Lesson 12: CHAPTER HAPPY COMPETITION.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.

1. HE HIEN IMPROVED PRIME MINISTER QUESTION

When Hien Thien Thu Bodhisattva in the assembly stood up, walked around the right side of the Buddha three times, then knelt and clasped his hands and said,

- Venerable Mahā Bi Bi Bi Thế Thế Thế ngài Tôn ngài, he did for us and the beings of the next generation, widely taught us to understand the inconceivable things.

Mr. Hien Thien-Thu Bodhisattva, sometimes like that three times, respectfully bowed to Buddha and then returned.

THE SOLUTION

This passage has two parts:

a. Mr. Hien Thien-Thu Bodhisattva praised Buddha, because beings explain the inconceivable things

b. Bodhisattva asked Phap five things

1. What is the name of this sutta?

2. How to maintain?

3. What merit will sentient beings cultivate according to this sutta?

4. How to protect those who maintain this sutta?

5. In what position is the discourse spread?

2. BUDDHISM BUDDHISM, BUDDHISM PRIME MINISTER

At that time, the Buddha blessed Hien Thien Thu Bodhisattva and taught:

- Hey Thien nam, very good and very precious! He because of the Bodhisattvas and sentient beings, asking the Tathagata the name of the sutta and the merit of this sutta, you should listen carefully to my instructions.

THE SOLUTION

Because he wanted to let the French rains wash the beings of the next life, Mr. Hien Thien Thu Bodhisattva stood up and asked Buddha about the maintenance and propagation of this sutta. At this stage, Buddha praised Mr. Hien Thien Thu and said that he must listen to the Buddha's teachings carefully.

3. BUDDHIST THIS SITUATION

- Hey Thien nam! This sutta is not alone, but the Buddhas in the ten directions as many as hundreds of thousands of times the number of sands of the Song River, all say this sutta. The Buddha in 3 generations are protecting this sutta. The ten directions of Bodhisattva take refuge in this business. This sutta is the eye of the 12 scriptures. This sutta has 5 names:

1. Dai Phuong Quang Vien Giac Da La Ni experience.

2. Tu Da La Lieu means business.

3. The secret of the Noble Eight Sisters.

4. Tathagata decides the economic world.

5. Tathagata nature by nature difference.

You must wholeheartedly honor this prayer.

THE SOLUTION

This sutta talks about nature "Vien Giac". The enlightened person enters into enlightenment nature, becomes a Buddha, and he doesn't realize the time of being beings.

The purpose of the Buddha's birth was that sentient beings became Buddhas, but sentient beings who entered Vien Giac became Buddha. Therefore, every day the Buddha was born, he said Vien Giac.

Because Vien Giac experience is so precious, the Tathagata in 3 generations often preserve and protect this sutta. The ten directions of Bodhisattva also take refuge in this business, because this medicine is the intention of nature.

The Buddha's teachings are many, but in summary they are divided into 12 suttas, that is, 12 types of sutras. Every sutta is aimed at teaching sentient beings to become Buddhas; If you want to become Buddha, you must enter Vien Giac. So this business "eye contact" of the 12 economic.

" 12 Sets of Sutras ": Buddha's sermon was born 40 years ago, in summary there are 3 organs: Sutta, Law, and Abhidharma; divided into 12 sets, that is, 12 types.

There is a verse of 12 scriptures:

Changshu, Changshu and She Run

For example, Nhon predestined with Theory

The duty of birth, the duty, The property

Phuong quang, Comment and Goodbye

This sutta has many virtues and many uses so there are many names:

a. Dai Phuong Quang Vien Giac Da La Ni experience

Tanh Vien Giac Quang Phuong covered and preserved the Dharma.

"Da La Ni", Chinese translation is "General Tri": Covering and preserving. Da La Ni  has four things:

1. Dharma La Ni : Only one word, a title or a sentence, that covers all words, all titles and all sentences.

2. Nghia Da La Ni: As Chon said, Duy Duy, Duy consciousness, French world, etc. all captured the difference.

3. Ðàà Ni

4. Uncle Da La Ni : That is the mantra. Because the practitioner focuses on the spirit of reciting the mantra, there is the power to make the practitioner realize his vow.

b. "Tu Da La Lieu Nghia" . The word "Tu Da La", the ship translates as "Khế kinh". Means this business with the truth and the basis of beings.

The word "Willow": The meaning is ultimately correct. There are two types of Buddhist sutras:

1. The Willow Nghia is the Buddhist scriptures depending on the country, depending on the time and base, but the means speak out, such as the Hinayana, the meaning is not final.

2. Willow Nghia is the ultimate set of righteous Sutras. Buddha said the truth is not available depending on the time and so on. This "Vien Giac" sutta belongs to the Willow.

c. "The secret of Vương Tam Sội" . The word "Tam black" means "Tam ma ge", Chinese translation:

1. Maintenance

2. Right concentration

3. Acceptance

4. Right Thought

Vien Gioi eighty higher than the Three Noble Truths so called "King" (King).

Cryptograph". Dharma Triangle Triangle, only Buddha can fully understand; In addition, as beings of the time did not know, until the level of feeling Bodhisattva can not penetrate, so it is said to be "secret".

d. "Tathagata decides the economic world" . Vien Giac realm's only virtue Tathagata new decision to enter. From frustrating feeling of Bodhisattva or lower, in the certificate bridge, should not be decided.

e. "Tathagata nature by nature difference . " The word "Tathagata", meaning "Tathagata" is still in the slopes. By the illusory hope not far ly. Awareness has not been discovered. Meaning "the fruit of the Tathagata" is also hidden in the mind of beings; ie nature also known Vien Giac slippery.

The word "Nature": Tanh Vien Giac, although in ambition, remains pure and unchanging, so it is called "nature".

