Mahāsatipaṭṭhāna Sutta - Mahāsatipaṭṭhāna Sutta.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH. Like this I hear. A World Religion in Kuru (Long sentence), Kammāsadhamma(alkali iron talk) is the municipality of Kuru. Then the Ton called the Male-stilts — This Male-on stilts. The Female -stilts obeyed The BUDDHA. —TO TELL THE BUDDHA. The Religion theory is as follows — This Male-on stilts, this is the only way to purification for sentient beings, overcoming sorrow, eradicating suffering, attaining right mind, realizing Nirvana. Those are the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. how is four? The Male-stilts here, Male-stilts living contemplating body on body, enthusiasm, awareness, mindfulness to tame greed in life; live life contemplation on feelings, enthusiasm, awareness, mindfulness to overcome craving in life; live mindfulness on the mind, enthusiasm, awareness, mindfulness to overcome craving in life; living on the dharma on the dharma, enthusiasm, awareness, mindfulness to tame desire in life. (Body Contemplation) And this, the Male-stilts, how is Female-stilts living contemplating body on the body? The Male-stilts, here, Female-stilts go to the forest, go to the stump, or go to the empty house, and sit cross-legged, back straight and stay mindful in front of them. Awake, he breathed in; awake, he breathed out. Sighing deeply, he understood: "I sighed deeply"; Or sigh, he is wise: "I sigh"; or in short, he knows: "I breathe in short"; or short exhalation, he is wise: "I breath out short". "Feeling full body, I will breathe in", he practiced; "Feeling full body, I will breathe out", he practiced; "Peace of the whole body, I will breathe in", he practiced; "Peace of the whole body, I will breathe out", he practiced. The Male-stilts, such as the rotator or the disciple of the skilled rotator when turning long, intellectually: "I turn long" or when shooting short, wisdom: "I turn short". Also, the Male-on stilts, Male-on stilts sighed, Wisdom: "I sighed deeply"; or sigh, wisdom: "I sigh"; or in short, wisdom: "I breathe in short"; or short exhalation, wisdom: "I breathe short". "Feeling full body, I will breathe in", he practiced; "Feeling full body, I will breathe out", he practiced; "Peace of the whole body, I will breathe in", he practiced; "Peace of the whole body, I will breathe out", he practiced. Thus, he lives contemplating the body on the inner body or living contemplating the body on the outer body; or live contemplating the body on both the internal body and the external body; or he lives contemplating the nature that arises on the body; or live contemplating the cessation of cessation on the body; or live contemplating the nature of arising and passing away on the body. "There is body here", he dwells mindfulness like that, with the hope of leading to righteous thoughts and mindfulness. And he does not rely, does not attach to anything in the world. This Male-stilts, so is the Male-stilts living contemplating body on the body. Again, the Male-stilts, Male-stilts go, wisdom: "I go", or stand, wisdom: "I stand", or sit, wisdom: "I sit", or lie, wisdom: "I lie". How the body is used, that is how he knows the body. He lives contemplating the body on the inner body; or he lives contemplating the body on the outer body; or he lives contemplating the body on the internal body, the external body; or he lives contemplating nature arising on the body; or he lives contemplating Tanh Tanh completely on the body; or he lives contemplating the nature of arising and passing away on the body. "There is body here", he dwells mindfully so, with the hope of directing to righteous thoughts, mindfulness. And he lives without support, without attachment to anything in the world. This Male-stilts, so is the Male-stilts living contemplating the body on the body. Again, the Male-stilts, Male-stilts, when stepping back and forth, knew what they were doing; when looking back and forth, we know what we are doing; when stretching, when stretching, knowing what we are doing; when wearing Sanghati (Sangha), carrying bowl, wearing robe, knowing what he is doing; when eating, drinking, chewing, tasting, knowing what we are doing; when defecating, urinating, knowing clearly what they are doing; while walking, standing, sitting, sleeping, awake, talking, silent, knowing what you are doing. Thus, he lives contemplating the body on the internal body; or live contemplating the body on the external body; or live contemplating the body on both the internal body and the external body. Or he lives contemplating the nature that arises on the body; or live