    The most recent incident was in Taiwan in March 2014, when an old lady, when she ate fish, accidentally swallowed the whole fishhook and had to go to the emergency hospital. Doctors removed a fishing hook and 13cm long fishing line from an elderly lady's esophagus in Tainan City, Taiwan. Reportedly, her grandson went fishing the day before. The next day, when the old lady had dinner with fish, she had a rare accident.
