachment to more or less. The main practice is to return to live with our own strong and well-stocked mind, by dispelling self-grasping and law-grasping, with the force of "useless conduct" by "self-cleansing thoughts". That is the work of mystics, not the way of philosophy, with the pseudo-concepts of false consciousness. Understanding this, the patriarch Dat Ma said: "Do not create documents, transmit outside the scriptures, point directly to the mind, see the nature of becoming a Buddha". Hell is born from the mind, heaven is not outside the mind. Good mind, heaven appears, evil mind, hell is formed. The line of false mind continues to arise and die, so suffering also continues without end (uninterrupted). , Even if you want to pause for a single thought, you can't, if you don't have the force of concentration. When you are alive, you are dominated by the power of karma, and when you die, you will also be sucked into the corresponding hells by the force of karma. At that time, wanting to hear a word of Dharma, the eyes were blind, the ears were deaf; want to affirm a word, want to recite a Buddha's name, want to maintain a mantra, want to recite a sutra, the tongue is paralyzed; where is easy to rebirth? Therefore, when you are still healthy, you have to take care of yourself, practice good deeds, practice meditation, and meditate, so that you can have enough concentration to overcome birth and death. As long as the stream of karma is pulled, it is difficult to escape the net of birth and death. Because karma is the potential energy in the mind stream (samsāra), it is difficult to let go. Therefore, anyone who contemplates sees karma. conditions of sentient beings (i.e. the stream of delusions), then that person begins to feel his Buddha-nature. And every time you realize the Buddha nature in yourself, then you will start to come back to live with your deity (Establishment), then the karma of living beings will come to an end. Notes: (1)Multiple enemies: Many different shapes. (2) Where there are Thanh Van goods, that is, depending on the Four Truths: Suffering - collection - cessation - path. (3) Where there is a row of Buddhas of Bich Chi (Patients), that is, relying on the dharma of contemplating 12 causes and conditions: Ignorance - formations - consciousness - name-and-form - six inputs - contact - feeling - craving - grasping - birth - old age and death. (4) The five aggregates multiply by 100 to become 500. (5) Letting go of the dharma=Releasing the attachment to the self and the dharma. ☼ Summary of the 4th chapter Kamma of sentient beings in the FIRE BUDDHA ------- Ksitigarbha obeys the commandment of the Tathagata (or the wonderful function of awareness): Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha says: " I rely on the mighty power of the Tathagata, should split body with hundreds of thousands of billions of worlds to save all sentient beings suffering from karma. If it weren't for the Tathagata's great loving-kindness, I wouldn't have been able to change like that. Now I am entrusted by the Buddha to be from now until the time when Bodhisattva Amit Da becomes a Buddha; You must make all sentient beings in the six paths liberated." Through the above passage, we see that the majestic power of the Tathagata is the miraculous force of awareness, so it covers the entire dharma world (right transformation) to eliminate the karma of sentient beings. Therefore, aiming for liberation and enlightenment is the whole process of transforming consciousness into wisdom, so the scriptures say: "from now until Bodhisattva Amitabha becomes a Buddha". A Dat Da is a symbol of consciousness, which transforms consciousness into wisdom, so it is said to save sentient beings in the six paths. So therefore, The new Buddha entrusts sentient beings in the six paths of birth and death to Ksitigarbha for salvation, or for self-nature. Because sentient beings are always facing the birth and love scene, so they drift forever in the six realms of samsara without stopping, that is, they are always dominated by the five aggregates of life, which are dominated by the three motivations of greed, hatred, and delusion. The karma of sentient beings is born according to conditions, so when you get used to doing evil, you will get bad karma; if you get used to doing good, you will get good results. Going to heaven or going to hell, they are all created by their karma; not given by anyone, or by anyone who brought me down. The Buddha used an image like a fish swimming in flowing water, occasionally or temporarily getting out, and then getting caught in a net again if it is still in the stream of consciousness. Therefore, the work of saving birth must be long-term, must have the push of "useless conduct" by "dharma without dharma", and must make a vast vow, Use secret work like a cat stalking a mouse, only when you catch a mouse (diligence perfection). The Bodhisattva Dhyana King questioned: Hearing the Buddha praise and entrust sentient beings to Ksitigarbha salvation, the Bodhisattva Dhyana King questioned: "World-Honored One! From many eons, far and far away, what vows has Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha made, that the World-Honored One now praises like this?" Why does the bodhisattva Dwelling King ask questions? Because in a place where the mind is calm and still, so it says samadhi, then that mind is inherently neither born nor destroyed, the mind itself is far removed from all categories of dealings, beyond all entanglements, so it is free to speak, what else is there to make a vow? ? In the place of the natural concentration of the mind, there are three dharma seals by itself: no, no sign, no action or no intention, so hearing the Buddha say that he made a vow, surprise and doubt are inevitable. . In terms of awareness, it has no beginning, no end, Containing time and space (universal knowledge), and containing sum la ten thousand objects in it (necessary knowledge), the sutra says: "Throughout innumerable, innumerable na-do-thas (1) it is impossible to speak of many kalpas. A long time ago, at that time, there was a Buddha named One-Knowledge-Completed Tathagata." In terms of birth and death, the karma of living beings is indeterminate, so they always follow the karma that moves. Therefore, a person who vows to become a Buddha first before saving all sentient beings is liberated, ie alluding to the original enlightenment. so. There is only one thing that Water Enlightenment or Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, because on the path to lead sentient beings (hopefully) back to their original enlightenment, should open the eyes of wisdom (wisdom). So therefore, The Buddha gave the story of Quang Muc saving his mother to induce the transformation of A Lai Da consciousness into a Dai Vien scene, so he had to open his eyes, so it was called Quang Muc. But if you want to open your wisdom, you must sincerely recite the Pure Lotus Muc Tathagata, which means you must return to your original pure mind, making your vision unattached to both sides. Thanks to the mind is not entangled on both sides, so the mind is always calm and always shines; own mind to separate from the delusion "Yes, no, also no, no, no no", that is, leave the four sentences (four owls), so it is said that the Buddha lived forty kalpas. Thanks to the wisdom that shines throughout, we can clearly see the good and the bad, the cause and effect, the merits and demerits of the karma of sentient beings, and see which evil place our mother has fallen into, and why she has fallen there. The mother is represented by the Alaya consciousness, which contains many petty and evil karma, that the scriptures feed the young fish and fight the young, so they will fall into hell without interruption. The psychological formations of unbroken suffering are due to the fact that they contain many small, foul and evil seeds. But now, thanks to Quang Muc's rescue, he can open his wisdom so he can escape from birth and death suffering. The bright eyes are because of the concentration of the mind, it is not entangled in the two sides, so it is an example for the pure concept of lotus flowers as a hybrid. Seeing this clearly, I opened my bright eyes to make a great vow: "May my mother be completely free from hell when she is thirteen years old", or in front of the Pure Lotus Flower Muc Tathagata, make a vow: "From now endure hundreds of thousands of billions of kalpas, in which worlds will sentient beings suffer in hell and the three evil paths; I vow to become a Buddha, only then will I become a Buddha.” The Mahayana Sutra states that, If you want to be liberated and enlightened, you have to get your mind out of the ten basic delusions. Do not let the mind drift to the past, to the future, or to paint in the present, so say "full thirteen". Overcoming ten delusions in three times, or letting go of all delusions, will the new awareness manifest, ie eventually becoming a Buddha. With the same idea, in the Amitabha Sutra, Shakyamuni Buddha taught that: "Amitabha Buddha became a Buddha until now has been ten kalpas" which means that after overcoming ten basic delusions, Amitabha's self-nature manifests. In the Diamond Sutra, the Buddha Shakyamuni taught that ten types of sentient beings must be brought into nirvana without residue, that is, giving up ten delusions (2) to attain nirvana. Have a clear understanding of karma that creates good and evil in the mind; rather than by some mysterious hand blessing and calamity, then we try to correct our bad deeds and others. Helping people to move towards good karma, which the sutras call being a "Pham Chi", and then gradually progressing to absolute purity, the sutras represent the "worryless land" and eventually become "Buddha". That is also the prayer of a person with good eyes: "May my mother be completely free from hell when she is thirteen years old, no longer have serious sins, nor fall into the evil path." And every time, at present, the mind does not set up things before (transforming consciousness into wisdom), then there will be a store of Endless Intention with the function of Right Knowledge, so you will be liberated and enlightened. Transforming the Alaya consciousness into the Great Viennese scene, it is called the Bodhisattva of Liberation. Wisdom or bright eyes are also wonderful uses of the true mind, and the true heart is timeless, so it is said: "During many kalpas long ago, Ksitigarbha had compassion and made countless vows to save the world. people". Why not say future? Because of hopeless karma, there has been no beginning, but every time the self-nature is self-saved (Establishment), it will end, so it is called "common property". Hell is born from the mind, heaven is not outside of the mind. Therefore, those who do not believe in cause and effect, do not do good, but do evil, commit adultery, lie, speak two-way, speak evil, slander the Mahayana, do not believe in the dharma of liberation and enlightenment, then surely the he will fall into the evil way. On the other hand, if they encounter good and knowledgeable people advising them to return to their base of medicine and take refuge in their vast mind ground (earth buddhism) for a short while, then those sentient beings will immediately be freed from the three evil paths, usually in heaven enjoy wonderful happiness. Yes, the ocean is immense if you know how to turn back to the shore. The majesty of the true heart is so great, inconceivable, Therefore, the Buddha instructed Dhyana to propagate and propagate this Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha Dharma to all over the world. And in order to achieve this solid mind ground, one must rely on the Buddha's majesty, the true heart, to make the minds of living beings return, which the scriptures call "proclaiming this sutra in Jambudvipa" or the heart. At this point, the four heavenly kings asked: "World-Honored One! Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva has made a vow to save sentient beings from many eons and far away. Why are you still volunteering now?". Asking in the hidden sense is that only your true heart can save sentient beings' minds. As the Buddha said, everyone has a sincere heart, but why are there still so many sinners? And why can't the true heart save all sentient beings? The Buddha replied: "Because human life is not interrupted", that is, the motive of self-grasping is still present, so the sins created by the karmic consciousness also do not stop. Therefore, in order to eliminate the karma of sin, it is necessary to put an end to ignorance, that is to remove the mind from all attachments to self and dharmas. Vow is when you realize the false consciousness arising and passing away (beings), and want to overcome it, you should make a vow. Or in other words, if there are sentient beings in the mind, they still make a vow to save birth; Every time we save all sentient beings, the new vows will no longer exist, ie "the ability to live in two deaths". For the wise, knowing cause and effect, karma should find a way to eliminate the motive of birth and death by self-consciousness of the mind. As for the ordinary people, there must be methods and means to help them gradually repair. Specify the corresponding cause and effect line such as: people kill living things, then teach them to suffer retribution, premature death, and many diseases. For those who steal, teach them to suffer the retribution of poverty and deprivation. For those who commit adultery, teach them to fall as sparrows, doves, and lovebirds. If one speaks harshly, then teach them that they will be retribution against each other. If you meet people who are despised by ordinary people, teach them to suffer from tongueless retribution, or their mouth will become swollen and painful. If you meet someone who is prone to anger, teach them the retribution of an ugly body, or birth with a disability. If you meet a poor person, teach them the retribution of whatever they want and they will not be satisfied. If you meet someone who is free to hunt, teach them the retribution of fear, madness, and loss of life. If they meet someone who is against their parents, teach them the retribution of heaven and earth. grass, then teach them the retribution of madness to death. If you meet a step-parent who behaves in an unkind manner, then teach the retribution of death and rebirth in the present life of being whipped. If someone catches a baby bird, teach them the retribution of separation. If someone slanders the Three Jewels, teach them the retribution of being blind, deaf, and dumb. If someone scorns the Dharma, teach them retribution in the evil way. If a person abuses the wealth of the Sangha, then teach them the retribution of reincarnation in hell. If you meet someone who defiles a pure practitioner, and slanders and defames the Sangha, teach them the retribution to stay within. animal species. If you meet a murderer who kills in any form, teach them the retribution of reincarnation to compensate for each other's lives. If those who break the precepts break the boys, teach them the retribution to fall into the hungry and hungry animals. If they meet the people who squander and disperse the wealth without reason, teach them the retribution for the lack of consumption. If they meet the conceited people, then teach them vile retribution and be ordered by others. If they meet someone who stabs and causes wood, teach them retribution without a tongue or with many tongues. If they meet someone with wrong views, superstitions, teach them the retribution of life in remote place (border). Means are to give medicine depending on the disease, as long as it heals (3). The karma of sentient beings in the Southern Jambudvipa is multi-faceted, due to body and mind arising, so the consequences of retribution are also thousands of different, so the teaching of Ksitigarbha also produces many means. never stop. Therefore, the Buddha advised the four Heavenly Kings: "You are the protectors of the people and the protectors of the land (protectors of the mind), so don't let those karmas fascinate beings." In other words. If you want to protect your body and mind for good, you must practice ten good deeds. The last verse of the upper volume reiterates the warning that: In a filthy life with the five defilements, it is difficult to bring the light of insight into it. Because the karma of sentient beings is very greedy, infected, angry, and resentful, their stubborn nature is difficult to teach. It is true that