This story happened when the Buddha was in Ky Vien, involving the monk  Tissa .

In Xa-vi, there was a young man of noble family who became fully ordained, Venerable  Tissa . When he was still in the monastery in the city, was offered a rough cloth eight meters long. After the end of summer, the teacher came home and showed the cloth to her. The teacher thought, "This cloth is not good for my brother." She took a sharp knife, shoved the cloth into pieces, put them in a mortar to beat them softly, removed the coarse fibers, and woven them into a new cloth.

A few days later, Mr.  Tissa , who found the needle and thread, invited a few more teachers and some novices to know how to sew, and went to her sister's home and said:

- Give me the piece, I want to sew.

She took a fine nine-meter long piece of cloth and gave it to him. He refused:

- My other fabric is rough, eight meters long, this beautiful piece is nine meters long, not mine. Give the piece of cloth the day before.

- Teacher, this is yours.

She recounted her work and told the teacher to get cloth.

Master  Tissa  bring cloth to his residence, and find a medical garment. The teacher prepared the soup and brought it to the tailor, and when it was finished, it looked very beautiful. Mr.  Tissa  loves the new one, and he plans to wear it tomorrow.

But on that day, the teacher suffered from food shortages and died, reborn as a louse in his new robes. The teacher heard the news, kneading and crying at the feet of the monks. The Bhikkhu-stilts finished funeral, discussed:

- No one is going to approach  Tissa  when he is sick, this robe belongs to the Sangha, let's share.

The louse is in a panic:

- The teachers deprived my property.

And it screamed and crawled around the y.

The Blessed One sat in the house of incense, knowing what happened, called Ananda:

Hey Ananda, tell them Tang to split the seven-day split y.

False religion follow the teachings. At the end of the seventh day, the louse died and was reborn in the heaven of the Land of heaven. On the eighth day, the Buddha allowed them to share the y.

After the split, the monks spoke:

- Why did the Blessed One order Tissa  's robes for  seven days, on the eighth day to divide.

The Buddha approached the teacher and asked:

- What are you guys gathering here for?

And when the teachers told. He said:

-  Tissa  was reborn as a louse in her new clothes. When the men tried to divide him, the louse got angry. It will rebel against you, and will go to hell. Because of that I told him to leave. Currently,  Tissa  has been born in the world of the Where-rate, I have just allowed you to take y to divide.

Buddhist monks and nuns:

-World Religion, craving is a great suffering.

Buddha confirms:

- Craving is the big worry of sentient beings on earth, like rust that arises from iron, returning to corrosive to iron, craving that arises from sentient beings and sending them to hell.

Buddha says:

(240) Like lightning made of iron,

Iron gives birth to iron,

Also, too nutritious,
