The first is single-person (person) set up, such as "Buddha Says Amitabha Sutra." Buddha is a human, Amitabha is also a human, so it is called a single person (person), using only one person to represent the name of a sutra. Because this Amitabha Sutra is about the Pure Land method, about the world of Great Bliss, of Amitabha Buddha. Why is there the world of Great Bliss? Because when Amitabha Buddha, at the land as a Dharma bhikkhu, gave forty-eight great vows. These vows will help all sentient beings return to the world of Dewachen, the future of which will become a Buddha. So, this sutra uses the Buddha Amitabha, to represent the name of this sutra. When the Buddha Dharma comes to the end of the day, the Sutras of Surangama are the first to be lost, because the Sutras of Surangama are the Sutras of the Chief Justice of the Buddha. . It can also be said that, because the Lang Nghiem sutra speaks too meticulously, about the morality of all things of the world, it can be said that, secreting the secrets of heaven and earth. In the end, the Buddha Law in the world will be completely complete. At that time, three accidents, all harm will happen, then this world will destroy. Therefore, we should pay special attention to the Amitabha Sutra. Because of the end of the Dharma, the Pure Land method will be the best for everyone. The Amitabha Sutra is a single person (person) as the Kinh name, and the single Dharma name is what Kinh is? It is the Nirvana Sutra. Nirvana is "not born", Table is "not ceasing"; no birth does not die, there is no legal birth and death, it is a single legal name of the Kinh. For example, the name Kinh is Kinh Pham Vong. Pham Vong is a net of La Trang, in front of the palace of Dai Pham Thien. This La Trang net, hollow round shape, four sides have holes, so it is called a net, like a fishing net, used for solemnity. Dai Pham Thien Vuong liked to decorate his palace, giving it a beautiful dignity, so La Trang net was hung. Each hole of the net has pearls, this pearl emits light, so it is called the moonlight in the daytime, and at night it also emits light. Each bead of pearl is projected into each hole, so luminescence shines with each other, holes are open together, light with light illuminates each other, holes and pores reach each other, that is Pham Vong. Sutra Pham Vong means the Bodhisattva's world. Why did Bodhisattva world use Pham Vong to represent the name of the Kinh? Because gender is like a radiant pearl. You keep the precepts pure, there is light. The above mentioned application has three: People, France, example as the Kinh name. Dual has three: People (human) and France do the name Kinh, and example as the Kinh name, France and example as the Kinh name. The person and the dharma make the name of the Sutra, which is the Kinh Van Thu Question of Bat Nha. Bodhisattva Van Thu is human, Bat Nha is dharma. Bodhisattva Van Thu is the Great Wisdom Bodhisattva. He asked about Bat Nha. Bat Nha is wise and can only be asked by wise people. This Sutta uses the user and the French to make the name of the Sutta. Person and example as Kinh name is Kinh Tathagata Su Tu Huong. Tathagata is one of the ten titles of Buddha. The Dharma of the Tathagata is like the sound of a lion's howl, when a lion roows, hundreds of animals will be scared, whatever is saigon, lang, tiger, leopard, or whatever beasts are afraid of. Kinh Tathagata Su Tu Huong is human and example as Kinh name. Using the legal and example as the Kinh name, is Kinh Dieu Phap Lien Hoa. If the name Kinh does not know clearly, for what is called the Sutra Nirvana? you say do not understand, the internal name of the Nirvana Sutra did not understand, so what use do you consider the Nirvana Sutra for? If you are not aware of the name of the Sutra, you cannot go deep into the Sutras, nor can you have wisdom like the sea; without wisdom like the sea, you will spend a lifetime studying Buddhism in darkness. If everyone is aware of the seven types of sutra names, it is possible to study the Dharma. There are also five magical layers of meaning (the mysterious five-layer meaning). The five layers of magical meanings are: 1. Explain the name of the Sutra. 2. Lecture to dissolve the Sutra. 3. Clearly state the tone. 4. Argument about items. 