contemplating the cessation of cessation on the body; or live contemplating the nature of arising and passing away on the body. "There is body here", he dwells mindfully so, with the hope of directing to righteous thoughts, mindfulness. And he lives without support, without attachment to anything in the world. This Male-stilts, so is the Male-stilts living contemplating the body on the body. Again, the Male-stilts, Female-stilts observing this body, from the feet up, up to the hair, covered with skin and filled with different impurities. In this body: “These are hair, hair, nails, teeth, skin, meat, tendons, bones, kidneys, marrow, heart, liver, diaphragm, spleen, lungs, intestines, intestinal membranes, abdomen, feces, bile , mucus, blood, sweat, fat, tears, fat skin, saliva, mucus, joint water, urine ”. The Male-stilts, as well as a bag, two drum heads full of seeds such as rice, rice, green beans, big beans, sesame seeds, rice has been milled. A man with eyes, poured out the seeds and contemplated: "This is the grain of rice, this is the grain of rice, this is the green bean, this is the big bean, this is sesame, this is the grain of rice that has been milled." Also, this Male-on stilts, a Male-on stilts observing this body from the feet upwards to the hair, covered with skin and filled with different impurities. Thus, he lives contemplating the body on the internal body; or live contemplating the body on the outer body, or living contemplating the body on the inner body or the outer body. Again, the Male-stilts, Female-stilts observing this body on the positions of the world and the arrangement of the world: "In this body there is geography, great water, fire and great wind". This Male-stilts, like a skillful butcher, or a disciple of a butcher to kill a cow, sit and divide each part at the crossroads. Likewise, the Male-stilts, Female-stilts observing this body on the position of the precepts and on the arrangement of the precepts: "In this body there is geography, great water, fire and great wind". Thus, he lives contemplating the body on the internal body; or contemplate the body on the external body; or live contemplating the body on the internal body and the external body. Or he lives contemplating the nature that arises on the body; or live contemplating the cessation of cessation on the body; or live contemplating the nature of arising and passing away on the body. "There is body here", he dwells mindfulness like that, with the hope of leading to righteous thoughts and mindfulness. And he lives without support, without attachment to anything in the world. This Male-stilts, so is the Male-stilts living contemplating body on the body. Again, the Male-stilts, Male-stilts like seeing a body thrown away in the graveyard one day, two days, three days, the body swelled, dark blue, rotten. Male-stilts contemplating the body as follows: "This body nature is so, the nature is so, not beyond that nature". So he lives contemplating the body on the inner body; or contemplate the body on the external body; or live contemplating the body on the internal body and the external body. Again, the Male-stilts, Female-stilts like seeing a body thrown away in the graveyard, eaten by crows, or eaten by hawks, or eaten by vulture, or by dogs. eaten, or eaten by imitation species, or eaten by insects. Male-stilts contemplating the body as follows: "This body nature is so, the nature is so, not beyond that nature". So he lives contemplating the body on the inner body; or contemplate the body on the external body; or live contemplating the body on the internal body and the external body. The Male-stilts, again, the Male-stilts like seeing a body thrown away in the graveyard, with skeletons still linked together, still sticking meat and blood, still tied by tendons ... with The skeleton is still linked together, no longer sticky with flesh but still bloody, still tied by the tendons ... with skeletons that are no longer stained with blood, still tied with blood, still tied by tendons, only bones left stick together, scattered here and there. Here is the arm bone, here is the leg bone, here it is the tubular bone, here the calf bone, here the buttock, here the spine, here the head bone. Male-stilts contemplating the body as follows: "This body nature is so, the nature is so, not beyond that nature". Thus, he lives contemplating the body on the internal body; or contemplate the body on the external body; or live contemplating the body on the internal body and the external body. Or he lives contemplating the nature that arises on the body; or he lives contemplating Tanh Tanh