3) -- Bạch Thế Tôn, có một pháp nào được tu tập, được làm cho sung mãn, làm cho viên mãn bốn pháp? Bốn pháp được tu tập, được làm cho sung mãn, làm cho viên mãn bảy pháp? Bảy pháp được tu tập, được làm cho sung mãn, làm cho viên mãn hai pháp?

19) Trong khi Tỷ-kheo, này Ananda, "Quán vô thường, tôi sẽ thở vô", vị ấy tập. "Quán vô thường, tôi sẽ thở ra", vị ấy tập. "Quán ly tham, tôi sẽ thở vô", vị ấy tập. 21) Tu tập như thế nào, này Ananda, làm cho sung mãn như thế nào, bốn niệm xứ làm cho viên mãn bảy giác chi?
22) Trong khi, này Ananda, Tỷ-kheo trú, quán thân trên thân, niệm được an trú; khi ấy, này Ananda, Tỷ-kheo có niệm, không phải thất niệm. Trong khi, này Ananda, Tỷ-kheo an trú niệm, không phải thất niệm, thời niệm giác chi, đối với Tỷ-kheo ấy được thành tựu. Trong khi, này Ananda, Tỷ-kheo tu tập niệm giác chi, niệm giác chi được Tỷ-kheo tu tập đi đến viên mãn. Vị ấy trú chánh niệm như vậy, với trí tuệ quyết trạch, tư sát, thành tựu quán pháp ấy.
23) Trong khi, này Ananda, Tỷ-kheo sống chánh niệm như vậy, với trí tuệ quyết trạch, tư sát và đi đến quán sát ấy; khi ấy, này Ananda, trạch pháp giác chi bắt đầu phát khởi trong Tỷ-kheo ấy. 24) Trong khi, này Ananda, Tỷ-kheo với trí tuệ quyết trạch, tư sát và thành tựu quán sát pháp ấy, thời tinh tấn, không thụ động phát khởi trong Tỷ-kheo ấy. Trong khi Tỷ-kheo tu tập tinh tấn giác chi; khi ấy, nhờ tu tập, tinh tấn giác chi đi đến viên mãn. Với vị có tinh cần, có tinh tấn, hỷ không liên hệ đến vật chất khởi lên.
25) Trong khi, này Ananda, Tỷ-kheo tinh cần, tinh tấn, hỷ không liên hệ đến vật chất khởi lên; khi ấy, hỷ giác chi bắt đầu phát khởi trong Tỷ-kheo ấy. Trong khi Tỷ-kheo tu tập hỷ giác chi; khi ấy, nhờ tu tập, hỷ giác chi đi đến viên mãn. Với vị có ý hoan hỷ, thân được khinh an, tâm được khinh an.
26) Trong khi, này Ananda, Tỷ-kheo với ý hoan hỷ, thân được khinh an, tâm được khinh an; khi ấy, khinh an giác chi bắt đầu phát khởi trong Tỷ-kheo ấy. Trong khi Tỷ-kheo tu tập khinh an giác chi; khi ấy, nhờ tu tập, khinh an giác chi đi đến viên mãn. Với vị có thân khinh an, lạc hiện hữu. Với vị có lạc, tâm được định tĩnh.
27) Trong khi, này Ananda, Tỷ-kheo có tâm khinh an, được an lạc, tâm được định tĩnh; khi ấy, này các Tỷ-kheo, định giác chi bắt đầu phát khởi trong Tỷ-kheo ấy. Trong khi, Tỷ-kheo tu tập định giác chi; khi ấy, định giác chi, nhờ tu tập, đi đến viên mãn. Vị ấy với tâm định tĩnh như vậy, khéo trú xả nhìn sự vật.
28) Trong khi, này Ananda, Tỷ-kheo với tâm định tĩnh khéo trú xả nhìn (sự vật) như vậy; khi ấy, này Ananda, xả giác chi bắt đầu phát khởi trong Tỷ-kheo ấy. Trong khi Tỷ-kheo tu tập xả giác chi; khi ấy, xả giác chi, nhờ tu tập, đi đến viên mãn.
29-31) Trong khi, này Ananda, Tỷ-kheo trú, quán thọ trên các cảm thọ... quán tâm trên tâm... quán pháp trên các pháp... (như trên, từ đoạn số 22-28)
32) Tu tập như vậy, này Ananda, làm cho sung mãn như vậy, bốn niệm xứ làm viên mãn bảy giác chi.