sentient beings are strong, difficult to overcome (beings are tough and difficult to overcome); because all day and night, they keep chasing after bottomless greed with: fame, gain, love, gain and loss, gain and loss, praise and blame, honor and disgrace, etc. . As long as karma still fascinates sentient beings, the Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha must use hundreds of thousands of means to teach. Those who have good predestined relationships with the Buddhadharma will have easy access to the truth. As for those who lack predestined ties to the Buddhadharma, which means that their base is low, and only stop at faith, they must slowly sow good conditions, so that they can gradually realize it before they can overcome their emotions and live again with a pure mind. 4). Please practitioners will tri. Note: (1)Na do tha=Nayuta is the name of the number, equivalent to ten thousand in Chinese. From na do tha also has 3 different levels such as: 10 thousand, 100 thousand, 1,000 thousand. (2) Childbirth, pregnancy, low birth, biochemistry, form, formless, perception, non-ideological, non-ideological, non-ideological. (3) The real state is not one, the means are multi-door. (4) The great Tao of wu-vi in ancient Buddha language, with universal compassion and conditioned conditions (The Buddha's words of old teach that: The great Tao is the un-conditioned way, so compassion should be used to save all those with predestined conditions). ☼ Summary of the 5th chapter THE NAME OF HELL --- In this chapter, although it is a presentation of the names of the hells, it implies the retribution and punishments of those who commit sins in the hells. That hell. The person who asked him about the names and retributions of those hells was Samantabhadra. Bodhisattva Samantabhadra is the one who always takes ten vows to save sentient beings all over the world (the great act of Universal Virtue), so seeing that there are many forms of suffering and sin in the mind, ask yourself; which the scriptures call a question of the Earth Store. “Dear hypocrite! Please Bodhisattvas for the sake of Heaven, Dragon, the eight classes and all sentient beings in the present and in the future, and speak of the names of the hells and the retribution of sentient beings suffering the sin of suffering in this Saha and Jambudvipa realms, making sentient beings in the next Dharma-ending age. He knows these retributions." Samantabhadra's vow is also the miraculous use of self-nature to save sentient beings, so Ksitigarbha said: "Dear human, now I rely on the Buddha's majesty and majesty, and briefly talk about the name of the Great Being. of the hells, and the deeds of retribution and retribution." So where do these indescribable hells come from? Ksitigarbha replied, "In the east of Jambudvipa there is a mountain called Tie Vi. This mountain is dark, with no sunlight or moon shining in, so there is a great hell called the endless pole. There is also the great hell of Abhi, another hell called the quadrangle, and another hell called the flying knife, there is a hell called rocket, there is a hell called mountain pressed (armored mountain), there is a hell called knife slashing (communication), and there is a hell called iron chariot (iron chariot). ), there is a hell called iron bed (iron sieve) .v...” The East is the rising sun, for wisdom; which obscures wisdom is ignorance. Therefore, the sutras say that all those hells are in Tiet Vi mountain. Iron is iron, vi is the fence. The main device is a dense iron wall, so no light can enter. The iron fence or the iron fence is an example for ignorance, for the mind to be completely dark, so no wisdom or love can enter. Therefore, the more ignorance, the more suffering. The mind of ignorance, or the mind without wisdom, creates innumerable sins as high as a mountain, as wide and deep as the ocean. Because the mind is obscured by ignorance, it is difficult for the light of truth to penetrate, Therefore, the scriptures are like being confined in a place surrounded by iron walls (iron wall) so it is difficult to get out. Whoever is still obscured by ignorance, that person will suffer long-term suffering. Ignorance creates many bad karmas, so the consequences of suffering in hell are also endless, so the scriptures call it extreme. no cockroaches. Typically, naming some great hells is an allusion to great ignorance, thoughts that are too dark, leading to actions that are loss of conscience, loss of humanity, causing suffering to oneself and others. is little. There are extreme evil thoughts, so they cling to harmful heresies and extremists, creating a premise for hatred, disputes, and mutual tearing, causing wars that are difficult to dispel; should be called the Great Abhi hell. There are the ignorance of lust, so being absorbed in the four kinds of sensuality are sex, lust, lust, and lust, so that all day and night he is whirled by lust; called quadrilateral hell. There are ignorant things that build up ideologies, harmful doctrines, blind religious beliefs, excessive greed, so they lose their humanity, then call for jihad, or send out invaders to plundering people, killing each other, causing blood to shed tears; so it's called the flying knife hell. There are ignorant things that give rise to excessive greed, wanting to master the whole universe, causing the mind currents to separate us, people (personality) and lead to wars to take possession. Emulating each other to develop advanced tools, known as the fruit of scientific civilization such as: Air-to-air, ground-to-air, stealth aircraft, hydrogen bombs, etc... people were burned, scattered and lost their lives; should be called rocket hell. There are ignorant things that create authoritarian, autocratic, tyrannical dictators, relying on strength to force the weak, forcing her to be pressured, making her body and mind feel choked up and suffocated, as if she was being forced into it. Rock mountain; so it's called hell armor. There are ignorant things that create evil, narrow-minded selfishness, then use bad words to poke fun at each other. Or make wars and stab each other with sharp tools; so it's called hell. There are things that are ignorant, defying justice, creating slanders, slandering, blasphemy, forcing people to pay wages, crushing hearts and livers, and suffering as much as an armored vehicle ran across; should be called hell set far away. There are ignorant things that make the soul numb, the whole body is as cold as lying on an icy iron bed; so it's called hell. There are ignorant things that create an authoritarian dictatorship, oppressing others, creating shackles, shackles, gagging like wearing iron armor, forcing the chest to suffocate; so it's called hell. There are ignorant things that create evil psychological acts, causing irritation like hundreds of thousands of spears shot at people, causing pain in the heart and liver, swallowing hatred; so it's called hell. There are ignorant things that make the soul angry like being stomped by an iron buffalo; should be called the iron bull hell. There are ignorant things that make the soul heavy, like an iron donkey carrying a heavy load; so it's called hell. There are ignorant things that create immense hatred, make the heart and liver hot, burn the soul like drinking boiling copper water; so it's called yang dong hell, like holding a red pillar, so it's called treasure hell, like being hit by fire, so it's called burning hell. There are ignorant things that make you choke on anger without saying a word, do not allow freedom of speech, freedom of the press, do not allow to express their views, as if the blade is plowed; so it's called hell. There are ignorant things that create hysteria as if losing all wisdom; like a headless person, so it's called a radiating hell. There are ignorant things that make the head and neck shrink, the limbs are worn out and destroyed as if they were burned; so it's called the burning hell. There are ignorant things that make the mind dark and unrecognizable like two hooked eyes; so it's called hell. There are ignorant things that make you choke on anger, burning your heart like being swallowed hot iron; should be called complete hell. There are ignorant things that create disputes, sentences to tear each other apart, not counting friendships, not counting sages, not knowing hierarchies, not knowing how to yield; should be called the hell of avoidance. There are ignorant things that create hot anger and delusion, lots of anger and resentment, shouting all day and night, burning the soul; should be called multi-court hell. Ignorance creates such a myriad of sufferings, but it's still not over: There are things that cause confusion that shocks the soul, screams in panic; should be called the hell of grievances. There are things of ignorance that create suffering due to not being able to freely express one's views, such as turning the tongue; so it's called hell. There are ignorant things that create evil, vile, vile thoughts, full of hatred, dirtying the soul; so it's called urine hell. There are ignorant things that irritate the mind, create suffering that cannot be released, such as being chained, locked; so it's called co-radiation hell. There are ignorant things that create heavy and hot psychology, day and night weighing on the soul; so called hell fire statue (fire elephant). There are ignorant things lurking around to tear the heart and liver, making the soul painful and hot as if it was on fire; so called hell fire dog (fire dog). There are things that are ignorant, so they are always filled with thoughts of anger and hatred, making their souls burn day and night, so they call hell fire horse (fire horse). There are ignorant things that create anger, burdensome, plowing and burning souls; should be called hell fire bull. There are ignorant things that create heavy, angry and hot psyches, like being squeezed in a volcano; so it's called hell fire. There are ignorant things that create a dark, hard mentality, a lot of anger and anger; should be called hell fire (flint). There are things that are ignorant, so they keep holding on to hatred and swallowing hatred, back and forth in the fire of anger and delusion, all year round fostering hatred, making the soul burn day and night like lying on a bed of fire; should be called hellfire. There are things that are ignorant, so they keep putting into their hearts the seeds of hot hatred, jealousy, hatred, a lot of anger, like eating fire rice (food); so it's called hell fire. There are things that are ignorant, so they keep biting and stealing each other, making the soul painful and hot day and night; so called hell fire eagle, or fire falcon. And yet: Back sawing is hell (serrated hell); Skinning and drinking blood is hell (healing doctor, bloody hell); burning hands and feet, backstabbing is hell; fire house iron house is hell; fire wolf is hell. Those are the great hells, in addition there are many small hells; or one, or two, or three...for hundreds of thousands of countless hells, say never ending, never ending. Those hells are all caused by the evil karma of sentient beings. When living, there are consequences of suffering, then at death, the energy of karma as an invisible force is sucked into those hells. The forms of suffering are psychological, so they shock the whole soul and the scriptures. It is called "a sinner lying on the bed". The power of karma dominates everything; it is as wide and deep as the sea, heavy as a mountain as a mountain, as high as space, as solid as a star, so it prevents the saints. In the Dhammapada, the Buddha taught: "No sky high, no sea, No caves, mountains and forests Created bad karma Disasters are determined not to be tolerated." Now, the scriptures point out the punishments, or consequences created by the karma of sentient beings, called hell. If it's called a sentinel, then you can do it yourself, but no one can replace you, even if Even bodies like father and son cannot replace each other's sins, because they belong to the mind. That is the fairest line of cause and effect and karmic retribution. It is like a potential power in the mind stream of humans in particular, and sentient beings in general. Ksitigarbha analyzed for Samantabhadra, or it was the analysis for sentient beings with bad behavior in the Dharma-ending age, which soon turned to enlightenment (Buddha). And yet, Ksitigarbha also told him that, or there is hell to pull out the tongue for the buffalo to plow on it. The tongue is a means to pronounce, or to speak but is ploughed up, which means that speech is trampled on, prevented from expressing one's views, or robbed of freedom of the press and freedom of expression, like being plow your tongue. Or there is a hell that loses all humanity, no longer has any compassion for one's fellow human beings, like tearing out a sinner's heart to feed the Yaksha demon. Or there is a burning hell of the soul like being put into a boiling cauldron of boiling oil. Or there are hells that burn bronze poles and force sinners to embrace them, or stupid people and then set up seeds of anger and insanity, keep holding on to hatred but refuse to let go, so the soul burns day and night in fire of hatred; It was like a big fire bursting into me. Or there is a cold hell that hardens the soul like ice, making pessimism boring, dreary, cold and dark. Or there is hell filled with filthy souls like pee; or have hell create stinging like thorns prick yourself; or have hell like iron spikes pierced limbs; or there is a hell that both stings and burns like a spear of fire. Or there is hell that is heavy on the shoulders of sin; or there is a burning hell that makes limbs cripple; or there is hell lurking and harming, waiting to bite people, so it's called venomous snake biting; or have tribulations such as being bitten by an iron dog; or have oppressive sufferings day and night, like being yoked by an iron donkey. In short, actions due to wrong history (hell); by greed, selfishness, miserliness, cruelty, rogue control (pretentious ghosts); created by vile acts full of animal nature (animals) etc., all of them suffer oppressive, heavy, hot, and painful consequences like being burned by fire, like being stoned, like being used by a metal tool. copper, iron, slashed, forced. All those sufferings are caused by the karma of sentient beings. It's called a move, then anyone who creates bad karma will have to suffer the hellish scene of execution, but can't escape. Therefore, the wise make efforts to practice friendly, good deeds. to transform bad karma, then gradually turn the mind towards liberation and enlightenment. As for the ignorant, the lowly intelligent, they continue to create more evil karma; so that when the retribution of suffering comes, they can only cry out to heaven and blame the earth, raising more hatred; without knowing his own self-sustaining behavior. Having created so many other bad and evil karma, the consequences of suffering are also manifold. And the person who knows those hells well, is none other than his own thick and full heart (Kingtigarbha). ). Therefore, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva said to Bodhisattva Samantabhadra, "Dear human! It's all because the sentient beings in this Jambudvipa (heart) do bad things, that they feel such hells for themselves." Evil overwhelms the soul also by birth; that kindness pervading is also not outside the mind. When the mind is divided into three evil ways, hell, hungry ghosts, and animals will arise. The mind that knows how to turn to good karma will be in heaven and people. Mind in the place of awareness, but depending on the means to benefit sentient beings (after attaining wisdom), it is gentle and friendly all over, so it is called Universal Enlightenment. That is to say briefly about the retribution, and the punishments due to the mind of ignorance. created, if preached widely, the same life will not end. The Buddha said: "Trying on clouds and drinking orange juice is also your fault. Digging deep into the pit of suffering (hell) is also on you, and no one else.” Please know the practitioner. ☼ Summary of the 6th chapter AS LAISANAN ----- The Buddha praises Ksitigarbha: In this sixth chapter, the Buddha uses praise for deeds that benefit heaven, dragons, humans, demons, and gods. etc...of Mr. Jizong. Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha shows great compassion and inconceivable greatness to save all sentient beings suffering from suffering, which is the miraculous use of self-liberation; or the return to take refuge in one's deity, causing the consciousness to enter tranquility. True mind (Eithermic) covers the entire Dharma world, ie all over the ten directions. Therefore, the person who asked the Buddha is the Bodhisattva Universal Quang. The spectrum is the same throughout (universal), Quang is vast and uninhibited. mé.Phu Quang asked: "If you want to spread widely about the causes and consequences of the original mind (Establishment) to benefit the gods, dragons, eight families and all sentient beings, what should be done?". The Buddha taught the benefits of hearing the self-nature and contemplating the self-nature (Kizō): The Buddha replied that: "In the future life there will be good boys and good girls who will hear the name of the bodhisattva Ksitigarbha. , clasping his hands in praise, prostration, and remembrance, then that person will be free from sin and suffering for thirty kalpas." The future is aimed at sentient beings who will be saved by Ksitigarbha (true mind), if they know how to react to hearing and hear their own nature, the words and words in the mind will be destroyed. That is the magic of the deity that everyone has. True mind is inherently neither born nor destroyed, so those who know how to praise, respect, cherish and return to treasure their true mind will overcome ten basic delusions in three times (representing thirty kalpas). Accomplish one-pointedness with self-nature, so the three karmas go into purity. Or if someone paints an image, or glues gold, silver, copper, and iron on it, and then admires and bows to it, he will be born in heaven and will no longer fall into the evil path. hear the name); and this passage teaches "contemplation of self-nature" (contemplation). Thanks to contemplation of self-nature, the mind gets out of bad thoughts and becomes pure, so it is said to be born in heaven. Or if heaven's blessings are gone, then it is okay to be born in the human world. as a king, thanks to his pure heart. By pure goodness is the blessing of heaven and human. Getting rid of the female body: "Or if there is a woman who wants to get rid of the female body (1), she must wholeheartedly make offerings, paint images and use clay, stone, and copper to create the image of Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, and bring incense and flowers every day. etc.. make offerings. This woman completes a female body, then hundreds of thousands of thousands of lives will no longer be born in the world with women, let alone a female body. "Offering here is an example for renunciation; that the female body is an example for the mind to be born and die. Letting go of the false thoughts of birth and death is the offering of the self-nature, or the dharma-nature. Therefore, every time the mind of birth and death has ceased (escape from the female life), it is eternal. far away from samsara, so the scriptures give an example for "the world without women". Unless you make a vow to use the means of saving birth, you will only use the mind of birth and death to preach. That's why the Buddha said: "Sentient beings are always prejudged, but I only use the idea of saving my thoughts.” (2) Good appearance: “If anyone is bored with the ugly body of a woman and has many diseases, he should go to the statue of Jizhong and admire it wholeheartedly. ceremony; then this person will live for thousands of thousands of kalpas with a perfect body and appearance, free from disease." As mentioned above, the female body is an example for the mind of birth and death; but many ugly diseases are examples of evil thoughts. Contemplating or contemplating the self-nature, the mind becomes full of good, no longer deluded by evil. Or if you still use the mind of birth and death, then only use good intentions and loving words, so the scriptures give birth to a noble family such as a king, a mandarin, a great man, a dignified and beautiful appearance, ie. example for good words. Guardian Devil: “Again, if there is a good man, Any believer who, in front of a bodhisattva statue, plays all kinds of music, chants praises (praises good deeds), makes offerings of flowers and incense (uses beautiful words), or encourages one or many people, then the that person in the present life and in the future life is often protected by hundreds of thousands of ghosts and spirits, day and night, not allowing evil things to reach his ears, let alone receive calamities and sufferings." Nurturing a good mind, praising the good, and using good words and good intentions to enter life, the bad and evil things (demons) will retreat; even the ferocious noises could not reach the ears. Protecting the good mind, the evil mind will disappear is inevitable, so the suffering will be no more. And every time you live with the original self-nature (Kitigarbha), the toxic minds will no longer disturb you, so it should be said. so protect. Disparaging Earth Store: "Again, if you see someone who turns to rely on the original mind (Establishment), respects the center of gravity, contemplates the mind, bringing the mind back to its pure nature; But if they give birth to a mind of disdain, or exhort others to disparage, until they generate a mind of disdain for a single thought, even if the thousands of Buddhas in this present life have passed away, they will still be in hell. suffering very hard”. That is talking about those who do not believe in cause and effect, do not believe in good and evil, do not respect the Dharma (evil people, people who do not believe in cause and effect, evil spirits, etc.), despise saints, despise practitioners; so they stay in the three evil paths and have to endure long and long suffering because of their unwholesome deeds. That's why, the scriptures say: "After this present life, you will experience the body of a hungry ghost, then a thousand kalpas will live in the body of an animal, and then a thousand more kalpas will you take the form of a destitute and despicable human being. the apartments are not enough, or being bound by many evil karmas, body and mind, so they must suffer continuously.” The evil views in the mind itself destroy good karma, so the consequences must fall into three evil paths: hell, hungry ghosts. and animals. If one were to be born as a human, the body and mind would also contain many diseases and suffering. Again, anyone who has too many bad thoughts that flood his soul, but the sutras cause him to be severely ill, bedridden, or have bad dreams (with eyes closed = for example for mana awakening) should face the object in front of him. of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, to read and recite this sutra loudly; or take the sick person's favorite things and make offerings to the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, after death the sick person will be free from previous serious sins. Sickness is a symbol of evil mind, because it contains evil seeds. Now reading and chanting the Earth Store Sutra, immediately know to come back to live with their own pure mind, so evil thoughts are eliminated; The mind is pure again, so the incurable disease is gone. Human's incurable disease is the disease of greed, hatred, and delusion and nothing else. By returning to the primordial purity of mind (Kingitigarbha), the evil seeds will cease. That is also the merit of the Bodhisattva Universal Light, or the widespread use of the true mind, to make the consciousness transform into the wonderful knowledge of contemplation, without creating any karma. Super soul: And this part is about transcending the intermediate body, or dissolving the dream of Manna consciousness. Dreaming is due to the distortions of the images of the manna consciousness. The seeds of evil are kept in the treasure of consciousness (Alai da), so when you sleep in a dream, it appears on the surface of the manna, becoming the nightmares that the scriptures show demons, the god forbearance comes to strange form, creating the psychological fear, sadness, suffering.. I don't know what blessing to expect to dissipate. Now, thanks to the majestic power of Pho Quang, it makes the mind wide, or the wonderful use of self-nature (Either) makes the mana consciousness transformed into equal wisdom (Equality of wisdom), ending with closed eyes contemplating. Bao, so the scriptures say that when you dream, you don't appear again. Therefore, every time the practitioner comes back to live with his deity, he will be liberated, which is the release of attachment to the self and the dharmas of consciousness and mana consciousness. Opening the eyes of the dream is alluded to the mind, and closing the eyes of the dream is implied to the manna; are the two driving forces of self-grasping and law-abiding. The two attachments in the mind end, liberation is inevitable (3). Therefore, The person who brings divine power to make his relatives (dependent psychology) liberated, is the Bodhisattva Pho Quang (making the mind wide and pervasive). Although many lifetimes have created many bad karma, but now If you know how to return to your large and solid original mind, those false karmas will disappear. Free from slavery: Slavery is being tied to, losing freedom by the motivation of greed, hatred, and delusion. The mind is always enslaved to the evil deeds that the scriptures teach lowly people, or servants, to lose their freedom or self-control. Because greed makes me dark, because being angry also makes me lose my mind. Greed, anger, and delusion are three psychological acts that make me lose control, so I say I'm a slave. Therefore, it is necessary to repent of bad karmas, and return to live with the true heart that the scriptures say "contemplating with the mind of Ksitigarbha". will be freed from slavery and be free, or liberated. The reason we lose our freedom is because our emotions control us. Now that we know how to transform by relying on good karma to transform, or by relying on our own mind to eliminate it, the afflictions (lowly, servant) and knowledge obstacles (loss of freedom) will be eradicated. To get rid of self-grasping and law-abiding by returning to live with the original mind, should be liberated (freed from slavery); because the mind is no longer controlled by karma. Giving birth to an easy child: This section talks about giving birth to an easy child, or the new-found kindness of kings, Brahmins, bourgeois, and lay people (4), who only know the animal path towards liberation, enlightenment, and scriptures. represents the chanting and recitation of the Ksitigarbha sutras, or reciting the name Jizhong (self-nature). New born is an example for new karma, but easy to raise is an example for a good mind. Because the mind is oriented towards good, the mind is directed to liberation (reciting the name of Ksitigarbha), so the bad karma of the past (previous life retribution) is also eliminated. Mother is a reference to A's skin consciousness (organ consciousness = storage, or carrying), but child is consciousness and manna consciousness (belongs to creation and clinging), so it is said to give birth. Therefore, the first step of the spiritual practice is to develop good intentions (birthing children is easy to raise) or cultivate good karma; and then gradually towards liberation (reserving the Earth Store Sutra). Thanks to returning to live with the Tathagata's mind, both old and new karma are eliminated, only to overcome birth and death, so it is said "long life". In the Central Sutra, the Buddha also talked about the image of a calf running after his mother, so he could also cross the river, that is, consciousness and manna consciousness returned to rely on his own thick and full heart (Kingtigarbha), so transcend life and death. Far away from the evil road, get rid of the accident: As mentioned above, the South Jambudvipa is the heart; so moving thoughts and thoughts are all karma. The good mind generates good karma, the evil mind generates bad karma. The four serious crimes are killing, stealing, adultery, and false speech (self-proclaimed witness of this, that) creating evil consequences. Ten days are periodic for new practitioners to practice for purity of mind and body; But the ten days of boys also allude to the ten basic delusions that form good or bad karma (5), so the scriptures say "The ten days above are the days when the karma of sin is grouped to determine whether it is heavy or light". If you commit the four serious sins of killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, and false speech, you will fall into the hell of suffering. Therefore, if you want to get rid of suffering and affliction, you must make your mind pure. pure but sutras for "retaining the Earth Store Sutra for 10 days", ie overcoming ten basic delusions. Sin is caused by the mind, but now the mind knows how to return to awareness, sin is no more. Trai is the pure mind, so keeping the Earth Store Sutra is the self-nature that makes the consciousness resolved, so the mind is no longer suffering. East, west, south, north, four roots, above and below are examples for mind covers ten legal world (6).The result of self-nature is to be complete general, ie the achievement of legal body, general position (7). The majesty of Ksitigarbha or the true heart is inconceivable. Therefore, those who know how to return to the protection of the true heart will completely leave the evil path, and enjoy wonderful peace. Name of the sutra: Here, Bodhisattva Pho Quang asked the Buddha about the name of this sutra and how it was handed down. The Buddha taught that this sutra has three titles: One is the original vow of Ksitigarbha, or the vow to return to one's pure original mind. The second is the original practice of Ksitigarbha, that is, to practice self-nature in the mind. Third is Ksitigarbha the power of the oath, that is, using vows as a strength to protect the heart. Thus, the name of the sutra which is also the Dharma and the Dharma of the Earth Store here is to return to take refuge with a large, thick, and full-filled heart, which as described in the preface. Accomplishment of vows, vows, The conduct of the mind is also the miraculous use of the self-nature of the Bodhisattva Pho Quang. A person plays the role of post-achievement, that is, the discriminating mind that arises from the mind of great compassion to save all sentient beings (the great master's compassion). A person who plays the role of basic wisdom, the mind without discrimination, should leave the dependent and dependent conditions, so he asked the Buddha to talk about the merits of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, how to get rid of the karma of sentient beings. , to make the minds of sentient beings transcend the self-quantity, so that the mind becomes large (Phu Quang). If you understand the true meaning of the scriptures, you will understand the maintenance of the sutras or the recitation of the name of Jizhong. Creating karmic feelings to receive the consequences of suffering (hell) is also caused by the mind; which makes the mind liberated, peaceful, wonderful, and not outside the mind. The karma of feeling dependent origination and self-liberation is only in the mind, so the Buddha said that this great Great Being (Ei-Tsang) has great conditions for living beings. Thus, the name of the sutra is also the wonderful use of the true mind. for water consciousness (Earthquake) back to original enlightenment (Phu Quang). But, water and duty are not two (Thuy, non-dual). Please practitioners will tri. Notes: (1).Example for the mind of birth and death. (2).Previous thought is attached to things by birth hope. As the preface has defined, Jizhong is the leader of a heart full of guilt (U Minh Dao). Therefore, no one but Tathagata can see everything clearly. evil deeds in your mind. Arousing thoughts and thoughts is karma, and most of the bad karmas are controlled by greed, hatred, and delusion, and greed is bottomless, so it grows very quickly. As for the good mind, it will take a long time to appear if there are good conditions; but it is also very easy to lose the good heart at first, if halfway through letting greed and hatred enter, making fame and profit emerge. Those who have entrusted themselves to greed to control, are like those who carry a heavy burden more and more. sink deep into the mud of sin, so the evil retribution also increases, creating endless suffering. It is true that a lot of greed is a lot of suffering (multiple sexual desires); so the field of life is a battlefield with no end date, if mankind does not know how to dispel