completely on the body; or he lives contemplating the nature of arising and passing away on the body. "There is a body here", he lived in mindfulness as such, with the hope of leading to righteous thoughts and mindfulness. And he lives without support, without attaching to anything in the world. This Male-stilts, so is the Male-stilts living contemplating body on the body. Again, the Male-stilts, Female-stilts saw a body thrown away in the graveyard, only white bones left with snail shells ... only a pile of bones longer than three years ... only rotten bones become powder . Male-stilts contemplating the body as follows: "This body nature is so, the nature is so, not beyond that nature". So he lives contemplating the body on the inner body; or contemplate the body on the external body; or live contemplating the body on the internal body and the external body. Or he lives contemplating the nature that arises on the body; or live contemplating the cessation of cessation on the body; or live contemplating the nature of arising and passing away on the body. "There is a body here", he lived in mindfulness as such, with the hope of leading to righteous thoughts and mindfulness. And he lives without support, without attachment to anything in the world. This Male-stilts, so is the Male-stilts living contemplating body on the body. (Contemplative life) This Male-stilts, how is Male-stilts living on the life expectancy? The Male-stilts here, Male-stilts when feeling happy feeling, wisdom: "I feel blissful feeling"; when feeling suffering, understanding: "I feel suffering"; when feeling non-suffering without bliss, wisdom knows: "I feel inconvenient without bliss". Or when the pleasant feeling is materialistic, wisdom: "I feel materialistic bliss"; or when the pleasant feeling is non-material, wisdom: "I feel non-material pleasurable feeling". Or when the feeling of suffering is materialistic, wisdom: "I feel physical suffering"; or when the feeling of suffering is not material, insight: "I feel non-material suffering." Or when the feeling of non-suffering, bodily unpleasant feeling, wisdom: "I feel materially unsatisfactory and unpleasant feeling"; or when the feeling of inconvenience is not materialistic, wisdom: Thus, he lives contemplation on the inner feeling; or to contemplate life on external phenomena; or live contemplation on the internal and external life. Or he lives contemplating the nature that arises over sensations, or living contemplating the cessation of awareness on sensations; or live contemplation of arising and passing on sensations. "There is feeling here", he lived in mindfulness as such, with the hope of leading to righteous thoughts and mindfulness. And he lives without support, without attachment to anything in the world. This Male-stilts, so Male-stilts live on life expectancy. (Mindfulness) This Male-stilts, how is Male-on stilts living in mind? This Male-stilts, here, Male-stilts, with greed, intellectual knowledge: "Mind has greed"; or with non-greedy mind, wisdom: "The mind is not greedy". Or with a mind with anger, wisdom: "Mind has anger"; or with a mind without anger, wisdom: "Mind without anger". Or with a mind that has ignorance, wisdom: "Mind has ignorance"; or with a mind without delusion, wisdom: "Mind without delusion". Or with photographic mind, wisdom: "Mind is photographed photography". Or with scattered mind, wisdom: "Mind is scattered". Or with generous mind, wisdom: "The mind is generous"; or with an unpopular mind, wisdom: "Mind is not generous". Or with finite mind, wisdom: "Finite mind". Or with the superior mind, wisdom: "The mind of the highest". Or with concentration, wisdom: "Mind is concentration"; or with non-concentration, insight knowledge: "The mind is not concentration". Or with liberating mind, wisdom: "The mind has liberation"; Thus he lives mindfulness on the mind; or live mindfulness on the mind; or live mindfully on the inner, outer mind. Or live contemplation that arises on the mind; or live contemplating the cessation of cessation on the mind; or live contemplating the nature of arising and passing away on the mind. "There is mind," he lived in mindfulness as such, with the hope of leading to righteous thoughts and mindfulness. And he lives without support, without attachment to anything in the world. This Male-stilts, so is the Male-on stilts living in mind on stilts. (Dhamma) This Male-on stilts, what is Male-on stilts living on the dharma? This Male-on stilts, here, Male-stilts living on the French on stilts for the five years. And this, the Male-stilts, how is Male-on stilts living on the dharma for