4. For  charity , people run to find the pleasures here and there, satisfy the requirements of the flesh, the desire; that is  love . When the body-mind is melting, hope is not satisfied, so want to re-birth, prolong life, that is  love; (Organic  is  currently-being,  life). In contrast, even in the present life, it is assumed that  death is the end  of life as much as possible. Thai-sense-thinking that there is no re-birth ( non-existence )  create  karma lead-led us drift forever in the context of suffering. It is  non-loving.
In short,  greed  shows three forms:  love, kindness,  and  non-attachment. With  lust,  five-aggregate-mind (mind-body) clinging to the  body-side,  running the lust in life. With  loving-kindness,  five-aggregatesentangled in common-sense,  see  the soul is immortal With the  non-material  five-aggregates clinging to  the ants,  assuming that death is over  It was shoulder-game stick-clinging tightly dug-digit  prime  in  five prime-aggregates,  create hindrances-free, dry place where the London-recovery scene never know from over.

It is called the  Three Laws,  for it is the three disciplines  that  help us to escape from all  illicitness. Gonna be-or what? The gut  is flowing,  Or  is delusional, evil, causing evil. From the inside of the mind-body, the disturbances (such as  greed, anger, delusion, doubt,  etc.) arise, manifest themselves out with crude words, or bad actions, just as Pus-bleeding out, so called  gonorrhea. Three subjects  wheel gonorrhea  caused me to end unless the contraband-or, bother-brain remember-dirty, thus escape the suffering caused by  years of prime-aggregates  dug-crowding together to run the education-communication, causing suffering in human life.
Gender  is the  law that  sets a discipline to practice, helps the practitioner to avoid the crime. People  at-home with  the five-instructions  include only your-integrity 5 things:  no close-being, such theft-stealing, no sexual misconduct-, LIAR and not drinking. Effort   holding a lot of  sex, novice  has ten  sexes; monks  have two hundred and fifty  gender,  bhikkhuni  there are three hundred forty-eight  sex.
By virtue  of purity , the mind  - body,  makes the  mind  easier to assimilate  , when meditation. That is concentration. Thanks to the meditation, the  concentration  is  reduced,  so that  Wisdom is  not shaded to shine, it is  Hue.
The three disciplines  -reflexology-Hue  -support each other to help the happy-living in the  Eight-Path-path  to be enlightened and liberated. All suffering from this, that is the deep meaning of the Fourth. 
What is right speech? Now, let's go into the detail of each branch in the Eight-Fold Path. According to the subject of  impermanence-learning,  before the world  , let's look at the  Chief-language .
Right Speech: Righteous  speech, righteousness. This is the path leading to Chon, to help keep-respect, respect-Chon. What is the righteousness of the tongue? These are:

8. What is chief-network? Righteousness  is a way of life that is life-giving. In other words, right  -  wingis the right choice for a  career  to feed their lives and their families. There are  five  categories of non-prime business that the  in-house  needs to stay away from :  (1) the  butcher job,  slaughter for sale; (2)  hunting and shooting, killing animals; (3)  fishing net,  kill the birth-net species; (4)  martial arts manufacturing and trading  and (5) liquor and drunk trade.

(2)  good things have arisen, try to grow-chief,  this is the persistence efforts in the way of good, making good-  for-growing;
(3)  evil has not arisen, trying not to arise,  this is a negative effort, but much perseverance, avoid all the temptations of the evil, causing  evil-karma can  not be born again;
(4)  Evil has arisen, trying to put an end to it,  this is a positive effort, preventing the retribution of  evil  by creating causation and sincerity. guilty has fallen.
In  righteousness,  the distinction between  good  and  evil  is very important. In general,  good  is good for others and also beneficial to the path of cultivation. Evil  is the opposite. Thanks to  chief and chief investment tri-is-only,  the distinction between  primary  and  evil  is easy-easier; I will consider later.

"It does not come near", which is beneficial!