or control greed. Wise people, beware: Wherever there is material wealth, there is money, fame and status, there is contention with each other, and it is very easy for people to lose their humanity. People's greed, lured by the Buddha to carry heavy stones, goes into the deep mud, sinks deeper and deeper and suffers more. Now, thanks to good knowledge, help this person get out of the mud and from now on, don't go there again. Who is good knowledge? Good knowledge is the Buddha, the enlightened one, the sages. They brought the teaching of liberation and enlightenment to guide sentient beings; then each sentient being depends on the right dharma as the primary means, and makes the source of his own mind clear, to get rid of bad karma. So that's why: -Good is not harming your own body and mind and others. Make the three wholesome actions: the mind does not think harm, the mouth does not speak evil words, the body does not act harmful. -Tri is knowing the good, bad and unsigned karma to transform the body and mind and outside to a good place. Knowing that the world is turning crazy is due to the combination of crazy people's hearts, and finding a way to remove and remove; not blame anyone, nor entrust to any surrealist. Medical report and correct report respectively, by individual karma (separate karma) and common karma (communal karma). -Consciousness is the awareness of the original mind, the clear understanding of the nature (consciousness from the original mind), which the scriptures teach is to return to take refuge in him. How do I go back to rely on my own pure mind? That's the question of a beginner who is just looking for the way. Since there is a specific way such as reciting mantras, reciting the name of Buddha, Bodhisattva, contemplating an object of mind, etc., then that is the dharma of the two vehicles, because vipassana and vipassana are still on the mind stream. consciousness of birth and death, so the consequences are: good, evil or fall into no-sign. There are many meditators who, by reciting the Buddha's name, achieve "no-thought-self-reciting", whenever their consciousness is paralyzed due to the suppression of the Buddha's name. Consciousness belongs to thinking, but every time you use an insignia to collect multiple thoughts about one-pointedness, you have to stop; If we continue, we will push that contemplation to manna, so there will be "no-mind-self-recollection". And every time the manna consciousness gnaws on this indeterminate contemplation, it will be difficult for hundreds of eons and thousands of lifetimes to cause awareness to flare up. As long as there is an object (customs), the contemplative consciousness is still sticking; but must make the "faculty of dual death" (both disappear) then the new awareness will manifest. Therefore, "now money is established before things, then only consciousness-only nature never manifests.” Practitioners must clearly understand this. Being a being is controlled by ignorance, so there is not a single thought that is not contrary to the truth. Therefore, even though they meet a good predestined condition, they will develop the heart to repair, but they are also prone to rot in the initial good heart. Just like a weak-handed man rowing a boat against a circus current, if he loosens his hand, the boat will be pushed back thousands of miles. Therefore, the Buddha said: "Your opinion is not trustworthy, your opinion is not trustworthy. When will the results of Arahantship be trusted by you. "The same is true of cultivators, if they do not keep their initial aspiration, it is easy to lose their practice; Not to mention that he fell halfway into fame and gain at any time, only to have to return to the lust-infected mud, as a result, he had to wear a fur coat to pull a plow, carry a heavy load to pay off his rice debt. Opposite, If you meet an evil predestined condition, you will quickly get caught up in it like a boat going down a circus stream; if you put your oars in the attic, you will be free to commit crimes. And every time when those bad karmas are about to come to fruition, if you know how to turn to good (cultivate blessings), take care of your heart, light up wisdom (hang up lights, light a lamp), come back to live with your original mind (read religious scriptures), then those bad karmas will be wiped out. Cultivation of the holy path is to create a good condition to neutralize the karma of the mind (opening the eyes in a dream), and clinging to the seed of manna (closing the eyes in a dream), aiming at liberation and enlightenment. Dispel the motivation of self-grasping and dharma-grasping (consciousness and manna consciousness) by reciting self-nature (the Buddha's name), by practicing the six perfections (reciting the Bodhisattva's name), or by contemplating the twelve causes and conditions according to complete cessation (reciting the Buddha Bich Chi), causing the mind to return to its own self-nature or deity (Kingitigarbha). It is talking about the inner strength of the person who knows how to practice, knows how to elaborately cultivate self-nature, create the force of "useless conduct" to destroy the deep tunnel of ignorance. External conditions are good friends outside (relatives and relatives) supporting the dead by cultivating blessings, making offerings, giving alms, or chanting, worshiping, and reciting for them, in order to maintain goodwill and not fall. into the realm of evil. It is important to note that relatives do not create more evil karma, such as killing animals to sacrifice to ghosts and spirits. Because doing so will only create bad karma for relatives. Just like adding heavy stones to the burden, the deeper you sink into the mud of sin. In short, you have to stay in the Buddhadharma and do good deeds for even as small as a hair, a drop of water is also beneficial. The Buddhadharma here is the pure mind of nature (Establishment). If you are not in the Buddhadharma (true mind) but doing good deeds, you are creating karma, because you are still affected by the mind. Karma is the long chain of arising and carrying on of consciousness. Therefore, returning to protect the self-nature is beneficial for those who are still alive and those who have lost. At this point, the elder Great Bhikkhu said to Ksitigarbha: "Venerable Sir! After the death of all the sentient beings in this Southern Jambudvipa, among their relatives, great and small, for the sake of that dead person, cultivating merit, even making offerings and doing good deeds, that person dies. gain great benefit, and be liberated?”. The elder Dai Bian has long attained non-birth (original enlightenment), but now he is incarnate in order to save sentient beings in the ten directions, so he asked. The purpose of the question is to argue widely to understand the meaning, so it is called Dai Bian, and what is brought out here is that for the sake of the deceased, he cultivates merit, how does that person benefit, and is there liberation? Ksitigarbha bodhisattva replied: Beings in the present and in the future (ie from now on), whether guilty or not guilty, if they hear the Buddha's name (i.e., the text of the self-nature), or renounce renunciation. If the consciousness stays in the mind in the ultimate way (reciting Bodhisattva or practicing the six perfections), or contemplating the complete cessation of the twelve causes and conditions (reciting the Pratyekabuddha), will be liberated. The advanced one is mindful of self-nature, the middle one practices the six perfections (enlightenment of sentient beings) to make the consciousness disappear, or contemplates the twelve causes and conditions (dependant enlightenment), causing the mind to gradually enter tranquility. Moreover, when a person commits many sins while he is alive, after death his relatives create benefits for him. If you practice things about the holy path to dedicate to the dead, the dead will only enjoy a part of the reason. In contrast, relatives who create many benefits and practice the holy path will enjoy six parts, ie the six senses of full contact with good karma and the right Dharma. Therefore, Mr. Ji Tsang advises us to strive to practice while making money, then we will enjoy all the merit. In the line of cause and effect, there are many causes and conditions that interact in mutual and separate karma. individuals who create many good karma themselves will receive good results; vice versa, if you do evil, you will receive evil consequences. There are many cases where, thanks to the collective karma of the family, the individual also gets a share, both good and bad, but the share is always less than doing it himself, that is, it is good. one-seventh as the scriptures describe it. Death is also lured to close the eyes to dream, ie the work of holding onto the seed of the manna consciousness. Therefore, first of all, because of the consciousness of creating good or bad karma, the manna consciousness holds the seeds of good or evil. And also thanks to the consciousness towards the holy path, which translates to turning consciousness into subtle contemplation wisdom (wonderful contemplation of wisdom), so it also helps Manna consciousness to give up clinging to change into equal wisdom (equality of wisdom). .Makes consciousness turn into wisdom, is to let go of no capacity, so it is said that "devoted boys" is a metaphorical text for the ultimate detachment of mind. Precepts are to make the mind pure again. (naturally pure mind), by making offerings is to discharge self-grasping and dharma-attachment. That is what he means: "When Earth Store says this in the Dao Loi heaven, there are countless thousands of millions of millions of millions who cannot count all the ghosts and gods in Jambudvipa (heart) who all generate unsurpassed enlightenment." The hidden meaning is that every time one hears the teachings of the original mind (Keozong), or the voice of the conscience, that person begins to turn towards good (heaven Dao Loi) and knows how to live again with his natural awareness (generate mind). bodhi). An evil mind is cunning (an example of ghosts and spirits), and a pure good mind is an example of heaven (ie the ten good ones), a pure mind is the Buddha-nature. Demons and gods are also born from the mind, good or liberated enlightenment is not outside the mind. That is the great use of the great Mahayana, the means to ask Ksitigarbha, or to consult his own vast mind, to see clearly what is evil and cunning, where is good and good, and where is liberation. enlightenment. It is thanks to the Great Bhikkhu who questions the mind, helping the mind to abandon evil and do good, and to know how to return to preserve its own pure and clear mind. So therefore, To cultivate the mind, first of all, you must know how to consult the mind to see clearly all the good and bad, good and bad, suffering or happiness of the mind, to transform and prevent. And every time the mind becomes pure, it gradually makes the mind pure again to escape from birth and death. That is the advice of Mahayana. ☼ Summary of the 8th chapter KING DIEM LA TAN AN ---- 1.King Yama and the demon king both came to the Buddha's place in the Dao Loi heaven. King Diem La is the king of the underworld, that is, because of ignorance, he says the underworld; The king of the heart full of guilt (ignorance) is wisdom. Therefore, the opening paragraph describes: "King of Matcha sits on the throne of judgment", because no one can see their sins clearly with their own wisdom. And the Iron Vi is a thick iron wall, so no light can get in. Equipment or iron fence is an example for ignorance, For example, the mind is completely dark, so no wisdom can enter. Therefore, the more ignorance, the more suffering. King Yama and immeasurable demon kings from the dark place (mountain iron) all went to the Dao Loi heaven, and then to the Buddha; ie, thanks to the light of wisdom leading (Dam La) should turn evil into good (for example, until the end), and then towards liberation and enlightenment (for example, until the Buddha). Thus wisdom is a lamp that illuminates the soul, helping us to clearly see the behavior of good and bad karma to transform and eliminate. So what is a demon king? The demon king here is not the devil according to the world's belief; but evil, sly, dark, deceitful, cunning, cruel, and despicable thoughts, etc., in our hearts. The actions of bad karma created by ignorance have many different forms (many forms), so the sufferings (hell) are also thousands of different. Dai To, King Yama listed a number of typical examples as follows: Whoever's mind is completely dark, contains evil seeds, and then speaks evil words and acts wickedly, it is called the evil demon king, multi-evil. demon king. Whoever's mind contains many psychological seeds of contention, quarreling, preferring defeat or defeat, is called a great avoidance of the demon king (the demon king has many seeds of dispute). Those who want to eat and swallow alive, who want to make blood shed tears, who want to ruin their families, lose their sources of life, lose their bodies and lose their lives, instantly destroy others, is called: White tiger demon king, blood tiger demon king, chained tiger demon king, fanciful demon king, non-body demon king, classic light demon king. Who likes to tear each other apart, If he likes to take revenge for revenge, he is called a demon king (wolf with sharp teeth). In the Dhammapada, the Buddha also taught: "Returning revenge for revenge is like a wolf that treats a cobra". The mind who likes to peek into people's stories to find worms, poke both ends, and create many insidious things is called a thousand-eyed demon king. The mind of anyone who wants to eat and devour others is called the demon king (the demon king eats meat). The mind who wants to crush others and force people to suffer a lot is called a demon king (the demon king carrying a stone). The mind who wants to rob other people's life source and reason of life by devious acts is called a demon king. The mind who wants to cause harm to others is called the master of the devil (the demon king of the master). Whose mind is all day thinking about killing animals, no matter what, to eat, drink, drink, have a drink, have a drink, get drunk and drink, then it's called the demon king (the demon king is about to eat and drink). The mind who uses tricks to trade, cheat, speculate, and rely on world powers to usurp other people's livelihoods is called the demon king of wealth (the demon king of property). Those who like to trade animals, keep animals, trade their lives with incubators, or create disabilities by putting chemicals in food and drinks such as melamine, fattening agents, etc. or viruses infected (H5Ni, H1N1...), by atomic radioactive substances, creating countless dangers for others are called: demon lord, demon lord, demon lord, demon lord, demon lord, demon lord. property demon king, master of life demon king, master of evil demon king, master of danger demon king. The mind who likes to draw leaves to look deeply, peer into people's affairs to cause conflicts, create suffering for others, then they are called: the three-fold demon king, the four-god demon king, and the five-god demon king. The mind who likes to lose benefits both materially and spiritually of others is called: the seven kings of benefits, the seven kings of great benefits (the demon king loses benefits, the demon king loses great benefits). Losing great benefits is to prevent and destroy, not allowing practitioners to be liberated and enlightened; not allow to create a place of practice, destroy the harmony of Sangha. The mind who likes to use power to create shackles and chains, making people lose their freedom, or tyrannical dictators and then ramps up with rage to harm others, is called: Great benefits, great benefits. Xa Vuong, Ana Tra Vuong, Dai Ana Tra Vuong (King crossed hands, King crossed big hands, King was angry, King was very angry). So many great demon kings and hundreds of thousands of small demon kings, all in Jambudvipa, all have attachments, and they all have their own control. As indicated above, Jambudvipa is the heart. All insidious things great and small come from our dark hearts; In other words, the devil must be in the mountain of iron, which means that all evil thoughts come from ignorance. Now the demon kings and King Yama, thanks to the majesty of the Buddha and the great bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, all come to Dao Loi and stand aside; that is, the devil and the demon king turn to rely on awareness, rely on the Tathagata's mind, so the mind is no longer manipulated by evil seeds (to Dao Loi). 2. King Yama said to the Buddha: “Venerable Buddha! Now we, together with the demon kings who rely on the Buddha's majesty, and the power of Ksitigarbha, have come to the assembly in the Dao Loi heaven, and also because we are blessed. As for Ksitigarbha in the six paths (1), he used many methods to save sentient beings suffering from the sin of suffering. But why is it that sentient beings who have just escaped from the retribution of sin not long after fall into the evil path again?" Those who always live in mindfulness and awareness, always know how to turn back and rely on the mind of the Tathagata (the majesty of the Buddha and the majesty of the Earth Store), then that person will no longer create bad karma, that is, receive blessings. Dao Loi heaven). As for him, Ksitigarbha uses many means to lead beings in the six paths, in order to transform bad karma (sentient beings are guilty of suffering), ie use dual vehicle means to transform karma; but if we just stop at the two vehicles, then good and evil intersect is inevitable. That's why, the sutras say, "It won't take long to get out of the retribution, then fall into the bad way again". 3. Buddha taught: "The sentient beings in the land of Jambudvipa are hard-hearted, so they are difficult to teach and correct" (2). Beings are strong and difficult to overcome, only for false thoughts; because the habit of many generations contains evil seeds, when there is mindfulness, they do not create evil, but when they meet with bad conditions, those evil seeds will return. start up. Our mind-stream is not fixed, so depending on whether our ignorance is more or less, the force of mindfulness is strong or weak, we are affected by these evil demons (evil thoughts) for a long time or quickly, so the sutras say to save us. then back in. Being on consciousness, it is inevitable that the stream of consciousness (samsāra) is governed by impermanence. Therefore, the Second Vehicle is a means to gradually transform sentient beings, so there are thirty-seven (37) aids to the path. Everyone knows that greed, hatred, and delusion are the causes of all suffering, so when they encounter bad conditions, they also arise and suffer. So therefore, must uproot the roots of karma, that is, must go beyond the mind stream by the force of "useless conduct" to come out of samsara. The person who enters the dangerous road is the ignorant person, and the person who leads out of the dangerous road is the good and knowledgeable person. In other words, entering the bad path is due to ignorance, and achieving liberation and enlightenment is due to wisdom. Wisdom is a torch that lights the way to truth, goodness and beauty. A pure mind, calm and clear, will not return to the evil path. A good knowledge is a person who has understood good and bad deeds, good and bad, to transform himself, his mind and the outside. A person who does not hurt himself, does not hurt others, does not harm everyone. And always living with mindfulness and awareness, in order to bring stability, freshness, peace and liberation to oneself and to all sentient beings, is good knowledge. Because good is to increase benefit, but evil is to decrease. What makes body and mind happy and peaceful is good; what harms body, mind, self, people is unwholesome. Knowing that bad karma is good, so from now on, no longer going on that dangerous path is knowing, knowing the source of the mind that understands the nature of consciousness (3). Out of consciousness is the escape from birth and death, so no longer be led by karma; That is also the difference between the two words "mad" and "enlightenment". Being led by karma is still delusional, removing karma is enlightenment. Therefore, the path to truth is the path of Taoism, not the path of Philosophy with its pseudo-concepts. 4. Demon King said to the Buddha: “We are the countless number of demon kings in the realm of Jambudvipa. Some are beneficial to others, but some are harmful. But since karma causes our relatives to pass through many evil generation worlds, but there is little good." As mentioned above, demons are the countless evil seeds in the mind. There are seeds of benefit, but when acting is unwholesome; Like killing a cat to save thousands of mice, or killing a robber to benefit all the good people. Because of the consequences of killing, the retribution also falls into evil and suffering. The mind is good, but the actions are unwholesome, so having to receive bad retribution, or the actions that are completely harmful to people, there are also painful results. Therefore, the Buddha's teaching is: "In the beginning is good, in the middle, it is good in the end". That is also the difference between the Buddha's teachings, and other cultures, other religions. Buddhist saints are "harmless" but also "beneficial" for all; while other religions that kill others do not bear the same label as themselves, they are canonized. Every time I realize this, should make a vow to let go of evil thoughts, not to let them dominate the soul, and vow to keep good seeds, even if they are as small as a hair or a hair. At the same time, pay homage and praise to those who are honest and virtuous, whose words are holy, and who are enlightened in the three times. The Buddha also praised the demon king and Yama for supporting such good men and women; The gods Pham Vuong and De Thich also protect such honest people. In short, from ordinary laypeople to sage intellectuals, and even saints; Once he has realized the reason for a peaceful and happy life, there is no one who does not like the good, praise the doer, and protect the good. 5. The owner of the network said to the Buddha: “Venerable Buddha! My karmic condition is to master the life span of people in Jambudvipa; during birth, When you die, you will be the master of it." The owner of life is the master of life and death, or the owner of a person's short and long life, happiness or suffering. The owner of life is the capacity of karma to form the life chain of sentient beings in general and humans in particular. Therefore, if people want to be born and die peacefully, the first thing to do is to avoid the karma of killing sentient beings. Because killing someone else's life is an evil karma, the retribution is permanent, and life is short. The second is to stay away from plundering other people's sources of life; because robbing people's sources of life is also indirectly taking their lives, so it is also retribution for death and poverty. On the contrary, not only do not rob or kill, but also give alms to release living beings, will increase blessings and increase life expectancy. 6. The land is happy: Earth earth or mind earth (earth earth) has the task of protecting the seed of goodness, or cultivating good will to be happy. Birth and death here represent the birth and death of consciousness. About to give birth means still in the mind; which is born and manifests itself in word and deed. Thanks to the development of goodwill, words and actions are good, making the mind happy. That is the land of joy, so protecting both mother and child means preserving the seeds of goodness in the mind. On the contrary, if you create bad karma (killing seeds, eating meat, drinking alcohol, etc.) The outside has the opportunity to spill into the heart of the earth. Factors in the opportunity outside, making the body and mind restless. 7.Karma at dying (near-death karma): Regardless of whether a person creates good or bad karma, Awareness also does not fall into the evil path because of karma. Only those who know how to cultivate good roots will increase their power to enter awareness. Besides, also due to the habit of karma (relative), so at the time of death, he appears to lead his consciousness to the evil path. Therefore, near-death karma is also very important, so while you are still alive, you have to take care of practicing good karma, making good deeds increase day by day to prepare for the next life. Second, it is necessary to have the effort to cultivate and cultivate towards liberation, to make the mind pure, and to have clear wisdom (reading and chanting Mahayana sutras, reciting the Buddha's name or reciting the self-nature), then the path is definitely bad. Evil does not fall, but is also liberated. At birth is an inducement to open the dream eyes or the grasping power of consciousness, and at death is an inducement to close the dream eyes or the grasping power of manna consciousness. The seeds of good and evil and indeterminate are due to the generating and grasping power of consciousness and manna consciousness, so they are associated with dependent arising karma, and life span is also short and long accordingly. Therefore, if you want to live a long life, you must master the wisdom of life, master the wisdom of enlightenment, so it is said that "according to your original vows, there is no one who is not liberated and has great benefit". The deity or deity is the primary deity in the mind, or awareness. Because the master of awareness should often make sentient beings enlightened. In short, if you want to have a long life, you have to do good deeds. If you want to have a long life (limitless life), you have to make a vow to return to protect your original mind and live with it master of the wisdom of enlightenment, it is said that "following your original vow, there is no one who will not be liberated and benefit greatly". The deity or deity is the primary deity in the mind, or awareness. Because the master of awareness should often make sentient beings enlightened. In short, if you want to have a long life, you have to do good deeds. If you want to have a long life (limitless life), you have to make a vow to return to protect your original mind and live with itn. That is the life span of a Buddha or Buddha nature; and Buddha nature is beginningless and endless. 8. Because of the owner of the Dharma body, the Buddha said: "You have great compassion, so you can make great vows, in the place of birth and death that protect sentient beings. In the future, if any son or daughter is born or dies, you should not lose sight of the above vows, but make them all liberated and be at peace forever. The Lord of the Life said to the Buddha that my whole life is to always support sentient beings in Jambudvipa, to be at peace when I am born and when I die. Because of mastering the life of wisdom, we should not let the mind stream of birth and death create bad karma, so we are at peace. And at the time of death, "must believe and accept my words, then no one will not be liberated and benefit greatly". Death here means the end of the karma of birth and death, because the meditator knows to live again with the dharmakaya, wisdom life, should say there is no one who is not liberated. 9. The owner of the demon king's life is the owner of the wisdom life, so the Buddha said "It is the Great Being who has compassion and vow power, so he embodies as a great demon, not really a demon". Because he knows how to return to life with the Dharma body, wisdom, life, birth and death, eternally shining, so the sutras say that in his next life he will become a Buddha with the title of Signless Tathagata. The mind is no longer dominated by consciousness, so it does not create art, so it is called signless. Resurrected with a pure heart, there is no sign of change, coming and going, so called Tathagata. Because of returning to live with the original, throughout space, and throughout time, that land should be called Pure Pillar. Because it covers the entire dharma world, time and space cannot be used, so the life span of that Buddha cannot be counted; because awareness is beginningless and universal. Buddha nature has no beginning and no end, so it is inconceivable. By itself, it leaves all concepts of the mind, so the gods, humans, demons, gods, etc. can be liberated without limit; because the consciousness in the mind has been terminated. Please practitioners will tri. Notes: 1. The six paths are Hell, hungry ghosts, animals, Asuras, humans, and heaven. 2.Standard beings, tough things to overcome. 3. Consciousness achieve duty. ☼ Summary of the 9th chapter CONCLUSION OF THE NAME OF THE BUDDDS (Or the wonderful use of the true mind) ----- Ksitigarbha said to the Buddha: "I now speak for the sake of sentient beings in the future life to speak about things of great benefit in this world. in the stream of birth and death (samsara)". The great benefit in samsara is the separation from birth and death (birth and death the great); By hearing the names of the buddhas or hearing one's own self-nature, the Buddha said: "You start with compassion and want to save all sentient beings in the six paths, which presents the inconceivable. Now is the right time, so let's talk". Listen to the self-nature (counter-text, self-nature); but the self-nature is not born and does not die, so it is said that "cannot think". Because of hearing the self-nature, the mind stream is terminated, then the new water consciousness returns to the original sense. Therefore, we see that the Buddhas mentioned in this chapter all belong to the past, which represents the original enlightenment or the wonderful use of the available true mind (the deity). Because it represents the original enlightenment, so he said: "Innumerable kalpas in the past, a Buddha was born with the name Boundless Body Tathagata. If there is any son or daughter (for example, the mind of birth and death) who hears the name of this Buddha, and temporarily respects it, that is to say, he will be freed from the grave sins in the stream of birth and death for forty kalpas." That is, knowing how to listen to the self-nature, he or she will leave the four kinds of attachment (quadrant quartet) and ten basic delusions; and realize that the dharma body is boundless, should say "Buddha was born with the name Boundless Body Tathagata", that is, the dharma body has no beginning and no end, or the true mind is perfect. Again: "In the past, thousands of kalpas ago, a Buddha was born with the name Bao General Tathagata. If there is any son or daughter who, hearing the name of this Buddha, generates the mind to return to his refuge and refuge, even if it is only for the span of a fingernail, then this person will be completely unrepentant to the path of unsurpassed enlightenment. ". This passage teaches us to listen to the self-nature again, and to return to the right place, and to rely on the self-nature (treasure of the Tathagata) within the span of a fingernail, then this person will never turn back to the path of unsurpassed enlightenment. The noble general Tathagata is also called "No view of the Prime Minister", ie the general of the true mind is excellent. There is nothing precious in this world that can be exchanged for liberation, enlightenment, ie return to live fully with the Three Jewels of self-mind, so it is called the Treasure of Tathagata. Again: "In the past, there was a Buddha who was born with the name Three-Headed Ma conquering Tathagata. If any son or daughter hears this Buddha's name through their ears, this person will be born a thousand times in the six heavens of the world of desire, let alone confess with all their heart." Three-Headed Buddha Ma Thang is a transliteration of the Pham Padma, meaning red lotus; represents pure virtue and mind is not attached to both sides. Therefore, those who keep pure precepts will be reborn in the heavens of the sex realm. And those who do not let their minds get attached to both sides ( birth and death), then that person overcomes all, so the sutra is called the Three Headed Buddha Ma Thang. The heart of Buddhism is nothing but precepts - concentration - wisdom. A strong and developed Buddhist Church is due to monastic and lay Buddhists diligently studying Buddhism and practicing precepts - concentration - wisdom. The time of King Asoka (Asoka) in India is an example of flourishing Buddhism; because from kings and mandarins to commoners and Sangha, all diligently study the Buddhadharma and practice meditation, especially on "Four topics of contemplation: Body - Feeling - Mind - Dharma" (Four Foundations of Mindfulness = Five Aggregates) . I, mine, and my self (self and self) are gradually eliminated by the wisdom of emptiness (Vipassanā - seeing that the five aggregates are empty), so it is called the Three-Headed Buddha Ma Victory. Again: "About the past, it is impossible to say that