The core of Buddhism.

Phat ngoc

CORE BUDDHA

The core of the teachings of the Buddha during his 49 years of teaching is to help sentient beings to escape suffering and liberation without expecting any effort because Buddhism is a self-reliant religion.
But why do people have to suffer?
Whoever is born in this world thinks that in us there must be a sacred, master of our life and call it "self" ie self. From then on, their possessions are called "my". When feelings of "I" appear, egoism, self-centered self-centeredness or self-centeredness are beginning to emerge. We are selfish, self-centered, so that people start to dispute, jealousy, overwhelmed, to protect the self and the things that belong to me. The feeling of the Self and the Self are seen as clinging, clinging once the six senses come into contact with the six ceasures and suffering that also arises.
How developmental attachment?
The baby's brain system actually begins to work in the womb, but the attachment of the baby to its "self" means the birth of Self, which occurs only after the baby is born. and have the opportunity to interact with the surrounding environment. From there the senses (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind) function effectively and fully, allowing the mind to sense its own Self. When a new baby is born there is no sense of a separate "I" in its consciousness. Gradually, according to the living environment, the child was brought up by his parents and relatives in mind the ideas of Myself. This is its parent, its food, its bed, its toys, its room, its cup is its sibling ... because its it It must protect it from which the mind begins to develop narrow selfish thoughts. I am constantly changing and growing under the influence of what it learns new and new experiences in life and in its mind always have a new I am different from the previous I. there. In general, I change from childhood to adulthood and finally to generality.
Each time in life there is a Difference in My Mind, What I Am at School, What I Am at the Door of Life, The I of Love Couple, The I of Parents, The I of the elders and last of the dying ego. In general, I am in a mutually disturbed state in this life through various forms from childhood, to adulthood, to aging, and finally to death as the ego of another child under one another name, another family, another family, another homeland, another religion and of course it brings with it many experiences, memories, knowledge from past lives in the form of traces bolded on its continuous stream of knowledge. If there is Self-Self, there is only one Self that passes away from time to time, I continue to change,
No-self is the second dharma after the Buddha preached the truth of the Four Noble Truths to his group Kieu Tran Nhu. In it, the Buddha affirmed that all phenomena in this world are constantly creating. Because of the cause and condition of this person, and without it, there is no such thing as itself, so all phenomena have no substance, no self, ie, no self. We, too, do not have what is called the ego or the ego. The Buddha calls the I just an illusion made by the mind. The mistake is that the human beings always assimilate the five aggregates (body, mind) so that they are always attached to it as a stable individual. That clinging is the cause of suffering in this life and forever after. If you look at life without the lens of the emotions of the Self or the Self, that knowledge will be clearer, more authentic. For example, if you want to comment on Mr. A or Mrs. B, make an objective, honest and fair judgment, and do not add that it is my relatives, my people, or my enemies. I ... distort the truth, contrary to justice.
People try to cling to Me and Me in every form and they conceive that Me is life in life. But in fact, whenever there is grasping and clinging to any phenomenon in the world from matter to spirit, including the best things, it will immediately produce misery. For example, if my body is mine, then surely we have to be polished, dressed, polished, jeweled, silk trousers, create a wealth of wealth for me, buy expensive home Let Me Stay, buy delicacies for what I use, to win the title for I am proud. Further, there are people who cut this place, padded more for the body of me more attractive, brilliant glory ... But this body is really it? If it is My, I must master it. I told him not to be old, do not be sick, do not die ... did he hear? If it is mine, why do not you take it with you when you die that the four returned to dust? Worse yet, if now think that the mind is mine, selfishness will flare up, hatred raises, self-torment, greed instigated, in the heart raises how much hope, miscarriage, regret, love, hate ... from which arise so many illusions and fantasies are not practical and this is the end of the thread to know how many anxiety, depression and conflict in life.
Based on the Buddhist spirit, there is nothing in the world that is Ego or Ego.All is just created by man. Husband and wife are due to debt. Two people have debts from a previous life, now have enough grace to meet again, the couple back to pay off debt in the past life and of course continue to regenerate debt tomorrow. If there is no debt, only grace, they only love each other through a period of time and then met and finally broke up. The outer love can be covered with fresh flowers, but in fact it is covered with selfish and human qualities. It is the instinct of enjoyment that motivates boys and girls to find each other and also the selfish instinct that drives them to torment one another. So if human beings know the true love of sacrifice, tolerance and altruism in life, then that love will no longer bold colors of selfish instinct. Often, due to jealousy and selfishness, we are less likely to accept the good of others because the other person will stand out from us.We are indifferent to the advantages of others and are happy to find faults of the person because of the dimming we will stand out. Because of selfishness we easily fall into the trap.forgive, forgive, "ie compliment, criticize. This is the source of defilements and karma, because of the conceit. Change selfishness with selfless spirit, life will happily self. See good people are complimented, see the rich are happy, see the suffering people help. To do so, defilements are no longer and the causes of defilements also come to an end.
The Buddha was born in the palace of emerald jewels, but he found that the suffering was always hidden behind the youth, health and life of all sentient beings. Suffering is an invisible phenomenon, but it does no less than the sabers, the swords that pierce the heart of man. The pain in the soul necessarily does not hurt anyone. The rich and the wealthy bear the suffering of the rich, the poor also suffer the painful misfortunes dedicated to them. The royal prince has painful suffering in the way of kings, whereas the poor also have the same pain as nothing. But why do beings have to suffer? In the School of A Dhamma (Nikaya Nikaya) Buddha taught that:
craving originates from, and arises where? Where there is pleasure and pleasure, where craving arises and arises. Colors, bar, flavor, taste, contact with pleasure and pleasure. So craving comes from that and arises there .
