The Dhamma Sutra (Central Business III) presents, a person with right view and righteous faith before dying can go to the Heavenly Realm even in the life that has created ten negative karma; on the contrary, a person who has wrong views and full of preoccupations before dying can go to hell, hungry ghosts and animals, though being born often creates ten good kamma. The presence of the righteous view of the ordinary person has such a great influence in the birth of life, and the presence of insight. 
Usually in terms of generals, the crime is accused if three conditions are met:
- Prepare to commit.

- Deliberate.
