Because if you do not stay away from evil, you can not be close to good and can not practice good.

Why? Because of the fact that good and evil are two completely opposite things, they can not exist together for a while. Every moment in the mind-set, the good is present, the evil is absent.

Therefore, just to avoid the evil, the complete fulfillment of the nature of good.

Emancipation is the essence of the Shakyamuni. Because the nature of the Decalogue is not only avoiding evil but also good deeds.

So, when a person lifes the Decalogue, must issue an oath: "As Bodhisattvas, eternally do not kill, but also bring life to all. I do not want to kill life but to bring life to all peoples ... " [first]

If, a person who lives in the Decalogue without effort "Grace," can not achieve the nature of the Decalogue.

The contentious nature is the nature of Bodhisattva precepts. Because Bodhisattva precepts are full of all three bar. And take the supplication of the world, lowering the nature of gender.

In the Bodhisattva Pham Hammam, the Buddha said: "Buddhists! If you kill yourself, teach others to kill, the means of praise, murder, or see the killing of fun, to kill beings with the word.

The killing agent, the predestined supporter of killing, the method of killing, the act of killing, to all sentient beings are not killed.

Being a Bodhisattva must arise from the heart of compassionate, hospitable mind, using all means to save all beings.

It was not like that, but on the contrary, self-indulging in mind, like killing beings, it is the bodhisattva of bodhisattvas. " [2]

Thus, the nature of the Bodhisattva precepts not only avoid or stop evil;Not only do we improve ourselves, but we must work to benefit all beings as well.

Therefore, Thang Man Phu Nhan was in front of the Buddha, emitted the words of life, vow to benefit all beings as follows:

"The Blessed One! From today until the achievement of Bodhi, not because of yourself, but to receive or accumulate property.

On the contrary, all that we receive receives help for all sentient beings. "

"The Blessed One! From today until the achievement of Bodhi, not because of myself, but the four French pilgrims.

On the other hand, because all sentient beings use the mind not loving, the mind is not tired, the mind is not afraid of obstacles to life beings.

"The Blessed One! From today until the achievement of Bodhi, if encountered beings who are lonely, sorrowful, sick, many miserable afflictions, then you will not be able to leave them even just a moment.

On the contrary, I decided to make them safe, because of the benefits, which caused them to escape suffering, then to leave.

"The Blessed One! From today until the completion of Bodhi, if you meet the hunters, vows to do evil and the transgressors, you will not ignore.

If there is enough strength, anywhere, children meet these beings, if they need to dress the children, if they need a photographer, the photographer.

Why? Because of the offerings and the photographers, the Dharma persists for a long time.

The Dharma has existed for a long time; the heavenly realm, the human realm, the evil ways of minimizing, is due to the capacity of transporting the Dharma wheel of the Tathagata has been transported. Because of such benefits, I do not renounce salvation and amenity. " [3]
The nature of the Bodhisattva precepts: It is the wish to benefit all beings, so the life expectant Bodhisattva gender, is the one who has the action to achieve that nature.