innumerable eons there was a Buddha named Lion Roaring Tathagata. If there is a son or daughter who, hearing the name of this Buddha, generates a mind to return to his home and refuge for a single thought, then this person will be able to meet immeasurable Buddhas and palmistry. Lion's roar is literally the roar of a lion, making all animals bow. Here, for example, the Buddha's dharma voice has the power to make evil dharmas disappear, heavenly demons are shaken, karmic afflictions are removed, and false consciousness disappears. The lion's roar or the Buddha's righteous dharma has four effects: Dissipating evil thoughts, making malicious schemes sink, making karmic afflictions eliminated, and making good roots grow. Returning to take refuge in the Buddha Lion Roar, making the mind disappear, so the mind returns to its pure nature, eliminating smuggled or afflictions (obstructions of knowledge and afflictions), breaking down the deep tunnel of ignorance; So the parable of the lion's roar makes all the animals fear and run away. The original enlightenment returned to the water-consciousness, so the sutra is called being rubbed by the Buddha. Again: “In the past, there was a Buddha whose name was Cuu Luu Ton. If there is a son or daughter who hears the name of this Buddha, wholeheartedly admires and pays homage, or praises again. This person is in the Dharma assembly of thousands of Buddhas in a sane kalpa, as the Great Brahma King, the Buddha predicted the unsurpassed path." Buddha Cau Luu Ton is the transliteration of Krakucchanda Pham, which translates as: The evil things that should be eliminated are eliminated, the things that should be done have been done, ie the water consciousness returns to the original enlightenment, so when it comes to enlightenment, morality Buddha declared: "Birth is over, gonorrhea has ended, what should have been done has been done, from now on, there is no going back to birth and death." The meaning of this passage is: Those who know to eliminate the contraband or by returning to the self-nature (for example for contemplation, prostration, praise), As long as he relies on his own nature, this person in a good kalpa becomes the great Brahma King, the mind becomes pure, and the Buddha predicts the unsurpassed path, that is, attains unsurpassed wisdom. Again: “In the past, there was a Buddha whose name was Bhikkhu Thi. If any son or daughter hears the name of this Buddha, he will never fall into the evil path. Often being born in a heavenly or human realm, they receive wonderful and sublime peace and joy.” Vipassana Buddha is transliterated from the Pham Vipasyin language, was a Buddha in the past, ie of the original enlightenment. He often planted good seeds (the ant race), and had a wondrous vision. The meaning of this passage is: Those who know how to plant good roots will receive blessings and retribution to heaven, and people will no longer fall into evil ways. One who knows how to contemplate admirably and wonderfully, ie the transcendental vision of the two sides should have great joy, ie overcoming birth and death suffering. In the Dharma Bao Dan Sutra, Patriarch Hue Neng also taught: "Buddhist dharma is the dharma without duality", that is, what is heard is equal to what is heard, what is seen is equal to what is seen, what is known is only by what is known, etc., that is, contemplation. such a miraculous victory. Again: "In the past immeasurable, innumerable kalpas, a Buddha was born with the name of Many Treasures Tathagata. If any son or daughter hears the name of this Buddha, then he will not fall into the evil path. Often stay in the heavenly palace, enjoying the wonderful and wonderful peace and joy." Buddha Da Bao is the Buddha in the eastern world, which is a metaphor for wisdom shining like the light of the rising sun, dispelling the darkness of the long night. The meaning of this passage teaches that: Those who know how to approach the wisdom of enlightenment, evil karma will be eliminated. The growth of good roots should be said to stay in the heavenly palace, and to overcome birth and death, to enjoy supreme peace and joy. Many treasures are many good things, representing unsurpassed wisdom. Therefore, the Buddha taught: "Silence is the root of all sins, wisdom is the root of all good deeds". Again: "In the past, there was a Buddha named Bao General Tathagata. If any son or daughter hears the name of this Buddha and develops reverence, he will soon attain arahantship." The Treasure of the General Buddha is due to his seriousness with the fullness of his body, so he attains the true form. The real prime is no sign, so the sutra is called the result of no birth (Arahant). This passage teaches: Those who respect this Treasure Buddha, ie directing their mind to the true form and formlessness, will soon witness the fruit of Arahantship. In the Vajrayana Sutra, the Buddha also taught: “All possessions of the mind are illusory. By seeing the current signs but in the mind does not arise the appearance of the next variable, the Tathagata will see the Tathagata." (1) Again: "In the past, in the past, there was a Buddha whose name was Ca. Sa Trang Tathagata. If any son or daughter hears the name of this Buddha, he will be freed from the sins of birth and death for a hundred great kalpas." Buddha Ca Sa Trang is a sound translation from the Pham Kasaya language, which translates to the robe of liberation. The Sutra teaches: Those who know how to put on the body and mind of liberation and enlightenment will escape the great birth and death. With this same idea, Patriarch Linh Huu taught: "If one mind is not born, all things will come to an end"(2), which the scriptures describe as being able to transcend birth and death in a hundred kalpas. Again: "In the past, a Buddha was born named Dai Thong Son King Tathagata. If there is a son or daughter who hears the name of this Buddha, then that person will meet countless Buddhas, widely speak the Dharma, and attain enlightenment." Buddha Dai Thong Son Vuong is a symbol of wisdom and enlightenment. The mind is expanded to cover the entire Dharma Realm, so it is said that it is great, just like a high mountain, only to receive the full light of the rising sun. A bright mind opens the door to the Buddha's knowledge, or attains unsurpassed Bodhi. Having attained the supreme Buddha vehicle, the sutras say: "Whoever hears the name of Buddha Dai Thong Son King, this person will meet countless Buddhas, widely speak the Dharma (great communication) and achieve the path of unsurpassed enlightenment. ". We see, not only the Earth Store Sutra, but all the Mahayana sutras help practitioners to receive and open the Buddha's knowledge in their mind. Especially the two Sutras Hoa Nghiem and Phap Hoa. The truth of the Flower Adornment Sutra is said to be like the light of the rising sun, only the high mountain peaks will receive that light (the first sun shines), which means that only those of superior capacity can easily receive their Buddha's knowledge back. The Lotus Sutra is said to be like the light of the sun about to set (the sun is about to return), and it also shines directly on the high mountain peaks, that is, only those with superior intelligence will receive their knowledge of the Buddha. Son Vuong also refers to the supreme wisdom (king mountain) of the Buddhas. Unsurpassed wisdom is the pinnacle of enlightenment, so it is difficult for low-level people to comprehend, for example, when the sun rises and is about to set, it will reverse the light on the top of the mountain, for example, for the new upper-level faculties. realize the Buddha's knowledge. Again: "In the past, there were Buddhas such as: Buddha Pure Moon, Buddha Son King, Buddha Tri Victory, Buddha Pure Name King Buddha, Buddha Wisdom Accomplishment, Supreme Buddha, Buddha Dieu Thanh, Buddha Full Moon, Buddha Moon Face, it is impossible to say all the Buddhas and World Honored Ones like that. All sentient beings in the present and in the future, either gods, or humans, or boys, or girls, if they can only recite the name of one Buddha, their merit is immeasurable. All Buddhas have the same self-enlightenment, so just reciting one Buddha's name (i.e. self-nature) has immeasurable merit. Because of the emotional intelligence of sentient beings, there are so many Buddha names. First of all, we talk about Buddha Pure Moon, which is an example for the pure moonlight shining on the full moon night, not covered by the clouds of ignorance. The mind is calm and steady like a mountain lord, so he lures the Foshan King. Prajna wisdom is like the bright sun shining unmoved by the wind, so it overcomes all light, so it entices the Buddha's wisdom to win, as well as the enlightened wisdom that surpasses the two sides. The mind is liberated, so it is no longer deceived by the design of the facility, so it is called Buddha Pure Name. With this same idea, the Vimalakirti Sutra ends with the Pure Name whenever Manjusri arrives, the basic knowledge of existence. From Duy Ma to Pure Name is the whole process of transforming consciousness into wisdom, and every time the basic wisdom flares up, the mind is completely pure, so it is called pure name. (4) Precepts are accomplished, concentration is achieved, wisdom is achieved. should be called accomplished Buddha wisdom. Reaching unsurpassed wisdom should be called unsurpassed Buddha. Only then can we hear the wonderful pure voice of the undiscriminating knowledge, that is, what we hear by hearing, we can hear the mysterious voice of the pure heart, so it is called the Buddha's wonderful sound. And finally attaining perfect enlightenment like the full moon, so it is called the moon-faced Buddha, or the fruit of the Wonderful Enlightenment (Buddha fruit). Sentient beings have countless eons drifting in the stream of birth and death, with many heavy karmic obstacles (committed five non-intermittent sins) (3) to create a long chain of suffering and sorrow with consequences: eating hot iron, drinking boiling copper water, being forced to feel like dying. There are times when living and dying, crying and laughing with a bowl of rice filled with tears in anger and choking, wanting to live can't want to die. But every time I meet knowledgeable friends, meet good conditions, and get help from relatives and friends, I know to return to my home and rely on my thick and well-stocked mind, and rely on my Buddha-nature; then the line of reverberation is immediately erased. The Buddha, for example, is a room filled with darkness for a thousand years, and every time a lamp is lit, that darkness immediately disappears. In short, the sutras teach that cultivators of liberation must remove self-grasping and dharma-attachment from the knowledge of sentient beings, to open up to the Buddha's knowledge. ie the seeing of the enlightened mind. Hearing the names of the Buddhas, speaking of the wonderful use of hearing the self-nature, should open up the mind ground that is thick and full of one's own. And every time you know how to live again with your awareness (deity), you will be free from birth and death suffering. Reciting the Buddha's name here is reciting the true mind or self-nature, so the stream of consciousness is cut off, only to escape birth and death. Therefore, the sutras teach that just by reciting the name of a Buddha, the merit is immeasurable. The conduct and vows of the Tathagata Tripitaka are to use the light of wisdom to save all sentient beings in the mind. Those who recognize and practice diligently will get rid of immeasurable suffering in many kalpas. Please know the practitioner. Notes: (1) Pham owns the generals of the class of the market. Weak views of non-generals, ie see Tathagata.(The Kim Cang Sutra). (2) One-pointedness is not born, all dharmas are instant. (The context of the book by Mr. Linh Huu). (3) Five innocent sins: Making the Buddha's body bleed, killing his father, killing his mother, killing Arahants, breaking the harmony of the Sangha. (4) Consumption of pure land, in the period of pure mind. (Vimalakirti Sutra). ☼ Summary of the 10th chapter COMPARING THE BENEFITS OF GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF GOD----- Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva asked the Buddha about the difference between the merits and the sins of almsgiving: First of all, we understand the meaning of almsgiving. almsgiving. Almsgiving means bringing wealth, strength and wisdom to distribute to people; ie includes internal and external talents. In terms of talent, bring clothes, blankets, beds, medicines, and food to make offerings to monks and help unfortunate people, or use your strength to do merit for others. ; it's called a contestant. Bringing good words to advise, dissuade, or preach the Dharma to the listeners to know the truth, in order to abandon evil to do good, to abandon evil to do good. or towards liberation and enlightenment, it is called experimentation. Bring fearlessness and anxiety to people; it's called fearless test. According to the Sutras, Volume 10, because the alms are not equal, the blessings are also different: 1.Giving a lot, but having little reward: Letting others drink alcohol or intoxicating substances, flooded karma, toxic. Or singing, dancing and singing for the listeners to give birth to grief and sorrow, it is futile without merit; On the contrary, there is also evil retribution, by causing the listener to receive more physical and mental suffering. 2. Giving little, but receiving much blessings: Bringing respect and kindness to the offerings, food for the monastic, for the sages, for the virtuous, so that they have enough means to diligently cultivate. onion; The gifts are few, but the blessings are many. Because neither the person who makes the donation nor the person who receives the offering does not commit a crime; but also many blessings. 3. Giving little is rewarded with little reward: With a mind of avarice, idleness, and evil, or offering offerings and expecting to be returned (10), or giving wrong views and non-believers, the less gifts are given, the more blessings will be rewarded. less than. 4. Give a lot and get a lot of blessings too: If the world enlightenment is impermanent, then develop the mind to bring assets to build a monastery, a place to practice, to make offerings to the Three Jewels; then you will receive blessings like the sand of the Ganges River. The more you give, the greater the reward. Although the giver and the alms give different retribution, but the giving is not equal to giving; So in the Sutra Upu Ba Tac teaches almsgiving to avoid the following five things: 1. Do not choose people with virtue or without virtue: Bringing an equal mind to help everyone. For sages, monastics, and virtuous people, they are reverent. For the poor, the sick, the sick, the lonely, they show compassion and pity. 2. Don't say bad things, people's mistakes: For bad people, people who make mistakes, we don't generate hatred, or go publicizing their mistakes; but must generate a good mind to find ways to make them happy and beneficial, and then slowly admonish them to give up evil and wrongs. 3. No distinction between class and family line: No distinction between class, religion, family lineage, resentment, superiority; Whenever they need it, I help. 4. Don't look down on the beggars: To the people who come to beg, we must be considerate, respectful, and help them according to their predestined circumstances. 