5. Know the minister. What is the name of this sutra used as a name? What is the legal form of this sutra? Knowing the legal entity, then we must know what the Sutras say? Knowing the principle, we have to know the tools of the Sutra, know how to use it, we must know the general. Why ? Like, we must first have a name, like Truong Tam and Ly Tu, each with their own name. Knowing the name Trương Tam, you will know how big your body is? how tall ? how heavy ? what is his body like? healthy or unhealthy? What to use for living? go to school or work? In the occupations: doctor, agriculture, industry, trade, medicine do what? If he goes to school, how can he use his education as a staple, after finishing school? Is it possible to go to bed? No, after studying, he will develop his tools. Science develops science, philosophy develops philosophy, each subject has its use. Sutras are also like that, knowing the use of the Sutras, then the title and the tone also know, what is the salvation of the identity? For example teachers, directors. In short, each person has the status of each person, that is, clearly stating their future accomplishments. Business is like that, this Sutras of the United States, using the French and example in seven categories as the name of the Sutra to do the Sutra. The Lotus Sutra, in the five levels of magical meaning, is the first one is the explanation of the name of the Sutra. This sutra uses Magic Lotus as its name. You still have to say, the speaking is not miraculous but visualizing the magic and the thought of speaking this magic. What is the real meaning of miracles? That is only Buddha and Buddha can understand this profound realm. Now teaching the Lotus Sutra, I only teach a little. However, this little bit does not know how many days to preach. Because of this miraculous word, Master Wisdom Master Thien Thai, preaching took ninety days, has not yet finished the magic word, only a small part. This year (1968) in the summer I preach ninety-six days to finish the Sutra of Nghiem. Because I taught the Sutras of Lang Nghiem in Huong Cang, it took fourteen months to finish. First of all, we preach about the miraculous word, how many days does this magic word save the godly? At present, there is no way to know in advance, it can be said for a few days or a few days. First of all, we have to talk about magic. What is magic? Magic means magic, sentient beings are also miraculous, Buddha is also miraculous, in heaven and all all, nothing is not miraculous, everything is magic. So this magic word is utterly endless. This is also miraculous, it is also miraculous, where does the miraculous salvation come from? From the heart that comes. How do you know what is magic? Because you have the mind, so the magic of the mind, next to the wonderful beings, then the magical Dharma. Magic mind like? Where did all the mountains, the ginseng and the thousands of statues, the houses of the infirmary, all the things come from? From a present mind of each person is born, out of the mind of each being born. How born? You would say: "Don't know!" That is magic. Knowing or not knowing is magic. How do you know ? And why don't you know? Isn't that magical? This is magic mind. Magic mind, magic mind like? The human mind is one of a kind. Someone just in front of his chest said, "My mind is here". Where is your true heart? You have got your mind wrong! Is to accept the enemy as a child! Like Ton Jia An Nan, in the Sutra Pitaka. Sun Jia A Nan said, "The mind is in." That is just the heart of flesh, this heart is useless. Why do you say it's useless? Because it's just a piece of meat. It is due to the gathering of many defilements that gives birth to the heart; it is called predestined thought, the ability to contemplate thoughtful thought helps you to start thinking. The sixth consciousness is also known as the mind to set up, which is the heart that helps you to generate thoughts and generate mixed thoughts, conditioned mind, and practice mind. This mind has many names. Therefore, the mind of the dharma that I say, do not think that it is a fleshy heart. So, besides me, do I have a mind? You do not know, right? See if that is magic? Until you have a mind that you do not know, of course even the mind does not know, even to life that you do not know very well! When born, the lake map, death is also a map, from where you do not know, it is miraculous! When he died, it was also a miracle to go, not knowing where to go. Not knowing when born and dying, that is also miraculous! So while alive, isn't that magic? This is even more magical! Why is it even more magical? For example, when you were a child, you grew up unconsciously, later grown up to be an adult; become an adult and do not know how to turn into an old person. Did you say it was wonderful? Not only turn into old people, but you also give birth to children to nurture them. If it's not magic, why the unconscious has so many transformations? That is magic. Now that this magic is preached, you feel a little bit of meaning, like the above just said, but when you haven't said it, you don't know it's magic. Magic means that in your unconsciousness, something works. What you see before your eyes is wonderful. Why ? How