Enlightenment means becoming a Buddha, the pinnacle of human potential and development, and that is the goal of salvation in Buddhism. That's what every living being on earth has the potential to accomplish.
Currently, we are not Buddha. Instead, we experience a difficult life and continuous ups and downs. We are stuck like this, because our mind automatically projects meaningless things to everything, and truly believes that is reality. I think that the way I act will bring true happiness, but it only brings misfortune.

We are stuck like this, because our mind automatically projects meaningless things to everything, and truly believes that is reality. I think that the way I act will bring true happiness, but it only brings misfortune.
Usually, I do what I want to do, but I don't think how much I do will affect others, because we think we are the center of the universe, the only important person. Such a way of thinking is inconsistent with reality: it is selfish and brings unhappiness to oneself and others. To achieve enlightenment, we must first start:
- Understanding your behavior has an impact on yourself and others, to avoid negative behaviors.
- Seeing how enlightened beings really exist, how not to be deceived and deceived themselves.
When we no longer believe in delusion in our hearts, we will also end suffering feelings such as anger, anger, greed and jealousy, because they arise from that delusion. We will never repeat impulsive actions, under the influence of negative emotions anymore. All this requires:
- Strong moral discipline to control unwise actions
- Centered, to avoid kissing or treacherous
- Wisdom, to distinguish between beneficial and harmful things, what is right and what is wrong
- Emotionally balanced, from cultivating positive qualities such as compassion.
Even having peace of mind from these things is not enough: we are still unable to see the interdependence and the relationship of all things and all beings. So we will never know for sure which is the best way to help people.
To gain this ability, we must become a full enlightened Buddha, when the mind no longer projects anything. We will clearly see that all existences are interdependent, and know how to help others accurately. Our body will have an infinite amount of energy, we can communicate with all beings perfectly, and our mind will fully understand everything. Compassion and concern for each living being equally will become very strong, as if every living being is his only beloved child. We will work for the benefit of others without expecting any return. Once enlightened, we cannot be impatient or angry, unable to cling to others or leave them alone, just because we are too busy or tired.
As a Buddha, we also have omniscient minds, but not omnipotence. We cannot rule out the suffering of others, but we can show them how to do this by teaching them and becoming a living example. In order to experience the full path to enlightenment, we need to:

- Building extraordinary great dandelions: maximum forgiveness
- Practice to understand reality: stop projecting meaningless things to the world
Perhaps enlightenment is like an almost unattainable goal, and difficult to achieve, no one ever said it was easy! However, targeting that direction will bring incredible significance to your life. When we understand the relationship with people, we will get rid of depression and anxiety. Life will become full, when we embark on the greatest adventure: achieving enlightenment for the benefit of all beings.END=NAM MO SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.28/2/2019
