THREE  CONCEPTS.

Lotus 0130During the  Dharma talks , I  noticed that  many people wanted to hear me preach because they were  looking for ways to  overcome the  stresses  of life, whether in work, relationships or just  internal afflictions. . They want peace of mind  . Typically, first they want to see the  measures carried out as  meditation  or mind  mindfulness can help like in everyday life. Once seen as such, they want to go  further a bit and started to really  learn about, to understand yourself and the people  around .
Whenever I begin to share  the Dhamma , I focus on the three essential points, so that you can see how this living philosophy will  improve  your life.
* The first is that no one else can help you  eliminate  suffering . The  only person who can do this is you. At first hearing, this seems a bit  negative , but the  reality is filled encouraging, by such means as  we  play  the role  very important in any adversity or  upon grace  occurred to her. Ways  of thinking , behaving and recognize  circumstances  will  influence  the experiences in the lives of  us . For example, two people who  undergo  an  ordeal  similar, but with perspectives different perspectives, this person could  extremely painful  while the other guysfeel  softer lot. Or a person clinging to money, fame  will be very painful  if lost, while others understand the nature  of impermanence , less clinging to suffering inthe  same situation . Thus, you can begin to see how perceptions of us  can grasp the roles  decide  how to experience happiness  or suffering on their own. This person may be extremely painful while the other guys feel softer lot. Or a person clinging to money, fame will be very painful if lost, while others understand the nature of impermanence , less clinging to suffering in the same situation . Thus, you can begin to see how perceptions of us can grasp the roles decide how to experience happiness or suffering on their own. This person may be extremelypainful while the other guys  feel softer lot. Or someone who clings to money, fame will be very hurt if lost, while others understand the nature of impermanence, less clinging to suffering in the same situation . Thus, you can begin to see how perceptions of us can grasp the roles decide how to experience happiness or suffering on their own. Fame will be very painful if it is lost, while others understand the nature of impermanence , will less grief in the same situation . Thus, you can begin to see how perceptions of us can grasp the roles decide how to experience happiness or suffering on their own. Fame will be very  painful if it is lost, while others understand  the nature of  impermanence , will less grief in  thesame situation . Thus, you can begin to see how perceptions of  us can grasp the roles decide how to experience  happiness or suffering on their own.
** The second thing is  all things  are due  to conditions .  
Everything  happens never for a  single cause,   which is the result of many  conditions  and convergence, both inside and outside. Such  are conditions outside can make mate farewell to you, but you  suffer  anywhere longer  depending  on how your mind  reacts before  circumstances  outside it looks like. Think about your love, when you are angry. We  have  emotional ups and downsdowns  on mate because under  the influence  of many  factors  other. Ironically instead,  we  often spend too much  time  and effort  to find ways to control the  situation  outside, while leaving the emotions raging inside a  free , wild. Understanding the relationship  causal  reciprocity,  we  will find yourself not  completely hopeless .       
Think of the  suffering  that  we  automatically triggers in mind whenever a rampage  of anger  or  jealousy . When someone uttered insults: It may  very angry and  upset , or you can  remain calm  resolve  knots without clinging to emotions there. This does not mean you should  try  to never  get angry  or  upset, which means  we cling emotions  negativity  that to what extent.
*** The third thing I want to share that nothing  exists  as seems  superficially  of it. 
This is a concept not always  easy to understand , but if you go back to the  example  of  happiness  and suffering,  we  will  realize  that the emotions the capital never fixed,  immutable  but  depend  on reflection or feeling  subjectively by  us . This is true of both love and anger as well as what  we think  is good or good. If you ask ten people how  happy they will make  is  very different, It could be wealth ,  love ,  success , peace ,  or  health . Each person has a different need and a sense of  happiness  . When beginning to understand perhaps  the impermanence  of  happiness  and suffering, you will less be  influenced  by  circumstances  outside. You may  appreciate  your work and your income, but your  peace  of mind will be less  dependent  on this. You know that things can change today or tomorrow, and that's okay, because you're still friends. Similarly , you understand that you are not the anger, jealousy or  sorrow  - these emotions which only the  status  momentary of mind, come and go, but  do not exist invariant . Understood so,  we  will  realize  that the mind can be  transformed , trained, regardless of  circumstances  .
In short :
●  Happiness  or suffering originates in the heart. 
● Still can not control other people or change  the external environment , but  we absolutely  can  control  is  the reaction  and how to recognize  the problem around. Therefore, never  despair . 
● Nothing is fixed  immutable , especially not the mind.