can you see it? If not, you can not see. So is it not magic if you can't see it? Seeing not seeing is even more magical. Seeing and seeing not seeing are miraculous, hearing and hearing not being is also wonderful. So seeing is for the time being, not only seeing; How can I see it? In the Surangama Sutra it is said: "Who can see? Who is with you to see?" Did you say it was wonderful? Why near you can see? You can not see it far away? That is all magic. When you see yellow, there is a yellow effect, you see blue, yellow, red, white, black then these things are in your eight consciousness, giving birth to its form. Why is it born? Who asked you to give birth to that silhouette? Is that magic? Sounds like that. Why are there sounds you like to hear, sounds you don't like to hear? Who said you like and dislike listening? No one! Why am I born of like and hate? When seeing beauty, I like it. If I see beauty, I hate it. Do who call you? You say "I don't know, just think so". Thinking like that is magic. All are miraculous; that is the magic mind; because the mind is born of universal variation. If not miraculous, why do we have enough changes? Magic too much, if you want to say, even if you say a few hundred years, you will not finish this miracle. If I finished speaking, it wouldn't be magic. The Buddha sermon forty-nine years, teaching the Sutra more than three hundred associations, are not out of this magical word. Therefore, this miraculous word covers the Tripitaka twelve sets of Sutras, covers all the Buddhadharma, and all Dharma does not go beyond this magical word. Therefore, the Great Master Priestly preached for ninety days, even though he preached for ninety years, he did not finish this wonderful word. So when it comes to the Sutras of the United States, surely this whole life will not be heard, nor have the opportunity to hear it all, even after ninety years have not finished a miraculous word, so try to ask the sutras, do not know how long it will take to lecture? Don't be afraid, in the present era all things are quick. Teaching the Bible quickly is magic, the lecture is also slow. Obviously, the Buddha's teaching was not beyond this miracle, Now I preach, why are you out of this miracle? It is not wonderful to leave this miracle, and to leave it is not wonderful. However, the Dharma is magic, if you want to know the magic of the Dharma, you must first let go of the magic. It is not magic to let go, but to let go is wonderful; If you don't believe it, try letting go of your body and mind. In there is no body and mind, but there is no world; neither, nor France, all are not. You say that is not magic, right? This magic, if you let go of your body and mind, can you attain the true magic of the inherent nature. If you are inside, there is no body and mind, but there is no world, but you won't leave the world body and mind. This is not to say leaving this body and mind of me, from this world, that there is no world body; but it is in this body and mind, in this world that there is no. "There is no attachment to the eyes and the sharp shape, the ear-sounding sound of the mind is not good". That realm will soon be attained, in there is no body, no world. This is not easy, so it is wonderful. Easy is also magic, neither easy nor magic, all are wonderful, all are not beyond this magic. Therefore, this magic word has no way to finish. Because magic is not easy to say, so is magic. Not easy aunt said, now must also say, it is also miraculous. In short, Dieu! Magic! Magic! All are magic. What is this use again? You ask this problem, that is really wonderful. Practicing, taking meditation, taking a seat, is going to find this magic. The Buddha practiced asceticism for six years in Snow Mountain, searching for this miracle. All Bodhisattvas practice Bodhisattvas, also seek this magic. The Arahants let go of all, they are also looking for this miracle. All the ordinary people, the Saints want to practice, also because they seek this miracle. Therefore, achieving Buddhahood is also called magic. What magic? is Dieu Giac. The Bodhisattva is the Enlightenment, and has not yet attained the Enlightenment. So now we must first understand this miracle. What is the use of magic? There is no use, but everything needs it. This magic, it must be said that its greatness, great creation, heaven and all things, are all born from this miracle. So do not assume that through God, God, God created this world. In fact, all are born from this miracle. This magic word also only Buddha can handle. Our inherent Buddha nature is the miraculous Buddhahood nature. There is a clear way this magic word, how easy it is! If you clear this magic word so easily, wouldn't it be magic? is not. If you clear this magic word too