Human ignorance masked so  not see the rightAnd since craving has the opportunity to arise and cling, the clinging to the "I" and what is called "my".For example, anyone can build a house, wooden, brick or reinforced concrete, but the Buddha taught that it is not really "My," but that it is ours. By definition, by definition, by definition. It is a phenomenon that we call home in the world. Our real home is the calm state of mind. An exotic material home can be beautiful, magnificent, but it is the cause of anxiety and anxiety, anxiety from anxiety to anxiety. Because it is outside of me is foreign body, so sooner or later I have to leave so the more clinging to it, the more difficult to get rid of that is more suffering. It is not a place where one can live forever in it, because it does not really belong to me but is part of the world. Therefore, craving motivates people to lead to the act of creating akusala kamma by our own body, speech or mind. It is within the sphere of the influence of ignorance, the attachment of man, attachment, clinging to life, and the desire for that desire to seduce people to drift away from this life. to another life So living is suffering. Clinging to life and the desire to desire that attracts people to drowning constantly from one life to another. So living is suffering. Clinging to life and the desire to desire that attracts people to drowning constantly from one life to another. So living is suffering.
General suffering is a state of dissatisfaction, unsatisfactoriness makes people uncomfortable. The happiness that people pursue can not exist because the conditions that make it arise always change so no happiness is truly sustainable. The things that the living beings desire only exist in the moment and the objects that people longing for is not just fleeting, there is then lost it is like holding a shadow, like grasp catch a scent.
In addition, based on the "Karma of dependent origination" of Buddhism, all the good and evil races are not only from this life, but also from the past, from the thoughts, words and actions of the people. are stored in A (skin) mode. When they meet grace, the good and evil race will turn into fruitful and these are the results of suffering, joy that people report in this life and for the next life. For example, the garden behind the house, we plant a variety of seed (seed). Because they are lying in the ground so the eyes are not visible so sometimes we think that the seeds are no longer or dead. After a lot of rain and warm weather, they begin to sprout. The most important thing is that the seed will sprout in the same way. For example, Chilli peppers produce chilli plants ... Absolutely never had to plant cilantro into chilli trees, which means that good people are receiving good results. On the other hand, evil people will surely suffer bad consequences. Therefore, if human beings learn to cultivate many good seeds, these good seeders have the power to lead them to reborn in peaceful realms to continue to enjoy good karmic retribution.
On the contrary, it must be reported to the realms of suffering, pain. Karma is the action repeated many times and then habits that is the gas. It is the habit, or the air of this extraordinary power that Buddhism calls the karmic force to grace, the sensation to the appropriate environment that life, so called feeling. However, Buddhism is the direct transformation means that in the past whether human beings because living in unconscious ignorance create so many pitiful (human). But if you now know static, stop, nurture the mind, avoid negative karma, create more good karma, these evil people do not have the opportunity to create bad karma cause suffering. The Cause without conditions is absolutely never effective. Just like rice (kernel) without water, not cooked (coast), never become rice (fruit).
The whole doctrine of the Buddha based on the theory of cause and effect and never out of the theory of causality means that you sow much, then you will reap many results. So, if sentient beings are living healthy, prosperous business, happy families are warm, children are human, on the harmony is that they are enjoying the " RESULTS " of the blessing they created themselves. Not by the Buddha's teachings and certainly not by prayer. On the contrary, if sentient beings are facing adversity, always facing miserable suffering, they are suffering " CONSEQUENCES"Of the journalists themselves do not created by the Buddha and do not harm the sky and of course avoid the prayer. Having thoroughly understood the righteousness of the law of cause and effect, sentient beings will be more brave, courageous, dare to receive the " consequences " of their own creation or natural life benefit "good" result also I do not have any more than the Buddha.
Cause and effect need time to work that the Buddha called "anomalous, heterosexual" means a person who do a lot of good things, but now can encounter many adverse because of the obstacles that are due to life The past has moved so it becomes "current". What is good doing is the "seed" so there is no chance (grace) that it takes time to become current. As in the spring we plant a lot of peas, beans ... but it takes several weeks, sometimes months to see them sprout, give birth to plants, branches, leaves. Today, you do not have to wait for the next life to receive the results of your karmic retribution that will appear in this life, ie, "the fruit of money" so you should look back, control the body, speech and mind. I do good to avoid evil. Not only you have to bear good results, karma "means to live in an environment.Remember, my daddy's eating thirsty is real.
Shurangama (1) explain very clearly that when Buddha meal, the monks can not be saturated by means anyone eat him no, who merit he enjoyed (particularly now ), who sow evil, then sooner or later also It is not a matter of asking for prayers in Buddhism because the Buddha never interferes in the cause and effect of sentient beings that sentient beings must solve themselves.
Look at life as a dream
Are lost to blurry.
The law of cause and effect is a law of nature, not necessarily just for Buddhism because it is the same as Newton's law of weight and gravitational acceleration, the law of propulsion for water of Archimedes Quantum law E = mc 2By Albert Einstein ... If you believe, yes, yes or no, it still exists, still happens in every application of your daily life. Today's telecommunication system (Google Search) brings people closer together so you can see the law of cause and effect that tells how many people in the world, from Saddam Hussein dictators of Iraq, Muammar Gaddafi of Libya to the generous donation of the billionaire Bill Gates, Warren Buffett ... but most importantly you come back to experience yourself, your life will see the law of cause and effect is never wrong. it's all over For example, you grow apricots (man), daily care fertilizer (water), so the apricot blossom tree (fruit).
But more importantly, later you will have many blessings not only for yourself but also for your children. Then the  Phuoc  is for the benefit of the people who have  Germany is the good of the mind is the human mind is clear, noble. For example, the Typhoon Haiyan, which has just happened in the Philippines, has rich people who want to show their names to the world, giving alms to the victims for praise, buy their names ... Because their inferiority is not good, only the purpose of personal gain so they only have Phuoc without Germany. Therefore, if you want to have merit full integrity when working benefits to people do not expect the return that the Buddha called " giftless generals,The greatness of life is how to have Blessed Phuoc integrity means that Phuoc and Duc support each other, that is the heart is good, the new work is thoughtful and durable and virtue is blessing new . So when doing good deeds, you should reinforce the goodness of your inner self. On the contrary, if you do good without virtue means doing good deeds for selfish purposes, selfishness, calculating, then surely those unwholesome thoughts will turn into evil words or actions later to cause the scene. suffering for yourself.
Treasure is like a dream
Qualities of the fleeting title.