Sage-happy fun in good-virtue,

Through the understanding of the  Four Noble Truths,  man is aware of the mundane Mind-the same path  of enlightenment and liberation,  which has
Right-tri-idea,  so that let go of the small fun-picking, not sustainable, so as to escape-all three forms of  love-loving, love-loving  and  un-friendly. All three form-consciousness is due to greed, because of love, because like, but clinging to the pleasures. Because of the  body,  but cling-so should be entangled in  body-side  where love. The belief that  there is soul-existing schools  will be re-born to make people anymore, so new entangled in often-is  where the  organic-loving. Believing that there is no other life than the present, now enjoy the pleasure animals are living here, so entangled in  the  scene of  non-loving. 
14. What is Right Thought?Right Thought  is the right mindset. Thanks to  the right-minded thought  is the right understanding, to get the thought righteous. The  mind-conscious  people, lying latent-hidden deep, have many thoughts or feelings, opposing each other, just waiting for the birth-time. These are the  forces,  the power of ideas  lying deep inside the mind-consciousness, just waiting for the opportunity to have the opportunity to be-born, push-up people to  speak, - The  cause of  good karma,  causing us to roll forever in the scene of suffering.Meditation for  inner thought  towards the path  of enlightenment and liberation is the path of  emancipation Tri-Hue,  the mind to bring beings to the other side,  that is  the glass   after crossing the river of delusion of ignorance. This is really the goal of the Buddhist training of the Buddhist-born, as well as in-house. It is also the brilliant result of the three subjects of the  study: Gender, concentration, wisdom  which the eight- way  Path-Chanh-Dao  lead to the complete and eternal liberation of all  suffering- pain.
With deep  awareness of the human consciousness  , we find in the  mind consciousness two  hidden sources  of vigor  , one at the upper direction, leading the human being to the holy realm; One directs the evil path, drags the human into the mud of unrighteousness and sin. Thought-thinking  means thinking, that is, between the ideas that arise in the mind, choosing which ideas are appropriate for the current situation in which speaking or acting- motivation Righteous-  mindedness is the parry of bad thoughts to develop good intentions, to bring man out of the constraint to the point of complete liberation. In other words, where the person has  righteous thoughts  , wisdom is lit up, parrots dissolve the  evil,  so that right view  is  promoted, firmly on the path of enlightenment and liberation from all suffering.
Located in the source  standard-capacity non-friendly,  we saw three unclean-well, should be shunned: the  tried-approved,  the  pitch-hatred  and the  violence-evil. In order to counteract these evil-conductors, in the source of good-hearted tendencies,  we also see three virtues: rational  happiness, virtue  and  compassion.
(1)  radiation-ly  is from fun-fun-reject the temporary-slender for themselves, leaving the utility-century, anti-opposed to the  mortgage-defense,  dug-crowding; 
(2)  The great word of  love extended to all beings, bringing joy to all beings. In contrast to the anger, evil-mind or hate-hate; 
(3)  Vengeance  is not harming any sentient beings, leaving no violence to hear the painful cry of all beings to save all suffering. -following
The common human psyche, when it comes to what you like, is fun and try to cling to it. When the contrary to yourself, hate, anger, trying to push or go away. Bashing for love, the pursuit of resentment, both originated in the depths of the  insistence on the self , consider yourself to be important, see who is contempt. It is a place to harbor the source of evil-minded forces, because of the misconception that I, the Self in all people, do not  know that everyone is in the same a hollow-hearted. Get rid of the ego, the I, ie know how to discharge from the source of evil forces that rise to the source of good-hearted forces. 
In short, rid of the  evil, the  cleansing of  evil,  begin with to break-away from the insane  and narrow-minded, to rise to the enlightenment and liberation. The path that leads us there is no other way than the  Eight-Fold Path  . 
15.- English builder. Let us listen to the testimony of the Buddha Shakyamuni, uttered as he was  justified , as recorded in the Dhammapada:
Wandering through all life-cycle, 
I try to find the child who meets the 
builder on this house, 
forever reborn, miserable instead! 

Oh! The house builder! 
Now we encounter, it is difficult to build more. 
Litter-hand side of the shelf fall, 
Rui sesame, tent pole-horizontal, 
I now attained Nirvana, 
Ai-greed, desire, complete death. 
These two verses are important, the writers of the world see it as one of the great poems of mankind. Both verses, rather, are just one verse, the  Enlightened Being  of the Buddha, expressing the great joy of being  fully enlightened and liberating. What is enlightenment  ? Enlightenment  is that  this body is  suffering through each of the lives of Reishi, and by the very  same Ai-haji  made us take that  body  . Award-break  anything? Free-out- of all-bother from the inside of  this body  , because from here there is no re-birth to bring the  body Also, because of the realm  of the nirvana of Nibbana.
To conclude, the first two chapters of the Buddha-Shakyamuni, the Dhammapada and the Gurus, has outlined the post-Worldly Way to escape suffering forever by  Hanh Discharge:
It is thanks to the minus-minus-lust 
that we find great blessings.