easily, it is even more magic. Why ? Since you don't waste your energy, it's transparent, isn't that magic? You waste a lot of effort to be transparent, this is even more magical. So, how are also magical, early in the market director. What is not magic you say before your eyes? The lamps, the tables and chairs are all manifestations of magic. If you can clear this magic, all are wonderful; This magic is not transparent, all are gross. You feel you have been transparent, but in fact you are not transparent, if you study its being, then it will be born from this magical word. This summer (1968), teaching the Kinh Lang Nghiem took ninety-six days. In the Kinh Lang Nghiem talks about fifty warmer ghosts, these warmer ghosts are superior to the current pagan celestial ghosts. Since the divine powers of those fifty things are so damaging, having something on top of that emits light, if its aura hits your head, your head will also shine. But these miraculous things, which are ghosts in Buddhism, nowadays, cannot emit light. Sentient beings are like a serpent, flying wildly from the northeast, flying back and forth, unable to find a way out, and pitied these people who followed the blind. If you say you don't know, if you want to pray for the Dharma, you should study with a knowledgeable religion. Some people don't know, then use the blind to lead the blind. For who knows and has very little wisdom in this world, and ignorant and ignorant people are many. People with wisdom like to hear the truth, people without wisdom like to listen to the morality of the ignorant people. What is the morality of the addict? For example, they say that a practitioner does not need sexual intercourse, can be arbitrary, because saying so then it is good. The policy of Buddhism is the lewd passage, if not for the lewd passage but to practice, it is said in the Sutras of Lang Nghiem: "Like cooking sand and wanting to become rice, even after going through hundreds of thousands of lives, it is just hot sand" . Why ? Because of learning the Dharma, we must follow the Buddha's teaching and practice. If it is considered "the self" is greater than Buddha, it is too wrong! Students who study the Dharma, not only seeing the Buddha bow respectfully, but meeting the Bodhisattva must also bow to the Bodhisattva. Do not give high tribute to selfishness. egotistic. Anyone who learns the Dharma must be humble, respectful, and harmonious. In the Lotus Sutra, the twentieth volume talks about the Unusual Bodhisattva. This Irrevocable Bodhisattva was the precursor to the Buddha, throughout his life as a Bodhisattva. In one lifetime, he specialized in practicing Bodhisattva "often without contempt" (often without contempt). How does he act? He specializes in revering the ten great Vows of the Bodhisattva Samantabhadra. The ten great Vows are: 1. Respect for the Buddhas: That is to respectfully pay homage to the Buddhas of the past, present and future, ten directions of all the Buddhas. 2. Praise Tathagata: Someone asked: "Buddha also likes people who praise?" Correct ! Because you like to praise Buddha, you like to praise yourself. If you don't want to praise yourself, don't praise Buddha. Buddha and sentient beings are the same. You say: "I am Buddha, then I do not need to bow to Buddha". That is not true. Your own nature is Buddha, but if you do not practice, you have not yet attained Buddhahood. If everyone is a Buddha, what does the Buddha need to go to Snow Mountain for six years of asceticism, sitting under the Bodhi tree for forty-nine days to become a Buddha The Buddha practiced all kinds of asceticism in the past, practiced all kinds of meditation, cultivated all kinds of Prajñā wisdom, cultivated all kinds of generosity, precepts, patience, diligence, and all kinds of methods. In this life, we still have to go to Snow mountain to practice asceticism for six years, sit under the bodhi tree to see how enlightened tomorrow will grow, and it takes a lot of procedures! But you are not done within six days, but you think you are Buddha, it is so comfortable. So, there are people who say they are Buddha, it is shameless, shameless. Meanwhile, the Buddha in his past life used to be the Irresistible Bodhisattva, which means that he does not always despise any sentient being. If he saw the Buddha, he prayed to the Buddha, when he saw the Bodhisattva, the Bodhisattva ceremony, if he saw the Arahant, the Arahant ceremony, when he saw the Bhikkhu, the Bhikkhu and everyone also bowed respectfully and said: "I don't dare. contempt for you, you will all become Buddhas ". That devotion is really true, a little false also does not exist, honestly respect all sentient beings. However, he recalls the retribution very badly, because there are