We are all born with the potential for compassion, when we wish others to escape suffering and create suffering. We can develop that ability, to bring endless benefits to ourselves and others.
The best way to start developing compassion is to limit the scope of people who we meet in real life, through electronic networks, and maybe some animals. Gradually, we will practice to extend compassion to everyone: people who love, strangers, and even people that we really don't like at all. I will continue until my compassion covers the whole world , yes, even cockroaches!
Compassion has both emotional and rational factors. Emotionally, we need to appreciate the interdependence of all life on this planet. The global economy and all the things you enjoy like food, clothes, accessories, houses, cars, etc., come from the hard work of others. If not for others, we will not have roads, electricity, gasoline, water or food. This alone will make us grateful to others, a state of happiness that leads to what we call "warm love." The more you reflect on this feeling of gratitude, the more you will cherish the stronger one, as a mother will feel heartbroken, if something scary happens to her only child. I will be sad when others encounter unfortunate things, but not pity or pity for them. I will sympathize with them,
The rationale for expanding compassion evenly for everyone is clear, but that's something that many people don't even think about: everyone is equal when they want to be happy, and all Everyone is equal when they want to escape suffering and unhappiness. These two things are true, no matter who is close or distant from me, no matter what they can do. Even if they create a lot of harm, they do so because of ignorance, delusion and paranoia, because the wrong idea that it will benefit them, or for society, not because of them evil is inherently; No one is "evil" in an inherent way. So it is reasonable and appropriate to give compassion to them, because they don't want to suffer, just like me.

Meditation About Compassion
Practicing to develop compassion will happen at different stages of intensity. First, we will focus on the suffering of the people we like, then the middle people, then the people we don't like. Finally, we will focus on the suffering of all people, everywhere, evenly.
At each stage, we will launch three feelings:
At each stage, we will launch three feelings:
- If they were to be free from suffering and artificial suffering, how wonderful it would be.
- May they escape suffering; I wish for them to escape suffering.
- May I help them to escape suffering.
Then compassion contains the readiness to help others escape their difficulties and overcome their unhappiness. Compassion believes that difficulties can be solved, by applying practical methods, meaning that no circumstances are hopeless. Then compassion in Buddhism is a positive mind, ready to start working at any time to benefit others.
