Epitaph of Buddhism

The apostles of the Sutra in the eight words:  "Filial piety, birth, suffering, reporting grace." What do these words say? It is the moral teaching to parents. People who are filial to their parents will make heaven and earth radiant. Making heaven and earth touched, is also the filial piety of parents, should say: "Heavenly filial piety, tastes first." This is very important. Just a "Hieu", the whole house is peaceful. "Filial piety complete penalties." If you are filial to your parents, then your children will be filial to you; If you are not filial, your children will not be filial to you. Why should learn to be human? What do people mean? Do not say that I was born as a human, so vague. Not so right! The root of human behavior is that one must know the duty of filial piety to parents. Because parents are heaven and earth, parents are chief, parents are also Buddhas. If you do not have parents, you will not have this body, without this body, you will never become a Buddha. So you want to become a Buddha, you must first filial to parents. So the first thing is Filial. 
The second stanza of this Sutra is  "Birth."  What is called fertility? From shore to shore the other is called "degrees"; from birth to death also called "degrees"; From defilement to Bodhi City is also called "degrees." Speaking of birth is the degree of sentient beings. Human beings do not have to say one person, two people, not three people, five people called beings. Human beings are the level of all the twelve species of beings, teachers, they all develop Bodhi mind, soon become Buddhahood. This is called sentient beings. 
Third,  "suffering,"  because this is the teaching of the canvas except the suffering of beings. 
Fourth is  "Reporter", means to report to parents. Eight letters, Heavens, Nativity, This message is the Apostle of the Sutra. If the clarification is very much, so I just clarify the important things, then you will understand. 
Speaking of this filial piety, someone who has just heard said he thought. "I have to go home filial to my parents." But to go home, meet parents, then forget about the filial. Why forget? It is because I do not know how true is filial piety. To show true filial piety you need to study Buddhism. You are here to study Buddhism is filial to parents. Needless to say I go home is filial parent, so that when you return home forget to filial parent. You are here to study Buddhism, to be a good person in the world, this is good for the world. Benefiting the world, it is filial to parents.
There are four types of filial piety: filial piety, great tastes, filial piety, filial piety. What is called filial piety? "Foster" is filial to the family, it is the filial piety of his parents at home, not hospitable to all people, can not be a generous. What is "generous"? Hieu generosity is "great tastes", filial piety throughout the world, see all parents in the world are his parents. This is called filial piety to all. But this grandeur does not even mention filial righteousness. What is "filial righteousness"? "Only when you become a Buddha is called filial fidelity." This kind of fidelity is beyond the four kinds of favors, He was in the palace, but he still secretly left the monastic family. He practiced asceticism for six years on Mount Snow, and then he enlightened to become a Bodhisattva under the Bodhi Tree, this is true filial piety. So, after he became a Buddha, he gave the sermon to his mother. Do you think this is "true"?
What is called "filial piety"? Fidelity is the people of today's age that filial piety to parents, school is also filial to parents, this is called filial. "Farewell" is filial eternal; This is a filial piety. Fondness can also be said to be filial, but also more or less unlike. Filial piety is eternal filial piety, as in China there are 24 filial peoples, these 24 filial paternal children are eternal, because they have left the eternal taste.
Speaking of the "Fourth Kind", there is a Chinese called Geng Tong. It is also known as the Golden Gate. Gao Yong is very filial to his parents. His neighbor has a Wang family, called Wang Qin. Gao Yong is the poor, no money, Wang Qin is the rich. But his mother, because of the filial piety should be healthy chubby. Despite being older, from morning to night she always felt happy. The mother of United States, although rich in money, eat pork, chicken, fish, duck, all sorts of strange things, but sickly sick. She does not have a bit of fun, always grieving. One day, when Wang was not at home, Wang Qi was not at home, she was sick and asked her fat: "You are so poor, you have nothing to eat, so why are you fat? like that, How fat is that? Geng's mother told his mother: "Because my son is filial, he does not dare to do something bad, he is very honest and hard-working. Sorry about it, it is very satisfied. The soul is comfortable, the body is healthy, I like that, so I fat. Then Geng's mother, the fat lady, asked her sickly, "You have such money, eat the whole thing is delicious, why sick like that? She sick like a reed, is not it? She sickly answered: "I am! Although there is money, but good food, but my child, it is not honest, not right, often do illegal acts; day or the law, tomorrow also the law. Three days were wrongly questioned, tomorrow there are orders to call the road. I am from morning to night, only worried about this child, I also feel unhappy, from light to dark always sad, sad. So I'm getting sicker, I can not grow up, it's all because of this sad thing ... "