5. Don't scold: For people who come to beg, I don't use aggressive words, scold or insult them. For this sutra, the Buddha taught us how to give and make offerings to have good results and great benefits. Here what is emphasized is renunciation of self-grasping and dharma. Because giving here means letting go of the mind of despair, Also called the perfection of giving, the Buddha said: "Now I am among all the assemblies in this Dao Loi heaven, and speak of the comparison of merits and weights about giving in Jambudvipa." All the assemblies in the Dao Loi heaven are allusion to all good minds, saying that merit is heavy or light, i.e. letting go of strong or weak minds. That is also the saying of the Patriarchs: "Great doubts will quickly enlighten, weak doubts will take longer to be enlightened, without doubt, it will not be possible to crush false consciousness" (2). First of all, the Buddha taught mutual help, in all sections of society, in order to bring love and harmony in life. 1. The first is to give material things to give alms, there must be four factors: One is to have great compassion: While helping the poor, the disabled, dumb, blind, sick, sick, Those who are suffering from natural disasters, regardless of whether the giver is a king, a father, a great official, a great bourgeois intellectual, a profit killer, a brahmin, etc., must first have great compassion. . Second, while giving alms, you must be happy to draw (happy discharge). The third is to humble oneself, which is to learn humility (humility). Fourth is to use gentle and lovely words (loving speech) and directly give or ask others to give it, then the benefit is equal to the merit of making offerings to one hundred thousands of Buddhas. The reason there is such great merit is because giving is not equal to giving. If the way of giving lacks the four factors described above, the benefit is limited to conditioned merit only. Thus, in order for giving to have great merit, the giver must let go of the roots of self-grasping. By letting go of the mind of self-grasping, that giving will be in harmony with the constant accord with the dharma-nature, ie attaining the perfection of generosity, the sutras say "by virtue of making offerings to the myriads of buddhas". With this same idea, Patriarch Bodhidharma also taught: "Accepting me is a birth sin, forgetting work is a great blessing". And if you give alms and make offerings for your own sake or only dedicate merit and virtue to your relatives and relatives, your blessings will be limited to the stagnation of existence only. 2.Second is: Building temples, monasteries, establishing monasteries, repairing Buddha images, Bodhisattvas, shravakas, Bich Chi Buddha, printing scriptures, making offerings to train talented monks to do things. If the Buddha Dharma spreads throughout the human world day by day, allowing all sentient beings to benefit from the Dharma Realm, they will enjoy the blessings of the Indra, and enjoy the wonderful and wonderful peace of mind for three periods of time. This is almsgiving aimed at spiritual benefits, by making the means of propagating the Dharma throughout the world. should make all times peaceful. That is giving or making offerings according to the Buddhadharma, so it is very beneficial. Because giving is the giving of wealth and effort to others, it requires the mind of the giver to open up compassion (great compassion). Therefore, the Buddha presented to him Ksitigarbha about the merits and demerits of generosity. Regardless of class, king, great mandarin, commoner, etc., if you still have a diseased mind, a high tribute mind, conceit, cruelty, hatred and delusion, cunning schemes, no compassion for people below, no respect for people above. , do not need to listen to understand reason; then you must know how to humble yourself and learn the right thing. Always cheerful and gentle, knowing how to speak kind words in order to save suffering and bring great joy (great compassion), the blessing will be to be the King of the Wheel of the Wheel. The sick mind is the mind of birth and death, the mind is in the dark world, so it is tempting to be poor, needy and handicapped. Now, saving birth by sending great compassion and giving to help, that is, by letting go of the mind of attachment, so the mind of birth and death will go into extinction, for example to make offerings to the Buddhas. Making offerings to innumerable Buddhas is to save immeasurable, limitless, boundless sentient beings' minds, or to relinquish without ability. By letting go of self-grasping and dharma-grasping, the sutras call it a dedication to the unsurpassed path, and all will become Buddhas. In one hundred kalpas of being the king of heaven, Pure Cu means returning to live with a pure king of mind, the false mind no longer arises, the two good and bad karmas no longer dominate, so the six senses are purified (for example, being the king of the six heavens). desire), no longer fall into the evil path, and no longer hear the painful voice of the words and words in the heart, eventually attain Buddhahood. That is the "Upper wish to lower" that is, above, to seek the unsurpassed Dharma to rely on, below, to save sentient beings, or "recollection of compassion" or "reflection of compassion" mean the same thing. Again, giving (renouncing self-grasping and clinging to the Dharma) not only has immeasurable merits and virtues, but also ultimately becomes a Buddha, so the sutras say that it is possible to dedicate unsurpassed bodhichitta. If you are not strong enough to push yourself to enlightenment, you will also be born in a good realm such as Brahma King, Shakyamuni, and Wheel-turning Saint King... Therefore, the Buddha said: "If you are in the Buddhadharma, you can plant a little good root. with a hair, a hair, a grain of sand, or a speck of dust, the blessings are inconceivable." Again, if a good boy or a girl meditates on the self-nature (Buddha image), or practices the six perfections (Bodhisattvas), or practices the practice of contemplating the cessation of the twelve causes and conditions (Buddhist Prajna), or If you practice ten good karmas (Chuan Wheel Holy King), your blessings will be inconceivable, and you will enjoy wonderful and wonderful peace and joy. Again, If there are good men and women who realize the unsurpassed truth of enlightenment (meet the Mahayana sutras), endure to listen to only one verse, one verse of sutras, and then develop the mind to practice, they will receive immeasurable and boundless retribution, ie beyond birth and death suffering. Again, if a good man or a good girl has the heart to set up temples, places of practice, and means of learning such as printing Mahayana sutras. Or repair the place of practice, as well as repair old and torn scriptures. If you generate your own mind, or encourage many people to develop it, you will be rewarded with great blessings such as being the king of small countries, or the King of the Wheel of the Wheel. That is the good fortune. If you want to receive great blessings and retribution, you must plant good roots in the Buddhadharma, or make offerings, give alms, or repair pagodas and towers, or print or edit scriptures, even with a hair, a speck of dust, a Drops of water also have great blessings. That is to benefit sentient beings with a selfless mind, the merits and virtues are inconceivable. And if they do it for their own sake, for the sake of their relatives, they will enjoy less merit. In short, the Buddha taught us all to learn in the way of giving above, that is, to be in the Buddha's Dharma and give alms, the merit is immeasurable; Because of giving, the mind no longer clings to the ego and holds the law. Please practitioners will tri. Notes: (1).Offering offerings to pray for children to buy or sell good luck, or to bless their children to win the lottery.. ☼ Summary of the 11th chapter The Power of the True Mind to Protect the Dharma ------ In this chapter, the Buddha taught about how to protect the Dharma, so the Buddha's scriptures should be opened so that the god Kien Lao appeared. . So who is the god of the earth? The god of earth is the god who rules the earth on which we live, That is, the scriptures allude to the power of stillness to master one's mind and ground. Kien is solid, ie only for the persistence to preserve the heart. Diligent labor is the force of mindfulness day and night to protect the true mind (contemplation, prostration, offerings to Earth Store). Because the true heart is the master of the dark heart, so as long as he is still dominated by ignorance, he still makes a vow to save sentient beings' minds. The deity or true mind has no beginning and no end, so the scriptures call that Ksitigarbha's vows are very wide and deep, and that he has a great relationship with all beings in Jambudvipa, or our hearts. As for Manjushri (great wisdom), Universal Virtue (great virtue), Quan Yin (great compassion), Maitreya (pronoun) refers to the four wonderful uses of the true mind (Establishment) that is used to save birth in the six paths, and every time sentient beings save their minds, their energy will also go into peace. death). Therefore, the scriptures say that the vows of these four great bodhisattvas are also fulfilled at some point, while the true mind (the Earth Store) has no beginning and no end. In short, if you want to protect the true mind (protector of the Dharma), you must have a persistent mind, a determined mind in dissolving the mind, only to have a day of enlightenment, to overcome the psychological samsara stream. That is merit. of the Earth god Kien Lao, or the power of the perfection of diligence. The merits of the Earth god Kien Lao of the Jizhong Sutra are also the outbursts of the Lotus Sutra, no different. It is from our own mind-ground that we generate the inner strength of the perfection of diligence to preserve our unattached true mind (for example, the Dharma is as wonderful as a lotus without attachment), and no one else is there. I can replace myself. The wonderful Dharma Lotus Flower is the mind that is not based, or is our understanding of the Buddha. Therefore, returning to take refuge in Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is also relying on one's own understanding of the Buddha. The Buddha said: "All grass, sand and stone, sesame rice, bamboo reeds, rice, and treasures come from the earth, all thanks to your divine power" means that everything comes from the earth. incurred. In the same way, in order for the earth-mind (mind-ground) to produce wonderful meritorious deeds, one must strive diligently to return to preserving the true-mind sustainably. If you lack patience, it means that you are now trying to practice hard work, tomorrow, being lazy to entertain is like a person who wants a fire but pulls a tree that is not durable, the tinder will never catch fire. The French making offerings, or flushing out self-grasping and law-abiding, should have ten benefits that the scriptures have said. By making offerings to Earth Store is the offering of the true mind, also called the constant agreement of the dharma-nature. Because of the dharma-nature, it is possible to eliminate knowledge obstacles and obstacles, and make consciousness and manna consciousness go into tranquility (completely ending nightmares). The god Kien working for the Dharma is the force of stillness day and night, not letting the consciousness and manna consciousness dominate to control creating karma; Therefore, the scriptures say, "He contemplates, bows to the image of Ksitigarbha, and reads and recites this prayer, so he finally leaves the sea of suffering and attains nirvana in peace." If there is a lack of the spirit of the Earth god to protect and uphold the Dharma, it is difficult to have a day to fully realize the original mind. Because of this, the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Dharma protectors, knowledgeable friends, and masters are only the initial helpers to help us regain our original enlightenment. Being able to come back to live with our own pure mind is due to our hard work and maintenance. This article speaks of strong energy to preserve the true heart, not to scatter. Please know the practitioner. ☼ THE 12th PRODUCTION STRATEGY FIND THE BENEFITS ----- 1. The Buddha radiated light declared: The light on the top of the Buddha's head is the display for the light of the wisdom of Prajñāpāramitā, ie. The first middle path is also the symbol of the pearl in the hand of Jizhong or the awareness in our mind. The pearl or the light of enlightened wisdom is perfect (leaving the two sides); and speak wonderful voices that also represent the pure voice of the soul (miracle sound), which is also the true meaning of the first true middle path. This chapter speaks of the great benefits of seeing and hearing without attachment of the Eight Orders, gods, dragons, humans, non-humans, etc.. That is the inconceivable things, because leaving the false consciousness. It is also the virtues to attain the holy fruit, such as the fruit of the ten places or the miraculous enlightenment. And every time the result of the miraculous enlightenment is achieved, the mind does not. still receding in the supreme righteous enlightenment, ie the deity of Earth Store. Seeing as it really is, hearing as it really is, but without creating a mind, establishing hope, ie practicing the first middle path, the first righteous truth. respect the true mind (Earth organ). With the same idea above, Mr. Linh Huu taught: "Van Thanh sees the beauty of the ordinary market, the price is perfect, the application is flawless" means: listening to the sound, If you see the shape without setting up the next variable, you won't get stuck on both sides, so it's fully applied. That is the art of "Counterfeit text of self-nature" of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara, so Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara requested. 2. Avalokitesvara requests: Quan is looking straight in, so the world (1), yin is the voice of the present. Awareness knows the current sounds without starting the mind more or less. If you hear a voice that awakens your mind, it is hearing the voice of an echo, not hearing it as it really is, so you should stay away from the hearing of the unchanging, timeless, and timeless present of awareness. Therefore, the Buddha Shurangama Sutra also teaches: "Seeing knowing that establishes knowing is the root of ignorance, seeing and knowing without establishing knowing (no variables of attachment) is nirvana." Avalokitesvara is "seeing by self-nature", so it is not influenced by false love, so it is also called Avalokitesvara. Avalokitesvara is the practice of self-nature, so in the Universal Gate, the Buddha taught: "You listen to Quan Yin's behavior, cleverly apply it everywhere" (2) ie, omniscient awareness, so it is also called the right variable tri. Sentient beings are guilty of suffering in thousands of billions of world systems, or their minds are controlled by false love, creating thousands of karma, so they always drift in sorrow, pain, and grief. Now the great Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara asks the Buddha to let him. explain the great deeds of the great bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, or speak of the endless miracle of the true mind in saving sentient beings. 3. The Buddha praised Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara: "You have great predestined relations with sentient beings in the Saha realm. To gods and dragons, sons and daughters, demons or gods, to sentient beings who are guilty of suffering in the six paths, if they hear your name, see your image, or adore you, they will praise you together. you, then all these sentient beings are in the unsurpassed path, and will never turn back." The Saha world is the world of sound and form, and the person who observes the present sound is Avalokitesvara, so the Buddha said that you have a predestined relationship with sentient beings in the Saha realm. Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara uses the art of "counter-writing, self-nature", that is, does not start the mind chasing sounds with words and phrases, but turns to use listening and observing. Because the nature of hearing is permanent and unchanging, we can protect our deity (Establishment). In the Universal Gate of the Lotus Sutra, the Buddha also taught: "Manual access to the body, mind is not too much, the ability to destroy all sufferings" means hearing sounds and seeing forms, but in the mind is not attached to the next variables. attachment, has the ability to eliminate all suffering. It is true that suffering is created by the mind, because there is no suffering that does not come from the mind. Mind creates heaven, mind creates hell; but the mind is also the place where the animals go to nirvana, so there is no nirvana other than the mind of the practitioner. Thanks to knowing the "self-nature counter-text" or relying on the self-nature and self-reliance (hearing your name, seeing your image: the text of the self-nature, seeing the self-nature), the hopeless love no longer drifts in the six paths of birth and death, and mind in the unsurpassed bodhi path, no longer regress. Because of his self-nature, he asked the Buddha to talk about the inconceivable things of Ksitigarbha. 