Today instead of trying to change lives in accordance with human virtue, they turn to look for blessings. The teachings of the Buddha are very brief, that is to stay away from evil and try to do good deeds. Once accomplished then try to keep the mind for the net is liberated. But most Buddhists ignore it, though they also do good deeds without letting go of their bad habits. Therefore go to find blessings without letting go of evil is never. All acts of good and evil come from the body, speech, and mind, so that is where you have to look back to what the Buddha called " self- reflecting"Reflecting ourselves, reflecting ourselves, from the body to the inner, to see the body, the interior like. Meanwhile, "Reflective Reflection" is particularly suited to the superiors, especially the meditators in Buddhism. See if your behavior is wrong? We try hard every day to clean houses, cars, bowls but forget to look back to the dirty in his mind. Because you can not see yourself, you can do all kinds of bad things. When the mind has a bad idea in mind, they look around to see if anybody saw it and then they do. You can cheat the world, but one thing is for sure: you can not cheat your conscience and that conscience court will gnaw your conscience until the end of your life. .
Mikhail_KalashnikovMikhail Kalashnikov created the AK47 and sold over 100 million AK47 rifles all over the world. Mikhail Kalashnikov in 1949, at the age of 30, was two years after the AK47 was put into production. On average, one in every 70 people in the world uses an AK47 gun. This invention brought fame to Mikhail Kalashnikov but also the phobia of his late life. In the last days of his life, Mikhail Kalashnikov wrote a "confession letter" to the head of the Russian Catholic church. In the letter he wrote:
My mental pain is unbearable. I have always been tormented by the same question with no answer: Is my rifle taking the lives of so many people, if so, I - Mikhail Kalashnikov, 94 years old, son Of a farmer, a Catholic, is it worth the curse of the death of the other living beings, whether it be my enemy? "
The longer you live, the more questions you have to pour into my mind, and the more I wonder why God has given rise to the sin of greed, selfishness, jealousy, aggressive ... ". ( Extracted from BBC / Dailymail)In 2008, he said, " It's heartbreaking for me to see criminals using AK47 to harm people ."

Photos of the solemn funeral of Mikhail Kalashnikov in Moscow on December 27, 2013 can not erase the pain of the heart of the people lying down. In the letter, he expresses regret that when too many people die under the AK47 and express the fear that has haunted him for a long time, morally he is the one responsible. Poor creatures were killed by AK47 guns.
Albert Einstein (1905) discovered the theory of relativity and since then quantum theory of E = mc  has emerged from a very small mass of uranium that can produce a (E) because the number (m) multiplies the square with the speed of light (c). From there the concept of atomic bombs was studied and implemented. The Manhattan Project secretly carried out at the expense of the then President Truman, resulting in two atomic bombs, A Little Boy and A Fat Man, being dropped down and destroyed to kill the Sutra. Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan, in August 1945, led to the end of the Second World War. E is energy (invisible), and m is the mass. = mc2Meaning that color is not. So the two atomic bombs turned the two big cities into emptiness, but after decades the Japanese have reestablished it, making it even bigger, more splendid. The old days are not so sharp now. Then life is colorless not (not born, condition kill) is not true.

Today, there are so many scientists, scientists, philosophers, politicians, but all live in misery. The knowledge of life can not be compared with the wisdom of the Buddha because in that wise mind, there is no image of greed, no jealousy, jealousy harm to the Buddha so calm, pure, self, in Nirvana. The intellectual goal of a human being is to know that there is no limit to how much knowledge is not enough. The more you know, the more you find yourself so they never satisfy their intellectual cravings. In contrast, the wisdom of Buddhism is also known, but only all material phenomena are "dependent origination, impermanence, non-self" should know also know,
So for Buddhism, if you look at yourself then you will know the difference between good and evil is very clear. If you are going to do an evil deed, you look at yourself at the right time and you can stop. Often because of the outside view, the human mind is full of ambition and illusion, but now if you look inside, look at yourself, you will see clearly good and evil. Seeing goodness reminds us to try to do the same. Let go of evil, practice good is to be blessed right away. The Buddha said: "  If beings want to cultivate their blessings to be full, keep away from evil"If you do not do evil then all work now becomes good without any distinction between good and evil. On the contrary, although there are some good things, but still do evil, still worry, favor, suffering constantly. Therefore, if our mind is good and virtuous, this is happiness in this life. For happy people to act as they wish, when people around the world just say good words to them, but if this is really the happiness you desire, you are building yourself. castle on the sand. Not only do outsiders make us resentful, but even our beloved ones sometimes make us sad, sullen, suffering. Even so, we ourselves also make us sad, unhappy. So, If you look back on yourself to let go of evil, you will be happy because the mind is free of worry and worry. When the mind is calm, you smile. In contrast when the mind is confused, anxiety is frustrating, dry face, aggressive, angry.
Road to close the ball of the world
Beneath the name of an imperial bag.
The principle of Buddhism is to help sentient beings free from all the consequences of suffering affliction to have a happy life in order to achieve this end, then sentient beings let go. So the biblical Middle Agama (Majjhima Nikaya), Buddha summed up the core of Buddhism in one sentence it short for those who want to go on the path of enlightenment, that is, " Do not cling v IU in Anything "that the Kim Cang Kinh called  Ungu no child center"means that when the eye, ear, nose, tongue, body and mind come into contact with the body, mind, body, mind and body, the mind does not cling, clinging means that the eye, ear, nose, tongue, body and They have contact with life but not being engulfed in craving, not slavery to temporary imitation material. Although you have gathered the world into your hands, you also eat two or three times a day, and when you die, you leave behind the world.Being mindful, mindfulness is easy to control greed, the more you want, the more you want to be, so you never satisfy your desire as well as the car running downhill (no win) as down steep, the car is moving fast until it rushes into the deep pit of the craving.
With that in mind, in the Bahiya Sutta, the Buddha explains to a disciple named Bahiya about clinging, clinging once the six senses come in contact with the six ceilings as follows:
Hey Bahiya,
When you see a form, that is just the way you see it.
When you hear a sound, it's just a way to hear it.
When you smell an odor, that's just the way it smells.
When tasting a taste, it is just a taste.
When there is a sensation in the body, that is just a feeling.
