Ten Method of Cultivation.

4. Linguistic Review It
means to say good-natured harmony. Spoken words can only moderate, browse-lost when the mind is really peaceful. Therefore, we have to do attitude not fight: no dispute with anyone; Anything, be ready to accept the error, give up. Do not fight, do not defend yourself. When our minds do not see who is the enemy, no opinion about anyone, nor do you think that you are good or the way you work is unique right, you are very easy to live in, peace.

5. Language all the time
ie say the right time. Co-teaches that when talking, take a look at the opponent. If people are uncomfortable, do not want to hear, do not talk, do not say. When the opponent is not paying attention, busy, talking, do not interrupt, do not say. Knowing the enemy does not like, do not want to hear a topic, do not bring it out to talk, discuss. Knowing the enemy does not have time to talk, do not long. The ineffectiveness, the nonsense, the secular, the cultivator should not say.

The monk, if he likes to talk about the world-story, the dispute, private benefits, only the home-made people despise and just quoting. Just say things that make the listener start believing, tell the mind-body, or solve the deadlock and worry-brain in life. Should be consistent-moment-muscle, personality-then say.

6. Mind impassive

e / Sleeping: Or rather, enjoyment, joy, lazyness, sitting for a day. When this pleasures become addictive, it is even more dangerous, for example, today many people drink, drink, gamble, play computer or watch movies, etc. Five things need to be kept away.

10. An immovable
