The teachings of the Buddha  have helped us a lot of life, each lesson is a gem that gives us the opportunity to understand the world and make it a better place. The  teachings of Buddhism  have appeared more than 2,500 years ago, but now it is still useful and appropriate in the current context.
One of Buddha 's most favorite lessons   is: "When you walk, eat or travel, stay where you are. If not, you will miss most of your life. ”
This is true in all aspects of life. Could be something that you are doing, eating or somewhere you are going to. We will not be able to experience this life profoundly if we are not completely present there, at that time. We need to have the ideal mental and physical way to see how life takes place. It is a way to not miss a bit of our life.
During the 45 years of teaching, the Buddha gave a lot of inspirational quotes to his disciples. These teachings are not dogmatic and compelling, but he encourages us to study and experience it, so that we can make the most accurate judgment for ourselves.
Here, we have synthesized some of the teachings of the Buddha, to help us reconsider ourselves, perfect ourselves in the most positive direction on the path of traps, hatred and suffering.
1. "In the end, there are only three important things: How much you love, how peaceful you are and you have gracefully removed things that are not for you."
2. Buddha was asked, "What did you gain from  meditation ?" 
He answered, "Nothing!" However, let me tell you what I have lost: anger, anxiety, depression, loss of control, fear of old age and death. "