arrogant Bhikkhus who say: "This Bhikkhu does not understand the Dharma, receives false records for people". Therefore, he was beaten, when he bowed down, they kicked him, even kicked out of his teeth. Bowing, people were beaten. Then, in the distance, he saw Bhikkhus, Bhikkhunis prostrating, when they came, he ran away, so as not to be beaten by them. He still practices the Bodhisattva path without contempt for all sentient beings, which is the Buddha's past life practicing six degrees of karma, not one afternoon but becoming a Buddha. So those people think that they are Buddha, they are not aware of the Buddha, deceive themselves, self-respect, that is: my general, human form, sentient beings, are not Buddha's realm. "Heaven has a way you cannot go, Hell has no door to enter". When I preached the Sutra Pitaka once said through this verse: "Lost in ignorance, One transmission two does not understand, I fell into hell, and the students also ran into". When the teacher fell into hell, said to his disciples, "Why are you also in here"? The disciple said: "If you follow the teacher, of course you will also follow the teacher here". The teacher said: "Damn it! Damn it! This is hell!" The disciple asked, "Why did you lead me to hell? The teacher replied," Even I do not know why I have come here, now it is not possible to go out. "Not only could he go out, but he was unable to do so. all the disciples who studied with him were also fine. The above is said to follow the ten great vows of Bodhisattva Samantabhadra. 1. Veneration of the Buddhas. 2. Praise Tathagata. 3. Extensive practice of offering: This is not said to make offerings today, not to make offerings tomorrow; Not to make offerings to a Buddha, but to make offerings to all Buddhas, to make offerings all over. 4. Repent of karma: Why must we worship the Buddha? It is because of wanting to manifest, making a huge dent in the mistakes that have been caused, from countless eons to this day. From now on correcting the mistake made a new man. 5. Depend on merit: That is, seeing the charitable deeds that should be done, or doing as much as possible will be better. Bodhisattva practice is to benefit people, help people, not just want to benefit yourself. Phàm is to help people, without selfishness, they are all rejoicing merit. 6. Occasionally change the wheel of the Dharma: When you know that a certain Master can teach the sutras, you are in contact with many people who invite that Master to lecture. Studying Buddhism must study with Dharma masters who understand the Dharma, do not assume that you understand the Dharma. Therefore, sometimes the true Master understands the Dharma teaching the sermon, which is to change the wheel of the Dharma. 7. Visiting the Buddha to stay in life: Now the Buddha is no longer in life, then ask the Buddha to stay in life. 8. Often study according to the Buddha: The Buddha practiced the Bodhisattva path, tolerating what people could not tolerate, doing what people could not do, practicing all kinds of methods, so they had to study according to him. 9. Always favorable sentient beings: Always depending on sentient beings, hoping to make them understand the Dharma. 10. They all dedicate themselves: Dedicating all their merit to all sentient beings, making them soon become Buddhists. Explaining the name "Dieu Phap Lien Hoa Kinh", the first word is magic. The magic word is too large, speaking horizontally, speaking vertically, speaking in reverse is also wonderful. The Buddha's dharma says are all magical, magical dharma covers all, up to the three 12-set three organs that are covered in magic. The three organs are: the Sutra Pitaka , the Vinaya and the Tripitaka. The Sutra Pitaka is about concentration. Vinaya is about learning. The commentary is about wisdom. Sutras, laws, treatises, ethics are boundless, infinite, but the merit in the world of wisdom is also infinite. Of course, the Law of the Law is magic, the world of wisdom is also magic. About the samadhi you have heard a lot, so how much can you do to save respect? We listen to the Dharma, not only must be transparent, but also follow the practice of practicing in order to truly possess. Knowing but not practicing is also like not knowing. Why ? Because that is like knowing the food is delicious, but you have to eat it to really use it. Dharma is the same, if you know a little practice, then that is the practitioner. If you know without practice, for you, the Dharma is of no use, just like a stone man is no different, the figure is human but cannot speak or walk. Magic includes: magic mind, wonderful beings and magic Buddha. In division, there are three, combined there is only one. Whether divided or merged to teach, are magic. All three are magic, one is also magic. Three organs and twelve sets. Three organs are: Business, law, commentary, covering the world of wisdom for three unsolicited study. The twelve sutras are: 1. Khe Kinh. 2. Coincidence. 3. Praise. 4. Causes and conditions. 5. Duty. 6. Deity. 7. The brethren. 8. Example. 9. Discussion. 10. Autobiography. 11. Phương Quảng. 12. Tho signed. Although twelve sutras have profound meanings, but mainly remember and understand the meaning of Buddha. Dharma does not necessarily focus on education, but focuses on true practice. Some young men and women, arbitrarily talk about love, unknowingly combine, and then arbitrarily break up, saying that it is freedom, in fact, it is a free misunderstanding. Men and women are not married, do not keep instruments, it is not only freedom but confusion in confusion. Why ? Because if we get married, although not free is still the way from ancient times. If you misunderstand love, say not married, it can be arbitrary, it is wanting to die a little early, Anyone is human or animal, because animals also have love, why do they have love? Because of this kind of love, this kind of stuff has been too deep, from countless eons to now. When being a human, sex is too heavy, so perverted to animals; if the animal has not awakened yet, the sex will be heavier, the more dull it will be. Low biochemistry and biochemistry, born like? Also because lust is too heavy. Any sentient being also has love, therefore: "Clean karma does not mean Buddha, Heavy karma is a sublime affiliation". Anyone who is fascinated by a lover is an ordinary person. If you no longer have attachment to love, consider it not to be a saint. Humans and animals, both have thousands of thousands of differences, but, neither are they separated from this magic, are included in the magic of the dharma, so sentient beings are also magical. You don't know if you don't study it, if you study it, each species has its own morality. Why be human? Why do dogs? Why do pigs? cow? In it all implies a magic magic. This magical dharma, it's not easy to be transparent, is not easily transparent that is magic. You say I can be transparent, transparency is also magic. Magic is an unthinkable realm, this unthinkable realm, like in the part of sentient beings. When it comes to the Dharma, what is Dharma? What is not Dharma? All dhammas are Buddhadharma. Heaven, people, A tu la, animals, hungry ghosts, hell, are the six realms of the world, combined are the ten legal realms. The ten dharma realms are made up of one of our present thoughts, so the magic mind is said. If the dhamma mind is not wonderful, sentient beings will not be wonderful; Dharma sentient beings are not miraculous, the Dharma is also not wonderful. Trang Tzu said these sentences are very rational: "My life is limited, but understanding is infinite, taking the finite learn the infinite". That is, life is limited, sometimes at the end, but, understanding has no edge. We use limited life, to learn limitless understanding, there is no way to trace it! But he knows only half, not all, why say that? Since he only knew his life had an end, Our lives, if we don't go, we won't return. If you know what the problem of life and death is, it only solves half of it; if you do not know what the matter of life and death is not transparent. Therefore, even the lake map, go also the map. Regarding the issue of life and death, Tu Lo once asked German Confucius: "Teacher! What method should I use to worship the devil god?" Confucius replied: "Don't know how to care for people, how can you serve demons?" Tu Lo asked again: "Dare to ask about death, I dare to ask about death like? How died from it? How is the situation of death"? Confucius replied: "Not yet born, how to die"? That means not knowing how to live, how to know how to die? That is also, how born will die like that. So how to save life? That comes to the basics, everyone should pay attention to this place a bit, Man is born of sex, so also through sex dies. Without sex there is no birth, no death. The problem of samsara is due to craving, if you can eliminate craving, you also know about samsara. Buddha was because he wanted to end the problem of samsara of all sentient beings, but came to this world, so the question of samsara is very important. There is a story about life and death: Once there was a rich man who married a very beautiful wife, giving birth to three children. The rich man aside from money, he doesn't know anything. Money was the best friend in his life, like flesh and blood, so he modified a passage "Trung Dung" of the previous saint. Edit is: "Thien network spends money, Rate spends money, Tu Dao spends money. Money spends fake, can not tu leave field" Money is not a moment away from it.