And whenever a thought arises, that is just a natural phenomenon manifested in the mind.
That is the way there is no self.
This is the end of dukkha (suffering). That is nibbâna (Nibbāna).
The text is brief, but very important. So let's see what the Buddha wants to teach us.
1) When the eyes see a certain form, just know that the eye to see the form is enough , do not assume that my eyes see that form will be missing the Ta and My in mind. Why? For example, if the eye sees the car, it is just a car, as well as the eyes of hundreds of other objects, so the view is not attached, the sight is not important. It is seen as well as not see the mind is not agitated. On the other hand, if we see the eyes of the car, the sight is now seen, we bring the car's image into our mind and the craving arises, the craving for the awakening and suffering also arises. . If you try to do the night to have money to buy the same car, then too, but want to not be too distressed.
2) When listening to music, the ear is listening to music. Do not add yourself to the ego but think that I am listening to music.
3) When nose odor smell, know nose is smell the smell only.
4) When the tongue tastes sweet taste tongue is tasting sweet enough.
5) When the body is hard or soft, the body is hard or soft body, do not assume that the body is hard or soft body.
6) Finally, when there is an idea that arises in the mind, there is thought that there is thought in the mind.
For example, if you want to do one thing (good) for others, just make it complete, create joy for others is enough, the mind is at liberty. On the contrary, if we think that we do it, then in the mind will set up innumerable conditions, ie the mind is attached. If you want someone to pay back, who want others to praise, take pictures, newspapers, defilement immediately arise, no longer free. This is the difference between selfless selflessness (for the person who does) and the selfless self (trading, business).
In the old days of the Buddha, meditation, wisdom and finally his wisdom glowed and he realized that:
1)  This body is not mine, it is mine So to the enlightened one, the body is the body, not the body. Or the world of human life is the world of humanity and not the world is mine. Before entering the world, this body does not have, until the departure nor carry the body. Dust back to dust, then what is really my body? When my body is sick, my body does not ask me. Time passes, the body becomes old, weak, sick, if the trunk is really mine, I must master it, I say it should not be old, do not be sick, do not die, did you hear me? When the Buddha actually attains the meditation stage, he realizes that his body is not really his, ie the body is not Self, so attachment and attachment to the body are eliminated. Attempted killing is the cause of suffering is destroyed. Nirvana shows as well as light, the night disappears or the water in the moonlight. Science today also applies this method of the Buddha to any study or invention. They experiment and continue to test until the results are certain, before the latter as a new application.
So it is not the Buddha alone after the Four Noble Truths who have attained the truth of non-self and the unconditioned fruit, but how many other Arahants have the same result. When he realizes the fourth jhāna becomes arhat, he himself knows that he is liberated without having to ask anyone. On the contrary, the Zen Master (Zen Master of Chinese Zen), the author of the Master Song, has traveled thousands of miles from the North to the South to seek the recognition of the Sixth Patriarch. Zen teaching negative, unqualified, then What is the Hybrid Circulation What evidence? There is no evidence to write the evidence for what to do? Today people know the religion, preacher, even gnosis there are many, but in their greed do not kill so unhappily suffering miserable, jealousy dispute still. If you do not know how to do it, In the past, the Buddha never talked about metaphysical phenomena, not discussing the truth of the Buddha, not telling the Dharmakaya itself, the Bodhisattva or the Bodhisattva, and never mentioning the Prajnaparamitta. , Bodhi (Mahayana Buddhism), which teaches no-self and the Four Noble Truths. Why? Because the essence of Buddhism is to eliminate suffering and to destroy it, it must know where it comes from and the way to solve it is suffering, peace and present. In the 7th and 8th centuries after the Buddha's passing away, Nagarjuna introduced the concept of Bat Nha according to the Madhyamika and Infinite thought, according to the Zen school (very metaphysical). . Do not talk about feet like, Buddha Tanh, do not say the dharmakaya, the body itself or the body, also never mentioned Bat Nha (Nagarjuna, Asanga, Mahayana), which only teach about No-Self and Four Noble Truths. Why? Because the essence of Buddhism is to eliminate suffering and to destroy it, it must know where it comes from and the way to solve it is suffering, peace and present. In the 7th and 8th centuries after the Buddha's passing away, Nagarjuna introduced the concept of Bat Nha according to the Madhyamika and Infinite thought, according to the Zen school (very metaphysical). . Why? Because the essence of Buddhism is to eliminate suffering and to destroy it, it must know where it comes from and the way to solve it is suffering, peace and present. In the 7th and 8th centuries after the Buddha's passing away, Nagarjuna introduced the concept of Bat Nha according to the Madhyamika and Infinite thought, according to the Zen school (very metaphysical). . Why? Because the essence of Buddhism is to eliminate suffering and to destroy it, it must know where it comes from and the way to solve it is suffering, peace and present. In the 7th and 8th centuries after the Buddha's passing away, Nagarjuna introduced the concept of Bat Nha according to the Madhyamika and Infinite thought, according to the Zen school (very metaphysical). .
For Theravada Buddhists, Shakyamuni Buddha is a historical Buddha. He also begins with the ordinary body of a human being, sharing all the implications of human life. He also faced birth, old age, illness, death like all other beings. Finally, he seeks a path of liberation and attains the happiness of nirvana, attaining complete wisdom and the liberation of life and death.Listen to the Buddha describing that journey in the Dhammapada 154: " I have been wandering in samsara for all my life, seeking forever without meeting the house-maker. Now I have met you, you do not mind to build more house, your arms, columns, ragged ... you have been decayed ..."The housekeeper here is greed for craving, the first poison in the greed of greed. The house is the body due to the five aggregates. The trunk ... are defiled defilements. The disintegration meant that the Buddha had conquered, had surpassed, stood outside their control. He points out this end for everyone and those who follow this path will also attain to the ultimate endings just like Him. Buddha says: " The  people are the island, the torch for yourself. Take refuge in yourself, do not rely on other places.
In the Dhammapada business, the Buddha taught more:
You  have to light the torch yourself! The  people who take our French do! Follow my dharma that liberation. Do not seek liberation in any other, do not seek liberation elsewhere, but  you . "
And finally the Buddha said:
The  people ask yourself trying, Tathāgatas who lead the way" .
