The miracles in the life of the late Venerable Hai Hien.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH. The 20-year-old monk Hai Hien left home, his master only taught him a sentence "Amitabha Buddha". Teach him to always recite, he is really old, listens, really does, this Buddha's name has been recited for 92 years. The Venerable Master Truyen Gioi - Master of Venerable Hai Hien - after saving him, said to him one sentence: "'Namo Amitabha Buddha', you should always recite like this." Then added a sentence: "Once you understand it, don't talk nonsense, don't wave your arms and legs." What is the meaning of this "understood" sentence of the old Venerable Truyen Gioi? Is just enlightenment. After enlightenment, you know everything, but you can't say it. The gentle Venerable Hai obeyed, he really did, really had wisdom, really had magical powers, but he didn't reveal anything, there were no traces. If a person's mind is pure and his mind is pure, and even a false thought does not arise, he will understand everything in the face of the outer world, not only understand the immediate world, but also the past and future realms. Everyone understands, this is the so-called magic of money. Magical powers are based on the method of meditation practice, which has the effect of being free from obstacles, transcending the human world. The old monk had wisdom, some said he had supernatural powers, but the old monk did not reveal it even a little bit. Shaman An Chi said that the old monk did not think he had magical powers. In the end, does the Venerable Master have supernatural powers? Even if His miraculous powers appeared, people would not know. If someone asked Him, He would not admit it! This is a real old man, do you have to let others know? By the time everyone knew, he had already been reborn in the Land of Ultimate Bliss. After the Venerable Master passed away, Shaman An Chi thought back to his master's things that made him unable to understand. Shaman An Chi left home not long ago, at that time there was still a mustard garden in front of the monastery, now that garden has planted a row of fresh flowers. The cabbage in the garden is growing very well, but because there is no rain for many days, plus the high temperature for many days, the leaves are scorched by the sun. People in the village drying wheat in front of the monastery said that on television, it was forecasted that there would be no rain in the next few days. In the afternoon of that day, suddenly the old Master asked the magicians An Chi and An Vinh to dig a sewer together in the vegetable garden. How does Venerable Tinh Khong recite Buddha's name? Shaman Yin Zhi said: "Master, the weather is still short, the drought is about to die, what do you dig to drain the water?" The Venerable Master simply replied, "You dig." Shaman An Vinh also did not understand, thinking in his heart: It's so hot, there is no rain in drought, why dig a sewer? Shaman Yin Zhi said at a loss: "Master says to dig, then dig." Although the Indian shaman felt very reluctant, he did not want to make the old monk angry, so he also complied. So everyone grabbed a shovel and started digging. The farmers next to him saw and laughed at the shaman An Vinh, who was too stupid, and went to listen to the old monk's nonsense. Unexpectedly, on the afternoon of the first day, the sewer was dug, and in the afternoon of the second day, it rained heavily, continuously raining for several hours. Fortunately, the preventive work was done, the vegetable garden and the new monastery were not filled with water. It was a drought, so everyone had to dig the sewers, but the second day it really rained. Shaman An Chi admires the Venerable Master from the bottom of his heart! He felt that the Venerable Master was really talented, rich in experience, and very proficient in whatever he did. This time, the shaman An Chi is truly convinced, not like the previous times. The shaman An Vinh was still a bit confused about this, but his heart also increased his admiration for the old Venerable. In the summer of 2012, a few strangers came to Vien Minh Temple, hoping to stay here (that is, stay overnight). At that time, the old Venerable Hai Hien was also at Vien Minh Pagoda. Those people heard that in the monastery there was a high monk over a hundred years old, and they all wanted to go to see him. At this time, the old monk was lying on the bed resting, seeing that there were guests coming, he did not get up. If as usual, the old monk must be very happy to sit up and greet the guests, but this time his attitude was very cold. He lay there motionless, talking slowly: "My age is already grown, this monastery only has one person, An Vinh, but also a female, so our place is not hospitable, can't spend the night." The Venerable Master's actions made Dharma Master An Vinh extremely surprised, he really did not understand why the old Master had such an unusual attitude today. Then the layman who knew the situation well told the shaman An Vinh, who were spreading heresy. Outside the Vien Minh pagoda, there is an empty piece of land, where some vegetables and crops are grown, sometimes people walking on the street carelessly step on cabbage sprouts. Shaman An Vinh wanted to fill that road, at the right time there were two empty rice rollers next to him, so he pushed it over there. But the rice roller was too heavy, causing His feet to slip several times, the rice roller still motionless. After the old Venerable Hai Hien saw it, went over there, only to see him stooping down, just trying to move the rice roller to the side of the road. How does Master have such great strength? All of the Venerable's movements made him find it difficult to understand, magician An Vinh really did not know how to do it right. He and Dharma Master An Chi were the same, really did not think that the Venerable Master had magical powers, he just felt that the Venerable Master had rich experience and was deeply impressed. There was also one time, the old Venerable was able to help the layman Hoang avoid the calamity of prison. The layman Hoang protected the Indian shaman for many years. One day of 20 years ago, layman Hoang went to Lai Phat temple to visit old monk Hai Hien, old monk kept layman Hoang at the monastery for one night, but layman Hoang refused, saying he couldn't stay, layman Hoang had to stay. hurry home to take him to the army. The old monk said: "It is not a child in the house, and it can't be lost, why do you keep asking to take it away?" Old Venerable Master in any case prevented the layman Hoang from leaving, this was the only time in his life the old Master prevented others. It turned out that there was a murder case in Dong Bach district, the perpetrator was acquainted with layman Hoang, that day ran to layman Hoang's house to hide, seeing that there was no layman Hoang at home, he went to Chi Thu's house. On the second day, the police department caught the perpetrator, Chi Thu, who was a harborer of the crime, was also arrested, fined all eight thousand, and still had to spend a year in prison. If layman Hoang stays at home, the consequences need not be said. There were still a few times when the old monk himself was close to danger, finally turning danger into safety. After the Venerable Master passed away, once the shaman Dien Cuong said to the shaman An Vinh: "You don't know the obstacles he went through! We ordinary people can't even see the wonderful robes of the true Buddha!" The points that the old Venerable Hai Hien is better than others are that he is real, obedient, and real, so he accomplishes very quickly. Based on a saying that the Buddha's name is one-pointed, there is no disturbance, so he knows everything, but he does not say it. Why not say? No one can hear and understand, no one can do like Him. Therefore, He completely performed in daily life, those who can see can see, those who cannot see are useless to talk to Him, only causing trouble for themselves.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.1/6/2021.
