Perspectives And Opinion

There are two ways to understand Buddhism: either absolutely or relatively. A relative is all of us must try to achieve concentration. On the absolute level, then there is none, the entity to try. The more we see every moment experience are worth our attention, even more diligent attention. No moment passed in vain, every moment is important, if we know how to use them wisely. Our mind becomes stronger. And just little moments that sufficient contributions into a life worth living really do.

We have two choices. One is that we are actually the sensual pleasure, is selected two strong path to help us escape from birth, aging, illness, death, escape from suffering. We need to have the courage to choose the path of Dhamma. Because if we choose the path of escape from suffering, we need to renounce attachment how, how transitory pleasures behind. Mindfulness is not just words or a sermon of the Buddha down, it is a meaningful mental state.