4. Next, the Buddha talked about "knowledge of the self-nature" (seeing, hearing the name of the Earth Store), adding heavenly blessings (ie pure good mind), so he did not fall into the three evil paths. Of the six paths of birth and death, the highest blessings are in the heavens (good), and the most suffering is to fall into the three evil paths of hell, hungry ghosts, But every time you see the self-nature (see Jizhong's picture), hear the self-nature (hear the name of Jizhong), then add heaven's blessing, which means pure good mind and the animal mind that is heading to nirvana if you know how to let go of self-grasping and attachment. Dharma (offering to Ksitigarbha). 5. The sick and dying people benefit. The sick person is an example of discriminating consciousness, so in the Vimalakirti Sutra, layman Vimalakirti replied to Manjushri bodhisattva: "I am sick because sentient beings get sick, when sentient beings are cured of their illness, I will be healed." It is all hope that the mind will be free of disease. Ancestor Sangha also taught "Violence against the market, the mind is sick", starting the mind according to the opposite to argue with each other is the disease of the mind. Therefore, cultivation is the work of transforming consciousness into wisdom and nothing else. First of all, we know how to transform the discriminating consciousness into the wisdom of contemplation, that is, seeing by seeing, hearing by hearing, etc. v… without making a distinction. Thanks to the knowledge of subtle contemplation, the manna consciousness turns into equal knowledge (abandoning clinging), which the scriptures call hearing the title of Earth Store, ie "text of self-nature". 6. The false death is also liberated, ie ending the dream of Manna consciousness. The different mental seeds are due to the discriminating consciousness cooperating with the previous five consciousnesses (pre-five consciousnesses) when in contact with the physical objects, to create words and phrases in the mind, which is called opening dream eyes. (Delusions). Now, thanks to the self-nature of self-help (Avalokitesvara), should leave the false mind of birth and death, ie leave the six paths as mentioned in the above paragraph. And the dead are likened to closing their eyes in a dream, which refers to the seeds in the manna consciousness, from the seeds of the past (dead relatives), to the newly accumulated seeds. The seeds of good and evil mixed in A create different karma, so the sutras say "it is not clear where to fall, to be born in which world, to be born in heaven?". Now, thanks to knowing how to return to the thick and wide heart of the earth to rely on (painting, admiring, worshiping, and reciting the name of Jizhong), he is protected by the divine power of the earth mind (demons and gods in his life), and leave the seeds of evil (without suffering), eliminate calamities, and finally have the bodhisattva's head patting the prophecy, that is, leaving birth and death. 7. May great soon be accomplished: The great vow here is "Above the Buddha's path, under the salvation of sentient beings" of sentient beings (Bodhisattvas). On the pursuit of unsurpassed enlightenment, it is called enlightenment (bodhi), extending the mind of all sentient beings is called sattva, so the scriptures call it "cultivating the unsurpassed bodhi path (Anuttara samyak sambodhi) to attain enlightenment. from the three realms". If you want to do this, then a good boy and a good girl, hearing the name and seeing the image of Ksitigarbha (knowledge of self-nature), will wholeheartedly take refuge, or bring incense, flowers, clothes, precious objects, food and drink offerings, admire. pay homage. The sutras say that by returning to take refuge in the vast earth of the mind (King Tsang) by letting go of all the clothes of the mind, including a good name and reputation (fragrance, flowers, treasures), one vows to grow up soon, or work hard to achieve it quickly. achievements. Again, may the vast earthly earth be supported by the virtues of compassion, so that the manna consciousness no longer clings to the seeds of the birth and death stream (in the dream predicted by the bodhisattva). 8. Get wisdom: If you want to have great wisdom, you have to develop the mind to read and recite the Mahayana sutras, ie come back to live with your vast mind (Establishment). Must let go of self-grasping and dharma (offering to Ksitigarbha). One must keep the mind pure day and night (for example, leaving a clear cup of water in front of Ksitigarbha for a day and night), then the mind is pure (south direction), should leave the bad karma (alcohol, sexual misconduct, lying, killing). harmful). "In a dream (manna) saw Ksitigarbha appear boundless body to sprinkle water on the top of that person, when he wakes up from the dream, he will gain intelligence." The manna consciousness is the main motive for clinging to all the seeds, but every time you see the nature (Earth organ), the attachment is no longer there (it should be said that the body is boundless); was sprinkled with water to immediately leave the two sides and achieve the number one true middle path (the first middle path). That is waking up from the biggest dream of life and death, so never to dream again. With the same idea, the Phuc Hau said: "Don't let the water move day and night, the moon shines in the heart to become the color". 9. Accident elimination: The mind of sentient beings is always attracted by greed, so there's no time to stop. Therefore, the Buddha compared a thirsty person to drinking salty water, the more he drank, the more thirsty he became (not enough clothing...). There are many desires within reach that can be fulfilled; But there are also things that are out of reach, or greedy for unrighteous things (illness, many declines, separation of relatives, etc.) so suffering opens the way to overflow. It is true that "Multiple passions and sufferings" (wants to suffer a lot), should always make body and mind insecure, day and night afraid. Now, knowing that we will reverently return to our self-nature and treasure it (hearing the name and seeing the image of the Earth Store), those insecure minds will gradually be destroyed, return to peace, and eliminate nightmares. 10.Escape from danger: The world for life, for self (private matter), for the sake of birth and death should go into the sea of love with many ambitions of greed (crossing the great sea), either go into a maze of battle with many confusions of self-grasping mind (into the mountains and forests), so be swept away by waves of desire (great flood), or fall into a dangerous path (delusion). In short, for the sake of life, for oneself, should be controlled by greed, hatred, and delusion, causing them to fall into danger and suffering. Before entering the stream of life, if you know mindfulness (reciting the name of Ksitigarbha), greed, hatred, and delusion will not dominate your mind, and thanks to that spiritual power of mindfulness, those evil thoughts will not be harmful. guardian demon); If you have to wait until you meet obstacles, you will also overcome them. It's true, danger also comes from the mind, liberation and happiness are not outside the mind. Living in life, if you know mindfulness (reciting Ksitigarbha), then all internal and external obstacles are not harmful. Therefore, the Buddha said to Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara that: "Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha has a great predestined relationship with Jambudvipa." ie with the heart. Therefore, talking about "Knowing, writing and self-nature" is never ending, because self-nature transcends all thoughts. Returning to protect the deity (Earth buddhism) with "anti-text, text self-nature" (Avalokitesvara), so the Buddha said to Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara: "You should use divine power (literary self-nature) to save it. transmit this sutra, so that sentient beings will be at peace for hundreds of thousands of thousands of kalpas." The overlapping paragraph is intended to summarize the above meaning only. In summary, in this passage, the Buddha taught how to return to protect the deity (Establishment) by "counter-text, text self-nature" (Avalokitesvara yin), so you should escape birth and death, enjoy the wonderful and wonderful joy. Please practitioners will tri. Notes: (1) That is the displacement, gender is azimuth. Talking about the world is talking about mental-physical phenomena, so it is impermanent and not-self governed. (2) The hearing contemplation of the yin conduct, the good response to the departments, the ten directions of the countries, the non-killing, the non-existent body. Pho Mon. ---- THE 13th PRODUCT STRATEGY OF ENROLLING BEINGS TO TRADITIONAL TRADITION Why did the Buddha not entrust sentient beings to anyone, but instead entrusted him with Jizhong? As explained above, Earth Store is the Tathagata's own mind, so apart from his true mind, no one can save his false mind. Therefore, it is not possible for this person to recite the Buddha's name and cause others to be reborn. Shakyamuni Buddha himself, he also cannot make others reborn; but he only taught the Dharma. 1.First of all, the Buddha raised his golden arm to rub the bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, then praised Jizhong. The yellow color is an example for the middle path, and the rubbing is an example for leaving the two sides (no antagonism). If the mind is in the middle path of the first meaning, or the mind leaves the two sides, there will be inconceivable divine power, compassion, wisdom, and eloquence; ie sincerity is excellent. The perfect mind (Buddha nature) is the pure and good mind (for example, in the Dao Loi heaven), so the Buddha said: "In the great Dharma assembly, there are hundreds of thousands of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of kotis of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions of thousands of millions of millions of millions of millions of millions that it is impossible to describe all the Buddhas and bodhisattvas." As for the gods and dragons and their eight families, they are entrusted to Ksitigarbha (the deity), to make sentient beings free from greed, hatred, and delusion (i.e., the world of sensuality, form and formlessness), from the house of fire. , no longer fall into the evil path, completely escape hell. But the minds of sentient beings are uncertain, ie, the hopeless mind is always dominated by impermanence, and often follows bad habits, so when it comes to bad conditions, it will increase forever. And sometimes only a little good heart can be generated, but it is easy to lose the original good heart. Therefore, the Buddhas and sages have to split their bodies and transform them according to their conditions, allowing sentient beings to receive their original mind and live with it. So therefore, Purifying the mind and doing good is the merit of a sage, so the Buddha taught: "You must do good deeds in the Buddhadharma to be protected by your heart, and gradually be liberated." Or the mind is still led by karma, if there is a dispersion in the evil path but it knows calm awareness (reciting the name of Buddha, bodhisattva, or Mahayana verse), the divine power of the true mind makes the false mind disappear (appears to be boundless. body), destroy suffering (hell); make the mind pure again (born in heaven). The verse is a summary of the above meaning. "Using great miracles as a means" is an example for the wonderful use of awareness, so the mind is not attached to both sides, so it is said that miracles. 2. The Buddha taught like that, then the original mind (Georga) reaffirmed again: "If there is a good boy or a good girl in the Buddha Dharma, one mind and one respect, I will also use hundreds of thousands of means to this escape, Moreover, when listening to good deeds, thinking and practicing mindfulness, one abides in the unsurpassed Way and never turns back." In Buddhism, the mind leaves the two sides (non-dual), should say escape; It is also called the pure mind of good deeds. 3. Bodhisattva Void Tripitaka said to Buddha: What is Void Tripitaka? Void organ is the Tathagata's mind. Because the Tathagata's mind is like a void, but contains sum la ten thousand objects in it; For example, space has no property but contains the entire universe (space organ). That is the difference with the mind-only dharmata, because the dharma sign is formed by the conditioned variable, so the dharma sign itself is far from reality, and it forms a flow (samsàra) in the mind. In the same sense, the Madhyamika says: "Depends on the basis of the birth of the Dharma, the theory of the self means nothing, the heron's name is the false name, and the heron's name is the middle way": The possessions of the mind are all generated by the base - ceiling - consciousness, so we say no; also called pseudo-impersonation, also called middle-way meaning. The middle way means not being attached to fake names, so you won't be fooled by the concepts of false consciousness, that is, turning consciousness into wisdom. How much benefit does the Void Tripitaka receive from the Buddha about hearing the name and seeing the image of the deity? 4. The Buddha replied bodhisattva Void Tripitaka: If anyone sees and hears the deity, there are 28 benefits: One is good and evil (good is heaven, the evil scheme is dragon) often protects the true mind, ie not to let the false mind (seeds of good - bad) cover the original mind. The second is the positive effect of increasing day by day. The third is the accumulation of conditions for ascending to sainthood. Four is not rotten mind enlightenment. Five is no longer born hungry and thirsty mind (eating enough), because hunger and thirst is hopeless mind; and the true mind is beyond birth and death. Six is the disease is no longer. Heart hope is sick mind, so when the mind is out of hope, the mind will be free of disease. In the same sense, Patriarch Sang Xan taught: "If you are in conflict, you will have a mental illness": if you are in conflict with each other, you are sick. Seven is to leave the accident caused by greed - anger (for example water of craving and fire of anger - water of fire). Eight is not to be robbed of the purity and clarity of the true mind (stealing). Nine is the one who sees reverence. Ten is an indestructible delusion (devil guardian spirit). Eleven is to leave the mind of birth and death (a girl's body turns into a boy). Using the image of a girl to lure the hope of birth and death; As well as in the Immeasurable Life Sutra, the example is "Escape from the female body: that is, only for leaving the false mind of birth and death". There are many translators who do not recognize the hidden meaning of the scriptures, so they translate it as: " Twenty-two is no more nightmares. The twenty-three are all past karmas (the predecessors left suffering). Twenty-four is a good result of the past, so life is happy. Twenty-five is to be praised by the sages, as the opening paragraph describes, "The Buddhas are unanimous in their admiration". Twenty-six is a smart and transparent root. Twenty-seven is rich in compassion for sentient beings. Twenty-eight is the ultimate Buddhahood. 5.Again, if the mind is good or bad (heaven and dragon) every time you hear the original mind, you will get 7 benefits: One is to quickly witness the sainthood. Second, evil karma is destroyed. Three are the Buddhas to protect. Fourth, there is no more rotten mind of enlightenment. Five is the power of the growing mind. Sixth, they all know the past life well (have their own lives). Seven is ultimately to become a Buddha. 6. Buddha Shakyamuni praised and proclaimed the inconceivable great majesty of Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha in the Dharma assembly with the presence of indescribable Buddhas, great bodhisattvas, and eight sets of gods and dragons. in the ten directions. Shakyamuni Buddha is a symbol of water awareness, and Ksitigarbha is a symbol of original enlightenment, i.e. the water source is not dual (non-dual), so it is inconceivable. Heaven Dao Loi (10 good) rain innumerable incense flowers, heavenly robes, and pearl necklaces to make offerings to Shakyamuni Buddha and to him Earth Store, that is, the ultimate renunciation of dharma and self-grasping. Enlightenment (Shakyamuni) returns to the original enlightenment (earth place or deity). Offering here is also synonymous with constant dharma-nature, ie disengagement (rain or fall) is not capable, so good - evil goes into silence; but these are the ten good deeds (for heaven). That is the focus of the Mahayana sutras in general and this Sutra of the Earth Store. Please practitioners will tri. The complete explanation of the Geography Sutra.