So Arahanta is  the supreme fruit of Buddhism and the Buddha himself is also an Arahant because the Buddha is the first Arahant under the Bodhi tree and the master of all The Arahants so that the Buddha's name is reserved for Him  absolutely not without Chemistry or Bao all. (2)  Now, based on the philosophy of the Middle Way, Nagarjuna introduced the idea of " dharma body " and then Asanga's tribe Du Gia Hanh Tong (Duy Thuc) proposed the concept of " stem " for Germany Buddha. Here, Nagarjuna reasoned that the historical Buddha was merely  a bodyof the Buddha into the world, to save sentient beings. Thus, according to Nagarjuna, the Buddha is not a historical figure, but the true Buddha is a transcendent, eternal and infinite entity, the " dharma body ." So the historical Buddha was only a person who was " the true Buddha " sent to the world in order to form a human figure with a life that resembled a living person. To preach the Dharma for the human person. Thus the Buddha became a Buddha from countless past lives, not a new Buddha in the world through the practice of meditation. From this point of view emerged in Mahayana Buddhism. (The Lotus Sutra) (2).
Then the Mahayana has transformed the Buddha into an ideal object of faith like the God of Christianity. Not only that, the images of the Bodhisattva are in turn introduced to make the distance between two sects more and more far away. There were no Bodhisattvas at the time of the Buddha, neither Manjushri nor Samantabhadra, no Avalokitesvara, nor the Great One, but Prince Siddhartha was the only Bodhisattva before him. when become the Buddha only. (Read the Nikayas. Because of these disagreements, the original system of Theravada and Mahayana is also quite distinct. Later on, the Mahayana teachers introduced the Bodhisattvas as the symbol of compassion and wisdom of the Buddha, but the believer is true.
In the Theravada Buddhism, the Buddha's history is taught in ordinary social contexts, and dharma talks reflect the customs, habits, and ideas of different religions of the time. There are pictures of nature such as majestic mountains, dry seasons, water plants, flying birds, diving fish ... Especially from the beggar, ascetic, royal princess, The thieves, murder even girlfriends are anyone who was accepted as Buddha disciples. This is a vivid picture of Indian society at the time. In contrast to the Mahayan scriptures, the situation that reflects the culture of India is now only a faded picture. The Buddha is no longer a mendicant, meditator or lecturer for ordinary disciples in a society full of injustice suffering. In contrast, the Buddha now majestically sits on a lotus throne, with swastika (only the Buddha in China), bright lights shining on the infinite world and around him there are thousands of tens of thousands of Bodhisattvas, Slogans, gods stand. When the Buddha sermon, earth shakes, rain falls from mandala heaven. It is a world full of brilliant light, beautiful mysterious secret no pen can be described. The world is so mysterious beyond the ordinary mind of human beings, especially humans, over the past few thousand years that probably only occurred in Harry Potter's mythic novels of illusionist JK Rowling in the United Kingdom. . earth shakes, rain falls from mandala heaven. It is a world full of brilliant light, beautiful mysterious secret no pen can be described. The world is so mysterious beyond the ordinary mind of human beings, especially humans, over the past few thousand years that probably only occurred in Harry Potter's mythic novels of illusionist JK Rowling in the United Kingdom. .
2)  The feelings of pleasure do not have anything to do with me because those emotions are also conditioned by extraterrestrial life, and nothing is truly mine, so human life is both sad and That's the way it is.Feeling is due to the influence of the outside, so it is not true because the foreign exchange that is always changing that humans are real, is durable should want to keep quiet moments that. For example, because we do not notice, we touch the house so it feels very painful. If you know the life on the body to see the truth, then the pain before the pain. Each time there is a different pain until the pain completely disappears. So the feeling is only an illusion, as if the ripples rise abnormally, come and go not to stick to the me. When pain (suffering) or happiness arises, people often identify themselves with their emotions so they are tormented by misunderstanding because all that happiness or suffering only is impermanent, not self, not mine. Why do people like to accumulate money, dream of becoming this, the other, the desire to achieve fame in society ...?Because all of that will bring us joy, happiness ie pleasure. It is as simple as that. But unfortunately there is no joy or happiness forever with us, it comes and goes (conditional, fast kill) fast so the human life is always suffering hard to find happiness This to another happy. Then what we call happiness is suffering as sugar-coated tablets, when the sweetener is gone, the bitterness will appear.
3)  The mind that is observing is not my soul  because the consciousness that is born of the continuity of extraterrestrial life is not something that is truly our mind. The mind is constantly changing, how to call it a fixed soul?
4)  And all the objects of the mind such as consciousness and action are not mine because all are also due to external conditions that they should not have themselves so they are not mine. .
If people know how to reflect and practice the teachings of the Buddha above, then in their self, the Self is gradually eliminated and the feelings of "I" and "Me" are no longer. This is the way out of suffering, liberation in Nirvana ie: " The scene is open mind meditation " then. So if people are living in mindfulness of mindfulness, not following the seduction of life ie sharpness, purity, taste, touch, and dharma, the sources of greed, craving, grip The feelings of "I" and "myself" will disappear and at that moment there will be no image of suffering and of course purifysoul Nirvana will be present.
Enlightenment is still suffering?
Return to the Nibbana Sutra:
King Milinda asked:
- Great virtue, the dharma enlightenment is no longer reborn in the next life, but in this life you still find yourself suffering again?
- Great King, depending on one thing. There is pain, there is no work.
- Is there a job, there is no job, how is it?
- The  suffering of the body is still, the suffering of the mind is gone .
-- Why?
- The cause is suffering because the cause of this kind of suffering is the body, as long as the cause exists, the suffering of the body also. The cause of suffering is suffering because the cause of the second kind of suffering is craving, once the mind has eliminated all the evil, craving is no longer, the suffering of the mind.
