Buddha turned the wheel of Dharma. “World-Honored One! Please preach the Dharma! Bach Duc Thien The, please preach the Dharma! There are sentient beings who are less contaminated with the dust of the world who will be harmed if they do not hear the Dharma. If these people hear the Dharma, they will understand." According to the Āriyapariyesana Sutta, after the Buddha attained enlightenment, he contemplated and contemplated deeply the dharma that he realized was profound, wonderful, noble, and super logical, only the wise could understand. most sentient beings are passionate about craving, chasing after craving, it's hard to see the law of Dependent Origination, it's hard to see the theorem that all Actions are tranquil... heart for me". And at that time the World-Honored One said the verse: "Why do I say that the Dharma is difficult to realize Those who are still greedy for anger It is difficult to realize this Dharma. Going against the mysterious stream Hard to see, Very delicate, The one who is infected and ignorant cannot see this Dharma." At that time, Brahma Sahampati, reading the Buddha's stream of thoughts, immediately thought and lamented: "Alas, the world will perish, the world will perish, if the mind of the Tathagata, the Arahant, will be destroyed. -Han, the Perfectly Enlightened One, aiming for Nirvana, does not want to preach the Dharma!" After thinking and complaining like this, Brahma Sahampati immediately disappeared from the world of Brahma and appeared in front of the Blessed One, respectfully clasped his hands and said to him: "Venerable One! Please preach the Dharma! Bach Duc Thien The, please preach the Dharma! There are sentient beings who are less contaminated with the dust of the world who will be harmed if they do not hear the Dharma. If these people hear the Dharma, they will understand." Brahma Sahampati continued the verse: "Once upon a time, in Magadha, an unclean dhamma appeared. dhamma was created by the impure mind created by thinking Open wide, open wide This Door of Immortality Let them hear the Dharma of the Purely Realized One. Like standing on a rock On the top of a lofty mountain Someone stood looking down The whirling sentient beings. Likewise, O Thien The! Step-by-step transformation of the eye and all over Step to the throne of the castle Built by Dharma. One who is free from sorrow Looking down upon a group of sentient beings Being oppressed by sorrow and being dominated by old age. Rise up the hero The winner of the battlefield The leader of the caravan The one out of debt. Go all over the world, the World-Honored One, the Perfectly Enlightened One, Preach the wonderful Dharma, and the listeners will understand it!" After hearing the request of Brahma Sahampati, the Blessed One reflected on all the basic nature of living beings, each born from different causes and conditions. Some people are heavily infected with the dust of life, some are new to being simple, some are slow-witted, some are quick-witted, some are easy to teach, Some people are difficult to teach… And he looked down at a lotus pond, in the lake there are green lotuses, some white lotuses, some pink lotuses, etc. Some are deep in the water, some are rising to the level of the water, some are floating. There are kinds that go beyond the water… there are lotus flowers in bloom, there are lotus flowers in bloom, and there are varieties of lotus flowers that have bloomed… After observing the lotus flowers in the lake like that, the Buddha said to Pham. Sahampati said: "The door of immortality is wide open For those who will listen, Abandon your Incorrect belief. Thinking about the trouble I didn't want to preach the supreme and wonderful Dharma Among human beings." After speaking to Sahampati, the Blessed One accepted Sahampati's request. Then the Blessed One immediately thought of the teacher Alārakālama, who could receive the Dharma. But the gods informed him that the Taoist Taoist had passed away for seven days. The Buddha immediately thought of the ascetic Uddaka Rāmaputta - who could understand the true Dharma. But the gods informed him that the Taoist Taoist passed away yesterday. The Buddha immediately thought of the five brothers Kieu Tran Nhu (Kondanna) who were practicing asceticism in the Deer Park (Isipatana) in Baranasi, and he wanted to come here to teach the Dharma. When the Buddha came to the garden of Isipatana, at first the five brothers Kieu Tran Nhu had unkind words, but then they were transformed by the Buddha. The World-Honored One taught them: "Don't call him a sage, call him a Tathagata." And the Blessed One said to them: "You should not call the Tathagata an Elder, making you unprofitable all night long. Hey guys! The Tathagata has attained the nectar of nectar, has clearly known the path towards nectar, is the enlightened one, is full of all wisdom, has been freed, is at peace, mistakes have been completely eliminated. Gentlemen, come here! The Tathagata will show you the Dharma, teach you, and you will practice it exactly as instructed, then in your present body all delusions will be completely eradicated, you will be at peace. dwell in the life of liberation, achieve the holy life, what should be done must be done, forever no more rebirth. Hey guys! In the past, you blamed me that: Elder Gotama was interested in worldly pleasures, wanted to eliminate afflictions, but did not persist in virtue, so he was rotten. Today, I am close to you, I come to you, each of you feel embarrassed. Therefore, you need to know that the Tathagata should not be called an Elder." At that time, the five brothers Kieu Tran Nhu all knelt down and said to the Blessed One, "Venerable One! We vow to be monks in the teachings of the Enlightened One." The Buddha said: "Happy, come here, bhikkhus!". At that time, the five of them, their beards and hairs falling out of their own accord, clothed in dharma robes, immediately became a stately and poignant recluse like a bhikkhu who had passed his hundred years of summer. They bowed down to the Blessed One and apologized for all their previous mistakes. From here on, for the Tathagata, they always remember to think of themselves as a Master with a mind of delight in contemplation and great respect. When the Buddha finished talking with the five brothers Kieu Tran Nhu, it also began to get dark. And tonight, the World-Honored One received an offering from the Bodhisattva Zhuan Dharma. The Bodhisattva Zhuan Li said to the Blessed One: "World Honored One, in the past, Buddha Nhien Dang predicted that he would become the Perfect Enlightened One, Shakyamuni. At that time, there was also a child. I made this vow. When you become a Buddha, I will make offerings to Bao Luan. All heavens, Humans And Bodhisattvas An unspeakable number All for the sake of turning the Wheel of the Law. Each person uses divine power to offer all kinds of treasures, flowers, umbrellas, etc. Many lives say no. The three thousand great heavenly realms of Heaven, Human, and Asura All the Dragon Gods are all one-heartedly requesting."[1] After receiving the Bao Wheel from the Bodhisattva Zhuan Zhu, he sat quietly until the end of the night, that is, when dawn was about to return, the Blessed One called the five brothers Kieu Tran Nhu and taught: Guys, you should know! The monastic has two cases to avoid. The first case: Avoid indulgence in sex. Those who indulge in sensual pleasures are ordinary people, have no understanding, are not the deeds of the saints, are not in accordance with the doctrine of liberation, are not the agents of Buddhahood and the attainment of Nirvana. The second case: avoid the lack of right thinking, He forced himself to be ascetic in order to seek liberation. Such people, in the past, present, and future, have received their own suffering. O Monks! Practitioners need to give up those two extremes. I will tell you about the Middle Way, you must listen wholeheartedly, remember and practice hard! What is the Middle Way? These are Right View, Right Thought, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness, and Right Concentration. The path with eight such factors is called the Middle Way. This is the path to Peace, Wisdom, Enlightenment and Nirvana.” The Buddha taught them about the Four Noble Truths including the three complete transports of all 12 Elements. Turning the Wheel of the Dharma for the first time, the Blessed One said: "O monks! This is the Noble Truth of Suffering, the dharma is heard and contemplated according to reason, the eye of wisdom, the eye of insight, the eye of enlightenment can arise. O Monks! This is the Noble Truth of Suffering, the dharma is heard and contemplated according to reason, the eye of wisdom, the eye of insight, the eye of enlightenment can arise. O Monks! This is the Noble Truth of the Cessation of Suffering, the dharma is heard and contemplated according to reason, the eye of wisdom, the eye of insight, the eye of enlightenment can arise. O Monks! This is the Noble Truth of the End of Suffering and Suffering, the Dharma is heard and contemplated according to reason, the eyes of wisdom, the eyes of wisdom, the eyes of enlightenment can arise." Turning the Wheel of the Law for the second time, the Blessed One said: "O monks! This is the Noble Truth of Suffering, the dharma that must be understood, must be known correctly from hearing, contemplating in accordance with reason, the eye of wisdom, the eye of insight, the eye of enlightenment can arise. O Monks! This is the Noble Truth of Suffering, the dharma that must be understood, the dharma that must be eliminated, the dharma that has been heard, and the right contemplation, the wisdom eye, the clear eye, enlightened eyes may arise. O Monks! This is the Noble Truth of the Cessation of Suffering, the dharma that must be understood, the dharma that must be realized as the dharma has been heard, the right contemplation, the wisdom eye, the clairvoyant eye, the enlightened eye can arise. O Monks! This is the Noble Truth of the End of Suffering, the Dharma that needs to be understood, practiced as it has been heard, contemplating according to reason, the eye of wisdom, the eye of insight, the eye of enlightenment can arise. Turning the wheel of the Dharma for the third time, the Blessed One said: "O monks! This is the Noble Truth of Suffering, the dharma has been properly understood and known from hearing, contemplating according to reason, the eye of wisdom, the eye of insight, the eye of enlightenment can arise. O Monks! This is the Noble Truth of Suffering, the dharma has been understood, has been abandoned just as the dharma has been heard, contemplated according to the truth, the eyes of wisdom, the eyes of wisdom, enlightened eyes may arise. O Monks! This is the Noble Truth of the Cessation of Suffering, the dharma that has been understood, has been realized as it is, from hearing, contemplating according to the right, wisdom eyes, penetrating eyes, enlightened eyes can arise. O Monks! This is the Noble Truth of the End of Suffering, the dharma has been understood, practiced as it has been heard, contemplated according to reason, the eye of wisdom, the eye of insight, the eye of enlightenment can arise. “O bhikkhus! If the Dharma of the Four Noble Truths is not clearly understood, under the three movements with the 12 Elements, the eyes of wisdom, the eyes of wisdom, and the eyes of enlightenment cannot arise, then the Tathagata will not stand before the world, including the gods. , Mara, Brahma, recluse, brahmin, let go of all afflictions to attain liberation, unable to attain unsurpassed Bodhi. O Monks! Since the Tathagata realizes these Four Noble Truths, Under the three movements with the 12 Elements, the eyes of wisdom, eyes of wisdom, and eyes of enlightenment were born, in front of all the worlds including Gods, Demons, Brahmas, ascetics, and Brahmins. -men, the mind of afflictions has let go, has been liberated, has attained unsurpassed Bodhi." After the World-Honored One turned the wheel of Dharma like this, the Elder Kieu Tran Nhu and the eighty thousand Buddhist monks, separated from the dust and dirt, attained the pure view of the Dharma. At that time, the Blessed One called the Elder Kieu Tran Nhu and asked: "Does the venerable master understand this Dharma?" Venerable Kieu Tran Nhu replied: "Bach Duc Thien The! I understood." The World-Honored One was transported three times and completed the 12 acts of the Falun. At that time, all the medicinal plants on earth cheered and cheered and informed the gods and humans, so they were all happy and joyful.[2] ] After the discourse on the Four Noble Truths, The Blessed One gave a discourse on Anatta-lakkhana to five bhikkhus in the Deer Park. The World-Honored One said: “O bhikkhus! You must know: Form is not me, if it were me, it would not be sick, not receive suffering. If rupa is me, what we want form to be, then it should be like that; if we don't want form to be, it won't be like that, it must depend on our will. But, in reality, rupa does not depend on our will. Therefore, you should know that rupa is not me. It is the same with feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness. Again, monks! What do you think, is form permanent or impermanent?" “World-Honored One! Form is impermanent.” The Buddha said: "Form is impermanent. It is this impermanent rupa that is unworthy (dukkhā), or from one unsatisfactoriness leads to another unsatisfactory (dukkhā-dukkha), either unsatisfactory because of perishing (viparināmadukkha), or unworthy because of the cycle of birth and death (sākhāra-dukkha). Thus, disciples of the Tathagata's Sravakas, should it be said that that is the self (attana)? Hey guys! Is form the self, is the self in form, form is in me, is the self in form?” “World-Honored One! Yes, no." “O gentlemen! Feelings, perceptions, formations, and consciousness you should know are permanent or impermanent?" “World-Honored One! They are also impermanent.” “O gentlemen! Whatever dharmas have form, those dharmas, whether of the past, present or future, internal or external, gross or subtle, victorious or weak, far or near, they certainly do not have a self. attana). You should know, to use right wisdom to clearly reflect: feeling, perception, mental formations and consciousness, whether belonging to the past, present or future, you also use right wisdom to contemplate clearly, like contemplating rupa. If the assembly of noble disciples belongs to the Tathagata's shravakas, then reflect on these five aggregates of clinging, knowing well that it is not me, not mine. If you reflect like that, you know that the world has no one to chase, nothing to chase, and no chaser. That, only self-enlightenment and attainment of Nirvana. The work of birth and death is over. The holy life has been established. It's worth doing, and it's done. No more rebirth." When the Blessed One gave this discourse, the minds of the bhikkhus were liberated from defilements. You believe, receive and practice.[3] From Issipatana (Deer garden), the Buddha transported the first Falun to transform the five brothers Kieu Tran Nhu, the first Sangha to appear here with the quorum of five. And the World Abbot of the Three Jewels is also from here full of meaning and reason. Then the Buddha converted the young man Yaśa and his friends such as Vīmala (Pima-la), Subahū (Tu-ma-maid), Punna (Phu-lan-na-ca), Gavampati (Old man). -Ba-Bat-Emperor) and 50 more were ordained as a bhikkhu-stilt. The Sangha established by the Buddha here has reached 60 members. oOo At that time, the World-Honored One extended the teaching of the Dharma. From Issipatana, he returned to Uruvela (Uu-long-in-loa). Here, he transforms three brothers, Venerable Kassapa (Kassapa), these three adhere to the Fire religion. They say: “Fire is the primordial nature of the universe. It is derived from Brahma (Pham Thien). Fire itself is life, without fire there is no life. Fire is the light, the warmth, the energy that gives rise to plants, animals, and people…” However, after they heard the Buddha speak the Dharma talk, The venerable Kassapa returned to be a disciple of the Blessed One, but he taught the venerable Kassapa as follows: "Hey, Kassapa! He was a wonderful person with many disciples, kings, ministers, and people who all relied on and respected him. Now, if you want to follow me to learn the Way, you can't avoid the error of self-contempt, you should discuss it with your disciples carefully." At that time, venerable Kassapa was very impressed with the Buddha's teaching, he returned to gather his disciples and said: "I have believed and understood the teaching of that great recluse, the place of enlightenment. His is genuine. I now want to attribute the interest to that great recluse, what do you think?" The disciples replied, "We also want to take refuge with him." At that time the venerable Kassapa and his disciples took all their clothes, and threw them into the Neranjana River. Then, going to the Blessed One, they bowed to him and knelt down and said: "Venerable One! I and my disciples want to be monks in your holy law." The Blessed One immediately accepted and said: "Go to happiness yourself, bhikkhus!". At that time, they immediately accomplished the world of a bhikkhu-stilts. At this point, the Sangha of the World-Honored One is up to 560. oOo After the venerable Kassapa and 500 disciples joined the Sangha, the two younger brothers of Uruvelakassapa were Nanda Kassapa (Nadikassapa) and Gaya Ca. Gayakassapa was practicing the path in the lower reaches of the Nile River (Neranjana), when these two heard that Kassapa and 500 disciples took refuge in the Blessed One, they were very surprised and asked: "Great He is a 120-year-old veteran with profound wisdom and is revered by everyone in the country. In our opinion: Great brother has attained Arahantship, now he has abandoned the pure path of karma and followed that recluse, Is his morality better?" Kassapa replied to the two children: “The Way of the Enlightened One is the best, His teaching is the highest. I have never seen anyone with spiritual power that can be compared with the Enlightened One: 1) Using divine power to transform to transform. 2) Use wisdom to know the mind of others that transforms. 3) Know all the afflictions, properly diagnose the disease, and give medicine. When they heard Kassapa's presentation like this, the other two brothers were deeply reverent to the Blessed One and his teachings. They turned their backs and asked the disciples: "What do you think?" Five hundred disciples answered in unison, "We vow to follow your teachings." At that time, both the teacher and the student went to the Blessed One and asked to be a recluse in his holy Dharma. The Blessed One immediately accepted and called them: "Go to happiness yourself, bhikkhus! "At that time they attained the world of bhikkhus. The Sangha of the World-Honored One has reached one 1,060. oOo In the city of Rājagaha (Kingsara) of Magādha (Ma-kita-da), the Blessed One taught two monks Sāriputta (Sariputta) and Moggallāna (Moggallana). These two had ordained with the ascetic Sanjaya, a Taoist who advocated "agnosticism". With this policy, it did not meet the needs of the two venerable monks, so they said: "Dharma guided by Sanjaya, that dharma cannot eradicate suffering to its complete end". That day, Venerable Sāriputta met Venerable Assaji who was practicing alms-round in the city of Rājagaha, the venerable saw his face, his majesty and calm demeanor, so he was delighted and immediately asked Venerable Assaji: "Venerable Sir! Who is Venerable Master's teacher? Who did he rely on to leave home? By what dharma practice is there peace?" Venerable Assaji replied: “Dear Human! My teacher is a great recluse, coming from the Sakya family, he has ordained and achieved Buddhahood, that is my teacher, I depended on him to become ordained, by practicing his teachings, I have peaceful". Venerable Sariputta asked: "Is the Venerable Master's face righteous? Perhaps his spiritual power surpasses that of Venerable One?" Venerable Assaji replied: "Like a mustard seed compared to Mount Sumeru, like water the footprints of a buffalo compared to the sea, like a mosquito compared to a species of Golden Suy. I am the same compared to the Buddha of Enlightenment." Venerable Assaji continued: "My teacher thoroughly understood the dharma of the three generations, attained knowledge without hindrance, and accomplished all kusala dhammas." Venerable Sariputta asked: "How does the Venerable Master's teacher teach the Dharma?" Venerable Assaji replied: "As for the Dharma, I am still a child, I am still learning, I am still shallow, I cannot afford to present it widely, now I will only summarize: My teacher taught the dharma of dependent origination, and only taught the path leading to liberation. My teacher said the dharma in this verse: All dharmas are subject to birth. That is: All things are born from the place of predestined conditions All things come from the place of predestined conditions that cease, Both birth and death are like this The recluse taught." Venerable Sāriputta heard Venerable Assaji finished presenting the summary verse, immediately understood the meaning and said to Venerable Assaji that: The other verse should be presented in the correct form, it should be like this: Depending on the fate, the fate of the cessation of the ie, the Great Master's theory, such as the market. That is: All things arise from causes and conditions They destroy also from causes and conditions. The cause and conditions of absence is the way the Great Master said so. At that time the venerable Sāriputta contemplated the verse, clearly seeing its meaning, Those who have a pure view of the dharma, clearly seeing the quietness of conditioned dharmas, immediately thanked Venerable Assaji and said goodbye. After that, Venerable Sāriputta met Venerable Moggallāna, the two of them discussed it, they asked to say goodbye to their teacher, Sanjaya, and set out to find the Blessed One. The Blessed One saw them from afar and said: "It is a joy to meet a sage. To live together is even more joyful. Not to meet stupid people. That is eternal joy." When the Venerable Sāriputta and Moggallāna and their followers came to see the Blessed One, they bowed down and said: "Today we are before the Blessed One, wishing to be ordained to practice virtue in his teachings. I hope that you will allow us to be ordained and receive the full precepts." The Blessed One immediately accepted and said: "Go to happiness yourself, bhikkhus! Today you have come and stayed in my teachings to practice the holy life, to end suffering." Having said this, the Blessed One has accomplished the world of the bhikkhu-stilts. And 250 students of the two venerables also ordained in the Dharma and the Law of the Blessed One. The Sangha of the Blessed One came here to 1310. oOo On the way to practice, the Buddha converted Pham Chi Dīghanakkha (Truong Claw), a very good commentator according to Brahmin theory. The Buddha taught him the method of eliminating feelings, so that the body and mind can have peace. Then Pham Chi Dīghanakha applied for ordination according to the law and the law of the Blessed One. When returning to visit the Royal Family, the Buddha taught the Father, the Mother, the Princess and many people in the family. He gave Ananda, Nanda, Rahūla, Devadatta, Channa ... were ordained in the Sangha of the Blessed One. At Vesāli, the Mahavana forest, The World-Honored One has established the "Eight Glass of Dharma", to open the way for women to become monastic. Like Mrs. Ma-hā Ba-sa-ba-de, the women stay in the Sakya family and outside the society. At this point, the Buddha's Sangha is full of both men and women. On the way of preaching, the Buddha taught thirty young men, while they were wandering in search of a beautiful young woman. The Buddha asked: "What are you looking for?" They replied: "Venerable sir! We are looking for a young woman for our friend.” Then the Blessed One smiled and said: "Why don't you go and find yourself, but look for that young woman for what? You think: One is searching for himself and the other is searching for others, those two searches, which is the nobler search? After they heard the Blessed One's question, the young men pondered deeply, from there they took refuge in the Buddha. On the way to transport the Dharma from Benares to the Ulaus, the World-Honored One taught the Brahmin general named Dabala and his whole family. The Wheel of Dharma continues to move, wherever the Buddha goes, there are ascetics, kings, bourgeois, common people... King Binh Sa Vuong, King Pasanna, King A -So-so, the Queens, Crown Princes, Princesses were all touched by the Buddha. The bourgeoisie of Sāvatthi, the householder Ho Di in the city of Rājagaha, the millionaire Magār in Sāvātthi, the millionaire Dhananja in Anga, the millionaire Mandaka… The people of Kalama, Magādha, the land Sāvātthi, Kapilavatthu, Kośala… were all touched by the Buddha. Ordinary people like Jīvaka of a prostitute thrown in the trash, dancer Utpalavarna, Upāli, the son of a poor man, was touched by the Blessed One. After the Buddha accepted Upāli into the Sangha, then there were negative opinions about him. They said that the Buddha gave Upāli - a lowly lineage, leaving home to humiliate all the royal lineages, making people disrespectful to the Sangha. This public opinion reached the ears of the Buddha, he immediately called the Venerable Ananda and the assembly and said: "You would rather say: The Tathagata's great compassion is unequal... rather than saying: The Upāli bhikkhu is the target really is a lowly person, is a lowly act. You would rather say that: The Tathagata still has troubles... but should not say: Upāli is a lowly lineage that is ordained. The Tathagata has clearly seen the dangerous path of samsara and the path to enlightenment. Upāli is also honored by gods and people, the one who upholds the Dharma and is the number one law-keeper among the masses…” On the way to propagate the Dharma, the World-Honored One taught all classes and sections of society, and established the four disciples. Death includes: Male-stilts, Male-stilts-ni, Upasaka and Upasika. Among the four groups of disciples of the World-Honored One, there are many who have attained Arahantship, many who have attained Ananda, and many who have attained One-Return or Seven-Return. Those who do not practice do not learn, but if anyone does practice and learn in the Buddha's teachings, they will have joy in their present life, and take firm steps towards the future. Not only did the World-Honored One only let his compassion teach the human world, but he also used his meditative power to preach the Dharma to the gods of the heavens. He incarnated into the Dao Loi heaven to teach the Dharma to transform the mother's mind. And also many times incarnated with the power of meditation to Long Cung to preach and teach the Dragon Kings and the Water Tribes. And even in contemporary India, the Buddha taught that Magadha, Kośala, Anga, Kapilavatthu... all lived in peace. At that time, once, King Ajatasattu Vedehiputta of Magadha, sent the great minister Vassakāra to pay homage to the Blessed One and said: "Venerable One! Ajātasattu Vedehiputta, the king of Magadha, wanted to conquer Vajji. The king said to himself: I have decided to conquer this Vajji people, even though they have great power. I am determined to weed the Vajji nation, I will make the Vajji nation perish…” The king instructed the great minister Vassakāra to come to the Blessed One and tell him how he taught, to remember it well and tell me. The king also said to the great god Vassakāra, that the Blessed One never spoke a lie. At that time, the Blessed One did not answer directly to the great deity Vassakāra, but he asked Venerable Ananda as follows: "Ananda, have you heard that the Vajji people often gather and gather together in large numbers?" "World-Honored One, I have heard that the Vajjians often gather and gather together in large numbers." "Ananda, when the people of Vajji often gather and gather together in large numbers, that people will be prosperous." "Ananda, have you heard the Vajji people gather in solidarity, disperse in solidarity, and work in solidarity?" “World-Honored One, I have heard the people of Vajji gather in the concept of unity, disperse in the concept of unity, and work in the concept of unity.” “Ananda, when the people of Vajji gather in solidarity, Disbanding in the concept of unity and working in the concept of solidarity, that people will be prosperous, not diminished”. "Ananda, have you heard that the Vajji people don't enact unenacted laws, annul those enacted, and live according to the traditions of the Vajji people as enacted from ancient times?" "World-Honored One, have I heard that the Vajji people do not enact unenacted laws, rescind those enacted, and live in accordance with the traditions of the Vajji people as they have been promulgated since ancient times." “Ananda, as long as the Vajji people do not enact unenacted laws, abolish those enacted, and live according to the traditions of the Vajji people as promulgated from ancient times, then those people will prospered, not diminished”. “Ananda, I have heard that the people of Vajji worship, respect, and bow down, make offerings to the Elders at Vajji and follow their teachings?”. "World-Honored One, I have heard that the Vajji people worship, respect, pay homage, and make offerings to the Elders at Vajji and follow their teachings." "When, Ananda, the people of Vajji worship, respect, pay homage, and make offerings to the Elders at Vajji and follow their teachings, that people will be prosperous, not diminished." "Ananda, have you heard that the people of Vajji don't kidnap and force the women and girls in Vajji to live with them?" "World-Honored One, I have heard that the people of Vajji do not kidnap and coerce women and girls in Vajji to live with them." "Ananda, as long as the people of Vajji do not kidnap and force the women and girls of Vajji to live with them, then that people will be prosperous, not diminished." "Hey Ananda, have you heard that the Vajji people respect and pay homage to places of worship from the inner city to the suburbs and do not abolish pre-existing offerings in accordance with the law?" "World-Honored One, I have heard that the Vajjians respect and pay homage to places of worship from the inner city to the suburbs, and do not abolish pre-existing offerings according to the law." “Ananda, when the Vajji people revere and pay homage to the places of worship from the inner city to the suburbs and do not abolish the pre-existing offerings in accordance with the law, that people will be prosperous and happy. not degraded”. “Ananda, I have heard that the Vajji people protect, protect, and properly support the Arahants in Vajji, so that the Arahants who have not yet come want to come, those who have come. Can you live in peace?" “Venerable Buddha, Have you heard that the Vajji people protect, protect, and properly support the Arahants in Vajji, so that those who have not yet come want to come, those who have come can live in peace? lost". “Ananda, when the Vajji people protect, protect, and properly support the Arahants in Vajji, so that the Arahants who have not yet come will want to come, those who have already come. If they live in peace, that people will prosper and not decline.” After the Buddha asked the Venerable Ananda about the seven non-rotten dharmas of the Vajji people, he turned to the great deity Vassakāra and said: "O Brahmin Vassakāra! Once when I was living in Vesāli at the Sarandada temple, I taught the Vajji these seven non-rotten dharmas. O Brahmin Vassakara! When these seven non-regressive dharmas are maintained among the people of Vajji and when the people of Vajji are taught these seven dhammas, then the people of Vajji will be prosperous, not diminished". After the Blessed One said this, the great minister Vassakāra immediately said: "Venerable One, if the people of Vajji can only meet this one incorruptible dharma, then the Vajjians will surely prosper, not decline, let alone enough. these seven non-rotten dharmas. King Ajatasattu Vedehiputta of Magadha could not defeat the Vajji in battle. Then the Buddha taught the "seven dharmas of non-degradation" to the bhikkhus to make the Sangha strong and not degraded. During 45 years of practice, what is worth doing, the World-Honored One has done; what is worthy of re-designation The Buddha has re-designated; It is worth mentioning to bring people to a peaceful place, the Buddha said with all his loving and understanding heart. Sometimes the Buddha spoke to people in the Stra language, that is, in direct language; sometimes the Buddha spoke to everyone in the Gega language, that is, in a language summarized in verse; sometimes the Buddha spoke to everyone in the Vyākarana language, that is, in the language of transmission and seal; sometimes the Buddha spoke to everyone in the Gāthā language, that is, in the language of condensed poetry; sometimes the Buddha spoke to everyone in the Udāna language, that is, in the language of self-revelation; Sometimes the Buddha spoke to people in the language of Nidāna, that is, in the language of causes and conditions.