The word "Differences": Tanh Vien Giac depending on the appearance of the other false law, so called "differences".

4. BUDDHISM SUCCESS THIS Sutra

- Hey Thien nam! This business talks about the realm of Tathagata, so only the Buddha knows, and the Bodhisattvas and sentient beings of the next life, only follow this practice to return to the Buddha.

Hey Thien nam! This sutra is called "Mahayana Mahayana". The new muscle beings may be due to this enlightenment. This sutta also conveys sentient beings to the monastic institution. Therefore, this sutra is like the sea, with no mercy on small rivers. As big as Asura and as small as a mosquito, drinking sea water is full.

Hey Thien nam! Suppose someone used all 7 treasures, filled with the world's great heavenly, to give alms; his merit is very great, but he is not equal to someone who hears this name, until he hears only one sentence, his merit more.

Hey Thien nam! Suppose there are teachers who cultivate austerities to witness the results of Arhat hundreds of times the sand of the Ganges River, but not equal to those who say this sermon, until very little is only preaching half a verse, merit of the people much later.

Hey Thien nam! If someone who hears this sutta does not doubt it, then one knows that he has planted blessings not only in one Buddha's life, or two Buddha lives, but he has cultivated wholesome roots from many Buddha's life, like the number of Ganges sands; so now I hear about this sutta or believe in it.

THE SOLUTION

This section has 5 parts:

I. This sutta talks about Vien Giac, so only a new Buddha or insight, and from the Bodhisattva or lower just follow this practice only.

II. This business belongs to the Mahayana, so it is very suitable for those who are the Mahayana. This business also continues the basic level of Theravada shop; like the sea does not yield to the rivers. All sentient beings as big as A Tu La (example of Mahayana) are as small as mosquitoes (example of the Hinayana) drinking seawater are full.

"Felling spears" . Mr. Hien Thu divided the Tripitaka of Buddha into five periods:

1. Primary (Hinayana)

2. Just (Mahayana Mahayana)

3. They (Mahayana eventually)

4. Felling (Mahayana Buddhism - The word "Felling" is quick and fast)

5. Vienna (Mahayana fullness)

Mr. Thien Thai again divided into four times:

1. Organ (Theravada)

2. Information (Information to Mahayana)

3. Special (Special Mahayana)

4. Vienna (Mahayana teacher) 

III. The Buddha taught people to maintain this sutta, the merit is much greater than that of giving. The user of the seven treasures touched all the heavenly world, giving alms to sentient beings, his merit is great, but it belongs to the illegitimate possession, so he only enjoys it for a while and then ends. Not equal to the person who hears this name, until only one sentence is heard, though it is few, but it has sown pure, contraband seed, sooner or later, how much fruit is unlucky, so you are more talented.

IV. Teachers of this sutta, more merit than teachers of countless Second row. Because teachers of countless witnesses of the Second Vehicle, the merit is large, but it belongs only to the Hinayana, so it is not equal to the one according to the Willow Mahayana teaching a sentence or a poem, making people enlightened. Vien Giac, sooner or later he decided to become a Buddha. For example, stars are many, but not as bright as a moon.

V. The person who hears this sutta generates joy, admiration and trust, without doubt, and knows that this person has planted the Mahayana seed from many Buddha generations.

5. BUDDHIST DISCIPLES MUST PROTECT THIS PEOPLE

- Hey Thien nam! You must protect those who practice the Dharma, do not let the evil and the pagan species disturb the mind of the austerities, making them rotten.

THE SOLUTION

At the Dharma, they are very devious, deviant monks, or disturb the spiritual practitioners. If you do not protect and preserve, then you will be harmed by ghosts, and then have to be discouraged.

6.  THE SPIRITUAL PRAYERS PROTECT PROTECTED PRACTICE

At that time in the conference, there were eighty thousand gods of Kim Cang such as Fire Head Kim Cang, Toai Kim Cang, Ni Lam and Mrs. Kim Cang, along with their immediate followers, who stood up and walked around the right side of the Buddha three times, and respectfully bowed to Buddha and said,

- White World Religion! If the sentient beings of the next life, whoever maintains this Mahayana sutras, we vow to protect him as keeping the eye in contact; Until this ashram's place of spiritual practice, we also vowed to bring all the soldiers there, early in the afternoon to protect them, so they did not rot. In this man's house, where there is no obstacle, the sicknesses are all gone, of the rich treasures, which are often in need.

At that time, Mr. Dai Pham Vuong and 28 Thien Vuong, together with Mr. Tu Di Son Vuong and Ho Quoc Thien Vuong, etc. all stood up and walked around the right side of the Buddha three times, respectfully bowed to the Buddha and said,

- White Blessed One! We also vow to protect the people who maintain this sutra, and it is usually safe and the mind doesn't regress.

Then there was the Great Demon King, whose name was Sand Table Tea, along with 10,000 Demon Lord, stood up and walked around the right side of Buddha three times, then bowed to the Buddha and said,

- White Blessed One! We also vow to protect the life of this sutta early, making them not regress. In the place of the tenant, in about a week (10 miles) if any demons come to this realm, we will smash it like a mote.

At that time, all of them were Bodhisattvas, Thien Long, Demons, kin of the 8 sets of Demons and Deities, Pham Vuong etc.

THE SOLUTION

This 12th chapter is about spreading the word. Audience in the conference, from the great Bodhisattva below to them demons, listen to the Buddha say this sutta, from the first chapter is Chapter Van Man, until the 11th chapter is Chapter Vien Giac, all took do extremely valuable, benefit for infinite beings, should rejoice, rejoice and serve. Therefore, all the gods have vowed to protect the sutras and thoroughly support the life of the people reciting this chant.