The enlightened mind is liberated, but the body is still eating, walking, sitting, so that depends on the coast. If good foreign relations, less sick, but still have disease. Remember the Buddha or the Arahants when the monastery, then all the ghosts of smuggled into impermanence means that all the poor have been resolved so that the disease is often caused by foreign relations not pay off anything. For example, weather changes, eating food is not familiar, then the disease only. Even the Buddha also has colds, sore throat, dysentery ... so the Buddha is a person who refrained from eating (do not eat, drink) the body will certainly greatly reduce. So: " Sex education suffering, birth death TB, Tung craving start, Unlimited sex education, self-centered mind... "The more craving, the more suffering. There is suffering and death due to the pursuit of desire. Now with less desire, life will be gentle, serene, happy, self.
- The monk was enlightened and not leave the body suffering, so is not attain Nirvana? Enlightenment and the body is still suffering, how to call it? What lingered in the world to suffer also?
- Said Dai Vuong, the director did not like nor hate, neither seeking nor chasing. Peaceful living in the world, not rush, not hurry. For example, young bananas do not need to breasts. No need to wait for the banana to pick. Therefore, it was said that Blessed Phat had:
No need to kill,
Nor does the school of birth.
Not at the time,
Time to come out.
The king said:
- Or rather! Good!
Is Nibbana and the world or Buddha and sentient beings one or two?
Buddha and we are not two, no different, can not find the Buddha outside this body. When the awakened awakening is the Buddha means living in the pure self at Nirvana, in contrast to living in confusion unknowingly, they are forever beings are the only. Then Prince Siddhartha with Buddha Shakyamuni is one or two? If it is a (similar), why no one bowing Crown Prince but just worship the Buddha? If there are two (difference) is not Crown Prince, where to get the Buddha? Just as the log and the Buddha are one or two? If it is a (similar), then who ever bowed log? If there are two (difference), if there is no log, how to chisel the Buddha statue? Just as you are. Are you today and decades ago one or two? If you are a (similar), you are old boy, young, graceful grace and you today back, pillow worn, How can you be a chef? If you are two (difference), you will still be friends, also Mr. A, Mrs. B, also the same DNA from birth until death, not someone else. This is the principle of non-dual knowledge, the experience by practice, meditation can not by virtue or human language.
So know what? The ultimate knowledge here is the correlation between "Chess " and " Tanh " or both are not similar and not the same. The human form, shape of the cosmic world changes according to the doctrine of "Dependent Origination", but its nature is always the same. For example, the General of Water is the wave of undulating water, but water is the  Tanhof the wave so there is no wave outside the water that is. In other words, "no-self" is the arising of arising in the face of phenomena, and the arising of emptiness is the manifestation of the physical nature. Truthlessness, Impermanence and Dependent Origination are the backbone of Buddhism without any religion in the world from ancient times to the present day comparable. This is the peculiarity of why Buddhism is wisdom, the path of liberation without religion. Once a person reaches a level that no longer distinguishes the subject and object, no consciousness with the unconscious, no longer there or not, no "color", "Tanh" treatment, they reach The state of Chon or Supreme Being is Nirvāna because for Buddhism all the concepts of the master, son, nirvana,
The absence of the "I" and the "I" means that the person who has disappeared does not mean that the person no longer feels the things in this world to transform into an idolatrous stone statue. the practitioner really develops the ultimate flexibility. Why? Because of the cessation of sensuality, of ordinary craving, which is the source of many human suffering, will bring the greatest happiness to all. which the Buddha called the peace of Nirvana.Often, human pleasures are fleeting ephemera, foolishness, foolishness like a hook on a hook. Having swallowed the bait that you are craving, the hook will immediately hook the throat so there is no happiness in the world of ordinary people without implicitly suffering the pain later. On the other hand, Nirvana, called the ultimate happiness, is the pure peace in which there is no form of greed, hatred and ignorance, so they no longer dispute, envy the illusion du, the temporary of the world. The basics of ego ie "I" broke the feelings of "My" is also eliminated so the soul is really pure, calm, gentle.
Some people wonder if there is no more I am who am I? The real human being is the creation of the Five Aggregates, which are not real, so the whole of the five aggregates is not self-sufficient, so the Buddha calls it no. The "yes" that we call " who " is just a temporary thing, is the name that people call it, in order to distinguish one person from the other in society. Although "yes " but not " true " because there is the cause of the cause so although "there is actually no,"Thus, the mind does not have the mind:" Five aggregates are not "is. Remember the cause and condition of death in us every moment, so people always change from the spirit (psychology) to the body (physiology). The latter thought replaces the previous thought, the new cell replaces the old one so that we always move in the same direction. Then what is "I"? What the man calls "I" is just the name (pretend) to call without really what is the one. For example, in the old days in Vietnam, when he called Hung now to settle in the United States, he changed to John, so what is Mr. Hung or John really?
What are the five aggregates?
1) Aggregate is a physical element consisting of physiological and physiological, with four basic elements:  earth (hair, feathers, nails, skin, meat, tendons, bone, pulp, kidney, heart, liver gut, spleen, lung, stomach, stomach, undigested food, water ) (Bile, talk, pus, blood, sweat, fat, tears, grease, saliva, nasal decongestants, joints, urine),  wind (wind upward, vomiting, wind down to help urine and portion out, the wind in the gut, the gut but in the wind outside the abdomen, all the effects of the body such as walking, standing, sitting, bending, stretching etc ... exhalation),  fire(Body heat, heat that causes the body to mature, old age, temperature is too high make us uncomfortable and complain is too hot, the temperature necessary to digest food). Elements created by the four elements are physiological: eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body; Objects of the senses such as shape, sound, taste, object. When the four elements combine, we have the form and if we do not see with the wisdom eye, then we will add to it the shape of me, me, man, woman ... Because of this misconception, attachment occurs in our mind.
Thus the material element is the body or external body, material or energy, of time or space, which is contained in the aggregate. The body is the aggregate, so that they are not an independent entity but a material, fluctuating and contradictory entity such as a bubble on the water or, if we look closely, we see the four bodies as bubbles. temporary material. The body that wants to survive depends on external conditions such as sunlight, food, drinks, air, houses, vehicles ... so the four elements are impermanent, not self. So any attachment, craving body (aggregates of matter), or any physical object, physiological are also potentially suffering so Buddha taught that " i for that aggregate of form is  a, is  ủa a, is ego  Của  a surely reap misery, frustration, grief, tripping and accidents ".
