The Buddha told us to eat and drink, to live, to cultivate, not to force the body to die, then what to cultivate. Eat less, hungry body does not exist, but eat more will be sick. The teacher often eat in this situation, try to eat a full stomach, as the afternoon not eat, but eat so satiety, how to meditate and will make the breath pounded, while the Buddha taught the breathing is uniform and light.
For long-lasting breath to let the body rest, not eating, the breath is as light as the turtle's breath.