the five years? This Male-stilts, here, Female-on stilts interior has craving, intellectual knowledge: "Inner I have craving"; or internally there is no craving, wisdom: "Inwardly I have no craving". And with this unborn, unborn craving arises, he knows so; and with this born craving is ceased, he knows so; and with craving has ceased, the future no longer arises, he knows so. Or the inner side has anger, wisdom: "My mind has anger"; or internally there is no anger, wisdom: "Inwardly I have no anger". And with this unborn hatred arises, he knows so; and with anger that has arisen, is now ceased, he knows so; and with anger ceased, the future no longer arises, he knows so. Or deep inward deep kiss, wisdom: "I have deep deep kiss inside"; or inside, there is no deep deep kiss, wisdom: "There is no deep deep kiss inside." And with this unborn deep kiss that arises, he knows so; and with the eternal depression that has been born now to be ceased, he knows so; and with the constant lethargy cessation, the future no longer arises, he knows so. Or there is regret in the inside, wisdom: "My mind has regret"; or internally there is no curse, wisdom: "My mind has no curse". And with this unborn arisen curse this arises, he knows so; and with the curse that has been born now is ceased, he knows so; and with remorse cessation, the future no longer arises, he knows so. Or the interior has doubts, wisdom: "Inwardly I have doubts"; or internally have no doubts, wisdom: "My mind is not suspicious". And with this unborn doubt arises, he knows so; and with this birth now ceased, he knows so; and with the doubt ceased, the future no longer arises, he knows so. the future does not arise anymore, he knows so. So he lives to contemplate the dharma on the inner law; or live contemplating the dharma on the external dharma; or live in contemplation on the internal and external laws. Or he lives contemplating the nature that arises on the dhammas; or live contemplation of the cessation of cessation over dhammas; or live contemplation of arising and passing away on dhammas. "There are dhammas here", he lived in mindfulness as such, with the hope of leading to righteous thoughts and mindfulness. And he lives without support, without attachment to anything in the world. This Male-stilts, so is Male-on stilts living on the French on stilts for the five years. Again, the Male-on stilts, Male-stilts living on the French on stilts for the five aggregates. This Male-on stilts, what is Male-on stilts living on the dharma on the French for the five aggregates? The Male-stilts, Male-stilts, thinking: "This is identity, this is the color, this is decadent. This is feeling, this is practice, this is feeling away. This is thought, this is thought; This is the cessation of perception. This is practice, this is practice, this is cessation. This is consciousness, this is the practice, this is the passing consciousness ”. Thus, he lives to contemplate the dharma on the inner law; or live contemplating the dharma on the external dharma; or live in contemplation on the internal and external laws. Or he lives contemplating nature arising on the dhammas; or live contemplation of the cessation of cessation over dhammas; or live contemplation of arising and passing away on dhammas. "There are dhammas here", he lived in mindfulness like that, with the hope of leading to righteous thoughts and mindfulness. And he lives without refuge, not attached to anything in the world. The Male-stilts, so is Male-on stilts living on the dharma on the French for the five aggregates. Again, the Male-on stilts, Male-stilts living on the French on stilts for the six domestic and foreign countries. This Male-on stilts, what is Male-on stilts living on the French law for the six internal and external? The Male-stilts, here, Male-stilts knowledge of the eyes and knowledge of the rupas, due to these two conditions, history arises, he knows so; and with this unborn history arises, he knows so; and with the history that has been born now is ceased, he knows so; and with the history ceased, the future no longer arises, he knows so. Male-stilts wisdom and knowledge of the ears ... wisdom of the nose and wisdom of the incense ... wisdom of the tongue ... and wisdom of the body ... wisdom of the body and the knowledge of emotions, knowledge and knowledge of the dhammas; Due to these two dhammas, karma arises, he knows so; and with this unborn history arises, he knows so; and with the history that has been born now is ceased, he knows so; and with the history ceased, the future no longer arises, he knows so. So he lives to contemplate the dharma on the inner law; or live contemplating the dharma on the external dharma; or live in contemplation on the internal and external laws. Or he lives contemplating the nature that arises on the dhammas; or live contemplating the cessation of cessation on the dhammas; or live contemplation of arising and passing away on dhammas. "There are dhammas here", he lived in mindfulness as such, with the hope of leading to righteous thoughts and mindfulness. And he lives without support, without attachment to anything in the world. This Male-stilts, so is Male-on stilts living on the French law for the six internal and external countries. Again, this Male-on stilts, Male-stilts living on the French on stilts for the Seven senses. This Male-stilts, how is Male-on stilts living on the French parallels for the Seven senses? This Male-stilts, here, Female-on stilts inside have awareness, wisdom: "In my mind, I have concept of awareness"; or inside there is no awareness, insight: "I have no inner concept of awareness." And with this unborn mindfulness that arises, he knows so, and with the mindfulness of consciousness that has arisen, now he is a practitioner of knowledge. Or the male-on stilts that have inner turga ... sensory chi ... (as above) ... or introspection has sensory chi ... (as above) ... or inner consciousness has sensory chi, wisdom: "I have inner sense of consciousness"; or inside there is no discharge of sensory chi, wisdom: "My inner mind has no sense of discharge". And with this unborn awareness arising, he knows so, and with the discharge of consciousness has been born, he is a practitioner of knowledge. This Male-stilts, so is Male-on stilts living on the French parallels for the Seven senses. Again, this Male-on stilts, he lives on the dharma on the Four Noble Truths. This Male-stilts, how is Male-on stilts living on the dharma for the Four Saints? This Male-stilts, here, Male-stilts like real wisdom: "This is Suffering"; as the real wisdom: "This is Suffering"; as real wisdom: "This is Suffering and Cessation"; as real wisdom: "This is the Way to Cessation". Thus, he lives to contemplate the dharma on the inner law; or live contemplating the dharma on the external dharma; or live in contemplation on the internal and external laws. Or he lives contemplating the nature that arises on the dhammas; or live contemplating the cessation of cessation on the dhammas; or live contemplation of arising and passing on dhammas. "There are dhammas here", he lived in mindfulness like that, with the hope of leading to righteous thoughts and mindfulness. And he lives without support, without attachment to anything in the world. This Male-stilts, so is Male-on stilts living on the dharma for the Four Noble Truths. (Conclude) This Male-stilts, who practice these Four Foundations of Mindfulness for seven years, he can witness one of the following two results: One is righteousness in the present, or if there is residual y Incomplete results. Hey, monks, no need for seven years, a person practicing these Four Foundations of Mindfulness in six years, in five years, in four years, in three years, in two years, in a year, he may witness one of the following two results: One is the right now Chief Justice, or if there is residual y, then the results of Imperfections. Hey, monks, no need for a year, a person practicing these Four Foundations of Mindfulness for seven months, he can witness one of the following two results: One is right now, or if Also useful residual medicine, the result is incomplete. The monks, without needing anything seven months, a person who practices these Four Foundations of Mindfulness for six months, in five months, for four months, for three months, in two months, in one month, for half a month, he can prove one of the following two results: One is the right now Chief Justice, or if there is residual y, then the results of Imperfections. Hey, monks, don't need anything for half a month, a person who practices these Four Foundations of Mindfulness for seven days can witness one of the following two results: One is the right of righteousness in the present, the other if Also useful residual medicine, the result is incomplete. This Male-stilts, this is the only path leading to purification for sentient beings, overcoming sorrow, eliminating suffering and suffering, achieving Right Mind, realizing Nirvana. Those are the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. The Religion preached like that. The Female-stilts rejoice, believing the teachings of the World Religion.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.20/4/2021.
