b. Right Thought (Samma-Sankappa): Think rightly.

d. Right Action (Samma-Kammanta): Do things rightly, as no killing, no stealing, no adultery etc ..

In the absolute sense, all four truths should be understood as empty , because there is no suffering, the one who initiates the suffering, the one who witnesses the cessation of suffering, and the one who goes on the path to suffering. So: 

There is suffering, but there is no suffering.

There is no death, but there is no witness 
.
