MEDITATION

No suffering without suffering : not suffering because of suffering body; Not lostdue to absence of contact. In this verse, the thesis raises the third kind of feeling in contrast to suffering and misery, not just the absence of suffering and misery. Therefore, not suffering is not lost also called discharge.      
Abandon a law, there are two methods  is to give optimistic , have been discharged - including as sensation - and one heart . These are the basic elements of this fourth meditation.    
In a nutshell, through the stages from first Zen to fourth, gradually the elements are eliminated and left as follows:
- Initiate meditation 5 hindrances , 5 meditation . - The second meditation quartet, the remaining joy, peanuts and one-pointed . - Three meditation quit blowingremaining optimistic and one heart . - Charity abandon optimism remaining one heart and Conditioner .                
System 5 meditation
In addition, there are some teachers advocating the system of 5 meditation. This system is different from the 4 meditation system in the second meditation division into two levels, as shown in the following table:
