Living in Harmony

To be an order in mind, we have to accept suffering as an integral part of human life.If we do not accept, the opposition, the more resistance caused me more pain, and then to find ways to evade. Escape suffering means trying to change others, change circumstances, work, or anything that we think is the cause of our suffering. Such actions can not help us eradicate suffering. Only it's a unique way to let go of craving heart-that's what the Buddha taught. Right now, we can only rely on the teachings of Buddha to practice. When suffering arises, we can clearly see that there was a desire, desire is not fulfilled. Find out craving for it, and then decided to let go of it, because there is no other way to escape from suffering. The more we can let go of a lot of desire, the more likely we are to find joy in the inner craving for breaking the inner self in us.Imagine we're singing a chorus, and suddenly someone wanted to excel on all, drowning out the voices of the people, and other people want to sing with faster rhythms. Communication With People

Ta is not only language expletive; which can be unkind words, quip, pride words, pride. All are wrong speech. By always self-examination, we can give them away, to purify the mind.
Right Speech means do not lie, do not talk behind people, do not say evil vituperative people, not nosy, do not speak in vain, do not induce this man spoken against others. I know Acceptable

If we want to be honest about his vision, to grow, then we need to be his own gentle mother. But every action, every thought, every word are conscious.
Doing so will help us to have a solid interior, but not far removed from reality. Many people desire, desire to have this solidity, but do not know how to express, let alone experience it. Living in vanity, living in fear, forever promising to never stop, do not allow us to grow introspective. Sense of security will arise when we can face yourself honestly, look others honestly, and to accept all.
Buddha said all sentient beings have seven characteristics: greed, hatred and wrong, chronic doubt, conceit, egotism and ignorance. While recognizing their existence in me, tell yourself: I know, I will self-modification.
Contemplative life often seems heavy, melancholy. No joy, it is often offset by outward. But do not be possible. On the contrary, we need to find the source of joy for the inner softer. Nothing worth the anxiety, fear, nothing too difficult. France means the natural law, and we are always influenced by them in life. When looking back, analysis, sometimes we see them really weird. We have strange desires, dishonest images of ourselves. Humans are funny -Right there vay- so what we do not see that aspect of yourself? It will make us more receptive to what we find difficult to accept in oneself and others.
A characteristic of life that we can not change it: life keeps happening. All we have to meditate here for a while (ND: Only those who come to study with a nun convent). But the outside world has known about? Life keeps going. Only the mind is known, is affected. When there is anxiety, disturbed, delusional, it's also a pain.But no such need. Let's just leave things as such. If we can change to see things happen with amnesty mind, then the mind will purify easier. That means we need to do, which is the purification of oneself, each person must do themselves.
If we can remember what I did, day after day, without distractions, persistent meditation without expect big results, pure mind will gradually come to me. As with everything, let the purity and such. When we remove the bad habits gradually, we will increasingly realize that they do not bring us goodness, any joy. No one does not want to let go of suffering. And gradually, we no longer see the need to do nothing more than worry cultivate the mind. Meanwhile, we know that the transition center has gradually formed. The only thing we need to do is to recognize and understand the reality of it. In this way we feel cute love yourself and others, because that is the job of the heart -to love. Peace Center
