The critical of Beijing comes from beneficiaries and analysis of a system of sixty-two cases , is set to include all perspectives speculate on two focal attention of key ideological speculation - the nature of the self and the world . The interpretation of these points of view is an essential step in the entire structure of Dharma , the first measurement necessary to shed light on the stance of establishing right understanding - the first element in the Noble Eightfold Path , the path to the end of suffering , the goal of the whole teaching . This sutra has woven the mesh of opinions and offers an appropriate tool to confirm any of these philosophical trends and decide whether it is best for the Dharma . Because reason , the model of the Brahma Net Sutra has been owned by the entire heritage of Buddhism later as means exactly makes dividing boundary between the starting point of Buddhism and the perspective of the system other beliefs . The sixty-two views mentioned in the suttas , become a standard category of commentaries and go on through works of philosophy in various stages of thought Buddhism later as a vehicle suitable for classifying types paganism .
Aware of the important core of the Brahma Net Sutra , a background literature glossary massive was erected around it, including a glossary term, a glossary side and a glossary vetted . Annotation this prayer consists in Sumangala - vilasini or Atthakatha for Dighanikaya . It was composed by the great Indian commentator Bhadantācariya Buddhaghosa (early fifth century AD ), on the basis of the ancient commentaries no longer available, he reviewed them and combined them into a unified text that has passed on to us today. Annotation is supplied with a glossary parts or tika unconsolidated Acariya DhammapAIa in Badaratittha (South India) in about the sixth century: works of Him DhammapAIa include two purposes : Explain difficult words and the point of trouble is in the legend . Monday is fully consider the positions given in the sutras, observing the inference base , the correlations, possible doubts , etc. In fact, the most interesting and valuable part of Tīkā is its surveys. often presented as a question or argument followed by a long answer or justification . But Tīkā head is often quite short in the way of expression , or the complexity of the string argument of it, causing meaning accurate paragraphs are sometimes hard to recognize . To correct this defect, a new commentary ( abhinavatīkā) for the first part of Dīghanikāya was composed in the late 18th century by the Venerable Burmese Nānābhivamsa . This revised work, called Sādhuvilāsinī , largely copied the contents of the standard sub- note but expanded and sharpened it for more creative writing, adding commentary wherever needed .
Office Pali in Tīkā difficult and complex , full of prose explaining interlaced, the arguments and figuratively . As the current work, compared to our knowledge , is the first attempt at an extensive translation from the Tīkā , we fear that some flaws may be committed. Because of the literature we have to be flexible when completing phrases and quotations in the original text, rearranging cumbersome structures. , logical transitions in inferences from sub- notes . We hope the generation scholar Pali in the future will continue to survey the Tīkā and seemed more aspects subtle about aspects of philosophical and psychological study of literary Pali into English.
The title of the work of the whole episode , "The Discourse on The All-Embracing Net of Views" (Beijing grid pavilion throughout the views ) is translated from several titles launched yet another in the ending theme of the Brahma Net Sutra .