2) Feeling : Feeling is the feeling, due to the contact between the senses and the object that produces life. The Buddha teaches that there are six senses: the eye contact with the form of life, the ear with the sound, the nose with the smell, the tongue with the taste, the body with the soft-object, with the mind object. The Buddhist feeling does not stop at the level of mere contact but rather the emotion, a deeper expression of feeling; There are three kinds of feeling: one is feeling suffering, the other is feeling happy. All these kinds of sensations form a psychic sensory river that governs the mental system. The birth of change changes. They change endlessly, impermanent, selfless, and conditioned existence. Clinging to those feelings is always wrong and reaping suffering.
(3) The aggregate perception, which is the perception of the object, is the ability to experience the six senses and the six senses. There are two types of object recognition: one is the recognition of the external object as the eye sees the identity of the house, the car, the earphone recognizes the sound of birds singing, praise, curse words ... The Second, the perception of the inner object, ie, the mental objects such as concepts, memories, memories, experiences ... Thus, the aggregate perception is the seeing, the knowledge of the human person. , or event or event. Thus, perception is one of the effects of awakening.
The presence of perception is the presence of experience. Perception depends on the past experience, so when you see the flower, it is known as the flower because the perception of the flower is available in the skin. But how do you know it's a flower? When consciousness is to be compared, the consciousness of consciousness then transfers that thought into a strange state, and after comparing the experiences of the flowers that are already there, again, the consciousness passes on the idea. Aggregate into "perception" ie "seeing" or "recognizing" that object as flower. Thus perception is easily fooled by experience, because the reality is always lively. Why? Because we only see the flower according to our not the truth of the flower itself, ie " it is reallyWhen we look at the flowers we think we are looking at the flower, but the flower is the name we give it not itself " not " flower " or " flower. It is the essence of it is the synthesis of soil, water, wind, fire through the causal linkage that formed the form and then we named that flower form. Therefore the true nature of the flower is not because the flower is due to the combination of the free seed that does not exist or exist. Thus the knowledge of perception is the " not real " knowledge, but the knowledge of dependent origination so that conditioned perception exists, so they are impermanent, empty and conditioned by reason so perception is full. What we often call delusions.
4) Aggregate ActionOnions mean psychological phenomena that are functional, capable of leading to karmic retribution, in other words, creating regenerative motivation. Aggregates are psychic phenomena also called mental states. Etymology is divided into 51 mental states, including feeling, perception, ie feeling and perception, also called onions. But here it is not sensible and perceptive to the group because of life expectancy and not the ability to create karmic effects and results. The aggregate of suffering is conditioned by conditioned conditions, which are impermanent, empty, and endlessly changing. Each aggregate can only do its own work. Aggregate aggregates only experience pleasant life, longevity and non-life. The aggregate perception is what recognizes the object. Aggregate aggregates only know the object (see, hear, smell, etc.). Due to the stimulation of the aggregates, all actions of body, speech, and mind occur. Thus, body, speech, and mind are the manifestations of the aggregates, but when the aggregates of mind, body, speech, and mind are misunderstood, that is: soul, self, me.
5) Consciousness : Consciousness is capable of knowing, reflecting the real world. When the senses come into contact with the object, realizing the presence of the object, consciousness does not recognize what it is, what it is, what color is ... the function of perception (thought); The consciousness only recognizes the presence of the object as a mirror reflecting all images passing through it. Based on the  Aspiration of Being (There are eight types of consciousness, which are called consciousness-consciousness, consciousness, consciousness, consciousness, consciousness, consciousness, and consciousness. Consciousness is the basis of life, thought, action. Consciousness is the heart of life, thought, mind is the center. Awareness of the realization of the bowl of consciousness aims to exploit the deep aspects of consciousness. Mundane consciousness, which is the basis of consciousness at the same time, also has the effect of realizing the existence of an entity, an ego. A consciousness is the container of all the seeds of experience, memory, knowledge, and all good and evil spirits. On the other hand, A is the basis for psychological activities to return after the condition is not active. Thanks to A's ability to conserve consciousness, psychological phenomena emerge again when they meet all the elements. It is possible to understand A as a storehouse, and Man is the store keeper. It forms the storehouse to transfer the seeds into or out of which the consciousness is called current or progressive, and from there the aggregate perceives what it is.
Although consciousness is the basis of psychology, it does not exist independently, because it is conditioned by consciousness. For example, if there is no rupa, feeling, perception, and perception, then the relationship of the five aggregates is indissoluble. Buddhism therefore does not accept any form of self-reliance. the concept of an immortal soul. Awakening is a group storage, but it is constantly changing, and sometimes it is possible to change the new seed into a new one, and sometimes the new one is introduced.Because of this transformation, man can become a saint or become a demon. The soul is fixed, invariably so the Buddha denied a living soul to keep dead. A-back-skin contains all the content of consciousness. This content always changes according to the circumstances of life and according to their actions to bring it. It is energy, the power called karma, that when a person dies, it pushes A-to-skin or Bread into a new body and a new body in accordance with it.
That is the meaning of the "reincarnation soul" which Buddhism calls the consciousness. Now,  for Theravada Buddhism , consciousness is understood as the continuous flow of ideas. These ideas depend on many other factors that arise, the Buddha calls this arising process "paticasamupàda". "Consciousness" is just a link in the 12 chain of dependent origination. Thus, the concept of "consciousness" of Buddhism generally differs from the "immortal souls" of other religions very far. It is the continuation of these continuum ideas that go back and forth in the three realms of the six paths, not as immortal souls, as eternal as the understandings of other religions.
Based on science, physics is a thing without knowledge, without life.Physiology is a living thing without knowledge. The psychology is that there is life, there is the knowledge that there is no distinction that is feeling is feeling aggregates. Then physics is the ceiling, physiology is the basis and psychology is consciousness. According to the consciousness, contact with the bodhisattva born consciousness is physiological contact with the psychological discovery. And the first is the feeling that is feeling. However, each aggregate relying on these aggregates exists. For example in the aggregates there is the aggregate of feeling and the aggregate of the aggregate. When we have a feeling of distress, this feeling includes the body and the perception, the mind and the awakening.
