BASIC BUDDHA PART I - FORGIVE MEDITATION.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH. CAUSES OF SUFFERING AND 3 TYPES OF Kamma FORGARDING MEDITATION We practice Forgiveness Meditation to get rid of all feelings of regret and anger. Forgiveness meditation has three parts: asking others to forgive you, forgiving others yourself, and forgiving yourself. Before you want to write anything on the blackboard, you must clean the board. Likewise, before you can forgive others and forgive yourself, you must be forgiven by others. Sometimes when you do something wrong to someone, you feel sorry. Especially when meditating, you want to keep your mind pure and pure, but these regretful thoughts keep wandering in your mind, causing your meditation to be disturbed. Therefore, the first thing you must ask the other person to forgive you. Then it is up to you to forgive others for their mistakes. Maybe, someone does something wrong to you and makes you angry, angry, you also have to get rid of those angry thoughts to let your mind relax. You have to forgive people, if you don't forgive you can't meditate; Therefore, Loving-kindness Meditation and Forgiveness Meditation go hand-in-hand, if you can't forgive someone you can't radiate loving-kindness towards them. So, the second thing is that you have to forgive people It is also very important that you forgive yourself. Sometimes you find it difficult to forgive yourself. If you cannot forgive yourself, angry, angry thoughts about yourself will disturb your meditation. Therefore, the third thing is that before you can meditate on loving-kindness, you must meditate on forgiveness for yourself. Thus, Forgiveness Meditation is a prerequisite for practicing Loving-kindness Meditation.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.27/5/2021.
