Lesson 17
TAM DISTRICT AND MIRROR (Pādakajhānavīthi ca abhiññāvīthi ca).
I. Definition. 
Pādakajhāna  is a term used to refer to the Five Precepts of the Five Precepts ( pañcamajhāna ),  pāda  means the foundation, which means  basic . This is the víthi-citta which prepares the divine powers to appear according to the will of the practitioner. 
The manifestation of the present message ( abhiññāvīthi)  is the mind that performs the act when he develops the divine powers  (iddhividha ). 
Letters  abhinna  is right from  abhi  + verb root  na , prefix abhi is paramount,  abhinna  is Win Place. 
II. Explain. 
The person who wants to show the power must enter into the mind of the mind meditation (pādakajhānavīthi ), this is the víthi-citta which forms the basis for the realization of power, the mind of the mind is obliged before the extraordinary powers arise.

III. Explained. 
1. Before showing up. 
The meditator who wants to manifest his energies must first meditate on the Body, praying that: "The Five Precepts of the Meditation which I have attained, start up in me". Then he took note of the project of  Kasina  (cannot use another country to present information).

2. Types of magical powers. 
Iddhividha,  miraculously, is the achievement of special abilities. 
In  Patisaṃbhidāmagga  (An obstacle to relief), there is a wide resolution of 10 types of divine powers : 
a)  Divine achievement by decision

b)  Divine achievements are due to transformation.

c)  Achieving divine powers due to the position of Arhat. 
As all defilements are close to the heart of the Four Paths, this is the achievement of Arhat. Where Mr.  Bakula  was swallowed by fish without death, or Mr.  Saṅkicca  was burned without dying in his mother's womb, this is the divine power which was accomplished due to the Four Dao's position being  born .
d)  Divine achievements due to intention.

E)  Achieving divine powers by the Minister.

f)  Divine achievements due to recitation.

g)  Divine achievements by karma.
As in the case of birds flying between uncomfortable damage, or some species of hungry ghosts traveling in mid-air, this is the divine power due to the result of karma. 
h)  Divine achievements through blessings. 
As King Zhuan Luan travels across four continents with four soldiers, or the head of  Jotika is  not robbed of property if he does not want to, or as Mendaka's family chief  , this is the divine power of accomplishment. 
i)   Achieving the divine power due to the power of magic (mantā) ,
As the magicians of pilots between nowhere. 
j)  Achieving miraculous capacity due to diligence.

The supernormal power in the mind manifests: 3 types of achievements are: Achievement by decision, transformation and intention. 
In the center of the manifestation of this message, refers to the five types of worldly flux ( loka iddhividha ), that is to say:
