 PREFACE

    Not everyone can read this wonderful, simple book. You can only read it once you have accepted the strange notion that aging is a reversible process and once you believe that "The Spring of Youth" is a real secret. On the contrary, if you think these things are not possible, reading this book will only make you waste of time in vain. On the other hand, if you accept that the "impossible" thing is really in your hands, you will be rewarded with a variety of things.   
   As far as I know, Peter Kelder's "Spring of Youth" is the only book that has provided us with an invaluable information about the 5 ancient Tibetan gymnastics methods. These five methods are the keys to maintaining youthfulness, health and vigor. For thousands of years, these exercises have become magical rituals kept hidden in hidden monasteries in the Himalayas. More than 40 years ago, these five practices first caught the attention of the West through Mr. Kelder's book. But then the book and its strange and precious information source disappeared and were forgotten. So the goal of this book is to bring Mr. Kelder's message back to the public, hoping that it will bring a lot of benefits to the reader.