Although human beings are the union of the five aggregates, each aggregate is impermanent, so the whole mass is also impermanent, ie nothing is like a banana without a core, just a collection of banana . When we understand the true nature of the human being and the universe we live in, we will no longer cling to the fake body, will no longer see it as our own or our own. kill. Take the five aggregates of the Body and Mind is like a piece of red hot iron so if you grasp (grasp) where is also burned. The world of craving and ignorance is like the red hot iron, so if you have a tendency to cling to life experiences, say "I" or "My" I am happy, I am suffering, I am good or I am bad ... that is the cause of suffering in you. True heart has nothing, neither birth nor death, it is always free, shining, radiant without ever busy. The reason the mind becomes busy just because it is obsessed with false phenomena is the illusion of self.
When the hair on the head drifted forever
The source of the leaves fall again.
The Buddha taught that the five aggregates are immortal. Do not cling to them, do not consider them as My or My. After enlightenment, the Buddha still relies on the five aggregates to live as we all mean that he still has body, disease, sense of grief, memory, thought, mind ... but the other The relationship between Buddha and sentient beings is that He does not attach to them, does not regard them as Self, Self or Self. The Buddha knows that, but he understands life according to its true nature (ie, the vision) so that knowledge is not self, self. So the Buddha also faced life, also eat, say, also hear but in him is very calm, not attached by any phenomenon so the Buddha always live in pure self at Nirvana . For example, someone compliments or someone curses you feel happy or sad. Why? Because you think they praise me or say that you live with self. Conversely, if there is no sense of Self, then just listen to it, it ends with words that you do not suffer. If they are happy or suffering, they will never die, but no happiness or suffering will ever be with me. In short, enlightenment is not deaf or blind but it is the person who lives in mindfulness that is not attached to the craving of the world and the judgment of the world is to let things go by just like that But where there is no happiness or suffering forever with me. In short, enlightenment is not deaf or blind but it is the person who lives in mindfulness that is not attached to the craving of the world and the judgment of the world is to let things go by just like that But where there is no happiness or suffering forever with me. In short, enlightenment is not deaf or blind but it is the person who lives in mindfulness that is not attached to the craving of the world and the judgment of the world is to let things go by just like that
the most important of the mind is still in the first sentence: " Quanz in Bodhisattva practice Bat-elegant Ba-la-multi-time, No, the worst of suffering . This section of Bat Nha focuses on the issue of escape suffering. Human beings will escape suffering, according to the Bat-elegant, when practicing wisdom Bat-depth, so clearly illuminated the five aggregates is selfless ie No. Seeing the five aggregates is anatta, seeing that all dharmas are anattå ie suffering, ie, non-self, and suffering is also non-self, because they are conditioned. The five Aggregates, if they are broadly speaking, are the universal human beings, so the phrase "five aggregates" means that the cosmic world does not have the true (yes) there is no tomorrow), not stable is not sure so Kinh Kim Cang also have the sentence:Pham the general, the false sense of expectation"means that whatever has the form, taste, size, then that is not true. So clearly, there is no suffering, nor is there a so-called suffering person, there must be no suffering. Most importantly, the sentient beings who clearly see the five aggregates are no-self, they no longer cling to the five aggregates, their own, or their self. Grasp the kill kill the kill, suffering death. This is the path to liberation. The old Buddha strongly condemned the complex craving, the divine blessings of Brahmanism that only perceive a pure path of meditation and meditation. Unfortunately today the disciple of the Buddha is too focused on the form of bringing people to the dark, delusion.
What is Nirvana?
At the time of the Buddha there was a Brahmin hermit who met him and asked,
- Nirvana, Nirvana, this friend Sariputta would like to know what that is?
Venerable Xa Loi Phat answered:
- The destruction of desire, the annihilation of hatred, the loss of delusion are what man calls Nirvana.
When the emotions of the "I" through the forms of anger, joy, sadness, love, hate, hunger ... disappear, that person is walking next to Nirvana. Although this is just a small nirvana, it has the same nature as the true Nirvana. In other words, once the mind is absent from "the self" and "the self", this is Nirvana.
If you know how to practice mindfulness and mindfulness, do not give any thought to the mind, to avoid being infected, it will last long. The Buddha taught that only when consciousness sees the consequences of suffering due to grasping, grasping, and grasping, then it is the mind that truly accepts to let go. In contrast to seduction, craving, craving to make the mind is confused, so the craving. Short life so short so people know to let go to the moment of pure, peaceful life. In contrast, the eyes are enslaved for temporary material, although the material is redundant, but the mind is dry, not busy at all, calculated as ghosts until the eyes know that they never know life. Normally, the criteria for happiness are money, authority, fame or ability to provide pleasure, but people have to pay the price of suffering pain to have that happiness. When it is tangled, it feels boring, empty, so want to find new happiness and so that people go and go forever, not stop. Buddha told Angulimala bandits that "Even though I was walking, I stopped. Have you stopped? "Means that while the Buddha is still alive, he is still active in this world, but his mind is no longer attached, not attached to the world (stop).
More busy and also losing out
Thong self that so happy
In the past, the Buddha himself also suffered suffering in the palace of the Royal Guard that his father thought this is a paradise full of pleasure. He let go of all, freeing the shackles in his mind and finally becoming enlightened.
Your hands can hold the world, but at some point your hands will be too tired and finally let go. Then why not let go of the unnecessary things so that the mind is relaxed, the life is soothing. With the practice of letting go, the mind gradually progresses to the purity, liberation, and finally reaches the ultimate goal of liberation.
I thought the world is the realm of truth
So it's up to now.
After all, Buddhism is entering the world from this polluted world, which purifies itself by the mind, knowing that life is temporary, trying to let go a little bit every day, the lotus in itself will rise and full bloom. Even if the lotus is in the mud, spilling out of the mud, rising out of the water or blooming, they all carry within themselves the potential to become beautiful lotuses, brilliant colors and gentle aroma.END=NAM MO SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN LOTUS MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.21/9/2018.
