1. "Italy leads the dharma,

Italy mastered and created;

If you mean pollution,

Speak up or act,

Suffering follows,

Like a car, legs pulled".

 

2. "Italy leads the dharma,

Italy mastered, created,

If with a pure mind,

Speak up or act,

Bliss followed,

Like the ball, not leaving the picture ".

 

3. "It scolds me, hits me,

It beat me, robbed me "

Whoever hates that hatred,

Hatred cannot be relieved.

 

4. "He scolded me, hit me,

It beat me, robbed me, "

Without hating that hatred,

Hatred is relieved.

 

5. "With hatred to kill hatred,

This life is not possible.

No hatred to kill hatred,

21. "No distraction, way of life,

Release is the way of death.

No distraction, no death,

Being as loose as dead. "

 

22. "Know that difference,

The wise man is not distracted,

Happy, no distraction,

Blessed are the saints. "

 

23. "A person who practices meditation,

Often persevering effort.

The position to enjoy Nirvana,

Ace of supreme peace. "

 

24. "Effort, keep mindfulness,

Pure conduct, onions cautious

Self-regulating, living according to the dharma,

Whoever lives without distraction,

Difficult to maintain, difficult to photograph,

The mind makes the mind straight,

Throw out the water;

This mind is waving hard,

Let's parry the Ma forces. "

 

35. "Hard to hold, disobedient,

Follow the whirling sex.

Heal rather, subduing the mind;

Mind, peace to. "

 

36. "Mind is hard to see, delicate,

Follow the whirling sex.

The mind guard,

Peace of mind, peace comes. "

 

37. "Run away, live alone,

No body, hide the deep cave

Who can subdue the mind,

Escape from the Tied Ma "

 

38. "Whoever doesn't mind,

Do not know the true magic,

Intelligence is not a member. "

 

39. "The mind is not full of sex,

IV - FLOWERS  [^]

 

44. "Who conquers this land

Ghost, this heaven?

Staying without distraction,

Mindfulness, feet liberation,

The devil cannot see the way. "

Throw it on the big road,

That place a lotus flower blooms,

Aromatic clean, beautiful people. "

Defile, blind, mundane,

Disciple of Mindfulness,

Shining with Wisdom. "

Long reincarnation, fools,

The stupid one gives birth to brain,
